Amazing experience at this Turkish gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff welcomed us like family, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was lovely, the food lovely and the service was top tier, but most significantly, the workers there were amazing, I’ve never felt so much cared for and I really appreciated how they went out of their way to ensure we were happy. I came with my family and got a family platter and was served by a lovely woman named Parinaz. She was lovely and had a positive attitude. Nothing was too much for her advised us on what to get and how much to get. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our stay mostly due to Parinaz. I highly recommend

Came here with my family and we had a great time. The restaurant is family friendly and as someone who has visited Istanbul I can say with confidence that they serve authentic turkish food. We had a great experience because our waitress Parinaz helped us with our order and served us turkish tea to complete our authentic turkish experience.

First of all, the service staff and the ambient atmosphere were very nice. But as a Turk, the food was disappointing for us. Lahmacun dough was thick and soft, and the spices were very heavy. Beyti also had a lot of nerves in its meat, and when eating it, the nerves came out like pieces of cartilage, and the dough was also thick. Thank you for the tea and Turkish delight treats.

A wonderful meal. The food was delicious. Not only value for money but the taste and quality is spot on. Nazz served us and was attentive to our needs. Will most definitely be back again very soon.

Ordered one of the platters a few days ago and the food lacked real flavour. The mixed grill was decent but it was smothered with bland rice and the bread was stale. The chicken wings were very good but overall it was not worth the price.

Excellent experience. The food was delicious and aromatic. The staff were noticeably welcoming and polite, traits rarely found in establishments today. Additionally, we were offered complimentary tea which sent the food right home! Having recently returned from Turkey, I can say with confidence that this is a perfect restaurant for Turkish food enthusiasts.

We visited as a family of 28 and had the room upstairs for our gathering. Had a wonderful time, ordered 2 large food platters - lots of food and lots left over. Wonderful service, very accommodating staff and great food for sharing. Would highly recommend.

This place is a gem. The hospitality and service from all of the staff are superb and Perinaz goes the extra mile. The atmosphere is very cosy and warm. Lastly, the food is well cooked and simply delicious. A must visit if you're in the area and you want a taste of the Turkish cuisine.

Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. As the restaurant was quiet we got to sit anywhere we wanted. Food was served pretty quick also. Complimentary bread and salad was a nice touch to the experience. Our meal preparation and portion size was decent.

The quality of the food is very rubbish. Whatever was in the picture did not look at all to we ordered. The food was cold. The lahmacun was rubbish they literally stuck it all together, didn’t slice it and put it into a bag. The kebabs that we bought were all burnt on the bottom and they turned it around so that you wouldn’t see it. I wonder how you get this type of a review that when I ordered this it was such bad quality for the value of price I paid for. The value of the food does not correlate to the value of the food I am looking at and eating. The borek had nothing inside of it.

Booking for the table was very easy. The waiters were very accommodating and helpful. Food tasted great/ well presented and they provided my son with a happy birthday song which was a nice surprise. Overall was a pleasant experience and would go back.

Very good quality food and meat was well-cooked, was a lot of variety in their platter, came with chicken, kebab, wings, couscous, rice and continuous refills of turkish bread. The service was outstanding, the waiters were very honest and treated us like their own, we felt ecstatic and relaxed to be here with the way they presented themselves and the food. What a wonderful welcome from the front of house host she greeted us with a smile and was very attentive. I've not long returned from Turkey and really fancied some tasty grilled meats. Turknazz did not disappoint. Started with complimentary bread with olives and dips to start. We then had the sharing platter (2-3 people). All the meats were well cooked and delicious. My mum's quite fussy and even she was happy. My daughter had the halloumi starter as a main, the portion was great. It had a beautiful golden coating served with chilli jam and salad. The service was wonderful, felt very welcomed and like nothing was ever to much. We will definitely be returning.

My boyfriend and I went to Turknazz for dinner and had the most wonderful time, the food was incredibly delicious, really reasonably priced, and we were full for about a day!!!! Pari in particular was really lovely and went so above and beyond to make it a lovely evening - even serving us Turkish tea after I said I’d never had it before. Could not reccommend more highly as a date night spot - can’t wait to go back!

Service is the worst here, people that arrived before us were sat down first and then we were sat right next to the bar where they were serving alcohol (even-though they claim to be halal). The lady waitress has the worst customer service skills, people that arrived after us we were served (even though we arrived first). She had a horrible attitude, would not recommend, in the end cancelled our food and walked out as she kept telling me to be patient. Would not recommend if you are wanting your evening to be ruined by a lady that has a horrible attitude.

Always a lovely experience, our Mum loves this place and today we loved it even more with Nafisa being so welcoming and friendly, along with her colleague Ramzan. Thank you guys!

This place is amazing! Great food. Only thing is the portion was not the reflection of price. My husband don’t eat a lot and I got the platter for 2-3 and it just about fed up fully. If there was a some more rice and meat it would have met the price range. Other than that definitely recommend

Lovely atmosphere, clean and great service. We ordered calamari and flatbread pizza (can’t find name of item!) which was amazing!! Full of flavour and quality. The calamari came with a tartar sauce which was bang on. Lovely and crispy! We really enjoyed ourselves. For mains we ordered lamb Adana which was just as good. Lovely and fresh. Will deffo go back! :)

Walked in on a nice hot summer evening, bifold doors were open wide and the dining area was cool. Staff very friendly, confirmed with them that the food was halal, they also confirmed that they stopped serving alcohol in June 2024. We ordered Bread which came with a chilli sauce, small pot of black and white olives and also a minty creamy dip. We also ordered Hummous to accompany our bread. The bread was very tasty and I think we couldn't help ourselves but fill up on that. Then we ordered - 'Chips' (We received steak chips) hmmm I've had better, these tasted a bit chalky for me. - 'Sarma Chicken Beyti' This was a nice dish, a bit too much cream I thought, was served with basmati rice and bulgar rice and generous salad. Portion was good although I couldn't finish it. The individual kebab pieces were wrapped in kind of pastry and the whole dish was tasty but I could only have so much because my stomach was full 😋 - 'Seabass (levrek)', a whole seabass split into two pieces served with salad and sautéed veg. The sautéed veg was very salty, what's going on here eh?. The Seabass was cooked well and tasted nice too. Salad on both dishes were excellent, they had a good mix and presentation of salad was pleasing to the eye, see pictures. In the end we had no more space for anything else so had to skip dessert and tea / coffee. We had only two drinks : sparkling water and cranberry juice. All came to 62 quid for two people. Would I visit again, yes I would but definetely on a empty stomach. Would avoid the chips and avoid the dishes containing cream. Meats, pastry, salad and fish was good. Staff were very nice so credit to them for their hospitality. Extra finishing touches to enhance customer experience could include complimentary rice pudding, complimentary Turkish delight sweet, complimentary tea like other Turkish establishments in the city.
