Excellent quick service, love food 😋

Fortune Palace as the food is fabulous. However, after telling us that our delivery would be one hour, which was fine by us, it arrived after one hour and twenty minutes after chasing them up. When it arrived, it was incorrect - two dishes were fine but instead of two rices we had a chow mein. When I called them, they told me that the mistake was mine and I would have to wait at least twenty minutes for it to be replaced and pay for the missing food. If I wanted a refund, I had to bring it back to the shop where they reserve the right to refuse the refund if they think it has been touched. My husband is driving it there as I write this. Such disappointing and downright rude customer service for a regular customer from an otherwise great food supplier. Fortune Palace, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

Food was okay but the delivery was appalling got told up to 45 minutes and took a hour and a half. Phoned them up and could only tell us it was on the way

Incredible food. Been going here for a very long time now and has only gotten better with age. Will be going again tonight😋.

Card only if under 10 quid. This is just a joke had to leave with no food as no acception

Box has stunk and not worth the money for the pepper box

I asked if they serve vegan food. They said yes, I placed an order, I double checked with the staff for unwanted ingredients...all good. When I got home I discovered that I had eggs in my food. Luckily I saw it before eating. If they don't know what vegan is they should ask ....some people have allergies Nice waste of money!

Nice food just a touch greasy but other than that it's nice for a treat 🙂

Had takeaway meal here, we had crispy duck which was very nice, chicken and cashew nuts. food was hot and freshly cooked plenty of it, shop clean and staff good

Had a special sat'a full of onion clearly to bulk it out lacked flavour , special fried rice with barbeque sauce was dry hardly any sauce lacked flavour also , dissapointed !!

Really enjoy the food from Fortune Palace. Polite and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Please bring back free Prawn crackers when spending a certain amount. It makes all the difference.

Seen police and immigration at this place twice now, had our food order cancelled even though we were told to collect. The wife that works there is so rude as well as the children who seem to work behind the counter. Saltash council should close this place.

The chicken balls are so delicious and chips are the best Chinese chips I ever tasted

Was spoken to Disgustingly by the counter staff. Two others in the take way couldn't believe it. I will never go there again. They also said that they wouldn't go there again.

I wouldn't recommend using fortune Palace. Food came after 2 hours and 40 minutes. It was barely warm. Only ordered a curry, rice and chips. When we called they seemed very unbothered and got a half hearted apology. Had a couple of situations like this with Fortune Palace and will no longer use them to order Chinese!

Ordered a takeaway this evening and despite the food normally being great tonight was awful. I phoned to complain only to be told “ well we don’t give credit what do you want me to do ?” The prawn balls where black and the salt and pepper squid was not edible. We spent £25 on the meal and the only thing we could really eat was the free prawn crackers . Very disappointed by food and service

Had a big order delivered, 4 of us. We all ordered different items and were all very pleased with our meals. I had Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Crispy Chilly Beef, Soft Noodles and Prawn Crackers and it was all very well cooked and very tasty. Turned up within the hour delivery time. Staff are always friendly. My In-laws, Mrs and i have been using this Takeaway for years and have never had a bad meal here.

Great food as always. Portions are very reasonable for the prices you pay. Always tasty and delivered within 30-40 minutes on a Saturday, which is unheard of from other takeaways! 5* all day long.

Definitely worth a second visit

This Chinese is by far THE BEST that you can buy with friendly staff and lovely food, use to go China City and The Rodney but their food does not even come close to Fortune Palace.

Spent over £22 and in my order was Prawn crackers ended up with two Prawn crackers as you get them free over £20 so why wasn't I told. Ordered the chicken with chilli and garlic and green peppers it was horrible it tasted like black pepper my partner thought it was curry. Prawn crackers were greasy. Phone staff were thick and didn't know what they were doing. Least the delivery driver was friendly. WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN!!!!!!

Wow, first visit here and I have to say it's one of the best Chinese takeaways I have had in a while. Massive chicken balls, no grease or soggy batter and made from good quality chicken. Lush special fried rice, without any fat on the meat. Fantastic mini spring rolls. First time me and my daughter have eaten our entire order. 😊

Not very nice at all,special chow mein was greasy and contained hardly any ingredients apart from a few bits of tough meat and the chips were like they had been kept from the previous night,only plus was the nice staff that worked there

My usual takeaway was closed, but this one was our next closest and it tasted lovely! Slightly pricer than our usual - especially as we collected and didn’t get it delivered, but not too bad.

Great tasting food, however they sometimes get your order wrong, so get them to read the order back before cooking

Excellent take away, good value for money

Stopped here by chance for fish and chips. We can only say this was the worse fish and chips we have had the misfortune to have purchased. Rock hard solid thick batter sounded dry grey fish. The chips were pale,limp and cold. Bin fodder. Head into town or buy a salad.

Ordered lemon chicken and egg fried rice. The chicken was inedible as the batter was so hard it could not be cut. They sent out a replacement which was horrible. I will not be going there again.

We don't eat chinese take out very often but we use this one everytime. The food is always fresh and the staff polite.

Went for 2nd attempt as first one poor. I had beef and black bean sauce and it tasted of burnt mushrooms. Nasty. Mrs had sweet and sour chicken balls and they were disgusting. Unsure what animals balls they were. Won't go back for a third go!!

All ways get our Chinese takeaway from fortune palace my favourite is the lemon chicken it's superb and would recommend fortune palace to everyone

Ordered dry fried beef chow mein with and got very oily noodles with a couple of bits of beef and a few bits of green stuff that I think were meant to be the vegetables. Threw most of it away.

We have used this chinese countless time now the food is allways great very tasty I will the staff are very friendly and polite the delivery driver is quick couldn't ask for a better chinese

I've used the palace a great many times, the food is great and the speed of delivery is excellent. I've had a wide range of dishes from here and the food is to make your mouth water.

Second time here this week as we are holidaying near by and the first time was excellent.

Only ordered a couple bags of chips.. was left waiting for 30 mins. Several other customers who arrived after me but ordered meals, we're served first.

terrible chips double dipped hard and dry and make sure you ask for chips with the salt half a bag of salt.Cantonese ribs not much sauce in them. I suggest go to te rodney xing Chinese much better. :(

Service from here is normally amazing but ordered food tonight and got given someone else's food to then be given what I actually ordered cold. But they did give me 20% off of my next order because of all of this.

Normalmente uso el Super Bowl llevar que está a sólo unos minutos de distancia, pero fuera de conveniencia pura, llamé a este lugar para un mezclado curry y patatas fritas.

Food always tasty, hot and quick.

Pedimos una entrega de Fortune Palace, mantiene a los plazos habituales, muy rápido cuando avise de plazos de entrega. Tenía pollo al curry como uno de los platos. . . Pollo en el mejor de los casos, varios correosos piezas no poder disect como no romper en la boca. Por lo demás, un sabor muy agradable. Lástima que no pudimos disfrutar plenamente de la comida.

The last 3 times I have ordered a chicken dish the chicken didn't taste nice and was also rubbery. I have ordered from here for several years but I won't be anymore. The lady taking calls is very pleasant

Had Chinese from here for first time in a year it has definitely gone down hill such a shame had rice which had chunks of meat in seem to lack of main ingredients like they are cutting back but still charging the same .

We use this Chinese takeaway every week. The food is always of a good standard and sometimes it is exceptional. The sweet chilli chicken is my favourite, try it you won't regret it

He estado yendo aquí durante años pero las pocas últimas visitas han sido terribles. pato aromático demasiado seco para comer, quemada arroz frito especial, dulce y amarga pollo seco incomible y como para las patatas fritas tenían más de una semana el consumo de sal seca mis labios simplemente para comer un par. No es bueno no volveré.

I've been going to the Fortune Palace for many years now and I have always found the food to be excellent if sometimes a little bit on the salty side. In all the years of going there my order was only ever wrong once but since then it has had several owners. I don't go there is much now but this is only due to the fact that Fortune Palace is not on "Just Eat" as I like using "Just Eat" purely because you can pay by card. That's the thing Fortune Palace does not take card orders.

Easily the best Chinese in saltash, service good, staff very friendly, and food lovely. This says it all

Always used this takeaway for years,always really good for,until last week,beef was tough,the chicken and chips were awful,yesterday's chicken tough and tasteless even the cats wouldn't eat it.need to sort this out as you will lose customers.

waited 2 hours for a delivery that didn't arrive. eventually offered 10% discount on order that might arrive in next hour. are you having a laugh or what ?

Just got through a chicken curry with fried rice and other bits. the chicken in the curry was like a damp marshmallow ! i cut through the larger pieces and it was borderline pink. why is it so soft and squidgy? there was no texture to the chicken at all ! was it chicken ? the other things were ok but my god the chicken was scary!

Why bother advertising that your open on a sunday but not awnser your phone. Tried 10+ times to get through without success. Usually go hear for food but wont bother in future due to their arrogance

Chinese food is our weakness, and we have it every week. Lets face it if you work why not treat yourself. Well we have been using for about 2 years Fortune Palace maybe even longer and the quality has been a little up and down and I suppose that depends on who the chef is. At the moment the food has never been so good both me and the wife agree. The dishes have been quite spicy and to be honest that is just to my taste. The various different staff are always friendly and they can deliver. I would recommend the thai sweet chili chicken, or the Singapore noodles.

Ordered duck and pork with fried rice for delivery. Service was fairly quick, but the food was a disappointment. Was unable to tell the difference between each meat, both of which were over cooked and tough. The rice appeared to have been through the frying process more than once. Not a good experience.

Crispy honey prawns were excellent. Ribs perfect. Crispy chilli beef perfect. Bit pricey, but lovely food.

Friendly efficient average Chinese takeaway. Enough parking spaces most evenings. Not had deliveries. Always picked up.
