After long time I had delicious supper doper dinner from TURK NAZZ. Good quality food. 10/10

The manager Parinaz was so amazing she really made us feel welcome and left the shop open for a whole extra hour and the other lady unfortunately didn’t get her name but she was so amazing her service was 10/10 and the chef oh wow the platter he made beautiful 😮‍💨🤌

Went there with my friend for a dinner. Food was so good. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was great. Parinaaz and the other lady at the till were so sweet.

Amazing customer service and lovely food. The vibe was to die for. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had two starters and one main and it was more than enough for 2 people. Complimentary Turkish tea at the end of the meal just went really really well. Would HIGHLY recommend.

The quality of the food is very rubbish. Whatever was in the picture did not look at all to we ordered. The food was cold. The lahmacun was rubbish they literally stuck it all together, didn’t slice it and put it into a bag. The kebabs that we bought were all burnt on the bottom and they turned it around so that you wouldn’t see it. I wonder how you get this type of a review that when I ordered this it was such bad quality for the value of price I paid for. The value of the food does not correlate to the value of the food I am looking at and eating. The borek had nothing inside of it.

Booking for the table was very easy. The waiters were very accommodating and helpful. Food tasted great/ well presented and they provided my son with a happy birthday song which was a nice surprise. Overall was a pleasant experience and would go back.

Very good quality food and meat was well-cooked, was a lot of variety in their platter, came with chicken, kebab, wings, couscous, rice and continuous refills of turkish bread. The service was outstanding, the waiters were very honest and treated us like their own, we felt ecstatic and relaxed to be here with the way they presented themselves and the food. God bless the owner and the way they behaved with us, at the end we were given turkish delights and turkish tea. ❤️

What a wonderful welcome from the front of house host she greeted us with a smile and was very attentive. We were a group of 8 people who explained all our options and made sure our vegan friend was catered to. Food was absolutely delicious after just visiting Turkey it felt like I was there. The food was delicious and presented really nicely, probably the best Turkish food I’ve had. The lady who served us was really kind and fast to respond to anything we needed, I would recommend visiting TurkNazz highly.

I've not long returned from Turkey and really fancied some tasty grilled meats. Turknazz did not disappoint. Started with complimentary bread with olives and dips to start. We then had the sharing platter (2-3 people). All the meats were well cooked and delicious. My mum's quite fussy and even she was happy. My daughter had the halloumi starter as a main, the portion was great. It had a beautiful golden coating served with chilli jam and salad. The service was wonderful, felt very welcomed and like nothing was ever to much. We will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend and I went to Turknazz for dinner and had the most wonderful time, the food was incredibly delicious, really reasonably priced, and we were full for about a day!!!! Pari in particular was really lovely and went so above and beyond to make it a lovely evening - even serving us Turkish tea after I said I’d never had it before. Could not reccommend more highly as a date night spot - can’t wait to go back!

Today the witness Rabi was very helpful and made it a great experience. She recommended us the platter for 3 which was really nice :)

Service is the worst here, people that arrived before us were sat down first and then we were sat right next to the bar where they were serving alcohol (even-though they claim to be halal). The lady waitress has the worst customer service skills, people that arrived after us we were served (even though we arrived first). She had a horrible attitude, would not recommend, in the end cancelled our food and walked out as she kept telling me to be patient. Would not recommend if you are wanting your evening to be ruined by a lady that has a horrible attitude.

This place is amazing! Great food. Only thing is the portion was not the reflection of price. My husband don’t eat a lot and I got the platter for 2-3 and it just about fed up fully. If there was a some more rice and meat it would have met the price range. Other than that definitely recommend

The food and ambience was great but the manager lady, who is super nice and so welcoming, made our experience exceptional.

Lovely atmosphere, clean and great service. We ordered calamari and flatbread pizza (can’t find name of item!) which was amazing!! Full of flavour and quality. The calamari came with a tartar sauce which was bang on. Lovely and crispy! We really enjoyed ourselves. For mains we ordered lamb Adana which was just as good. Lovely and fresh. Will deffo go back! :)

Delicious Turkish food specially rice and chicken

Had a Dinner today served very fast 10/10 and after we had baklawa and that was amazing and lovely 😍 Great Customer service. The lady is very great her name is Parinazz she is very humble and nice a good Environment as well as this branch is good for families and private parties with upstairs air conditioned and heating as well.

The first time we had lunch here today and loved the food especially the Sharing Plater everything was fresh. it was the best we have ever tried and after the lunch we had some Turkish tea with mint and it was also delicious 😋. Highly recommended!!!

Walked in on a nice hot summer evening, bifold doors were open wide and the dining area was cool. Staff very friendly, confirmed with them that the food was halal, they also confirmed that they stopped serving alcohol in June 2024. We ordered Bread which came with a chilli sauce, small pot of black and white olives and also a minty creamy dip. We also ordered Hummous to accompany our bread. The bread was very tasty and I think we couldn't help ourselves but fill up on that. Then we ordered - 'Chips' (We received steak chips) hmmm I've had better, these tasted a bit chalky for me. - 'Sarma Chicken Beyti' This was a nice dish, a bit too much cream I thought, was served with basmati rice and bulgar rice and generous salad. Portion was good although I couldn't finish it. The individual kebab pieces were wrapped in kind of pastry and the whole dish was tasty but I could only have so much because my stomach was full 😋 - 'Seabass (levrek)', a whole seabass split into two pieces served with salad and sautéed veg. The sautéed veg was very salty, what's going on here eh?. The Seabass was cooked well and tasted nice too. Salad on both dishes were excellent, they had a good mix and presentation of salad was pleasing to the eye, see pictures. In the end we had no more space for anything else so had to skip dessert and tea / coffee. We had only two drinks : sparkling water and cranberry juice. All came to 62 quid for two people. Would I visit again, yes I would but definetely on a empty stomach. Would avoid the chips and avoid the dishes containing cream. Meats, pastry, salad and fish was good. Staff were very nice so credit to them for their hospitality. Extra finishing touches to enhance customer experience could include complimentary rice pudding, complimentary Turkish delight sweet, complimentary tea like other Turkish establishments in the city.

Went to this restaurant after reading the reviews. I can honestly say was a big mistake. The food was terrible! From the appetisers to the mains was of very low quality and bland! No taste! Honestly prices were extortionate especially for the quality you are getting. Better off going to a cheap takeaway joint would be definitely tastier. I am gobsmacked by these reviews convinced it’s the restaurant family and friends or simply people who don’t know what quality food is unfortunately!! Very disappointed! Would it never return!!

Not a great experience Waitress serving clothes had food stains on Placed order for a starter it came out after 20 minutes the restaurant only had about 10 people in there some of which has already eaten The drinks I ordered at the same time arrived 10 mins after the starter So 30 minutes wait for a drink The Chips I ordered to come with the main arrived 5 minutes before the main meal I ordered Lamb Chops which arrived with no seasoning whatsoever no salt or pepper Not one member of staff came and asked if everything was ok with the meal I’ve been Turknazz previously the service seems to be going from bad to worse They are now charging £8 plus for mocktails that used to be £4

Last night My family and I went there.It was very wonderfull, It was too busy but the staff was very fast, very kind and smile all the time. Parinaz was very kind and she suggested us very deliciouse food, I really appreciate for this lovely lady.she made a very good memory for us. 10/10 I will return there soon.

I came this week to Turknaz restaurant, which was amazing. Every thing was fantastic from its lovely atmosphere, to finger licking dishes. The customer service was fab, and i highly recommended it to my friends as well.

My family and I went to Turnaz restaurant as my friends suggested. The words fail me when I want to desribe it. The meals were so delicious and the lady called Parinaz offered wonderful customer service. Undoubtedly that was one of the best choice we have ever had.

Hidden Gem in the heart of Moseley, I was there with group of friends and family and I want to thank the Manager Parnazz for going above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was perfect. The ambience was electric , genuine hospitality and impeccable service made all the difference. It was great to see a turkish Manager with beautiful turkish accent serving you delicious turkish food . It felt like we were dining in the heart of Istanbul and this brought back good memories. In downside the food arrived a bit late, but all forgotten when the food arrived. I definitly return and well recomended.

don’t even think about coming here,service took 2 hours and the women with the awful red lipstick was SO RUDE. Purposely ignoring questions asked to her. no toilet roll available, clean the tables with smelly damp cloths and their platters are 90% rice PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE and have words with the women with her awful lipstick as she knows nothing about customer service. Don’t waste your time it was the worse experience I’ve ever had

Lovely meal with friends, staff lovely. Would recommend. Only gripe was that they no longer serve alcohol which in itself is not a problem if you know before you go. Apparently this is a new thing as have visited before and alcohol was available. Didn't spoil our night but needs to be made clear as drinks menus on tables offered alcoholic beverages.

We had a lovely time celebrating our wedding anniversary at Turk Nazz in Moseley Village. The Manager Perrinazz (hope I spelt her name correctly) was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. Food omg was so yummy. Highly recommend others to try the food at this restaurant. It was clean and easily accessible for everyone. Lovely decor with Turkish ambiance.

The best Turkish place I’ve ever had !! The platter was full of juicy meat and chicken, creamy and butter rice. The staff delivered the most exceptional customer service and were very attentive and friendly, which makes us want to come back again! Complimentary tea and desserts which again were the best.
