Terrible service! I waited approximately an hour for a mixed encocado while my friends had already finished eating their orders and the waiter as if nothing had happened! After complaining a couple of times about the delay of my order, the waiter informed me 45 minutes later that they are already preparing my mixed encocado which turned out to be something simple when he brought it to me. I will never return to this place nor will I recommend it!

Best vibe in Old Kent Road. Staff is so friendly and attentive, the karaoke is so fun and the dj is great. Had such a fantastic evening celebrating my sister’s birthday. Thank you Tropical!

My parents and I walked by this restaurant and thought we would give it a try. I ordered the pork loin with chips, salad, and rice. The pork loin was the best thing on the plate, flavourful and juicy. The sides were alright but they need a sauce or more seasoning or something to elevate them. Be mindful of when you go to the restaurant. When we went in the evening, they were playing loud music and about to start karaoke. If you’re not into that, go earlier in the day.

The mixed ceviche does not have a seafood flavor, I only ate the shrimp and the rest was left there, they serve it with popcorn that is not fresh therefore it is rubbery; In short, it's not worth it. The onion is presented as a thick, orange cream with an unpleasant appearance that we had to return. Tamarindo Smoothie pure ice, simple and barely tasted like Tamarindo.

At least the dish (rice with seafood) that they served me was very well prepared, but not the ceviche and onion that the other people ordered. Very good service and the place is pleasant.

Great place from Latin America for a family lunch or dinner perfect, 🎤 karaoke during the dinner the show is served with animation and you also can be part of the show singing your song, about the food the grill I asked for medium and was just perfect and tasty the sauce for dress the bbq delicious, the waitress are very kind, I’ve been there many times and is the same rank. An atmosphere to enjoy with the family, and at night on weekends you can enjoy Karaoke and good Latin music, highly recommended if what you are looking for is to have a pleasant time with your family and friends.

Food is delicious but the staff are horrible! I was asking one of the waitresses what exactly was in the food because I was allergic to mussels and she couldn’t even tell me what the food had, so I’m not sure what exactly her job is because good customer service is definitely not it, she didn’t even want to go ask in the kitchen. had the worst attitude rolling her eyes and everything. I’m pretty sure when you apply for a job you know what you have to do and she knew nothing! Very bad customer service if you want to get treated bad go there.

We always get lime, popcorn and chilli sauce. This time they did not put any of it.

Last Saturday we visited the place, we left with a bad taste in our mouths since the service was not so pleasant and the man who, as we understood, was responsible for animating the night, was very unprofessional to be honest. Music... much to be desired. I think that is only encouraged when the very kind Phamton DG are there.

I don't recommend it, very bad.

Having eaten Latin food all my life, I had to try this restaurant. I ordered a Brazilian Feijoada which is served with Farofa (toasted Yuca Flour), Kale, Rice, orange slices and the pork with beef stew. It tasted amazing, although the Farofa was kind of a let down with stale Chicharrones underneath. Chips were chunky and potatoey, similarly, to the ones you find at fish and chips shops. Additionally, upon trying their Churrasco from my partner who couldn't eat it all, I can safely say that it was a huge portion for such a good price with the meat being extremely tender and juicy. The atmosphere is great with some Latin music playing at the perfect volume and the decoration makes you feel cozy. Overall, great prices, great food and great staff.

The atmosphere was quite good, but the same cannot be said about the food. The encobollado is very bad, instead of putting cassava they put very small diced potatoes and when complaining they did not say that it was cassava, but you could clearly see that it was potato .The flag is poorly served and on top of that, the flag plate is not like the original, it is a cheap and very poorly made copy in which they put more of the granddaughter of the guata plate, and the corn is not well ground.The chaulafan Mixed was more or less but the meat was very ugly and had a sour taste. In conclusion, a pretty bad food place, the atmosphere and waiters, I can't complain but the main thing is the food is very bad. I don't recommend it.

Very good food and good service, but I think that the manager, manager or owner should realize that many of the people who go to dinner or lunch want to talk or try to talk, but the music is very loud, so It makes it a little uncomfortable to communicate with the person or people you are going to share there with!

Place full of cockroaches, I ordered takeout and when I went to turn off a cockroach at the cash register, the waitress killed it and canceled my order, thank goodness I saw it in time. The waitress from the beginning was not very friendly and I thought it was expensive for the poor quality and dirt of having cockroaches. It made me sick, I'm sorry to post this review but to have a hygiene level 4 out of 5 I don't believe it, because the cockroaches They reproduce in thousands and there are solutions such as a professional gel that is not toxic. That says a lot about a place and I would never return or recommend it to anyone.

Los cócteles no eran lo que pedimos en vez de piña colada nos trajeron pulpa de piña licuada y alcohol Y ahora e vuelto a ir con dos amigos más y pedimos otro tipo de cócteles de la misma manera nos lo sirvieron, margarita pasión fruit y era un vaso de granizado con alcohol q hacía falta una cuchara para poder beberlo. Pero bueno el dueño nos dijo q así era su tipo de cócteles y que si no nos gustaba q no regresemos mas ahí. Y el cóctel pone q vale £8 y ala hora de cobrar nos dijo £9 y le dijimos q porque? Y dijo q era un cover q pone el restaurante porque a veces la gente pide cosas extras como limón o hielo etc etc pero nosotros no pedimos nada de extra. Pero aún así lo pagamos. Y lo preguntamos si era tal vez el service. Q mayormente se cobra. Pero dijo q no era eso. Q era su cover. Y aparte muy borde. No se si es porque se creen superior o no se pero al responder el señor fue muy prepotente. Y por lo q se era el dueño.en verdad no se merece ni una estrella. Pero tengo q poner una porque , sino no deja publicar el contenido.

El servicio del mesero pésimo, la comida muy regular fría, y malas caras … su trato al cliente muy mal….su actitud da mucho que desear … deberían de enseñarles como debe ser una atención al cliente, cuando un cliente reclama algo que no está bien, debe por lo menos el camarero tener calma y buscar una solución.

I would say this place gone downhill. My family were common visitors of this restaurant and they would serve amazing food however in more recent times, it seems as though they haven't been able to deliver the quality that they used to and the times I come, it's usually a long wait . I find my visits here less frequent and the food declining further. However I would still give this restaurant 3 stars as despite their declining quality and lack of availability, the interior is nice aswell as well as their drinks. I also have hope they will be able to turn their performance around . All the best Tropical.

SON UNOS GROSEROS QUE DE BIENVENIDA SIENDO LATINOS TE DICEN"ES QUE LOS LATINOS TIENEN COSTUMBRE DE IRSE SIN PAGAR" QUE MALA IMAGEN LA QUE CREAN DE SU PROPIA GENTE. VERGUENZA!! No contenta con el servicio porque cuando uno reserva una mesa deberían decir desde el principio que es por tiempo limitado y no lo hacen. Para empezar teníamos una reserva para 7 personas y nos dieron una mesa solo para 6 luego cuando teniamos casi dos horas de estar en el lugar porque llegamos a las 8pm y no eran ni las 10pm y estabamos comiendo y bebiendo una camarera se acercó a pedirnos la mesa y le dijimos que estabamos consumiendo y dijo que si queríamos quedarnos que teníamos que pagar 400 libras. Me parece muy desagradable y si era así haberlo dicho antes. Nosotros queríamos quedarnos más para poder bailar pero nos levantamos y nos fuimos de allí. Definitivamente no es el lugar indicado para celebrar algo especial. Si así es el dueñ@ de groser@ faltaría ver como trata a los empleados y si los tiene trabajando legalmente con todos sus derechos☝

Es Sábado 19 de Febrero de 2022 son la 17: 44 acabo de tener una experiencia super desagradable en este sitio es bien importante que sea clara llegue y pedí una mesa para tres la respuesta fue que tenían reservas después de las 18:30 y que si queríamos nos podíamos quedar pero desocupar la meas antes de las 18:30 aclaro que llegamos al sitio a las 17:26 y esto lo estoy haciendo desde otro sitio Colombiano que esta al lado estoy muy molesta por que si bien yo no tenia reserva Me parece muy grosera la señora pues pretendía que ordenamos y comieramos en menos de una hora pésima la atención.
