Use this starbucks nearly every week ....Always drink in .....nice relaxing atmosphere....Unfortunately was the worst Caramel Macchiato that I have ever tasted ....Not great ...New Staff serving ....Perhaps they need a bit more training ....Really disappointed

We've had no internet since moving, the staff at Starbucks have been fantastic at keeping us fed and hydrated while we work. Drinks have been perfect every times and sandwiches and cakes have been delicious. The staff have been patient with my slower decision making but have also been great at recommending drinks to try - Caramel Macchiato and Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso have been todays and they were delicious. Thank you Jackie and Shannon!

The service by Jackie and Holly at Starbucks is always excellent and as usual today, the coffe was first class. The atmosphere at the hotel is great. One ofmy facourite coffe places.

This is my go to for coffee and a cheeky snack. All of the staff are excellent but a special shout out to Jackie and Holly, who are service superstars

What has this chain turned into, dirty expensive overpriced items, served by well not sure, waited in a line of sheep, to go and pay by cash, but told that was not taken anymore, looked around at the overpriced unkept food and coffee and walked out. went to a little family run coffee shop, great service good coffee, took cash at half the price of this chain. We all need to look at only using small business not this rubbish.

My visit to the Starbucks in the Village Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Holly, Courtny, Bea, Lillie, and Kiron. From the inviting atmosphere to the expertly crafted drinks, every aspect exceeded my expectations. Holly's friendly guidance, Courtny's efficient handling of orders, Bea's skillful barista work, Lillie's dedication to cleanliness, and Kiron's warm farewell combined to create a memorable experience. I highly recommend this Starbucks not only for its great beverages but also for the exceptional service provided by these team members.

Situate within the Village hotel, friendly able staff, nice place to unwind after a session in the gym.

Based in the Village Hotel so don't go looking for a stand alone cafe. Friendly quick service. Lots of comfy seating as it's next to the hotels lounge. Plenty of parking.

My husband and I have visited many Starbucks establishments, but it was our first time in Starbucks in the Village Hotel, Swindon. There was a lovely relaxing atmosphere. However, it was the service which was amazing. So friendly and helpful. With great thanks to Jackie we will definitely be returning and recommending the place. Thank you Jackie, you’re a star! These guys are frankly awesome! We've travelled all over the UK and I have to say your staff here are exceptional! Chelsea and Callum are incredible! The level or service was frankly above and beyond and they deserve a payrise to the highest level that you can possible pay! Thank you for the finest coffee that I've ever had!

Very poor! Can't get a simple Americano with pouring cream! Why is that? Because cream doesn't keep well and everyone loves the sugar. You'd think a company that makes huge profits could make sure they have cream to hand.

Looks ok, but don’t accept the Starbucks App!

Was hard for me to find but its in the hotel reception, felt odd going in I felt off being there but everything is expected. Its an expensive starbucks with food and drinks. Much of which like any other. Tried the all day breakfast vegan wrap; wasn't a fan but then I'm no vegan.

An ok Starbucks next to hotel reception. Drinks cost are more than usual Starbucks. Staff friendly and drinks were as expected.

Just walked in to get coffee and to my surprise got told that they do not expect the Starbucks card and to try a different Starbucks. Very frustrating and confusing.

I go to starbucks everyday to have my large chocolate cream. For 4 years so I no wot my drink taste like. Got served by a guy he was rude to me. He didn't make my drink right and he moaned wen I asked him to remake it. Rude man. Not a sorry plus the price in there is a joke my drink cost £4.70 and in town it's £3.90.
