Exactly what I ordered. Very quick delivery, arrived only a little warm though.

My first time I pop in this shop. The food taste & Portion was outstanding. Surprised with the price in the end what I paid which was very reasonable. Kebab was not warm and it was the size of a snack

Food arrived cold and the portion sizes are awful. £30 for 3 tiny kebabs and some soggy cold chips is dreadful. The quality here has gone right downhill so will not be ordering from here again.

superb...after ordering from somewhere else and it being refunded I wasn't sure what to expect from this place lol, it was fantastic...highly recommend, good size portions and hot...well done guys...will definitely order from here again 👍

It was cold when my food was handed to me at my door.

Placed an order through the website which said it 'failed' but stated that 'If I paid by card my payment has gone through' and to 'phone the restaurant for the a refund'. This happened twice and when I contacted the restaurant I got a very unhelpful guy who told me they didn't have my order and to bring in bank statements so they can give me a refund. I advise ** Don't use their website **. Personally I won't order from them again.

Incredible! The chilli sauce is insanely good. They didn't put the pickled chillies on my kebab though which was a shame 🥲 still 10/10 though.

Although delivery was on time food was not up to normal standard. Food was cold and chips were hard, stuck together and stuck to bag. Chips were not edible. Very disappointed this time round.

Last night we wanted to eat with my friend، but they expelled us very badly just because we were Kurdish.. We asked to pay for the card ، but they refused، so I'll never try it again.

Driver was very rude! Called us lazy for having to come up the stairs, to our front door in order to deliver the food.

Food was great, or so I’m told as my mate polished it off in the morning. Silly me ordered to the wrong address, however I’m told delivery was prompt.

Very delicious and generous portions

Staff were nice, pointing us to the online order website to pay by card. However, the food was not up to a good standard. The meat lacked flavour, and a large quantity of salad was used to make the food appear large. The burger was alright, but the bun was burnt. The best part of the meal with the chips.

Burger bun was a bit too dry??? But everything tasted nice :) normally these guys are amazing every time I visit so not gonna let this one slight hiccup leave a bad taste these guys do amazing

Very happy with what I got today

I went to Turkish Donna kebab after a night out in the fog and fiddle. They were absolutely lovely. They were so accommodating I had amazing food. They were so lovely with my order and even though I was quite drunk they were very receptive to what I wanted I absolutely recommend you a friend and I genuinely would shop at Turkish kebab pizza house, Cheltenham at all of my kebab needs forever and ever Special

The most disgustingly messy meal I have ever had in my entire life!!!!!! The restaurant has tonight been reported and we have requested that there is a full kitchen hygienic test done within the next -6 days by surprise. Food was so messy tonight it ruined over £690 worth of clothing which is. Like 3 weeks wages for 3 Employees. Will be closed down very very soon

Ordered from here a lot but then had to stop. I came back to this shop and the people were really friendly . When we came back , it was unfortunate that the crust was burnt on 1 of the pizzas, the other one that we ordered was a well done

The food here is top notch. The best doner kebab and lovely crispy chips. Lots of flavour, very generous portions and great prices. Always very friendly too. Highly recommend. :)

The lamb on both of the kebabs was very dry and it made the meal as a whole un-enjoyable. I feel like I have wasted my money as the drinks were also not recieved.

Just one little thing can you make the chili sauce spicier

Orderd from this place a few times it's always been alright but last night we felt like we had the days left overs the chips were so hard and was proberly been sat out all day doesn't take long to cook some fresh chips! and the chicken donor meat was hard aswell so didn't enjoy our food from here last night but the delivery guy was really nice and polite .

Donor meat was over cooked and hard also cold. Burger bun was hard.

Unfortunately food was luke warm, always had good service previously but on this occasion the food wasnt very warm which ruined it for me

Not the usual standard. Not hot...chips were rubbery. Mint sauce was stodge. Last time it was mayo with mint Not a lump of stodgy mint. Mushrooms did not taste garlic. Lamb was a bit fatty. All in all very disappointed.

Had food delivery to my home when food got to me it was cold I have a really hard chip in my food an its broken my tooth I've called the restaurant to have the rude manner tell me not to order from there restaurant again I will be contacting the food health an safety company

Asked for no tomato on wrap as partner is allergic and wrap was sent with tomato in it. Called restaurant and asked for a new wrap to be spoken to like a dog. Didn’t want to replace food when asked to

They throw their advertising flyers everywhere.. Don't even bother to put it in the mail box, they just throw it in front of your door and leave, basically just littering

Went above and beyond, my youngest boy has an egg allergy, called them to asked about the chicken nuggets, they said no it doesn but they also sent a picture of the ingredients for peace of mind amazing service.... never had a bad kabab from there either my no1 go to for a takeaway. Thank you

The food was quite low quality I must say, felt like I was poisoned. However, Bossman knows how I like my chicken done, medium rare with a layer of pink in the middle. I’d recommend if you can afford Class A drugs.

Came late. It was cold. The chips were cold, the doner was warmish.... Everything needed to be reheated... Ome of them was full with meat, needed to be chicken, ended up with some lamb or what it was, put me off, ended up in the bin and the other chicken doner barley had any meat in it. Not very happy, kept saying won't buy from there anymore. But thought i will give them another chance but now definitely not buying from there anymore.

Unfortunately the food was really bad, I know it's race week so that could affect delivery time but I had a text to say the food was on its way and then it never appeared for a further 45 minutes. The pitta breads were all soaked through and completely inedible, I ordered a wrap and I had to throw the wrap part in the bin and my son wasted all of it. For over £30 I was expecting a lot more.
