I attended with my family and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. We were given some time to consider what we wanted, the service was great, they happily topped up condiments and drinks when they were low. We also enjoyed the Turkish tea on the house after the meal. Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly, and I would especially like to thank Perrie for her attentiveness and general demeanor. Will be returning soon!!!

From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome, which really set the tone for the entire evening. It was mine and my mate’s first time visiting, and we were instantly impressed,not just with the food, but with the whole experience. The atmosphere of the place was cozy yet vibrant, and it felt like every detail had been thoughtfully considered. You could tell the team really takes pride in what they do. My daughter had recommended this spot to us, and I’m so glad she did, it truly lived up to everything she said and more. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and put real care into every dish. It’s rare to find a place that gets everything right, from the menu to the people to the overall vibe, but this one absolutely nailed it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for not just a great meal, but a genuinely enjoyable experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic experience at Turknazz! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special shoutout to the lady who served us she was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. The food was absolutely delicious, and it’s clear the restaurant takes pride in both flavor and presentation. Service truly goes a long way in shaping a dining experience, and in this case, it was spot on. Everyone we interacted with was lovely and added to the positive vibe. We booked this restaurant for a bridal shower last week and the staff went above and beyond in ways I could never have imagined. They were so helpful, attentive and gave us the whole top floor to ourselves, to enjoy completely uninterrupted. Thank you for your amazing service. Food was also a huge highlight. Teníamos una reserva, pero al llegar, nos dejaron parados durante bastante tiempo antes de estar sentados! Cuando intentamos hacer un pedido, varios camareros nos ignoraron, mientras que los clientes que llegaron después de nosotros fueron atendidos rápidamente. ¡Se sentía como si hubiera algún nivel de discriminación racial en la forma en que nos trataban! Cuando finalmente logramos llamar la atención de un camarero, descubrimos que una gran parte del menú no estaba disponible, parecía que era solo para mostrar. El camarero afirmó que no tenían un kebab en particular e insistió en que el kebab de cordero era lo mismo que el kebab de pollo, instándonos a pedir eso en su lugar. Como si fueras real, a quien engañas. El colmo fue cuando nos dijeron que ninguna de las hamburguesas estaba disponible, a pesar de que todavía figuraban en el menú. Para empeorar las cosas, el camarero mencionó que había hamburguesas disponibles en otra sucursal, así que ¿por qué incluso estaban listadas? Frustrados por el mal servicio y la actitud desdeñosa, decidimos irnos. No recomendaría este lugar a menos que sea turco o se ajuste a su origen étnico preferido, ya que otros parecen ser tratados injustamente.

We had a reservation, but upon arrival, we were left standing around for quite a while before being seated!!. When we tried to place an order, multiple waiters ignored us, while customers who arrived after us were served promptly. It felt as though there was some level of racial discrimination in the way we were treated! When we finally managed to get a waiter’s attention, we discovered that a large portion of the menu was unavailable—it seemed like it was just for show. The waiter claimed they didn’t have a particular kebab and insisted that lamb kebab was the same as chicken kebab, urging us to order that instead?! Like are you forreal, who you fooling. The final straw was when we were told that none of the burgers were available, even though they were still listed on the menu. To make matters worse, the waiter mentioned that burgers were available at another branch—so why were they even listed? Frustrated by the poor service and dismissive attitude, we decided to leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are Turkish or fit their preferred ethnic background, as others seem to be treated unfairly.

Esto fue absolutamente mala calidad de la comida y el peor servicio al cliente de cualquier restaurante turco que he experimentado. En primer lugar, el tiempo de espera dado era incorrecto después de media hora nos dijeron 10 minutos más... fue más de una hora de espera en general y la comida que conseguimos era de mala calidad, sin ensaladas pequeñas patatas fritas y envolturas quemadas y sin sabor. En segundo lugar, para una persona diabética tipo 1 que se le diga que la comida será 10 minutos más y después de tomar insulina la comida estaba en la mesa y una hora después, esto podría ser fatal. Finalmente, cuando nos quejamos de la situación, las excusas dadas fueron que pedimos wraps y eso lleva más tiempo que otros platos del menú sin mencionar eso al principio.

I had a great experience here, the service was great even whilst busy and being the month the month of Ramadan, very accommodating and very lovely staff. The food was 10/10, will be coming back.

The restaurant got busy as we came at iftaar time, however Pari had very good service for me and my 4 sisters, she kept us feeling comfortable whilst waiting. Food was amazing and served very quick by Pari. Pari also makes the best turkish tea ever & also gave us some extra free mint Tea. i highly recommend everyone to try this place out you won’t regret it!

After moving to the UK I tried Turkish food for the first time. The food was delicious, tasty and I enjoyed my dinner here. The staff is very kind. The atmosphere inside and the music will give you Turkish vibes so if you want to experience some Middle Eastern taste, time & music this is the place I recommend for you!

Brilliant experience. Came here for iftaar and the Lady who looked after us was so lovely and hospitable. She guided us through what to order and the food was lovely. Complimentary dates, soup, and turkish mint tea was also given. These gestures go a long way and would definitely go back there. One suggestion would be to increase the portion of the cold platter. Hicimos una visita espontánea a Turk Nazz en Moseley. No teníamos tanta hambre y llegamos después de las 9. Nos recibió muy cálidamente Perrie. Les expliqué que no teníamos demasiada hambre y solo queríamos compartir algunos platos. Perrie era increíble, ella era tan amable, tan servicial y tan generoso. Nos reímos y bromeamos con ella. Mis sobrinos, no queriendo perderse esta visita improvisada a Turk Nazz también se unieron a nosotros más tarde. Compartimos todo y pidieron té y baklava. La comida es muy sabrosa. Pedimos platos fríos y calientes y unos cuencos de patatas fritas. El pan y los chapuzones de cortesía eran increíbles. El pan caliente y la almohada suave. La baklava era ligera y crujiente, no demasiado dulce. Estaba delicioso. Aunque he estado antes, nadie más en el grupo lo había hecho, todos volverán a probar los platos principales. Recomendaría Turk Nazz, Moseley. La comida es consistentemente buena. Perrie realmente hizo nuestra visita más agradable. Ella nos hizo sentir más que los clientes, era como si nos estuviera dando la bienvenida a su casa para la comida. No te decepcionará la comida del servicio. The host was very welcoming, the food is the best Turkish food I have had. They give you complimentary food while you wait and the food is ready in a short time. The prices are reasonable too. I got a birthday treat from the restaurant as well. The overall experience was amazing. I highly recommend.

Authentic and Delicious! This Turkish restaurant is a hidden gem! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is excellent, and the food is absolutely delicious. The mezes were fresh and flavorful, the kebabs perfectly grilled, and the baklava was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend—can’t wait to return!

Turk Naz is the real deal! Stopped in with my friends and can't believe I hadn't tried this place sooner. The mixed grill was absolutely insane - perfectly seasoned lamb chops, juicy chicken kebabs, and the adana kebab was spiced just right. Everything was cooked to perfection and the portion size was generous. Our server was super attentive and friendly, kept our water filled and made some great recommendations. Started with the mezze platter which is a must - fresh pita, perfect hummus, and that smoky baba ghanoush hit different. Great family atmosphere, amazing service from the whole team, and honestly great value for the quality you get. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu! 5/5​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The best restaurant in birminghham and the best service

Me and my partner decided to start the new year by avoiding the mundane task of cooking. To start the new year as we mean to go on we thought the best thing would be to go for some food and also avoid doing the dishes. We were exceptionally pleased by the service provided by Perinaz who made the experience even more authentic than we could have hoped for. The food is absolutely delicious and the ambience and decor was second to none. We'll definitely be coming back and recommend the establishment to anyone in the Birmingham area. We were warmly welcomed in by a member of staff. She gave us enough time to sit and consider what we wanted before taking our order. She was accommodating in allowing us to switch out an item on the platter. They clearly know their regular customers as the lady identified this was our first visit and kindly automatically added a discount onto our final bill. The atmosphere was relaxing and family friendly. The food was well presented, and the portion sizes were reasonable. I would definitely recommend you give this place a go if you are looking for a friendly service Turkish night out.

Parinaz was lovely and friendly, as well as the others. The food was served quickly and was hot. I have been here before and as always the food and service was great! We got the Mixed adana kebab, Sarma chicken beyti and lamb shank.

From the moment you enter Turknazz in Moseley you are received with a smile and graciously presented with your seating options; me and my friend were lucky and got the best table upstairs with a view of Moseley high street and the view of St. Mary's Row with The Fighting Cocks clock tower too. This is my second visit in person although I often order takeaway from here! You are never felt rushed to order which gives you a moment to catch up with your friend or partner or family or whomever you choose to take there and appreciate the exquisite lamps and ambient atmosphere. Everywhere you look there is something pleasurable to look at. All staff who wait on the tables are well presented and pleasant and you always get a warm feeling that they genuinely want you to have a pleasant experience even before you have ordered or the food has arrived! You are generously presented with a tasty bread that I do not know how to replicate, but I swore to myself one day I will! Also, delicious olives and a creamy sauce and a hot sauce, all of which are supremely fresh and tasty with the bread. Whatever you order, it will be a generous portion and freshly made. There is a great range of vegetarian options, if in doubt go for the halloumi wrap! I was impressed with my huge Caesar salad so beautifully presented and had me rolling out of there like Miss Santa Claus. This business is authentically hospitable and a sophisticated, relaxed atmosphere to eat in. A gem in Moseley, or rather a rose quartz; as it will naturally soothe you with a hearty meal and space to connect with your loved ones. You know your appetite will be taken care of here! Highly recommend for friends, couples and families.

Visited for lunch today. Location is on main road. Restaurant is decent size with plenty of seating. Restaurant is clean with traditional modern decor. We were seated straightaway by staff and handed a menu. The menu was clean and food items were simple and priced clearly. We ordered the platter. We were served the bread and sauces and the drunks together. After 20 minutes we were given the platter. The platter was a decent size for 2 or 3 people to eat. It was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and courteous. After the meal, we were provided with the complimentary turkish tea and turkish delight. Both was good. Customer service was excellent by perry naz who served us. Value for money was affordable and quality was excellent. Highly recommended 👌 Parking is on main road or nearby. Thank you
