Nice pub, great staff, a wide range of drinks just a shame the manager is up his own arse and flounces around like he is Tom Cruise from Cocktail!!!!!

Really great for live music and Guinness. Pat Harry and Joe are great too.

Nice little boozer with regular live music featuring unsigned and up and coming bands. Great atmosphere on a Friday. Heineken tasted a bit off but otherwise, nice little place with friendly staff and locals and a lot of character.

The music was very loud and I was trying to sleep the I called to ask if they could turn it down a bit did it quickly over all manager /staff amazing 100% RECOMMEND!

Saw three live bands. Will definitely return soon

I'm not local but have had to spend a fair bit of time in the area recently as I've got a relative in KCH. I've been checking out some of the nearby pubs as a result and was thrilled to find an nice pub that actually seems to be open (fairly) late every night. A complete rarity in London. The staff seem nice, good Guinness, and a good crowd from what I can gather. I've not had a chance to actually stay and see much of the music, only caught a bit early in the night so far, but will be coming back to check it out properly when I get the chance.

Am about to do a concert there and the staff have been really friendly and happy to host my band ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great little pub. Shame the toilets are disgusting. 😕 But that isn't enough to put me off coming again.

Cool little pub, super friendly atmosphere. I went to the Wednesday night gig, they have on every Wednesday called Easy Come. Free! Good, small interesting bands and nice social atmosphere, you can’t beat it, really!

Best bar in London, with the greatest publican Patrick in charge

This is a very nice pub. One of the most cool in Camberwell. Closes late almost everyday. On Mondays there are many people singing and playing. Some weekends djs and local bands. Definitely a must do in south London.

Came upon this really nice pub while staying in Camberwell. Really great atmosphere and lighting with Irish style pub decor. Really decent pint of Guinness and an excellent range of whiskeys. The barman was friendly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend paying a visit to the Old Dispensary.

All you need. Great music, tasty drinks and friendly staff.

Nice, atmospheric pub. Quiet on a Tuesday but has personality.

The aparent owner made us feel uncomfortable touching our hats and trying to flirt with us and then kicked off when we didnt want to follow him inside, he explained it was because the smoking area was closing but that was only after he man handled my friend. We just thought he was some random drunk guy trying to take us with him and then he kicked us out. Wont recommend owner was giving weird vibes

Food was expensive and food was not that good wouldn't recommend going.

Best pub in the world, apart from Skehans... I gerrymandered in drunk one morning and had an amazing time. This pub is the mustard. Paddy and Kaitlyn are really sound. The magners is nice and appley.

Love this place. Went recently on a live music night and it was great. A lot of beers were off but they had a one going that was not a generic lager, so all good. Highly recommend on music nights

Canny wee Victorian era Irish boozer - the fella behind the bar was really friendly and helpful! Loads of Irish whiskeys, properly poured Guinness and bottles of Magners as well as plenty other choices available. 👍 👏

Wonderful place very welcomeing best pub I've been to in London

Serves Kronenbourg, so I'm happy, but they had live music and a Switch, which made the night so much better. The band was great and to my taste in music, and Mario kart, even with strangers, makes a night much more fun! They also had a large number of queer customers, which, again, is a big plus for me. So if you're in Camberwell, seems like a good place to go!

Great pub in camberwell. Not tainted by gormless bankers or lawyers. The Dip has its got its own identity. Lively crowd with bands and a video games nook. Mens loos are for the brave, two urinals and a sitter all out in the open, a bolder man than I would poo here. Not a reason to mark the place down. Solid 5/5

Best night out in Curvy Camberwell!

Unfortunately my experience was not good ...a duff band that just seemed to scream into the mike and well the gents toilets are to be seen to be believed ...there is not a wall let alone a door around the sit down area .

Nice place and atmosphere. Sometimes live music. Has a video gaming console to play and multiple board games, including Jenga and chess.

Overly dark and dingy feel. A bit more could be done to make it feel a little more welcoming.

Great late drink...good choice of beers and spirits, coffee tequila was yum...... friendly staff and clientele...toilets strangely a bit on the poor side, hence dropping stars

Tiny bar area and a stage for live acts/DJ music gives this pub a lively feel even when half empty. I normally drink bitter and, as this pub doesn’t have any on tap, opted for the Atlantic IPA instead.

Wonderful pub with excellent character. Irish bar with what I would consider to be quite understated decor. The Guinness is good and my real ale loving friend suffered a lager tyre beer- which apparently didn't kill him. And, not to forget the staff, they were great

Great place for a drink and live music!

Small, friendly traditional pub with affordable prices and regular live music shows. The Monday acoustic jams and Wednesday live shows are particularly good. Recommended.

Best Guinness, best company, can’t recommend this establishment enough. Patrick and Harry are absolute heroes. Need more pubs like this in south London :)

Use the descriptor "Irish Pub" loosely. Boys never heard of the All Ireland and refused to play the All Ireland final because of 5 guys want to watch the F1. Guinness isn't that good.

Vibsy little bar with Irish decor vibes. Low lit, eclectic music (with occasional live jams), giant Jenga and Guinness poured with care. Always very trendy young people floating around or chilling at the front. Always my stop before heading home after work circa midnight. Check it out for sure.

Banging venue, friendly staff and awesome environment with lts of mad locals and an equal ampunt of young hipsters merging together representing the meltong pot that London is. Totally reccomend a pithere on a friday or Saturday evening.

Cosy irish bar with live music and good guiness

Good venue, friendly staff. Nintendo game cube was a great touch. The drinks were a bit overpriced though, even for London prices, £7.50 for gin and tonic. Would give 3.5 stars if that was an option.

A great place for music. Friendly staff. A few eccentrics that make conversation and the pub experience memorable. Pat and Lauren, the management are the best. Lana, Catalina, Tucha and Fred, the best it has to be said

Surprising little pub in an area that didn't look too promising. Staff very friendly, beer decent (though I miss regular old-school ales). Lots of nooks to hide away for a chat and goid live music.

Weren't selling cocktails (despite it saying they did) and put soda water in our gin and tonic...doesn't match what's advertised on the outside

Been wanting to go in there forever! Wasn't what I thought it would be like, was good though. Toilets are an eye opener!

Completely ignored the fact someone got attacked and kept the pub open.
