Tulip cafe in Bexley

Breakfast was so good. I'll definitely recommend Tulips to friends and family.

This is one of my favourite cafes in Sidcup. The cafe is always pretty busy but there’s always a free table. The service is great and the staff make sure you get menus staring by away. The food always comes out together with toast and everything, not like other local cafes when the toast either comes out too early or too late. The food always tastes great and I would definitely recommend

I went in to order a egg sandwich, it wasn't busy at all and somehow my egg was still under cooked snotty and at the price I paid it was ridiculous also I like to say if your any other race that's not white be careful I didn't get the same treatment as others let's say that.

DEAD !!! No flavour on any of the breakfast frozen sausage that had been deep fried to death no taste went to cut skin fell off bacon fatty n gristle £1.50 for a can of drink pretty much just a plate full of beans would avoid this place

Good food at reasonable prices. The staff are always friendly and remember your regular orders. The food usually arrives quickly.

Made fresh to order. Nice simple service and fair prices. Not over the top. Tried the tulip omelette (sucuk and halloumi) and the beans weren't watered down like in some other cafes

Been here for breakfast a few times lately. The cafe is nice and spacious with plenty of seats. The guy working is nice and friendly and the service is always good. The food is really nice and the Turkish breakfast is a must.

I found this cafe to be of a higher class quality then the surrounding cafes in the area, the modern interior and modern furnishings really sets this cafes from at local cafes within a 2 mile radius. Unfortunately I found the cafe to be above average for the food and service received. Albeit I did use the ‘create my own option’ no realising that it does not come complete with a round of toast/bread and butter. Where as the set menus has the option to choose from toast and or bread and butter. My total order come to £9.50 which comprised of x2 bacon, x2 sausage, x1 egg, x1 beans, x1 hash browns and x1 chips. Which was in total 7 items, equalling £8 and then £1.50 for the tea. For the grand some of £9.50 compared with other place cafe I could have got all that required including a round of toast AND some change back. Unfortunately although the food was good and you can pay by card I would not be returning

Old school Cafe with excellent staff. I get a Jacket potatoe and they are always hot and fluffy. Served with generous side salad, lettuce, tomato, red onion, carrot and cucumber. Treat Allergies seriously.

Good quality curry, filling and hearty, the breakfast set meals are also good. Plenty of food you will leave there full. Not bad at all the staff are friendly and helpful to.

Friendly staff, excellent food and reasonably priced. What more can you ask for? The pancake breakfast is my personal favourite.

Just had a take away ham and coleslaw roll, and it was so delicious and full of good ham, that I wanted to leave a review. I will definitely return as the dine in food looked good and the staff were friendly.

I work within Sidcup and really fancied a classic cafe's breakfast, Since I've ordered from here before I thought I would have my breakfast here. My breakfast was perfect, really enjoyed the coffee too! Will 100% return soon.

Went to this cafe as I fancied trying a new cafe in Sidcup and I’m so glad I chose this cafe. The service is great and the staff are very welcoming. The food comes out correct and all meals come out together, which is something some Sidcup cafes can’t seem to do. The food was really nice and the prices are reasonable too, a decent little cafe so far

I meet friends most Fridays for breakfast here. The owner is lovely, really friendly and helpful, he even went out and bought decaf tea bags for me as it wasn’t something he normally stocked 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had two great breakfast two days running while staying at premiere inn over road. Staff were helpful and food was superb with generous portions. Food well cooked with quality products. Service quick too considering place being busy. Seems like a well run honest family business that serves the community well.

We use this cafe quite a lot as we all work at sidcup station. Food is excellent and always hot and fantastic portions. Staff are all really friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money.

It’s so awful how much our local businesses are suffering in the pandemic. This cafe continues to run through the pandemic offering takeaway food and drink. Delicious food and drink - would recommend.

Lovely staff, clean, good food but all absolutely ruined by the worst sausages I’ve have ever tasted. Not just me my 2 1/2 year old grandson said yuk Grandad and would not eat his. Why do cafe owners waste their time cooking and presenting lovely food and the add a sausage that tastes of cardboard? Buy better sausages and more people will come back.

I’ve eaten here a number of times now and the breakfasts are consistently very good. They have a number if breakfast options or you can choose your own combination from the comprehensive list. However good the breakfasts are I have had the burger and chips a couple of times and not been impressed. So for me, it’s a great visit for a reasonably priced all day breakfast.

4 of us went to the Tulip cafe for the first time today, and loved it.I had a banana milkshake, oh my days it was lovely!Also had a cheese and bacon omelette with beans and fries, and it was blooming lovely, where have you been all my life Tulip Cafe.....

I was disappointed when I tried this place out for lunch on one of my lunch breaks, I’ve recently started working in the area and looking for a new local place to eat, when I first went in here I didn’t realise how long the shop was there was quite a few tables empty. I ordered a tuna melt and was disappointed when it took about 20minutes and the presentation clearly wasn’t a priority, never the less I began to eat my food only to be told by a male staff member that I couldn’t sit at a table and eat my lunch there as it was ‘lunch rush time’ and would be needed for more people!! NEVER have I heard such a ridiculous reason. I got up and was tempted to get a refund and go somewhere else but as they had taken so long to bring my food I didn’t have time and simply took my food and left. How you can get a way with treating your customers like that is beyond me. Very upset will not be visiting again

We were staying at he premier inn over the road. Three of us had breakfast this morning, absolute fantastic value for money we paid less than £20 in all. Friendly staff, the good was hot, quickly served, quality products and the coffee was far better than high end high street coffee shops. We all left feeling very satisfied. We will look forward to returning in a few weeks time as we visit sidcup regularly.

Excellent value, good food, clean, quick service and friendly staff. A number of us were staying at the Premier Inn in Sidcup, somewhat disappointed by the hotel's food offering we went in search of something better and found the Tulip directly opposite, what a find! Nothing fancy, plain straightforward well-cooked food and plenty of it for the price. The Tulip is a little gem.

We often visit here for breakfast on a weekend. The quality and value is first class and I’d highly recommend this to anyone in the area looking for a place to have breakfast. The only downside is that it isnt open on a Sunday morning

La experiencia tuvo lugar a finales de 2016,estuve con un amigo, nos sentamos en la única mesa izquierda (4 asientos). Bebidas y sentó pidió a mirar el menú para decidir el almuerzo. La mujer venía pidiendo una mesa de 6, el camarero se acercó y me dijo: "Bueno chicos necesito la mesa para seis. Sirvió las bebidas, así que sabíamos que estábamos buscando opciones de almuerzo. Sorprendido, me preguntó ¿Está diciendo que dejar? 'Él se rió, como dijo caracterizados" Así como sólo hay dos y caminamos lejos! Mi amigo y yo nos quedamos impresionados, y la mujer preguntando por el cuadro de 6 fuimos de color rojo brillante y se disculpó, diciendo que no sabía que haría alguien dejar para ella.Nunca he tenido esta experiencia en cualquier parte - completamente, completamente desagradable. Evitar el lugar.

Only had brunch in here but it was plentiful and tasty. The downside is parking as it's yellow line land and also right by traffic lights! But well worth a walk to it.

I had never been inside this cafe despite living very close by. From outside it didn't look appealing. However I was very pleasantly surprised when I tried it. Large menu, good food, very friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

We stopped here as our usual place on London bridge had gone all trendy it is very good food was great,we had the brunch breakfast which was very good and plentiful very good service and quite pleasent and close to station

We use this place regularly for a breakfast on a Saturday morning. It's a major step up from a greasy spoon, well decorated, with a nice ambience. The breakfast are always good and served quickly enough and the service is always friendly.

We often pop into the Tulip cafe for a quick breakfast when shopping. The food is prepared quickly and is always presented with a smile. The staff are always friendly and helpful (even when faced with some rather rude customers) There is a good choice of food at a reasonable price.

This cafe used to be the go to place for the office building opposite but it is now going downhill fast.

Have stopped in here three or four times now with my little boy, who loves it. Staff are so friendly, and you can order everything from a Panini to pie and mash. Has an Italian feel and does a lovely Capuccino, but the menu also has loads of pasta, full English choices, burgers, omelettes and grills (steak, gammon, lamb etc). The sort of place where you want to try everything (and probably will). A great local business (with a fab coffee and walnut cake)

Met a friend here for a hot chocolate over Christmas. Nice and convenient as a lot of places were shut. Although we only had drinks the menu had a wide range of food and drink. Staff were helpful and didn't rush us out even though it was near to closing time.

The worst coffee and bacon baguette ever coffee like watered down milk and burnt bacon when there yrs ago it's been done up still same as before rubbish £10 in the bin thanks for no brunch

This cafe is at the end of our road...it is simple and spotless, food is always good and the staff is always smiling and helpful. It is a great spot for a quick coffee or a snack and has a nice and easy atmosphere.

There is a good selection of food on offer here. Service is quick and friendly. The quality of the food is on the cheap side but you pay for what you get. The seating area is comfortable. I have returned here many times

This well known cafe is a diamond find for excellent food. A reasonable price range and good customer service, this place I'd a must to visit! I visited the tulip cafe with my daughter and ordered a ham and mushroom omelette. When it came I was shocked to see the size of it! It was massive!!! I cannot fault the food at all. It was the best omelette I have had!! It came with chips and a salad and all for under a fiver!! A lot of school mums have coffee in the mornings there as I do and feel this cafe doesn't get the recognition it deserves! So if you want good food for a good price go visit the place!! I'm a regular there now as I know I will always get great food. 5 out of 5. Well done Tulip!!!
