Lovely little coffee shop in the heart of Swindon. Always greater with smiles and a friendly conversation with the staff, plus they serve a rather lovely cup of coffee.

The place is cute but there was plastic in my smoothie which was really just frozen juice and the guy didn’t even offer me another drink. I had to walk away and literally cried. Get better customer service ( btw it was the one with the cute cheeks and curly hair)

It's a nice enough looking coffee shop, but it could be cleaner. Also, when we were in on Thursday, there were flies on the rocky road. There seems to be no frontage to the display. In this weather the store really needs to keep flies away from its products. With all the choices in Swindon town, I would rather go somewhere else in the future.

Always a great experience! They have very good coffee, friendly staff and a wide selection of drinks and snacks to choose from. Great for stopping by with friends and family or to go during your work break. Prices are pretty reasonable too!

Not often I’m able to solo shop and grab a coffee. Today I did. Chose here and delighted I did. Charming young men serving. Polite and attentive but at the right level. Clean and lovely atmosphere. Bonus Pippin doughnuts and fabulous coffee. What more could i ask for ? It was so good I didn’t bother shopping!! Oh cracking playlist too. Saturday morning never felt so good. THANK YOU !

We have been using 222 since it opened ' always friendly staff 'always great coffee and food ' The disappointing thing we have noticed in past few weeks is that the cleanliness has gone down hill .there is food in the seats' the floor is dirty and the toilets need a really good clean 'such a shame for a food venue

visited today for breakfast, decent variety of foods. wonderful service, the staff member on shift was especially helpful. cosy atmosphere, nice place to meet up for coffee or do some work :)

I've been coming here for a while for my lunchtime coffee. The manager and staff are always warm and welcoming. The coffee is 10/10, never burnt. Highly recommend popping in here for a coffee.

Great coffee shop to come into. the atmosphere here is great, the customer service is amazing and the food is also good. above all, the atmosphere is great. you need to come in and try their salted caramel, its amazing and the price is very good. the plus aide of this location is that it is right in the heart of swindon town centre where you can go and do your shopping and when you are done just come back into 222 coffee shop for a relaxing time while enjoying your coffee.

One clearly new guy by himself on a busy Friday morning. Clearly had not been trained how to make coffees. Both drinks undrinkable, milk burnt on latte and powder not mixed in on chai latte. Nice chap but clearly left to his own devices. Not his fault but we couldn’t bring ourselves to drink either drink and left quickly. Please train your staff.

Really lovely staff especially the chap who's always friendly I think he might be the manager. Lovely cakes and a real community feel. Love it. Especially the fact it's accessible and has a great disabled toilet and a clear gang way without trip hazards all on one level makes it really worth it as coffees shops are usually a no go for me. But this one is fab! My new favourite find! ❤️

I’ve been in the cafe many times before but the last two times I’ve been served by Ashleigh and Amin. Best service I’ve had in this cafe. Ashleigh was also helpful in plugging in my phone to charge as I couldn’t get to plug in my charger. (I have a disability) Ashleigh always tells me to sit down and the drinks and food are brought to me. They are both lovely chaps and so helpful and I truly appreciate them and their help. Please look after these guys, they are a real credit to your company.

How hard is it to make a decent cheese and ham toastie, or tuna melt? Well, according to my experience at 222 - very difficult. The worst sandwiches from any coffee shop ever.

Went in 02/07/2022 to find a Young boy again in 222. He brought a football outside n was dapping it on the table n it hit my legs when bouncing off the table. This boy is the female Managers Son. She was outside smoking n on her mobile outside n working n ignored what her Son was doing, this boy was outside yesterday too with the ball n running behind the Coffee side of he counter. This is unexceptable n very dangerous n certainly NOT what I expect when going for my coffee with friends. Customer Services lately has been very bad with the new Manager treating Staff with no care. The boys are brilliant n now seem somewhat controlled n they've stopped there brilliant rapore with Customers. I could add far more but seriously not a brilliant review n all true.

came in for a hot chocolate while i waited for my bf to do his driving theory and it was so lovely. the staff were also super friendly and kind, and the lady who served me was very approachable which is appreciated

After visiting today Saturday 9th April with my daughter and grandchildren I was very disappointed rhat the standard is dropping in there, cleared are own table as one of the members of staff were too busy talking to his friend even thou he was asked by another member of staff to clean the table also toilet filthy, door handle broke, I was overcharged, when I queried this the woman behind the counter then raised her voice telling me I was wrong and trying to argue with me, until pointed out that it does not add up to that, I would like to mention that another member of staff was very apologetic about how I was spoken to and tried to rectify the situation, I wish I had got her name as she was lovely, on the whole I am very disappointed in the whole visit, this is not the first time, as the drinks were wrong also, I used to love this coffee shop but the standards have dropped considerably

What more could you want? Most of the coffee places in the area are chains so it's good to find an independent. The music playing was good too...

Walking through Swindon, stopped off at Triple Two Coffee, for my morning caffeine hit. Offered a choice of latte art by the barista - opted for the elephant - and yes, it really did look like an African elephant! Shame i had to lid up as it was a takeaway!!! I was walking along my local town centre and I spotted an advert board at Triple Two Coffee Shop at Newport south Wales. I read that were a new branch and recently open last year. They were promoting their summer drinks and one of them was for a brown sugar bubble tea and as I am avid bubble tea drinker I thought why not let's try this one out. I ordered at the counter and watched how they make it. They decorated the plastic cup with caramel sugar syrup and poured fresh milk into the cup,with the tapioca balls it was not poured in the cup first like you usually see in a proper bubble tea shop it was cooked in another mug they boiled it for a few mins and then it was poured into my milk. I didn't see that they have the bubble tea machine where you they cover the cup with a special film so you can just pop your straw into the cup. it was time to test and taste the drink So when it comes to taste and flavour you really have to know to know and for me unfortunately it didn't it was lacking the flavour.my tapioca balls was a bit hard and not as cooked. You have to really cooked tapioca for a long while to get that texture right. The price of this was quite pricey at £4.10 it was looking just like a simple milky drink with no ice and it is not worth the money for what I bought in the shop. I think triple two coffee should stick to what is best which is their coffees and leave the bubble tea to the bubble tea biz experts. I'm so disappointed.

Visited for a quick takeaway drinks with m girlfriend before leaving lakeside, we’ve got many options at lakeside, many of which at lower prices but we thought we’d give this one a chance as it’s new. We very much didn’t feel welcome, the lady serving us gave us a very off look as if we were ordering a complicated order right before closing, but the place was empty and it was midday. No hellos, no how are you’s, no thank yous, no have a nice day and no good byes. Just seemed they should put in a little more effort when you’re overshadowed by the likes of costa, Starbucks, pret and nero. So yeah if you don’t mind paying a little extra than average for a generic coffee with dirty looks from the staff then go for it 👍🏼

I really enjoy the coffee here but for some unknown reason it's always a medium speed service (...and I've no idea why?) However, that doesn't stop me returning for more finely ground slurpage..

Tried to do a business with them to turn our cafe into a franchise and it was the worst year and a half of our lives. They are a total scam and are just after your money and will drain you to the bone for a restaurant that has so many flaws. They are full of lies and will feed you lies to keeping getting you to send more money. Worst mistake we ever made trusting them and trying to do business with them. I would advise anyone who wants to franchise with them to think twice and really do your research. Wouldn't want what happened to us to happen to anyone else, it ruined my family.

Quite a nice joint to meet up and chat for a while , order your favourite coffee and have a snack from the great choice, fresh and heated.

My last visit was a few days ago.Never going back.Appalling service.Staff have a don't care attitude,more interested in having a natter to each other.There is obviously no professional management system in place.

I’m a regular visitor to this coffee shop, however this time I ordered food and an Oreo Frappe and left to discover lots of small bits of plastic in my drink! After a few sips of what I thought was blended ice, I realised it was small bits of quite thick plastic that I was drinking! Almost 24 hours later and I can still feel plastic in my throat, which I might need to see a doctor about. I took the drink back and was given a full refund on both the food and drink, however it’s more the effects of drinking numerous bits of plastic (presumably from a broken blender) that I’m worried about. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again unfortunately as this experience has well and truly put me off. Hopefully no other customers drank this!

was given a voucher outside so decided to give it a go. at the counter i was ignored by 3 staff for too long who were talking and eventually one came over and reluctantly mumbled 'can i help you' at me, so i changed my mind and went elsewhere, where i was greeted with a smile

The drinks took forever to make and once we finally got them we were disappointed with the quality especially when your paying quite a lot. i won't be going back there again.

Really spacious and well kept place to get some great coffee and food. Excellent value with no scrimping on the size of portions or ingrediants. Doughnuts for example are filled to the brim with lovely jam! Served by friendly staff.

We usually go to Costa for our afternoon drinks but having stumbled across Triple Two we decided to give it a try. The latte and white hot chocolate were excellent as were the ham & cheese toasties. They have a good menu with lots of different drink options to the bigger chains and the guy who served us was very friendly and cheerful.

I've been here a few times and the staff are always polite and helpful and the food and coffee is nice. They also have a lovely enclosed, outside courtyard which gets the sun, a rare benefit in London! However, smoking is allowed out here which really impacts on the overall experience of it in a negative way. Why should a non-smoker who wants to sit outside have to endure the harmfulness of secondhand smoke, not to mention the disgusting smell!? It has really put me off coming again - I'll try and find somewhere else that doesn't allow smoking. Please consider making this lovely outside area non-smoking - for the benefit of both non-smokers and smokers (as they're more likely to consider giving up if there are less places for them to smoke.). I consider myself to be a "coffee snob" and until Triple 2 came along I always Drank at Costa.Not only is the coffee quality better, but the variety of in house made food and cake is high standard.To top it all off, they allow you to bring yoir dogs (leashed of course) in with you.Great service, price, great attitude, culture & coffee.

Today, we visited Triple 2 for a quick refreshment treat. We have been before and have been impressed with the service and food and drinks on offer, however today we were far from impressed. It was not too busy and we had toasties and tea. The tea was so slow being prepared that our toasties had been cooked and eaten before they tea arrived. Having previously worked in coffee shops I was disappointed with the service and attitude of the serving staff, there were 3 young girls working one of which was chewing gum whilst making the drinks, they kept making drinks for customers that weren’t even there and when asked about the tea they were very dismissive saying there were orders before mine, having worked in this sector I’m unsure why the server taking the order could not prepare the tea instead of standing at the till, waiting for customers. People were having their drinks before us that were served after, I witnessed a few customers looking very unimpressed today. It’s a shame as I have enjoyed this coffee shop on many occasions but will have second thoughts about returning.

Walking through the link bridge between the two Swindon shopping centres, came across the new Triple Two Coffee shop. Nice, light and airy, but noisy with the foot fall passing through the bridge.

After reading so many positive reviews we simply had to try this coffee shop and were not disappointed. Fast, friendly service of in a welcoming environment. Great coffee, great food... We love the look and feel of 222.

Stopped to have a wrap with a friend. She had a coffee and seemed to enjoy it. we both had the chicken and chorizo wrap with peppers, it was very tasty but did not have enough filling. We were very disappointed.

Arrived here at 12.25pm and saw that the sign outside mentioned soups. As it was a cool spring day soup seemed a good idea for lunch so we went in - only to be told 'There's no soup yet, it'll be about 20 minutes'. I could perhaps understand this if we'd come in at 11.25 - but 12.25?

Been here before and really enjoyed it. Came today and all fine until a member of staff bought their pug dog into the restaurant and let it out the back as well as behind the counter. I am a great dog lover and have three of my own but would never take them into a place where people are eating. There is an outside area for goodness sake. Wasn’t even for a couple of minutes, still here 15 minutes later........

I just had to return to this amazing place; I can’t keep away. My friend loved the mini egg hot chocolate- what a fun edition to the seasonal Easter menu! Keep up the great work Triple Two. We love you!

the 222 Coffee in Brunel Centre, Swindon is a great place to meet with friends. Great coffee and really friendly and helpful staff. ten out of ten.

When this coffee shop opened we loved it, preferring it to the others close by, lately they seem to have lost the desire, Luke warm coffee and staff don’t seem interested in doing it right any more.

Popped in for a coffee whilst in town. Great tasting coffee and the staff are really polite and friendly too. Would recommend and return.

Whenever I go to Swindon Outket I always take time out to walk to Triple Two (only 10 minutes) and am never disappointed. Just had the most amazing hot chocolate (wow!) and the Brie, cranberry and stuffing Xmas sandwich was just delicious (another wow!). Didn't have room for cake but couldn't miss out so got 2 to take out!! Love this place, staff always helpful and so much choice. Make sure you try if in the area.

I ordered a dobleshot espresso but I received a coffee with no flavour, no crema with grounds from coffee beans in my cup. The staff bored. The only good thing is the price though I would rather pay more for something better.

We used to visit twice a week , then they upped the price of tea 20 pence. The other point is they do not like to serve the tea in tea pots , instead it is served in a tall mug with a tea bag thrown in the top . I would rather have a tea pot . Also they only have skimmed or full fat milk I would rather have semi skimmed . What a shame I used to enjoy this place .

I spent a good amount of time choosing from the wide selection of food and even longer amount of time enjoying my choices in a comfortable and refreshing setting. The wife had a two-for-one coffee voucher for Triple Coffee in Swindon, so we swung by for a couple of coffees and a chocolate brownie.

I came here with family to have some drinks, there was a huge selection of beverages to choose from, the staff were very energetic and helpful, the store looked of very high quality and they also offer seating outside. Overall very good, wether your with company or alone.

First visit for us and was very impressed, great coffee and freshly made sandwiches, a breath of fresh air from your Costa and Starbucks with there mass produced sandwiches delivered every day. Very professional Baristas with great attention to detail.

Have been here twice with my partner whilst shopping in Swindon centre. Really great modern coffee alternative to regular chains that have no personal touch. 222 have really hit the spot with service and standards. Great coffee and non-coffee options with healthy twists inside for the health conscious. Great recommendation, staff are friendly and helpful, well worth the continuous visits!

What else could you ask for? A bright airy place to eat. Yep that too! Ten out of ten is not a high enough score for the triple two. It's not what you call a restaurant, even though the food is of a high quality. However it's a really great! coffee house. One of, or even the best there is.

Visited for an early lunch on a busy Saturday. It wa by far the best coffee and lunch I've had in a long time. Although we selected our sandwiches and wraps from the fridge they were all made fresh. The staff were really helpful in explaining the meal deal which is excellent value for money at £3:95. The coffee and tea was excellent too. This place is a must stop and visit - you won't get a better lunch anywhere else in Swindon. We saw pizza being delivered to another table which looked yummy and was clearly handmade to order. I'll be returning just to try that. Give the tikka wraps and coronation chicken sandwiches a try - yummy!
