Requested sauces to be packed separately but it was on the food instead

I placed an order for delivery received my food cold the box was crushed and spilled into carrier bag .. soggy .. unacceptable

order quite regularly 🫠but all I can say is highly recommend the staff are lovely everytime i call for extra sauce on meals, food is always hot too!

So, I found this place in Leicester, Tuk Tuk, and I just gotta spill how awesome it was! I went for the kebab roll, fries, and masala chips, and guys… it was a flavor ride! Starting with the kebab roll – it was incredible! Seriously, I haven’t had a kebab roll this good in ages. It was packed with flavor, and every bite was just pure joy. If you’re into kebabs, this one’s a winner! Now, the fries – crispy, golden, and just the right amount of crunch. They weren’t overdone or oily, just perfectly crispy and super satisfying. A classic done right! And those masala chips – oh wow! They were bursting with spices, each bite was like a little flavor party. It was the right kind of spicy, flavorful but not overpowering, a perfect side kick to the meal. Oh, and I can’t skip over the top-notch customer service at Tuk Tuk! The staff was all smiles, super friendly, and just made the whole experience even better. They were quick to lend a hand, answer any questions, and made sure everything was just right. It felt like they really cared about making the dining experience fun and enjoyable. It’s not every day you find a place where the food is awesome, and the people are just as amazing! Big shoutout to the Tuk Tuk crew for keeping the vibes positive and the service stellar! In short, Tuk Tuk nailed it! It’s fun, it’s casual, and the food is on point. If you find yourself in Leicester and craving some great eats, this is the spot. Can’t recommend it enough! Keep it up, Tuk Tuk!

It was late and we decided to eat before travelling back to Yorkshire. The gentleman at the counter was very patient and told us how each came, and so we were able to choose exactly what we wanted. We enjoyed all the meals and this helped us to start our journey home 🏡.

King tuk burger burnt, buffalo wings burnt, masala chips was more like masala jacket potato slushy, both meals chips were rock hard, shish kebabs are deffo not worth £3.50. this used to be a banging choice for food, I don't know what happened to you guys.... Won't be ordering again....

Really nice food - would absolutely recommend!

Tried this place for the first time and was impressed right from the start. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially for the kids. Ran through all the options and what each of the boxes offers. Everything was prepared fresh and the wait time was very reasonable. The food was amazing and had a very unique taste. We even recieved some lamb chops on the house. The portion sizes for the boxes were very big and 1 box would quite easily feed two people. I would highly recommend this place if you want to try something different. Will definitely be coming back again. Many thanks once again for a pleasant experience. 👍👍

I've bought chops from them twice. Both times they were uncooked. The second time I emphasised to the chef that I would like them well done. He assured me that he will make sure it is cooked well. But once again, they were not cooked properly and they were not edible.

My order arrived with missed items

I ordered a whole checken, 1 rice, 1 chips and 4 burgers. I recieved the order without burgers that I paid previously and no action made from your restaurant. Although I tried make a call with the driver, but he shut his mobile phone many times. I am really disappointed and decided not to order from you again.

it would be better if it came with salt/sauce sachet(s) etc., and maybe with options to add salt/vinegar/sauces online before confirming/approving order. but apart from that, it was nice.

The food was good actually but the thing about this place is there is so much smoke in there that makes you nauseous and make it a unbearable place to eat in.

Food arrived ordered 2 meals no drinks called the lady she understood nothing telling me to contact the driver , how was I suppose to she has no idea who delivers the food so I’m asking her if she can call the driver she said no for 6.00 and the fact I order from them a lot I’m disappointed and will consider another alternative.

Nice little takeaway. Very nice decor. Food is amazing traditional taste and good portion sizes. Well priced, Can't beat a tuk king lamb burger 🍔 have to try it! Definitely recommend to try.

The food today was disappointing. We spent so much money, the box was mostly filled with chips no rice. There was no gravy on on the rice, last order we will be placing.

The chips tasted and looked like it was refried 2 or 3 times, they were too overdone. The chicken also tasted burnt. Disappointed considering the money spent. Won't be ordering from here again.

Like always the food and restraunts service was amazing... The only negative thing i have to say is the min spend level is £10.00 on top off the surcharge and delivery cost which double the cost of the item....

Kebab burger was okay, a little bland. Chicken Tikka box meal was not very good, the chicken was very chewy, the rice was a little bit undercooked. The chips and chutney/sauces were really nice with the little bit of salad on the side.

My favourite place ever to order again for the 100th time..... I don’t really like sea food anything fishy is a no but I do love the fish from here just amazing flavour to it no bones nothing .... the portion size is very big too which is soo worth it !! Thank you so much 😊

Delivery through Uber eats- no free drink, as advertised with tuktuk box and food was smothered in ketchup. Normally only has the chutney? Food was still nice but soggy with to much ketchup.

Good old Leicester is awash with curry houses. Many of them are also trying to cash in on the recent vegan trend abd On the Tuk Tuk menu, they are incorrectly labeling 'vegan' on there dishes. For example, paneer, which is a hard cheese only made with milk is incorrectly labelled as vegan. Not good news for vegetarians, vegans and those whose allergies with severe reactions!

Awful service will not recommend...serves reheated stale food..the burgers had a nasty smell to it. yuk AVOID THIS TAKEAWAY!!! your healh is more important

Chicken not cooked thoroughly. Kebabs have a smell to them so guessing not freshly made. Rice seem to be days old. Please sort your food out or else it won’t take long to sell your business onto someone else.

Best milkshakes after boo burger

I won a voucher for a free breakfast at Tuk Tuk, which was run on Facebook on Ramadhan Publication page, I went to use the voucher before the Expiry date Friday 7th June 2019. The horrible manager refused to serve breakfast or offer any alternative, He made lame excuse that the offer was only for Ramadhan, I checked the terms and conditions and no where does it mention this, I felt deceived and humiliated and walked out, i will be taking this further and have reported your business to the Trading Standard Agency for running false, misleading, competitions which you failed to honor

The place is great , the vanilla milkshake was on point and at the right temperature

In tuk tuk they make quater/half chicken or you can have the new burger called the king tuk burger which is very delicious.They even make naan ,peshwari naan, tikka naan and cheesy naan.

Authentic Indian cuisine, good concept and very busy I must admit. Greeted by nice and friendly staff and we were served delicious lovely drinks at a good price. Loved the decor and a nice simple menu to read and choose from.

The chicken is extremely dry, no stabs or cuts are put in while grilling. Feel like the reviewers on this are trying to pull the wool over my eyes. The sauce isn't chilli, i don't think they have any actual chillis, just ketchup with seeds. Waste of money, plus they scoffed at some guy who simply asked if they do £1 burgers. Even though the food was bad quality and a £1 burger would have been better tasting. It may have been a one off, but it's a really disappointing experience.

Defiantly recommend it was my first time eating here my food was lovely the rice was perfectly cooked and the chicken was really succulent ..the peshwari naan was the nicest I have had in years! Only down fall was the kids meal chicken was a tiny bit to spicy for my daughter but overall amazing food Looking forward to the bigger menu I will definatly be back!
