11/01/2025 Sisters monthly get together. Another wonderful warm family welcome by the manager Ms Perveza & her staff. Amazing delicious food, which was thoroughly enjoyed again by us all. Always a lovely experience, our Mum loves this place and today we loved it even more with Nafisa being so welcoming and friendly, along with her colleague Ramzan. Thank you guys! I had a wonderful first visit at Turk Nazz in Moseley and had excellent service from Parinazz. She was such a warm and attentive host. She really looked after us and made sure we had a great time. The food was excellent and they gave hearty portions. I’ll definitely come again.

The best restaurant in birminghham and the best service

Me and my partner decided to start the new year by avoiding the mundane task of cooking. To start the new year as we mean to go on we thought the best thing would be to go for some food and also avoid doing the dishes. We were exceptionally pleased by the service provided by Perinaz who made the experience even more authentic than we could have hoped for. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambience and decor was second to none. We'll definitely be coming back and recommend the establishment to anyone in the Birmingham area. We were warmly welcomed in by a member of staff. She gave us enough time to sit and consider what we wanted before taking our order. She was accommodating in allowing us to switch out an item on the platter. They clearly know their regular customers as the lady identified this was our first visit and kindly automatically added a discount onto our final bill. The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. The food was well presented, and the portion sizes were reasonable. I would definitely recommend you give this place a go if you are looking for a friendly service Turkish night out.

Parinaz was lovely and friendly, as well as the others. The food was served quickly and was hot. I have been here before and as always the food and service was great! We got the Mixed adana kebab, Sarma chicken beyti and lamb shank.

From the moment you enter Turknazz in Moseley you are received with a smile and graciously presented with your seating options; me and my friend were lucky and got the best table upstairs with a view of Moseley high street and the view of St. Mary's Row with The Fighting Cocks clock tower too. This is my second visit in person although I often order takeaway from here! You are never felt rushed to order which gives you a moment to catch up with your friend or partner or family or whomever you choose to take there and appreciate the exquisite lamps and ambient atmosphere. Everywhere you look there is something pleasurable to look at. All staff who wait on the tables are well presented and pleasant and you always get a warm feeling that they genuinely want you to have a pleasant experience even before you have ordered or the food has arrived! You are generously presented with a tasty bread that I do not know how to replicate, but I swore to myself one day I will! Also, delicious olives and a creamy sauce and a hot sauce, all of which are supremely fresh and tasty with the bread. Whatever you order, it will be a generous portion and freshly made. There is a great range of vegetarian options, if in doubt go for the halloumi wrap! I was impressed with my huge Caesar salad so beautifully presented and had me rolling out of there like Miss Santa Claus. This business is authentically hospitable and a sophisticated, relaxed atmosphere to eat in. A gem in Moseley, or rather a rose quartz; as it will naturally soothe you with a hearty meal and space to connect with your loved ones. You know your appetite will be taken care of here! Highly recommend for friends, couples and families.

Had a lovely meal on Christmas day with a party of 15 people. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. Great portions and very hot. Highly recommend.

Visited for lunch today. Location is on main road. Restaurant is decent size with plenty of seating. Restaurant is clean with traditional modern decor. We were seated straightaway by staff and handed a menu. The menu was clean and food items were simple and priced clearly. We ordered the platter. We were served the bread and sauces and the drunks together. After 20 minutes we were given the platter. The platter was a decent size for 2 or 3 people to eat. It was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and courteous. After the meal, we were provided with the complimentary turkish tea and turkish delight. Both was good. Customer service was excellent by perry naz who served us. Value for money was affordable and quality was excellent. Highly recommended 👌 Parking is on main road or nearby. Thank you

Came here for a work Christmas meal and was not disappointed! The staff were very accommodating as we had ordered a lot of food - even moved an extra table for us so we could fit it all together. Food was fantastic, mocktails were delightful, absolutely will come again!

Yesterday we had a birthday in this branch ,we are long-time customers for this resturant but haven't been for a year . All of 40 of us generally belive in outstanding upgrades specifically in management and customer service ,all we surprised for everything was organised and amazing . Most of us are from Coventry....managing all on time every thing was top-notch. Friendly staff smily ....amazing ...all definitely will come bK soon .....highly recommended recommended 10 /10

I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere so great! The atmosphere was lovely, the food lovely and the service was top tier, but most significantly, the workers there were amazing, I’ve never felt so much cared for and I really appreciated how they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I came with my family and got a family platter and was served by a lovely woman named Parinaz. She was lovely and had a positive attitude. Nothing was too much for her advised us on what to get and how much to get. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our stay mostly due to Parinaz. I highly recommend

Came here with my family and we had a great time. The restaurant is family friendly and as someone who has visited Istanbul I can say with confidence that they serve authentic turkish food. We had a great experience because our waitress Parinaz helped us with our order and served us turkish tea to complete our authentic turkish experience.

First of all, the service staff and the ambient atmosphere were very nice. But as a Turk, the food was disappointing for us. Lahmacun dough was thick and soft, and the spices were very heavy. Beyti also had a lot of nerves in its meat, and when eating it, the nerves came out like pieces of cartilage, and the dough was also thick. Thank you for the tea and Turkish delight treats.

Ordered one of the platters a few days ago and the food lacked real flavour. The mixed grill was decent but it was smothered with bland rice and the bread was stale. The chicken wings were very good but overall it was not worth the price.

10/10 for this place!. It was my daughters birthday, Saturday night so was busy but the food was amazing and all made fresh. My first time at this place and I will definitely be back. The service is important and they were great, especially big shout out to Parynaz

If you have had lahmacun in the Turkey you will realize their lahmacun is not that good. But others kebabs mezes and ayran şalgam were great Thanks Stuff are so friendly 👏🤝🫶🏻

Excellent experience. The food was delicious and aromatic. The staff were noticeably welcoming and polite, traits rarely found in establishments today. Additionally, we were offered complimentary tea which sent the food right home! Having recently returned from Turkey, I can say with confidence that this is a perfect restaurant for Turkish food enthusiasts.

It was lovely to have the restaurant to ourselves, we went around 5pm, really enjoyed the food and service from both ladies there. This place is a gem. The hospitality and service from all of the staff are superb and Perinaz goes the extra mile. The atmosphere is very cosy and warm. Lastly, the food is well cooked and simply delicious. A must visit if you're in the area and you want a taste of the Turkish cuisine.

The quality of the food is very rubbish. Whatever was in the picture did not look at all to we ordered. The food was cold. The lahmacun was rubbish they literally stuck it all together, didn’t slice it and put it into a bag. The kebabs that we bought were all burnt on the bottom and they turned it around so that you wouldn’t see it. I wonder how you get this type of a review that when I ordered this it was such bad quality for the value of price I paid for. The value of the food does not correlate to the value of the food I am looking at and eating. The borek had nothing inside of it.
