I ve been eating so many years with them, and it's always good, especially their curry, Which is amazing.

Always good service and hot food,never disappointed. The best Chinese in the town. We recommend,we definitely will come back again.

Had a takeaway from here tonight they forgot half our order so had to go back in and then my other half had a hair in her pancake roll

First time ordering from the new owners having used Tse house a few years ago. Ordered a simple meal before an early working day. Took more than a while to arrive, and it was soup in a bag. Pancake rolls were sweaty and broken to a point it was beansprouts in a bag, the chips were swimming in grease from inside the delivery bag, and I was missing prawn crackers. It was not even very warm at this point. I phoned right away to complain, and given I had paid cash, they would refund the whole meal minus the delivery but the driver would be a while before he could return. The delivery time was to blame for this as everything steamed itself to death.. I'm sorry to the young lady on the phone, as it is clearly not her fault, however the customer service from the manager is disgusting. I will not ever be using you again.

I had a delivery back in July and it was lovely, tasty and hot...delivery was very good and the driver very polite and friendly...no complaints from me...10/10

Best place in town! Ordered for the first time since the new owners and it’s improved massively! Delivery was fast and on time, the woman on the phone was polite and friendly Definitely will be reordering next week

We have come to the conclusion that the best time to order is at 6:30 pm on a Wednesday because the establishment is closed on Tuesdays and there's a good chance your food might be freshly cooked rather than re-purposed from the previous evening. Inedible rubber chips and almost cold chicken & pineapple delivered about 20 minutes after ordering. You can't cook chips from scratch and deliver in that timescale and try to pass them off as fresh. The standard has deteriorated since amalgamating with Four Oceans just up the road.

I have got to say that this is the best Chinese food around and the portions are very generous you can order from the shop or have it del ! I had it delivered and the driver was really nice,

The food amount was generous and the staff were very welcoming.I had a collection and they sold drinks as well the waiting time was a reasonable amount but I got it faster than expected.The food was great and I suggest this place a lot this is worth my money!

Sadly seems to have gone very downhill from 4 oceans. Not sure why? Too busy maybe? Especially at weekends. 1hr 40min wait and was overcharged. So sad considering there aren't many options in Camborne for Chinese delivery. I think the food is ok to be fair, but the service is sadly disappointing. Edit. Gave the benefit of the doubt once more after being told 1hr wait. Now 1hr 28mins and still not here...sorry unacceptable. And it will come cold.wouldnt accept this in a restaurant paying £35. By the way long standing customer. Re edited. 1hr40mins, I told the driver I would not accept the order. Yes I will be banned I'm sure , but c'mon, this is no way to treat people. Not the drivers fault at all, which I told him. If you can't fulfil orders....be honest.

The mini rolls were cold and dull. Both myself and partner couldn’t even finish any dish, was gross. Really wouldn’t ever recommend a place like this, if you can’t cook or serve decent food, don’t open a takeaway! Will never return and both feel ripped off and hungry 😞

Made an order for delivery. Told it would be one hour to one and a half hours. After one and half hours no food. Called them and they said that they didn't know how much longer it would be. I cancelled. Spoilt my birthday treat!

We were getting disappointed with the quality of the meals delivered from Tse House last summer and following recommendations from friends switched our allegiance to Four Oceans, just up the street. There was a positive improvement. Now, I don't know why Four Oceans decided to go in partnership with Tse House but the quality of the meals has taken a nose dive since then. I placed an order over the phone this evening at 6:30pm and was told it would be an hour and a half before delivery. Not really what I wanted to hear. Finally the meals arrived at our doorstep two hours later at 8:30pm and were lukewarm at best. It would seem that going into some kind of partnership with Tse House, Four Oceans has made a bad move. They seem to have overstretched themselves, converting two businesses into one; they simply don't have the capacity to fulfil orders in a timely fashion.

I ordered by phone was told to pick up at 6.45, still had to wait another 1/2 hour in shop for my order, and when I got it home it was half cold and an item missing. Won't be going back.

The food was delivered on time it was hot and amazing the staff were nice and I will be coming here again this is a good place to go I recommend this a lot!

Always use TSE house for Chinese. Have always loved their food and the delivery service you can’t fault, never longer than 30mins. This time however I was disappointed, I had a chow mein and the noodles were so salty. To the point inedible. I really hope this was a one time mis hap.

Worst Chinese takeaway I ever had. Used synthetic colour and taste is 🤮.TSE special chowmin the worst one .

Takeaway: absolutely awful, the food was disgusting. The noodles were so salty they were in edible, the pork balls were a molten pulp, the bang bang chicken was burger sauce squirted over under cooked chicken on a bed of browning lettuce. Save your money and body by avoiding this awful awful place.

Shockingly bad. Ended up in the dustbin. Noodles were so salty I’d rather have had a pint of sea water. Char sui pork was bland with watery sauce. The mixed platter to start was also worse than a microwave meal. The wondering dragon was not great the meats were all tough and chewy. Only the prawn crackers were worth keeping. Never again…….

Have recently come back to Tse house the food is excellent but the curry sauce was not nice I don't know what happened to it. I shall still have takeaway there in the future best regards Mike

Stayed in an apartment 2 minutes from Tse Chinese. Food was barely warm and no microwave in the lovely apartment, not expecting there to be one. Shame as the food was good just not nice being luke warm at best

Cooked lovely and fresh. Everything you would expect, we could smell it cooking while out and decided to order. Glad we did!

Food is okay. Feels like the place has been going downhill since Covid. Haven’t been in for a while, but whenever I go in they seem understaffed.

Visited while staying on a touring caravan site a few miles down the road. We have used this Chinese for 4 years now. Food has always been of a good quality, good service, good portion sizes each time we have ordered. Wouldn't hesitate to use when we are in the area.

Worst Chow Mein ever. Not seen it anywhere done like that and I have eaten a few of them - bits of chicken floating in watered down soy sauce with literally a few noodles. They've got no idea about Chinese food these cooks there. No refund given.

Truly the most terrible of chinese meals.I would say that the Beef in blackbean sauce had the taste and consistency of luke warm marmite....but that would have been a considerable step-up. The Chicken chow mein was bland and the Chicken had the texture of fresh playdough. Two forkfuls and the lot went into the bin. Better to throw £20 on the fire and save the emissions caused from driving to pick this up.

Really disappointed. Beef chow mein was salty and was swimming in a ‘bistro’ type gravy. The other chicken meals were tasteless, fatty and rubbery. Waste of money ☹️ Phoned to explain that the food was awful and they weren’t interested and pretty much ended the conversation and hung up.

Set fire to a £20 note and save yourself the trouble. Absolutely vile, worst chinese we've ever had. We ordered basic Chinese dishes- chicken chow mein, beef in black bean sauce. So oily, salty and tasteless. God knows where that 'chicken' came from, it had the most horrendous rubbery texture. All went in the bin.

Singapore chow mein is to die for. If I was on death row this is what I'd request. Fried food is average but the actual dishes are amazing .

Sending my mixed curry to trading standards on Monday pink chicken if chicken, and cold egg fried rice £24.00 down the drain, would of been a lot easier to give my money back, and not afraid to use salt

The description of Yung Chow fried rice on the website photo bears little resemblance to the reality. Not that great today I'm afraid.

I was the only person in the place. I only ordered a meal for myself and 3 times they came back out from the kitchen to ask me what meal I wanted. I live very close by, but when I got home and started to eat, I realized that the food was luke warm and has to put it in the microwave before eating it. Quality of the food was average. Also no card payments under a tenner.

Have been going here for last 22 years and always had great meals. It has parking outside to grab your takeaway. Before the covid we had some great table service. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Based in the centre of Camborne so very easy to find. Also offer a delivery service if you need.

Food was very bland. Not very hot. To be honest, it was tasteless and we threw most of it away. Very disappointing.

How anyone can give this place 5 stars is beyond belief , you was either paid or COVID affected your taste , I've traveled a lot around the world and eaten stuff that would make a goat sick but this food had to be the worst food I’ve ever tasted , couldn’t even eat it , it had that much food colouring I was concerned about my safety , I hate to think how the food is stored the meat ( if you want to call it that ) was soft and slimy , peppers and mushrooms were black ! Singapore noodle tasted burnt , they looked old and dried out , nothing was fresh , don’t worry about your money you wasted ,worry about your health .. you have been warned

I’ve been ordering from Tse House since I moved to Camborne (approx 3 years) and I’ve never had a bad experience. The service is amazing & food always arrives quicker than expected. Everything’s always nice and hot and tastes fresh!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Just moved to the area and after several backbreaking hours of moving furniture into my house I decided to try out one of the local takeaways. They must have got my order wrong because I'm almost certain I didn't ask for diced flip-flops in liposuction sauce and battered walrus testicles. I've put the house back on the market 👍.

We ordered a takeaway from this called Chinese restaurant and what can I say it was dreadful and the chicken was rubbery and horrible texture. The rice was definitely reheated as it was awful and tastes like cardboard. We phoned to complain and spoken to the so called manager and offered no refund and didn't want to know. Very poor customer care and if I was you stay away as all our food went in the bin. My advice do not try this restaurant as you will be very disappointed.

Great tasting hot food to Takeaway

We were so excited when we found this Chinese at first now it's over priced, the salt and pepper chips are actually laughable. They have no seasoning on at all, they are just wet, soggy chips without even salt on. The place is a shambles and has gone down hill so quickly. Gross

I phoned my order in at 6:30pm for home delivery and it arrived at my door less than twenty minutes later! Outstanding delivery service; we hardly had time to warm the plates. Once again, an excellent piping hot meal of stewed chicken + pineapple, sweet & sour king prawns, egg fried rice - and plawn clackers, all for less than £20 delivered. You can't fault the service . Excellent value. Recommended.

I placed our order for home delivery over the phone shortly before 6pm and it arrived well before expected at 6.30. Superbly cooked, very tasty meals of stewed chicken & pineapple, King prawns with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts accompanied by egg fried rice and prawn crackers. No complaints whatsoever, superb meals thoroughly enjoyed by us both.

My go to Chinese. Singapore chowmein is to die for. Only once in 10 years messed up my order. Reasonable delivery times and prices .

Ordered 3x chicken and pork on fried rice and 2 pots of bbq sauce, even thou it comes with bbq sauce. As you don't get alot, well this time you have surpassed yourselves, you must of smeared it on top with a toothpick the meat was dry and chewy as for the 2 pots dont think you had enough for 1 but you made it stretch you were the best chinese in town at one time.

TSE house finally reopened for delivery service, which was great news for us... We ordered our favourites, sweet and sour pork balls, chicken balls, chicken curry etc... and it arrived pretty quick too. Safe distancing delivered. It wasn’t as hot as deliveries we had from Truro which is odd. The food looked fine but just didn’t taste as good as it cold be. The chicken omelette was simply undercooked, inedible. Overall average at best.

I ordered half a roast chicken and omg the chicken was so over cooked and very dry could not eat it so its in the bin will never eat from there again

Tse House for me is the best Chinese in Camborne. Every time the order arrives quicker than stated on phone. It’s almost always pipping hot, although with this cold weather it has cooled a little recently. We ordered our favourite meals recently, sweet and sour pork balls, duck and pork on rice, chicken curry and thai sweet chilli chicken... all great. Can’t recommend enough. Other Chinese locally are very good too... except the one in Tuckingmill that you can’t review as it’s still not on here, despite countless times trying to add it. Golden House is a terrible take out, check it out on google. The food is poor, arrives eventually cold and most the time wrong, disgusting too. Terrible service, won’t fix their faults. Don’t use them!

Amazing food best Chinese in camborne ultra fast delivery ❤️

We were looking forward to our takeaway being delivered on Saturday, it was a special treat for us. The food was disgusting and also cold. The half crispy duck was mostly sloppy fat, this was supposed to be the highlight of the meal. The orange chicken was tough and dry couldn't eat it. The rice was baked hard in the container, could hardly get the spoon in it. We tried all evening to phone to complain, couldn't get through phone was engaged each time we tried. At 5pm Sunday when they opened I returned most of the food, the rest was in our dust bin. My complaint was not handled very well at all. Bitterly disappointed by the disgusting food and by the way I was treated when I complained. We will never use these people agains

We have been ordering from another local Chinese take away recently, so this was the first TSE house takeaway for sometime. It arrived quicker than was quoted when ordered, it was hot. Order was spot on, rarely ever mistakes. Meal was delicious... nothing bad to say.

The worst food experience in my life with Tse House.The gentlemen in the till were so aggressive and very fast who don't listen to customers.I have ordered 2 items: Pepper chicken and chicken fried rice, but I have received Sweet & Sour Chicken of instead pepper chicken.The chicken fried rice is with red chilli powder and chicken and when I am eating it's like I am red chilli powder rice topping with some pieces of chicken.I have called on 01209713488 to clarify with gentlemen who took my order he is trying to argue instead listening to the customer wrong order which is shameful to go to this type of CHINESE TAKEAWAY.I don't prefer to go on with TSE HOUSE to fulfil your hungry...

Just got chicken curry and boiled rice didnt take long to get i was in the shop barely 5min when i received the food got home and it was luke warm i live 5min drive away not happy

Very disappointed with our meal tonight. Sweet and sour pork was tough, but my sweet and sour king prawn was soaked with fat! I had to literally squeeze each prawn ball with kitchen roll, very fatty. First bad meal from them, probably the last I'm afraid.

Not a lot of choice in Camborne for an eat in Chinese. Asked around and was told to try the Tse House. First impressions were not good - it could do with some work both outside and in. We were the only customers although the take away seemed very busy. We were expecting the worst but pleasantly surprised with both the food and the service. The waitress was very polite and attentive and the food was well above average. Worth a visit if you like Chinese food.

We called in on the off chance of having a meal with a friend, but needn’t have worried as the restaurant was empty. However, they were doing a roaring trade in take away food. We were shown to a table and served well throughout the evening. The food was lovely and very reasonable. I would recommend it as a restaurant and a take away, which we have done several times. My only slight criticism would be that maybe the decor could be updated, but all in all a good experience.

I always use tse house. This time wasn't as good as it normally is, the chow mein was different and wasn't that pleasant and the pork balls were hard and chewy or full of fat. My husband and son had curry which wasn't nice, my son didn't like it at all, my husband only tasted the fat it was cooked in which left a film and bad taste in his mouth. SORT IT OUT!!!!

It is a takeaway with a tabled restaurant. The food is always tasty, fresh, and we'll portioned - you don't need to over order.

I like this Chinese for my takeaway. I prefer to order over the phone and collect it myself as a delivery can take up to an hour and a half as they are very popular which I see a good sign. Prices are average, food is always pipping hot and of good quality

I'm from windrush.. I can't believe how bad I have been treated... for the second time in a row I have been refused a seat in the the restaurant!!!! I have had trademen from various parts of the country staying in my home town and looking for recommendation for places to eat... i recommend u guys and u make me look like a fool!! Would never of happened with old owners!!!!! U lose big time!!

Food here is actually quite nice indeed. The service however is often poor with deliveries especially arriving either late, cold or wrong order. Would still recommend coming here over other alternatives

Was not happy at all with the food. The chips were cold, the chow mien was flavourless and the wanton soup tasted like dish water. Can not honestly say I will be back for tea again.

Excellent Chinese, top notch food

Been here many times but the portions are getting smaller to the point that it's just not worth the money.

We walked into this restaurant and not a single table had been set. The table we were shown to was dirty. It was clear they are predominantly catering for the takeaway market. The very young local lad serving us was genuinely surprised when we asked for a table for two in a deserted restaurant. He had to phone up to ask if that was OK and then, later on, he had to ask what size wine glasses to use as we were oniy his second sit down order in the two months he worked there. My advice to others is be brave. Hang in there. There is zero atmosphere and you'll probably be eating on your own but the food itself is delicious and reasonably priced. With a bit more effort this could be a great restaurant with its prime location but it is a tired establishment in need of inspiration and needs to decide what it is, namely a takeaway or a restaurant.
