Came In with my friends and had a really nice time with amazing food!

Thank you Ryan, Sofi, Ben and Lucy for being so accommodating to me and my friends!! Food was amazing- had the pancakes with compote and blueberries and some boss burgers and it was delicious! Good place to revise too for those studying😋😋

Cosy coffee and a royal(e) breakfast! Ryan was a lovely server. They were very busy but found the time to bring us everything we needed, and tell us about their ever-changing hair colours! The atmosphere was perfect for a chat (the music wasn’t too loud) and it was lovely and warm.

My first time here it was really nice, the breakfast was scrumptious ordered from phone at the table.

Had lunch at Boston tea party today, and the vibe was busy but the staff and certainly the manager seem to handle it well, had a lovely lady serve me who seems like the supervisor very smiley service which I am happy with..

I am a regular at BTP. The menu options are great; there’s something for everyone and every mood and they do a really good coffee. Unlike most places I see the same staff every time I go and they are always super friendly and it is really nice to get to know them and be treated like a regular. They even know what I normally order and how I like it. 5 stars all round.

Met up with a friend here last week and was impressed with how lovely it was inside. The food was incredible and so tasty.

This place was quite busy, and I hadn’t heard of it before or realised it was part of a chain. It was nice to see it bustling, though. I ordered the shakshuka, latte, and veggie breakfast, but unfortunately, the food was pretty subpar. The shakshuka, in particular, was far from authentic. The service was good, although it took a while. I probably wouldn’t visit again for a sit-down meal, but I might stick to takeaway for hot drinks—they were quite good.

When I moved to Cheltenham this was the first place I ate and since then it has become a refuge with the best mocha ice I have ever tasted. I am always well received and everyone is always smiling and ready to help you. I highly recommend this place!

Today I’ve visited Boston Tea Party for an English breakfast. Table 40, 10am While the venue itself has a pleasant atmosphere and some charm, I must admit that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly given its highly-rated Google reviews. It’s the sort of place you might visit once for the ambiance, but not one I’d find myself returning to. To begin with, the breakfast was served cold, which was disappointing. The fried eggs were undercooked, and unfortunately, there didn’t seem to be an option to specify how I’d like them done. The sausage was rather average, reminiscent of something you’d find at a cheap supermarket, while the bacon tasted as though it had been reheated in a microwave. The toast was cold as well, giving the impression it had been left sitting out for a while. While I appreciate that these points may seem minor to some, I believe attention to detail is important, especially for a breakfast spot. I hope this feedback proves useful in enhancing the overall dining experience.

Excellent customer service from point of entry, we visited from wales they found us a table for 6 very quickly. They were very accommodating. Great food and quick service. You can order at the bar or on the app.

I’ve been coming to Boston tea party for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. All the guys and girls and management are exceptionally friendly and even use my first name to welcome me. Found is exceptional great for carnivals as well as vegan ! All produce is fresh and in most cases organic. I’m a single female and I always feel very comfortable coming to BTP, . In summer and sun permitting, they have outside sitting area with pretty much all day sunshine. Maybe it’s a little bit of a beaten track note next to the library still in the centre and definitely worth a visit. I always see the same people here what more of recommendation can any business have? Thank you guys for putting up with me for so many years! Yes

I have lived in Cheltenham for the last 6 years . Btp Cheltenham is a regular place I visit, for brunch/coffee, meets. Mostly if I want to clear my head and so some admin, it's a fantastic place to be. I would recommend this place to everyone. Lastly the lady who reminded me and asked, if I can leave a review. Full marks for her. As a business owner I can see the importance of reviews for businesses. Well done 👍

The breakfast food is honestly really good and I love it! My fav has been the veggie big breakfast 😋 I wish they had normal iced coffee but their verison is healthier (they put avocados in it) and it is very creamy. I put a 4 on the atmosphere because, where I love the aesthetic, it always seems very loud in here. A lot of banging and clashing and that's a bit unpleasant but it doesn't take away from the meal and I'm sure most people wouldn't hardly notice!

Always have delicious food from the Cheltenham branch and the service is always quick and friendly. Love that it's dog friendly! Portion size is good too.

Misleading instructions and buggy app just sours the whole dining experience. Walk in to a sign that says “wait to be seated”. Staff instead tells us to seat ourselves and to order online, but there is no QR code or anything at the table? And once you find the website on your own, it’s just terribly designed and a headache to order. Overall, it’s completely unnecessary to jump through all these hoops just to order a meal. Can’t you just take orders from the counter like literally any other normal restaurant?

Came with my children for lunch. We ordered on the QR code. The drinks and food arrived fairly quickly and before the children got cross.

I’d never heard of this place but was visiting the area so went for breakfast. It’s very busy but got seated straight away, every table was taken & there was queue forming after we got in. There is a wide variety for all tastes. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was lovely but could have done with two sausages for the price 😂 hot chocolate was also nice.

One of the best cafe's in Cheltenham and my go to place to meet friends, do a bit of work or meet clients. Menu has lots of tasty options and the food is really good quality, which is not a given these days. Highly recommend the Boston Breakfast for a good GF option :)

The Cheltenham Boston Tea Party is my ‘go to’ place to eat when in the town shopping. Always has fantastic tasty food, and great coffee. Service has always been great by the friendly team who work there. I highly recommend to anyone.

Way too many other places to get coffee in this town. No need to financially support poor service & bad food. Businesses like this only start to care when the revenues drop. Service: You sit at a table. You scan the code to order. They don't tell you that you need an app to scan that code. Doesn't activate with your Android camera. Manager behind the bar didn't want to help me figure out how to do it. He only had an apple phone and couldn't be bothered. Points me to some menus on the wall that I can pick up myself. I figured if apps and codes were going to be the thing to deal with in coffee shops, I had better figure out how it works. I tried Lens and that worked after a delay. Apparently he has never spoken to someone with an Android. Food: Driest cinnamon roll I ever had. I didn't think it was even possible to get a cinnamon roll that dry. I managed to get about half of it down because I was hungry. Latte was ok. I got one tiny napkin to eat my sticky bun. Gave me a knife and a spoon. If I was supposed to eat it with a fork, they didn't give me one. I ate it with my fingers and thus needed more than one tiny napkin. I went back to the bar to request the napkins. Server pointed. Apparently I was supposed to know where they were. I also asked for water and was directed around the corner to the side of the restaurant where apparently there was a water station to get a glass and some water. I didn't want to leave my belongings unattended halfway across the restaurant and so I passed. Ambiance: Loud, and crowded with rude people.

Very friendly service (visiting from USA), delicious food, warm atmosphere, highly recommend! I ordered the traditional English breakfast, the homemade hashbrowns were especially tasty!

Honestly, everything was fairly decent. One slight problem however, I had a chunk of Avocado in my iced coffee. I don’t know how, I don’t know why but it was there and it’s lucky I’m not allergic or I would be finito. Gone. Callas. Other than that, really enjoyed everything.
