Subway in Cheltenham

I did not receive my order. The courier delivered it to the wrong place!! And it says it’s been delivered when it hasn’t. The restaurant where I ordered from, was not very helpful!!

They literally forgot to put the fillings in!! cheese and guacamole Sub and all I got was salad and sauce!!! useless!!!!

Visited this branch on Tuesday 11th till Thursday 13th after we had been to Cheltenham Festival.Excellent service from the lads who were working , very pleasant , they even remembered us each night . Food was lovely and everywhere was nice and clean

my delivery driver did not notify me that my order was here, nor did he call. when I went to get my order, he was sat on the floor out of sight. He was impolite and kept asking me to repeat the code.

Bread was stale and barely toasted.

Awful . Not the delivery drivers fault , just eats fault .

Bread was dry and one of the subs from my order was missing! The waffle fries were stone cold and when you have to pay extra on top of the price of a meal deal for these I was totally disgusted that there was only about 4 of them in the box! So poor I’m very disappointed

The bread was so dry and stale must have been cooked yesterday. I paid for extra cheese and definitely wasn’t extra in there and the cheese slice was basically stale bread with a tiny bit of sauce. Really bad food this time. Delivery also took a while and time was changed 3 times.

Once collected from the restaurant the driver seemed to aimlessly drive around for upwards of 25 minutes before making their way to the correct address. I can understand the map may be inaccurate but it was a long wait time to not be in the restaurant. This mean our food was cold. If there was another drop off on route it would’ve been fine but we did not know that and therefore were disappointed.

Definitely sent me the left over bread from yesterday!! That sub was so hard and stale I could barely chew it! And as for the cookies! Absolutely dry!!! How can food be that stale at 9am!!!

I asked for a call or text on delivery, the guy instead just hammered on the door, was lucky I even heard it, other than that inconvenience, was pretty quick and lovely, food is warm, not quite as hot as you would hope, but tastes good and is decent quality overall

I requested for my wrap to be toasted which is wasn’t and therefore the cheese had not melted.

Everything Fresh, Unbelievable Presentation and extremely tasty!

They added an extra ingredient to a sub that wasn't requested. Luckily it wasn't an allergy and could just be taken out 🙂

When I ordered the time for delivery was latest 1405, by the time the driver and everything else was sorted it was gone 1435 the time was being changed after I had been charged for my food

Restaurant staff always prioritise in store customers over just eat customers. Also they give orders to drivers who no thermal bag resulting in my food being cold. Please ensure drivers bring bags in store if you are giving them orders

Staff unable to respect customers, I do not recommend to anyone, the staff prepares orders badly and does not respect customers. A bad experience with the staff.

Disgusting service! Just went in now to collect a delivery order ( Im a delivery driver) the male making the sandwich was talking on his apple watch whilst making the sandwich spitting all over it and then wiping his nose on his wrist! I was disgusted I felt sorry for the person who ordered.

We ordered pigs and blankets and were given meatballs instead. Cold food, delivery was set at 12:10-20 and arrived 15 minutes later, no knock at the door just placed outside.

Cold food. Little cheese. Over an hour late till I phoned the restaurant then took 10 mins. Very poor overall.

Normal looking subway, in and out in a flash. Food tasted great, no complaints. Was very hot inside the shop however.

Was greeted but whilst waiting for my order, the staff was talking foreign language in bluetooth headpiece, found it rude but food was good quality. I probably wouldnt visit this branch again.

I ordered from subway but had food delivered from kfc. The kfc order was a lot cheaper than I had paid. I don’t understand how I can get food delivered from a completely different restaurant???? Will definitely be using other delivery services in future.

This establishment says on the door that they open at 8am. I quite fancied taking a sub to work this morning. So I called in as I thought that would mean that they are ready to serve at 8am. Foolish me. They start work at 8am and have to cook the bread, put out the salads, fill up the crisps and drinks etc. I have no idea what time they really are ready to start, but probably it will be closer to 9am. So no Subway for lunch 😞

1 of the subways wasn't toasted it is disgusting when it is not toasted. Not happy this is twice this has happened now. Very disappointed

Service was speedy, but the servers very much slapped the sandwich fillings together unevenly. At least tessellate the cheese!

Missing a footlong Also a packet of crisps from the meal deal and the footlong was wrong that came with the meal deal, when I phoned up, I was told to go collect what I didn’t recieve and then he put the phone down on me

Visited this subway store this afternoon with my husband. The man serving us was very lovely and chatty, our subs we're perfect and he also enticed us into buying an extra lemon cookie which was divine. I would've given five stars if said sales assistant wasn't having to work alone. Management need to address this as it's just not fair to be so understaffed, especially at lunch time when there were deliveroo orders to be fulfilled too.

Instructuions were put on to come to the front desk and deliver the order, the driver must have handed my order to a random stranger as it is saying it has been delivered without me receiving it.

The pricing was complicated and I paid for each item individually rather than a meal deal and the person who charged me didnt explain the pricing so I didnt get the meal deal so I think I might have over paid, but I cant tell because it was complicated and not clear to me despite only ordering 1 sub and 1 drink. I did query the price but I still couldnt understand how it worked and the person serving kept laughing as she spoke to me as if it was amusing that I didnt understand.

Really disappointed visiting this subway 17-4-22. Not friendly at all, my husband asked could he just have an extra triangle of cheese on his sub, no she said costs 30p extra. I said oh come on it’s just a small bit of processed cheese and she just stared at me. I know they have rules but I was in shock at how the lady handled it. I normally have tuna but it was all dry around the edges, like it had been there since the day before. The lettuce was brown and the cucumber and tomatoes were questionable. Just happy there is more than one subway in Cheltenham. Sadly won’t use that one again.

Sadly the small ham and cheese sub was toasted when it shouldn't have been and the user sadly doesn't like it toasted so it was wasted.

Absolutely disgusting! Me and my partner wanted a quick bite before continuing with our shopping. There were crumbs on every table as well as napkins. God knows what the staff were doing as when they had finished serving customers they vanished. We only had half before deciding to leave as we could not eat in an environment like that. The lady behind the counter took no notice of what we were asking for as she asked my partner twice what sauce he wanted. After saying twice he wanted the hot sauce she still continued to put chipotle on the sub. Would not recommend to anyone especially if eating in unless they start wiping down tables.

Despite paying for the order, it was never delivered. Subway said they could not help - it was up for to us to call Just Eat. Just Eat provided no facility to chat or to call them. And to make things much worse, the app now deceitfully tells us the order was delivered. Really terrible service and now we have probably a fight on our hands to get a refund. And the lady at subway told us this has happened before!

Ordered at 15:37pm, the expected delivery time was changed 3 times (getting later and later each time it updated). When the food finally arrived at 16:20pm -technically on time but 20 mins later than was stated when I placed the order- it was stone cold and soggy and tasted horrible. Definitely won’t order from here again. The only good part of this order was the delivery driver, who was friendly and polite!

Jalapeños were added to the meatballs but were not ordered and one of the subs was broken up.

Asian woman in subway was very rude and disrespectful to her customers. She had headphones in and was very grumpy. Also she overcharged both of us. We were welcomed with a disgusting welcome and told us to wait very rudly. Was told we cannot eat in even though there was 30 mins before closing. Don't waste your time with this subway.
