TriBeCa Cafe Bar Glasgow West in Glasgow City

One of my favourite places to eat out in Glasgow. The food is always delicious, the portions are huge and the service is friendly and attentive. Tribeca is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want some great food.

Truly the worst food I’ve ever had. I got the cheesesteak and the beef was bland and overcooked. I believe they tried to steam the bun but it was just a soggy mess. My friend got a hotdog which they served in a burnt bun which they doused with cheese, ketchup and mustard to cover rather than get a fresh one. Fries were passable and French Vanilla Latte was decent. Both felt sick after eating it and would definitely not go back.

Good food and fast service. There is a step to get into the restaurant.

Recent visit for Sunday brunch and was pleasantly surprised. Great brunch options, loved the pancakes, big portions, friendly fast service and nice atmosphere. Loved all the retro neons. Would defo come again. Meant to say they do student discount which is a bonus!!!! Menu has been updated and now includes dei sanwiches ❤️. love love love

Wow! Trailed around for an hour trying to find somewhere to eat then we stumbled upon this place. I had the Manhattan breakfast and it was MASSIVE. Very good quality and cooked to perfection. We will be back next time we visit Glasgow.

Stood waiting to be seated for around 10 minutes. Was busy but got completely ignored. Didn’t even get an acknowledgment that we were there and it’s not like it’s big enough to be totally unaware we were there. Walked out and won’t be back. Edit to add: As I can’t reply to the response, this review was made well over a year ago so I find it odd that you didn’t reply to it before. My wife was with me and the reason I reviewed it was because it was exactly what happened and we were that annoyed about it. To be questioned as though we made it up is equally as annoying. An apology is all that is necessary.

If you're looking for quality food with good service, then Tribeca is the place for you. Their Manhattan breakfast is not only extremely tasty, but so filling too. If you have it for brunch, make sure you eat nothing beforehand. After it, you probably won't eat anything else that day either. 😋 Their coffee is excellent as well, and if you have a dog, they are welcome too. All in all, well worth a visit if you haven't been before.

Lovely diner. I had the maple syrup chicken burger!! Was absolutely delicious. Hubby got the beef burger was delicious too. Great prices. Great service food all presented beautifully even my wee dog was allowed in and had some cheesy bacon. Delicious wil be back

Haven’t been here in about 10 years since I left Glasgow uni and the food was just as good as I remember. Fresh toast is so thick and soft. The Brooklyn breakfast had eggs poached to perfection. Hash browns were amazing. Quick service and food came out quickly too. Would 100% recommend.

It has nice food if you like the standard diner fare.

We came here for brunch on a Sunday and were able to park easily across the road on a single yellow line. We were quickly seated and the service was good. My husband particularly enjoyed the eggs avo with halloumi. A solid Glasgow brunch choice!

We recently had lunch at the Tribeca restaurant in Glasgow and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the burgers, which were simply excellent, tasty and well stocked. During our lunchtime visit, our son made a mistake in his order, and the very understanding staff replaced his dish at no extra cost. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very American, which adds to the charm of the place, and the waiter who took care of us was particularly friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant for all lovers of quality burgers!

A fantastic place for great food , both my kids loved their pancakes, my son was on shock how good his food looks , my Korean burger was great and loved the atmosphere and look of the restaurant

Absolutely love this place! The best American diner in Glasgow, hands down. Their pancakes are fluffy perfection, the brioche toast is to die for, and the burgers are simply amazing. Plus, it's just a 2-minute walk from the subway station, making it super convenient. Friendly staff, great vibes, and mouth-watering food – can't recommend it enough!

The waitress was very pleasant and helpful in getting us seated, storing the baby buggy and quick to take our order. However, we asked for tap water and our coffee with our food - coffee appeared first, food took ages and arrived cold. We had to ask for the water again, which arrived when we'd almost finished eating. Because we had our 2 year old granddaughter - couldn't risk the time it would take to get it redone. Disappointing 😞

Very authentic American breakfast, very large portions and great fried chicken!

Can’t book a table which meant we had to queue and waited about half an hour for a table. Service was a bit slow between getting our food ordered and it actually coming. Was delicious but we were famished by the time it came. It’s really busy all the time and tables are very close together.

The restaurant was quiet during mid afternoon.The food was well presented and tasty.

Had lovely brunch here on Sunday. Place busy. Food was great had the waffles breakfast with fried eggs was really nice. My wife had pancake breakfast with scrambled eggs and said they where the best she had. Hot chocolate was big and lovely. Overall lovely wee place nice music in the background

Went for brunch/ lunch. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely menu with lots of options. Not too spenny either✅ we went for the American burger and the Brooklyn Pancake burger.

Had planned breakfast her for my friends and I and it was super tasty! The waffles were a group favourite and the sausages were delicious! Only let down was the staff seemed a little stand offish as if they thought they’d be bothering us by asking us questions. A little more confidence from them and it would’ve been almost perfect.

Excellent food and service and at a really good cost. This was a lovely little cafe. I loved my poached eggs and avocado. Will definitely return next time we are in Glasgow.

Tried the burger, loaded fries, pancake stacks, and chicken waffles. Good food, a small spot so bit cramped when busy, but overall very good .

Would have been 5 stars when I first came here 6/7 years ago, not the case this time. Burger was actually really good, but the orange juice and flat white were really disappointing. Orange just was just out of a carton, whereas they had a fresh orange juice machine years ago that was amazing. Flat white was big and milky like a latte, so I just left that. Even the condiments were cheap and nasty, sachets instead of bottles. The rating for the food is based on the orange juice and the coffee. The food that was coming out looked really good, but you've got to have all the other bits right, that's what makes the whole meal enjoyable. Princes juice isn't going to cut it

TriBeCa for pancakes?! Pancake day is on Tuesday and I was invited down to give their pancake stacks a try in the lead up! This stack of pancakes is the “berry” best. Now these pancakes you can choose your own toppings and i was STUCK for choice! I couldn’t decide if I wanted sweet/savoury or both. I ended up going for the strawberry and white chocolate sauce. It really didn’t take long for this stack to be brought out and it was delicious- maple syrup was also on the side ready to be drizzled on - FANTASTIC Ive not had buttermilk pancakes that have simply been this great in a long long while! They were extremely light but 3 was very filling! The portion was huge ! But it hit the spot perfectly! The interior was class! Not quite American diner but very American, even down to the sugar dispenser. Cool and quirky and it matched the menu. All day breakfast and brunch which pretty much include the staple American eats like chicken and waffles, hot dogs, cheesesteak subs etc and the OG breakfast items like eggs benny. There are also weekly chefs specials! Staff were also attentive, and friendly, so I cannot complain there at all either. There is only a handful of tables though so with a walk in service you have to be prepared to wait a bit. I did see a wave of people so this system definitely works well for this venue and means they don’t have any issues with no shows 💗 I can hands down say I can’t believe I’ve just walked past this place hundreds of times and not gone in. It’s worth it! Can’t wait to explore more of the menu!

We were really impressed by the inventive menu and could have eaten any one of the meals all sounded amazing. I finally decided on the manhattan and was not disappointed. Huge portion and well cooked. My mates were also happy with their cheesesteak rolls.

Son, Hubby and I came for late lunch before heading to Glasglow. Menu selection is great so much to choose from. Portion sizes are big and good value for money. Enjoyed the american theme and the music. Would maybe suggest some seasoning to the food as my hubby's chicken burger, although lovely and tender, needed a bit of salt/pepper added to it and we ordered the side of mac n cheese which also needed some seasoning. Although once you ate everything together it tasted great. Will definitely be back as son loved it here.

Portions are very big, even though I was hungry! For some weird reason the screen in the corner was playing the film Terminator, so thought that wasn't appropriate or everyone 's taste. Staff were pleasant.

Been here a few times on Groupon voucher for brunch, (you're given a different menu for a voucher visit but most stuff is on it.) Staff were helpful and friendly. The place has a nice west end feel about it. Portions are great and having read some reviews where people were disappointed, I can only go on our experience, which was lovely. The quality of our food was excellent. Good place for a coffee and breakfast or brunch.

I came here for brunch and it had the most delicious american food. It has big portions for a good price with loads of variety! Not to mention that the staff was really friendly and nice. The music creates a fun atmosphere that makes you enjoy the food even more 🤪

We have been wanting to try Tribeca for years and finally we had a day where the kids were at school and we could go for a nice relaxing brunch. The food was lovely, service was great, wasn't too busy either and we had an itison voucher too so there was a set menu for that but plenty of choice.

I love TriBeCa always a winner but. We thought we’d treat ourselves to an order in breakfast. Ordered 2 manhattan breakfasts Which came with no hash browns no toast non of the extras we had asked for and paid for £35 for two breakfasts online and that’s what arrives

Everything about this place was wonderful, the staff were so lovely and the food was delicious with ample choice, I can't wait to go back here when I next visit my niece!

Fantastic value and generous portions (even for expensive ingredients) for an American-style brunch. Their egg dishes are especially tasty. Casual, family-friendly atmosphere as well suitable for a date or lingering. Convenient, street-level access close to the 2/3 bus stops near Bunhouse Road.

The place is slightly Spartan but delicious in the milk shake department.

came here for brunch. the place is quite small so we were lucky to get a table but so happy we picked this place. the food was really tasty and the portion sizes very generous. good menu variety; I picked the vegan breakfast and the other dish in the photo is the french toast I believe. interesting choice of adding courgettes and aubergines to the breakfast but I found it worked really well. only tiny qualm was the lock in the bathroom is a bit funny and I almost got stuck! apart from that 10/10!

The first time we went as family here was for brunch. It was a nice and delicious experience. I am stuffed, and believe me when it comes to food, my nickname is a dumping truck. This means quantity was good. Since it was a sunny morning, the place was more crowded than usual. We have to wait for 20 mins. Which we didn't mind as we waited outside and got a valuable sunshine. We ordered fries, kids' menu waffles with nutella and strawberries, chicken waffles, and egg avo. Everything was perfect the way we expected. There was slight confusion with our order, but the waiter changed and replaced what we asked for without any hesitation. Hence, recommending with 5 stars. Enjoy your brunch 😉

I’m visiting from Massachusetts and decided to dine here based off the Google reviews. The Eggs Avo and dirty chai latte was delicious and the service was phenomenal.

What amazing food. Exactly what you expect of an American style dinners , mouth watering food and large portions ( don't worry they have doggy bags) The menu is so appetising you could eat break lunch and dinner any day of the week and still find new exciting combinations and flavours. Combine that with some great itison vouchers and you'll be coming back again and again for more The steak cheese sub was out of this world with flavour but come hungry!

Just ordered off of UberEats and can safely say I have never felt more robbed. Had to throw the stale waffles, undercooked bacon, and microwaved eggs straight in the bin. Lettuce in BLT was brown, portion of soggy fries was laughably small. Spent £20 for breakfast and at least expected it to be edible. Do not let these people rob you! Food is not worth even a quarter of what they charge. To top it off, UberEats complaints procedure means that there’s next to no hope I’ll get my money back.

Ordered pancakes from Uber Eats, got unseasoned very unappetising looking eggs and dry (yet also soggy?) tasteless pancakes with 0 syrup. Daylight robbery please spend your money elsewhere.
