TriBeCa for pancakes?! Pancake day is on Tuesday and I was invited down to give their pancake stacks a try in the lead up! This stack of pancakes is the “berry” best. Now these pancakes you can choose your own toppings and i was STUCK for choice! I couldn’t decide if I wanted sweet/savoury or both. I ended up going for the strawberry and white chocolate sauce. It really didn’t take long for this stack to be brought out and it was delicious- maple syrup was also on the side ready to be drizzled on - FANTASTIC Ive not had buttermilk pancakes that have simply been this great in a long long while! They were extremely light but 3 was very filling! The portion was huge ! But it hit the spot perfectly! The interior was class! Not quite American diner but very American, even down to the sugar dispenser. Cool and quirky and it matched the menu. All day breakfast and brunch which pretty much include the staple American eats like chicken and waffles, hot dogs, cheesesteak subs etc and the OG breakfast items like eggs benny. There are also weekly chefs specials! Staff were also attentive, and friendly, so I cannot complain there at all either. There is only a handful of tables though so with a walk in service you have to be prepared to wait a bit. I did see a wave of people so this system definitely works well for this venue and means they don’t have any issues with no shows 💗 I can hands down say I can’t believe I’ve just walked past this place hundreds of times and not gone in. It’s worth it! Can’t wait to explore more of the menu!

We were really impressed by the inventive menu and could have eaten any one of the meals all sounded amazing. I finally decided on the manhattan and was not disappointed. Huge portion and well cooked. My mates were also happy with their cheesesteak rolls.

Been here a few times on Groupon voucher for brunch, (you're given a different menu for a voucher visit but most stuff is on it.) Staff were helpful and friendly. The place has a nice west end feel about it. Portions are great and having read some reviews where people were disappointed, I can only go on our experience, which was lovely. The quality of our food was excellent. Good place for a coffee and breakfast or brunch.

This place looked popular and smelt great so we were more than happy to wait for a table. All the staff were really helpful, drinks were a little slower than expected but the staff were really busy so not a problem. When we had stood waiting we noticed a lot of plates were half full when being cleared, I had assumed this was because the servings were generous we later realised it maybe because the pancakes and waffles were quite bland. When our food arrived my partners was cold, in fairness to the staff though this was quickly switched out and he did receive coffee on the house. My order wad nothing to right home about, filled a hole but wouldn’t order again. Overall friendly staff but not convinced by the food.

My friend bought an itson deal for burger and hotdogs, We went on Thursday and was fantastic. I had the BBQ Bourbon Beast with fries and my friend had The All American, can’t fault them at all. Best burger I have had in ages will sure to be back also they serve beer so it was worth. Staff were friendly and helpful Definitely will be back

Can you believe this is what was sent for my breakfast yesterday via UberEats? The avocado is BLACK & the eggs were solid! We also got someone else’s stinking loaded fries by mistake and no hash browns. My boyfriend paid £26 for this, his eggs benny was ok but we pretty much dumped the entire order. Absolutely disgusting!! Thank god uber gave us our money back for the full order, the cheek of actually sending that to someone to eat.

Tasty food and great friendly, polite service. My daughter had pancakes and picked three toppings - plenty, delicious and had to leave some. My scrambled eggs, salmon on brioche again was a large, flavoursome meal. Great to have something other than sour dough (which I find a cheap option and inedible more often than not). Thanks for a lovely experience.

Went to get brunch with some friends the staff were really helpful and friendly. The the food came out really fast and portions were bigger than life. The true American experience! 🇺🇲🇺🇲 Also saw a comment about mice and a rude Irish lady on here? I'm pretty sure that's the merchant City tribeca...

This is some place if you’re hungry! Portion sizes are fantastic and everything so tasty. Only qualm is there is too much to choose from! It all sounds so good it makes it hard to pick. Brilliant!

The Manhattan Grandslam breakfast was amazing! The Eggs Avo was perfect and set me up nicely for the day! Topped off with a delicious Milkshake after! Fantastic Value for money!

Visited TriBeCa countless times over the years as I am a student in the west end, decided to eat here with my boyfriend yesterday. We arrived at around 11:30am and sat down at a table for two. After a slightly long wait to order, which I don't mind, a member of staff came to ask what we wanted. No pleasantries were exchanged, we both ordered the Brooklyn Breakfast, 2 pancakes, 2 hash browns, 2 rashers of bacon, 2 links and 2 eggs. The member of staff asked how we wanted our eggs cooked and I opted for poached. Our food was delivered to the table quickly, one of my eggs had a small black hair on it which I took off and put on my napkin. I cut both of the eggs open and found that the whites were snotty and undercooked around the yolk, I was of course put off and tried to catch the attention of the two staff members who were working. Both of them seemed to avoid eye contact like the plague, as I was hungry I decided to eat the rest of my breakfast and leave the eggs, rather than wait for another breakfast, since by the time it was remade my boyfriend would have been finished. No one came to check if we were happy with our food or if we needed anything, one member of staff came close to our table to clear the next table over and I asked her for another drink. This was over ten minutes after we were served our food and we were both almost finished, the drink came and a token "is everything okay?" was asked. I said it was very nice etc, but my eggs were undercooked and the white was partly raw. The staff member apologised and asked if I would like new eggs, which I declined since I was practically finished eating. A few minutes later the same person came and cleared our plates. When I wanted to pay, I decided to go to the till and ask for one of the drinks (£2.75) to be taken off the bill as compensation for the part of my breakfast that was inedible. Who I can only assume was the manager, who had taken our order to begin with and displayed absolutely 0 interpersonal skills in that instance, abruptly turned round and asked me what had been wrong. I explained and he asked if it was the yolk that had been runny, as if I wouldn't know that an egg yolk is supposed to be runny. I said no, and explained again, also stating that I didn't eat the eggs and that the member of staff who had cleared the table saw that. He then said "it's our policy that anything like that gets replaced.", to which I obviously responded that no one came to check if our food was okay, so I was unable to bring it to their attention sooner. I walked away from the till after he gave a sigh, and sat back down at my table where the bill was delivered a short while later, still £30 for breakfast for 2 people mind you! It was the same individual that I had the above exchange with who brought the bill, he put it down without saying a word and walked away. I paid and left, neither of the staff said goodbye or thank you when I was leaving, you could have heard a pin drop in the place despite the fact that there were around 10 other diners in the small restaurant. I was polite and calm while discussing the issue, I wouldn't cause a scene over £2.75, however the member of staff I dealt with certainly would! I've worked in various branches of customer service since I was a teenager, food service, banking, call centres, retail, and I have no doubt in my mind that if I were to speak to a customer that way I would have been severely reprimanded. I wish I'd asked for a name but I was so surprised by the entire exchange that I forgot at the time. TriBeCa, I think further training on complaint resolution and customer satisfaction, as well as how to have a normal conversation with people would really benefit the staff at this particular branch. Unfortunately I won't be back to see if that actually happens!

Went to TriBeCa west end today for a Mother’s Day treat. We waited for a table and were seated 10 minutes later. We ordered brunch and I asked for fried eggs cooked both sides. The brunch arrived with watery eggs. I pointed out the mistake and the plate was returned with what looked like microwaved eggs which had been served on the same plate, same eggs with dirty cooking oil marks and not appealing. Unfortunately, that’s not what the main problem was. I found a very ginger hair on my plate. Boak. I pointed this offending hair out to the very ginger haired waiter who said that this was not a hair. What? The manger agreed with him. Again, what? I have cooked a lot of eggs, I mean a lot of eggs and never have I found anything that resembled a ginger hair in an egg. A horrid experience compounded by horrid service. I would understand if I had consumed a lot of the food but sadly found this hair very early on and was so disgusted I could not consume any more so three quarters of the meal was left. Disgusting.

visited on Sunday 16th January as a party of 4. I had purchased itison vouchers for a 2 for 1 brunch deal, which is excluded for use on Sundays after 10,15am,One of the party arrived at 10,05 and orederd and received his coffee by the time the rest of us arrived at 10.15 and when I mentioned the vouchers , I was refused use of them despite one of the party being in and served prior to 10.15. We stayed anyway and I couldn't fault the quality of the food-it was very good. However it is expensive, with the cooked breakfast being £12. The pancakes were £9 but if yiou add a toppiing its an additional £2 per topping -daughter added butterscotch sauce and chocolate chips which made her pancakes a very pricey £13. Bill for 4 .which included 3 coffees and an orange juice was £57-if I had been able to use voucher , I would only have paid for two meals instead of 4. Although food was good and served promptly, I wasn't impressed that vouchers were refused and I have now cancelled vouchers for a refund as wouldn't return to somewhere that offered poor service in terms of meeting the requirements of the deal purchased.

I bought an itison voucher for brunch. The food was very tasty and really generous portion sizes. The guy serving was really friendly and helpful and made the experience even better. I had been concerned that I might not get to use my voucher as I had had some contact via email, about attending the venue on an earlier date, that left me feeling like customer service might not be their first priority but they were clearly pulling out all the stops to get the vouchers honoured on the last day of the deal. I would definitely recommend brunch here.

Disappointing customer service. We called last week to book a table for brunch and were told that we could just show up on the Monday (Bank Holiday), to redeem our voucher in the allocated timeframe, with no booking necessary. Once we showed up, we were greeted by a sign on the door saying that vouchers are not accepted on bank holidays. Staff inside confirmed that they were not accepted, rudely adding "Do you know how many of those I take a day?!". Staff on the phone should know when vouchers are and aren't accepted, especially if advance booking is not possible. Lastly, if your staff is that annoyed about customers with vouchers, probably you shouldn't subscribe to voucher websites in the first place.

Just eat out of here the food was lovely and got served by a lovely man Colin who was super helpful couldn't of done any more to help! Thankyou will be back!

I got an itison deal voucher as I was recommended this place by friends . The atmosphere and service was good and so was the coffee but to be honest the food looked better than it tasted . My husband and I both thought it was average and we probably would return and try something different on the menu next time .

Where do I start…..fantastic food. My partner is a huge foody and had been searching for somewhere that served cuisine that he had on his visit to America.Well TriBeCa absolutely did not disappoint. In his own words”it was out of this world”. He is most definitely a hard man to please with food but TriBeCa definitely put a smile on his face. The hotdogs are fabulous soft bun with hotdog and sauerkraut (would never have thought of that combo) it was so soft and delicious. I have always wanted to try chicken and waffles and it was honestly amazing (writing about it makes me want to have it again). Crispy chicken and soft waffle was the sweet and spicy chilli maple was to die for.The atmosphere was superb friendly laid back with extremely attentive staff who literally couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was to much hassle. It’s a very warm and inviting atmosphere which made us feel super relaxed. We also had deserts and the famous snow blizzards I have no idea how they have created such a fun exciting menu but they have truly smashed it with being unique. I had peanut butter and jelly snow blizzards and it was truly bliss in a glass. Myself and partner also had a Brooklyn ferry sundae which was a complete calorie overload by absolutely 100% worth the extra hours at the gym I will need to do to burn it off. I swear we should have rolled out the door with the amount we ate.Just now with covid some restaurants you feel very rushed in but not here which I love as it’s not nice going out for food and feeling rushed so the next person gets your table. Best place I’ve been in a long time and I will most definitely be back (in a few days). It’s our new favourite place. Thanks TriBeCa for an awesome meal and time your staff are truly a credit to you. Went for brunch on Sunday, was fairly busy but seated quickly. Good options for vegan and gluten free. What I had was nice and fresh- which was a good sized potion. Also the coffee was banging and couldn’t finish the massive milkshake thing but was equally as good.

Absolutely incredible food, service was quick and everything was delicious. My girlfriend is American and has spent time in New York and said this was the best breakfast she had ever eaten. I enjoy taking people here because it is so consistently impressive. Highly recommend.

Place has a nice atmosphere. Staff are really friendly and accommodating but food not up to standard.There was dust in the Fanta, a chai latte was basically just a latte with cinnamon on top.. not sweet or spicy at all. The eggs avo came with so much sauce, the avo was overripe and going black and there were also egg shells in it. The loaded chips had so much sauce that half of it was inedible. My friend mentioned that his was poor and got a total refund. I should have mentioned the issues with mine but didn’t want to as we had already had the Fanta and chips deducted from the bill. Wouldn’t go back :(

So we have been sat here having finished food ages ago. So I’m writing this in the restaurant.Unimpressed teased doesn’t cover it. Firstly we ordered before the table behind who had three people, two of our orders were the same… yet ours came after theirs, despite ordering first.Our order was missing items and had things we didn’t order on both plates.My food was also nuked, the bacon was beyond crispy to the point where that and one sausage was inedible. We were sat with no check in on the food, the place was chaotic, simple questions like ‘how many pancakes on a stack’ was vague guesses of 6 and it was 3 it was just constant mistakes and errors and nothing done to fix it.This was just awful, and a contrast to my first visit.

Lovely well presented...... AND good quality food. Would highly recommend this place. Staff very friendly and attentive. Only allowed dogs outside when there is seating. We will be back, thank you.

Visited Tribeca for a quick bite to eat, and wanted to split a toastie & some fries between two. The presentation of the food was fab, I loved the glass that my drink came in! They couldn’t have been more helpful & made sure we were enjoying our meal, will definitely be back & raved to my friends about it!

Been here for brunch twice with an itison voucher and it does not disappoint. The food comes piping hot. Portions are big! Make sure you’re hungry if you’re coming here as it is a VERY big portion. We were on the brunch menu both times and got one savoury dish and one sweet dish to share. The staff were happy to sub out the meat for veggie options on the Brooklyn breakfast and the pancakes were DELICIOUS! The staff are attentive without being overbearing and it’s just the perfect amount of everything to be honest! They are efficient and never keep you waiting but don’t make you feel rushed either. The itison voucher deal is probably one of the best deals on here as this place doesn’t ever disappoint. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed too. Bathrooms cleaned, tabled spaced enough or COVID etc. Really an all rounder. Don’t think this place gets enough credit for being in the west end and being this good! Will defo be back.

Tasteless chewy steak, tasteless cheese, tasteless doughy chewy roll, chips were ok. Its American based which is about right in that the portions are huge but its tasteless nutrition-less food.

Still same great choices for food and even more positive was the very friendly and helpful service and staff. Food was great and they even helped me out to car with my coffee to go. Thanks. Always a pleasure and treat to eat there.

Was asked to wait 10 minutes only to be told after 10 minutes that the resturaunt table had been booked AFTER WE WERE TOLD THEY DONT TAKE BOOKINGS. ABSOLUTE JOKE. 0/10.

Went on the eat out to help out deal during the week. First time we had ate out in months due to COVID so was a bit apprehensive. We were totally put at ease not only was the place sparkling clean but our waitress was the nicest person. We had out toddler with us and he was a bit tired and restless but the lady gave him pencils and paper to draw, She brought out his food first and basically just fussed over him. The food was delish and on leaving my toddler was distraught at leaving his juice so she put it in a takeaway cup with lots of staws. She totally went above and beyond table service. It made our evening very enjoyable. Thank you so much Tribeca.

Went in for dinner and food was fine, nothing special. Big portion but meant I had no room for a pancake for pudding! Staff were friendly.

Well deserved 5 stars. Food was amazing and portions were very generous. Compliments to the chef. Served by Jamie who was very attentive and courteous from the moment we arrived til we left, service went above and beyond to ourselves and all diners around us. Would highly recommend this little gem on Dumbarton Rd.

Hemos tenido un par de comida para llevar (brunch y cena) de Tribeca durante el período de cierre y la comida fue excelente. Hecho realmente fresco y absolutamente delicioso. Las patatas fritas cargadas eran irreales y el pollo y los gofres y un verdadero placer indulgente. ¡Ya estoy deseando que llegue el próximo!

Recently got brunch from here during lockdown and OMG what an improvement. Waffles and pancakes were light and fluffy and fresh and my husbands Hoisin Dod was so good and will defo try more of the hot dogs next time we order. kimchi fries were amazing too. Hope to sit in soon as food was quality and would definitely order again

Got a brunch in a box for a lazy Sunday morning. Says feeds 2 but it was huge and totally awesome. We had granola with yoghurt and fruit. Very crunch tasty and loved the super tasty fruit. Next courgette fritata and smashed avocado with sour dough bread. Hubby had that with sausages. Very nice especially the fritata. Also had pancakes, waffles with all the toppings and 2 bagels but we had to have a break. Totally superb food.

Totally recommend the brunch menue. The food was fresh, well presented and loved all the extras. A real treat to have brunch delivered to the door. Many thanks. Will be ordering again.

Wow! Brunch was amazing! This was the tastiest brunch ever. The portions were excellent, the food was delicious and fresh. Can’t wait to go and sit in.

Me and my family had some amazing brunch on Sunday. Portion were big, great selection of waffle, pancakes, granola, bagels, sourdough bread, sausage and a phenomenal frittata with courgette and asparagus. A little mention goes to our lovely, friendly and charming delivery lady, she made our day. Truly fantastic

As someone who loves the TriBeCa brunch as was buzzing to see that the store decided to open up again for orders! Ordered online and went down to the Dumbarton store to collect which had a very organised layout for social distancing! Food was absolutely amazing and a very big thank you to the staff for giving my wee nana a wee bottle of proseco as well as we decided to treat her! Such an amazing thing to do and excellent pick me up

This was our second visit. Me and my wife both had the Brooklyn breakfast which was amazing and cooked to perfection. The service was fast and the waitresses were lovely. Only downside I would say is the lay out of the restaurant although the space is small and busy it would be more beneficial to customers if maybe one or 2 tables from the middle were removed. It’s very difficult if you have mobility problems and awkward having to squeeze by other people whilst they are eating especially if you are a larger person. The queuing system at the door is also not great for people with mobility issues. Only downside.

What a delight to have brunch here today. I had the veggie brunch with a side of bacon. It was amazing! Hubs had a salmon bagel which he was very happy with too. He then helped me with my brunch! All the waiting staff were great and our waitress, who was run off her feet as the place was packed, turned out to be the owner. She's great! Great food, great staff and a great atmosphere - what else could you want?!!

First time we visited the young member of staff were abrasive so wary of going back. Gave it a second chance - totally redeemed, had a good experience and service from a more senior staff member was spot on and professional. Third visit and back to rude, abrasive young staff member. We walked out. More training needed TriBeCa.

Enjoyed a chilled out Sunday brunch here last week. Lovely, friendly staff, tasty pancakes. Boozy milkshake and a strong coffee blew the cobwebs away. A great place to while away a lazy Sunday morning.

I found a hair in my burger. The waitress serving us had her hair down. As I’ve had experience of being a waitress in the past I know hair should be tied up. I also noticed she was wearing a vest top which is totally unacceptable.

Tea arrived first, the milk was sour and tea obviously tasted awful. The waitress replaced the milk and replaced the tea cups (after being prompted) but did not replace the pots of tea.

Visited while visiting Glasgow Christmas markets. Group of 9 of us all enjoyed ourselves. Food was nice...good value for money. Good choice of food and drinks and the service we received from Jennifer was excellent. Will certainly visit again and would highly recommend xx

When I last visited here about five years ago it was amazing. Today we were back in the area and looked forward to a similarly spectacular brunch - it was a huge disappointment. The cappuccino was far too small (not a good start) and the full breakfast was lukewarm in parts and not as per the menu description. The streaky bacon was just fatty and cold, and the sausages were very pale and lukewarm. The eggs were fried rather than poached as ordered, with no hash browns and (cold) mushrooms that didn’t look like a flatcap to me. Burger was ok but plain. The chips were good. Sadly we won’t be back for a third time, there are too many other good options in the area.

Me and my family popped along to TriBeCa Dumbarton Rd last night in our way to elfingrove would just like to say what a fab night we had we were well looked after I had the pigs in blanket hot dog and it was amazing can we please add this to your menu what a pleaser!! will be back keep up the good work guys

5* service from Jamie and Jennifer, cosy hipster setting but the food is a show stopper, pictures attached you NEED to try the 7 hour aged brisket hash and egg, I have never tasted anything like it, the breakfast is incredible also waffles to die for, and the mac and cheese was top rated by the wife. Will be back is an understatement can't wait for my next visit.

9 of us recently visited here as part of our work Christmas Day out and had the best time at Tribeca. I had booked in advance and had a number of emails and communication with Jennifer, the manager. She could not have been more helpful and pulled out all the stops to welcome us and have our table ready. Everyone loved the food and there was so many options to choose from. We couldn’t have been happier with the location, service and food. Thanks so much for making it a special day.

Fab place to dine with friends after a day of festive fun. Food was amazing, could have ordered one of everything. Went for mac and cheese and side order of candy bacon and tiger stripe fries. Presentation great, and service spot on we had a table reserved and Jennifer done everything to ensure our experience was 10/10 cocktails were fabulous aswell

Went for lunch today. It was freezing cold, a staff member was making smoothies at the counter which was ridiculously noisy, our waiter was trying to lift our food before we were finished and the head waitress was very child unfriendly. Definitely won’t be going back!

Took my children for dinner as one wanted a burger. One daughter had a cheeseburger and the other a hotdog. My daughter’s cheeseburger didn’t appear to be great quality. She left loads of her bun. I had the same one that felt a bit cold and stale. They had toasted it though which was a bonus. The other one liked her hotdog although that bun looked cold. I had a chicken burger. It was edible but nothing special. I also left the bun that felt a bit stale. We order two chips one normal and one Cajun. The normal ones were a bit pale and not very good. The Cajun ones just had salty Cajun spice flung on the top and were not nice. They had blizzards which they liked but one of them order a s’mores one which just appears to be vanilla ice cream with some marshmallows flung on top. I though s’mores had chocolate. We were in a hurry before Elfin grove and it was a quick decision to go here. I wouldn’t go back. It felt expensive for the poor quality.

Smashing lunch at TriBeCa singing along to Claire & Jamie's excellent playlist, (2000's pop throwback), whilst trying to munch my way through a very tasty Pastrami, Emmental & pickles bagel. Left with a full belly & smile on my face. 😊🎵

Not a great experience. Really enjoyed breakfast and dinner previously in both Woodlands road and Giffnock branches. This branch was awful, seating so uncomfortable , place was very cold and every time door opened it was even colder. Boy making smoothie or milkshake at counter, not the place for this, where people are eating, noise of ice in mixer totally drowned out background music playing and any conversation you were having, it seemed to go on and on. Decor nothing like the beautiful decor in the Woodlands road branch, this was like a small nasty cafe with a nasty giant black and white poster of New York street with New York yellow taxi on it, Breakfast was lukewarm and nothing special, coffee small, nothing about this impressive at all like our visits previously to other branches that they have now shut down. Seems strange to shut 2 really nice branches and keep this open. Will never be back.

Nice cosy wee American style diner restaurant on Dumbarton Road serving really good food at very reasonable prices. Located just opposite Salvation Army charity shop. Sells some alcohol to have with meal but regrettably no draft beer, only in cans and quite expensive. Mains are large portions and dessert so big we had to take it home in a doggy bag. Very friendly staff, nice clean loo.

We had a lovely meal to celebrate my son's birthday. Server Jenni went the extra mile and the chef have my son a treat with his meal and a goody bag. Best birthday meal ever 🎂

I have visited this restaurant a few times now when visiting family and am always pleased with our experience. The staff are great with my 3 boys and very accommodating with regards to their likes and dislikes with menu options. The food was all freshly cooked and tasty and considering the portion sizes very good value for money. Will continue to visit in future and would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Me and my mother went in to order corn dogs we used to live in America and it was one of our favourite street foods and it’s hard to find over here so we got quite excited about it , to our disappointment what came was not a corn dog it was a hot dog dipped in egg and dipped in nachos we would’ve complained and sent the food back except there was nobody to complain to the girl had disappeared who was taking our order and the chef was outside smoking when we finished and paid my mother showed the chef a picture of what a corndog is meant to look like and the chef barked at my mother with attitude saying “that’s how we do you should’ve complained while you ate it” well I’m sorry but the service was shocking and there was nobody to complain to I am appalled by the treatment we received and they should be ashamed of themselves they have a lot to learn

Recientemente tuve una reunión de negocios familiares y decidimos hacerlo en un restaurante. Uno de nosotros sugirió ir a este restaurante y acordamos y fuimos.

Was in town the other day, and some friends took me here for a spot of brunch after a long night. They nailed it . The food was great, as was the service and the coffee was good too. I'll definitely be back.

Recientemente nos mudamos a la zona y después de que este restaurante fuera muy recomendado, nos aventuramos el viernes por la noche para ver de qué se trataba todo este alboroto. ! ! A nuestra llegada, cuando salíamos del auto, debatí si entrar o no, ya que me desanimaron al instante. ¡Había un chef de pie fumando una de esas cosas de fumar! ! ! Muy poco profesional buscando! ! ¡Tenía un aspecto muy desaliñado y no tenía nada de chef blanco de nuevo, muy poco profesional! ! ! Cuando entramos en la tienda, lo primero que nos dijeron fue que cerraban a las 20. 30) Después de numerosos intentos de llamar la atención de la camarera, finalmente pedimos nuestra comida. Durante este tiempo me senté y vi al chef colgando sobre el mostrador de la cocina con la cabeza grabada en su teléfono. Estaba constantemente hablando por teléfono mientras preparaba la comida y tampoco podíamos creer lo que estábamos presenciando. La comida llegó y era de alta calidad, el servicio arruinó mi experiencia, definitivamente no volveremos.

We bought a voucher from itison. Came here on a quiet night and we're so happy with what we revieved! Service was good and the food was amazing. So much for so little! Will definitely return

So we used to come here all the time and we truly loved it! Everything was tasty and the staff are honestly amazing. However we bought two vouchers from Itson and the quality in the food has since then been disappointing. Today I watched them fill up the “ 100% Grade A amber Maple syrup “ with maple flavoured Golden syrup. yeah it’s that golden syrup you add into your flap jacks and cakes. Normally we pay full price for two breakfasts and a drink it comes to £30 and we think that’s a good price for ‘great quality ingredients ( which they brag about on the website ) The sausages have also changed. I can’t fault anything else though the staff are a dream, the coffee is always good. But I just hope this review can show how misleading the menu actually is if this is the case. And how they should be honest about what they are selling to customers.

Stumbled across this small but busy restaurant when visiting friends in Glasgow and was looking for somewhere to eat. Large Menu is very brunch orientated with an American style and portion sizes were huge. My giant breakfast was tasty and other diners food looked equally good. Service was prompt and friendly so no complaints there. Would recommend.

Been many time and always enjoyed the food as well as the fun and friendly staff here! They always have great music, tasty food and really good milkshakes :)

We use to visit here regularly but been less and less recently. The food is usual good but service always a let down though today has to be the worst yet.

We visited Tribeca today, to find the restaurant was having some slight troubles, but we decided to wait as both my partner and I have worked in hospitality and we know these things happen. The staff were apologetic and friendly so waiting never bothered us. We queued and got seated after maybe 10 minutes, but I guess if you’re in a rush I’d recommend not dining there at peak times. Ordered a smoothie and a fresh orange juice which came out fast and was lovely, food followed too and was also delicious.

The food was okay, however it was very expensive and we had to sit next to an air freshener which ruined the taste. Good for those who like expensive but extremely traditional American food.

Pedimos tostadas francesas y panqueques (ambos simples alrededor de 6/7, cualquier extra alrededor de 1/2) y eran ENORMES.

My husband and I came here for lunch today and it was ok, but not amazing. When we walked in we were asked to sit at a table by the window but then we were forgotten about as a table of 4 walked in after us but were given menus straight away whereas after 5 minutes we had to get up and ask for a menu. Not a great start. I ordered eggs royale (poached eggs with salmon & hollandaise sauce on a toasted muffin) and my husband had the Scotch Benny (poached eggs, bacon, black pudding & hollandaise on a toasted muffin). The muffin wasn't particularly toasted and the eggs were overdone so neither of us had a runny yolk. There was nothing particularly great about either of the dishes. After we finished we waited a while for someone to come over so we could have coffee but again the service was pretty slow so I just went up to the counter & paid and we went for coffee elsewhere as I had an appointment I had to get to at 2pm.

Visité Tribeca West End el jueves 4 de septiembre y me reemplazó gratamente lo bueno que era cuatro de mis amigos tenían hamburguesas con lados sin quejas de nadie en cuanto a mí y a mi hermano, teníamos macarrones con queso rojo al estilo antiguo como mi madre lo hizo hace muchos años también tenía rebanadas de carne en el fondo del plato todo lo que puedo decir fue increíble También tengo que mencionar a la camarera muy agradable y servicial y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos en general, realmente disfrutamos nuestra visita y esperamos volver

This was a stop off for a bite to eat and a quick drink. The food was tasty, with good choice on the menu. Service was good, efficient waitress.

Booked a table here before having a few beers with a friend. I had nachos with beef brisket and sour cream and salsa with a glass of house white. My friend had a burger with egg and black pudding. The member of staff had to put the beer in a bucket of ice as fridge wasn't working properly. The food was ok and service was very good. Filled a gap but wouldn't rush back.

Thank you to girl that served us, she was so happy and friendly! Complete breath of fresh air! We loved our food too

Stopped for swift breakfast. Really good waffles with bacon, egg, maple syrup etc. Tasty stuff. Good coffee and service too.

Sunday-Thursday there is 30% off on food orders for students! This is an awesome deal! The place was relatively small, but opened up onto the street, so you could enjoy people watching and the nice weather while eating. The service was great even though there was only one waitress on at the time. I had the Tribeca Chicken sandwich and it was really delicious!

went here for a brunch visit. food was great. service was great and we all left satisfied. good choices. Diet will be out the window though!

My teenage daughter and I were visiting Kelvingrove and surrounding area today (Sunday on the May holiday weekend) and popped in for lunch. Although very busy (just after 12 noon), we only waited 5 minutes for a table. The restaurant is small but has a nice ambiance. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Our waitress (apologies for not getting your name) had a lovely manner and nothing was a bother (despite me failing to ask for my soft drink without ice, it was replaced with no fuss - much appreciated for my error). On a previous visit to another Tribeca, we just had pancakes but today we decided to have lunch. The Menu has been reorganised and this is all to the good as it is much easier to navigate and choose from a wide menu of food and drinks. We chose Mac & cheese with a side order of Sweet Potato Fries and A Philly Cheese Steak which comes on a ciabatta with skinny fries. Much praise was heaped upon the enormous bowl of Mac & Cheese (far too much to eat it all) as it was creamy, flavoursome, hot and just like home made with the sauce a perfect consistency. It was accompanied by 2 slices of rustic garlic bread and the presentation was good. The Sweet Potato fries were crisp on the outside and fluffy inside - just perfect. The Philly Cheese Steak was full of soft steak, delicious peppers, sweet fried onions and melted Jack cheese on a ciabatta which was unctuous and oozing juice, flavour and cheese! Delicious and very filling (as well as being fresh and piping hot). This came with skinny fries which were dry and delicious but too much again. What a find and lots of choice if you just want something lighter (or smaller) or sweeter. The bill for all of this food with a diet Irn Bru and tap water was a very reasonable £23.30. We were not rushed at any point and would definitely return to try other menu items if we are in the area again. We can recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed...or hungry!

Only place open Sunday early and what a treat. Good service straight Away , excellent coffee and very generous n tasty food . Recommend if in central area .

La comida siempre es buena, pero no estoy seguro de que esté a la altura de las expectativas. Las porciones son grandes y yo y mi amigo usualmente terminamos compartiendo. El personal es amable, incluso si el servicio es un poco irregular a veces. Con toda honestidad, Tribeca me ha convencido sobre otros lugares donde se sirve brunch simplemente porque hacen jugo de naranja recién exprimido en lugar de comprarlo y porque hacen un servicio rápido para ir al servicio si tengo prisa por ir al trabajo.

Had a very good and quick experience even after waiting for a table. Brunch menu huge and ideal to cure the hangover lol. Food and service was quick and very good even though this small place was busy. Would recommend and will return soon

We visited TriBeCa Dumbarton Rd today with an itison voucher. Firstly when trying to book we phoned and we told there was plenty of tables but as soon as we mentioned we had a voucher suddenly there was no availability.

Visited here for brunch and the place was jam packed but service was quick and friendly. Prices are quite high but the food is delicious

If I'm having Breakfast in the West End of Glasgow I'm happy to pay average £10 which includes tea or coffee for a full breakfast so when my bill comes to short of £16 I need to be blown away... I had French Toast, Bacon, Hash Browns, sausage and two runny eggs with coffee which on the whole was fresh, tasty and of a standard thats well acceptable, staff were pleasant and very attentative and my overall experience was pleasant but its not worth £16 (£18 after tip) by any stretch. There is a student discount of 30% which is a bit of a blow not being a student as it would have taken £4.80 off my bill and left a more pleasant taste in my pallet and I could have justified just over £11.00 for the experience. I get it its American themed food but I know for sure I paid less than that for a similar breakfast in New York and typically I take my wife and 2 kids for Sunday breakfast but at a total of £64 for 4 its just way too much... reduce the prices and I will be back but until then thanks for the overpriced breakfast.

I was using a voucher so I called ahead to enquire about it .Staff very helpful was not a problem using the voucher ,so booked a table ,arrived at my allotted time was met by a very friendly member of staff shown my table and the menu explained , nothing was a bother for this member of staff (sorry didn't get her name)

Expensive and overpriced for what it is, notoriously crap service and if you go to the one near the Kelvin Hall you won’t be able to move, that being said you won’t find much competition for a better American style breakfast in the city. Worth checking out but the novelty wears off quick on repeat visits.

My daughter suggested going here. Was a bit disappointed as the prices totted up. The buttermilk pancakes were heavy and a bit bland and pricey as charged extra per topping which worked out expensive. Was charged for large coffee which I didn't get and only noticed error after I left. Think would be fine apart from disappointing pancakes and a bit over rated.staff v friendly and good service.

Had dinner here on a Groupon deal and although enjoyable and the service was friendly, it was an average meal and we wouldn’t have been thrilled to pay a la carte prices. The meal was a mixed bag with hot dogs being good and the poutine being a real let down.

It was a fairly steady day with most tables full, which might account for the poor food quality that we recieved. We were seated by polite staff- I must say all staff were extremely nice and this review is of no way a reflection on the front of house team. We ordered 2 breakfasts, one was pancakes with sausage bacon etc and the other was the kinda full breakfast option- 3 eggs, bacon sausage etc. I have got to say that it was the most disappointing breakfast I've had, the bacon was lovely, the toast was crisp and nice however by the time we had eaten these on our plates we had already finished nearly half of the food which left us with the problem when we then cut into our poached eggs to find them almost completely see through and undercooked and found our sausages still cold in the middle on both plates. As I have worked in hospitality for a while (sorry not trying to be that guy I'm just saying I get how it looks), I knew that after having eaten half of it with no complaints and having had a check back their wasnt much I really could do about it, especially since I started work in 30 minutes time. Although having said that, this means the team had no chance to solve our issues and I cannot speak for how effective they would have been in doing so. Overall for 2 breakfasts which were barely half eaten, and two glasses of Ice tea which came out of a lipton iced tea bottle, this cost us £29. We didn't find this a fair price and have had far better breakfasts at independent cafes in the area.

Got a voucher for breakfast here went first thing on Saturday we were only couple there good choice tasty coffee I had pancakes my wife had veggie breakfast both very tasty great poached eggs all cook well fast service great friendly staff clean can’t fault in any way

Another visit to this small but busy brunch institution in the west end. Generally always busy especially at weekends but is worth the wait with a great selection of breakfast dishes which are all HUGE!!!! attentive service and nice atmosphere.

Never disappointed when we O’ne here!! Best to book as always busy! Great value and a family favourite!!
