Always have delicious food from the Cheltenham branch and the service is always quick and friendly. Love that it's dog friendly! Portion size is good too.

My tea was lovely and so were the staff, especially Aimee who gave me great customer service 💕

Boston Tea Party - you are very lucky to have your excellent Manager he runs this branch brilliantly . His staff were happy and efficient and our Bacon Muffins and hot drinks hit the spot. Well done all

Misleading instructions and buggy app just sours the whole dining experience. Walk in to a sign that says “wait to be seated”. Staff instead tells us to seat ourselves and to order online, but there is no QR code or anything at the table? And once you find the website on your own, it’s just terribly designed and a headache to order. Overall, it’s completely unnecessary to jump through all these hoops just to order a meal. Can’t you just take orders from the counter like literally any other normal restaurant?

Came with my children for lunch. We ordered on the QR code. The drinks and food arrived fairly quickly and before the children got cross.

Amazing place Never fails on food and service

I’d never heard of this place but was visiting the area so went for breakfast. It’s very busy but got seated straight away, every table was taken & there was queue forming after we got in. There is a wide variety for all tastes. I had a vegetarian breakfast which was lovely but could have done with two sausages for the price 😂 hot chocolate was also nice.

One of the best cafe's in Cheltenham and my go to place to meet friends, do a bit of work or meet clients. Menu has lots of tasty options and the food is really good quality, which is not a given these days. Highly recommend the Boston Breakfast for a good GF option :)

The Cheltenham Boston Tea Party is my ‘go to’ place to eat when in the town shopping. Always has fantastic tasty food, and great coffee. Service has always been great by the friendly team who work there. I highly recommend to anyone.

Way too many other places to get coffee in this town. No need to financially support poor service & bad food. Businesses like this only start to care when the revenues drop. Service: You sit at a table. You scan the code to order. They don't tell you that you need an app to scan that code. Doesn't activate with your Android camera. Manager behind the bar didn't want to help me figure out how to do it. He only had an apple phone and couldn't be bothered. Points me to some menus on the wall that I can pick up myself. I figured if apps and codes were going to be the thing to deal with in coffee shops, I had better figure out how it works. I tried Lens and that worked after a delay. Apparently he has never spoken to someone with an Android. Food: Driest cinnamon roll I ever had. I didn't think it was even possible to get a cinnamon roll that dry. I managed to get about half of it down because I was hungry. Latte was ok. I got one tiny napkin to eat my sticky bun. Gave me a knife and a spoon. If I was supposed to eat it with a fork, they didn't give me one. I ate it with my fingers and thus needed more than one tiny napkin. I went back to the bar to request the napkins. Server pointed. Apparently I was supposed to know where they were. I also asked for water and was directed around the corner to the side of the restaurant where apparently there was a water station to get a glass and some water. I didn't want to leave my belongings unattended halfway across the restaurant and so I passed. Ambiance: Loud, and crowded with rude people.

Very friendly service (visiting from USA), delicious food, warm atmosphere, highly recommend! I ordered the traditional English breakfast, the homemade hashbrowns were especially tasty!

Honestly, everything was fairly decent. One slight problem however, I had a chunk of Avocado in my iced coffee. I don’t know how, I don’t know why but it was there and it’s lucky I’m not allergic or I would be finito. Gone. Callas. Other than that, really enjoyed everything.

BTP is somewhere we've loved for years for their vegan boss breakfast, but there's such a wide range of vegan brunch options now we felt spoiled! We went for the vegan hash with spinach, tomato, mushroom and tofu scramble. It's so great to go somewhere for breakfast and have something with protein as well as fibre! The hash was perfectly cooked and the scramble was *chefs kiss* texture and flavour wise 👌

Strongly recommend! I've been to BTP countless times and can count on one hand I've had less than great experience! You can order at your table so no queueing is necessary Staff are really friendly and the food/ drinks get delivered super quickly. Only problems I have are: A. It can get really hot B. The toast more often than not is a bit soggy C. It gets really busy early, so there can be a wait if you're getting there for lunch.

Just charged £16 for one of the worst English breakfasts I've ever had. They call it the boss breakfast , one sausage, 2 small pieces of pink bacon and like 6 half slices of bread. Take it off the menu BTP, or atleast don't charge £16 for it

unfortunately dishonest staff making me wait ages for my order. Turned up cold as well. Won’t be ordering from here again as the staff were very rude when I called up too!

As a restaurant/bar manager myself I can confidently say she has the legit boundless enthusiasm rarely seen with continuity in hospo. If she is everpissed off with a customer you will never know about it. 1000% pro service 🙏

I popped in for a coffee before heading to a coworking place and ended up spending the day there. WiFi, power, drinks and food were great and they put up with me in the corner on my laptop all day.

I’ve been coming to BTP Cheltenham for several years, and always forget to review! So, for the excellent team and their superb boss, here we go… The staff are delightful, the location clean and the food superb. The boss, Mark, runs a tight ship and this is reflected in his positive and efficient team. From the sweetcorn hash to the burgers, the salads to the glorious brownies; I’ve always been happily satiated. All of the staff have been a joy to be served by, but of particular note now, and for the last few years, has been Evie. Excellent conversation, elegant service and a charming sense of humour, she has always looked after me so well. Most importantly, she makes me want to come back and bring my friends. The sign of the best of service from a genuine leader. Aimee has also been a delight to chat to and be served by. I could go on name dropping - what a team! My advice is to come here for the people and stay for the food. Culture has absolutely eaten strategy for brunch here! P.S it’s a mistake to try and take on the sweetcorn hash and then a brownie. I almost burst. Happy brunching!

A lovely smile greeted me as i walled in, i ordered avocado on sourdough with thd creamiest of scramble eggs and a flat white coffee all tip top.

Great atmosphere, fantastic food and pleasant staff. Clean facilities and decent coffee. The menu is fab but I can never resist the sweetcorn hash! Can't ask for more. 🥰

A wide variety of selection for breakfast and drink. Long list of menu to choose from. Definitely worth a try. I tried Shakshuka, and it was very good. Even Cappuccino was good, frothy and just the right balance of ingredients.

Located near to accommodation,so perfect spot for breakfast. Was extremely busy Sat morning, but this didn’t affect the service. Very varied menu. Delicious food and reasonably priced. Never been before, and there is one where I live, will definitely be popping in there now.

Back at BTP for the second time this month. As ever the coffee was hot, the food was good and the service was friendly, fast and efficient.

I’m a regular here due to the super friendly staff. I have a large German shepherd and a 3 month baby but feel very relaxed here and welcome. Breastfeeding friendly stickers on the windows made me feel more comfortable too. Relaxing atmosphere to grab some breakfast/lunch. Dog friendly and will bring a water bowl, Good menu especially for vegans and vegetarians looking for brunch.

This was our first time at a BTP and we were delighted and surprised. First at how much was on the menu and second at the amount of space there was inside. My partner had the flat white which came out beautifully, milk foam design everything, I had the green one and it was nice and light. I felt like an instant detox was surging through my body. Lastly the lady who brought the drinks offered us a complimentary Babycino for the baby. How nice is that?!!
