Completely wrong order. Just Eat have been a nightmare to deal with.

Food came freezing cold after having to wait nearly 2 hours and a half and they forgot my juice not worth my money.

I ordered a bacon burger. Ive been delivered a bacon, CHEESE burger. I cannot eat this. I hate cheese.

Really delicious food and the service is amazing. It is just ridiculously expensive...like ridiculous! Yiu also only need to order one medium fries between two people as they give you A LOT of fries.

I have eaten at five guys many times and I was incredibly disappointed. My burger tasted completely different to how it usually tastes at other branches. It was cold, messily made and the meat tasted awful. The customers next to me had also left their burger after a couple bites which was taken apart. I’m assuming they felt the same. Would not visit this branch again.

I was headed to the other shop, of course it was raining and so we went in there was no queue. Ordered immediately! Good value for money! I appreciated that the meat was not frozen freshly cooked. They heat the bread. Everything OK. Delicious peeled chips! I recommend indicating better where the toilet is. The fact that you can see the preparation of the food is great

driver stole my food and justeat support won’t give me a refund. most likely not at all the fault of the restaurant

Ordered at 10.pm was told delivery by 10,40 received at 11.40 5 burgers and fries freezing cold, was refused help by Just eat

£54 for 3 heavily Dry and Burnt burgers and Re fried Burnt Chips, kept changing delivery time. The delivery driver is the only one doing his job clearly. i won’t be ordering from this Hole again!

Order came almost an hour and a half after placing order. Burger was fine and warm, fries were cold and extremely stale/hard, complete waste. Maybe because it was close to closing time, nevertheless not worth the money.

Waited an hour to recieve someone else’s order , phoned restaurant and apparently can’t do anything about it. Food wasted that myself or son can’t eat

It still hasn't been delivered over 2.5 hours since I ordered it!! And it is estimating it to be 3.5 hours. I can't cancel the order. The telephone number on Just Eat is incorrect and they are not answering the telephone when I try to call to cancel.

the food was absolutely freezing when it arrived and soggy both cheeseburgers and chips wasn't edible , very dissapionted as didn't want to cook on a Saturday night and ended up cooking like a dafty

I was very pleasantly surprised. They've prepared a gluten free version with care and attention. Although they don't have a gf buns I didn't mind as the burger and chips were excellent.

Manager gave me a free patty with my little cheeseburger & chips order. Consistently great place to eat.

Paid £6.75 for a BLT, the bacon was burnt and for some reason there was onion in it even though I didn't ask for onions.

The burger was very poor. It had only a beef patty between the buns, and nothing else.

I'd never been before, I'd heard that the food was of a higher quality that your standard fast food outlet. I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato but you can order however many toppings you like. The chips tasted healthier than your usual fast food fry. The service was quick and friendly and there were plenty of seats available to sit down I was impressed and expect to go back if I’m short on time.

Average burger's. Portions could be bigger.

It is expensive, but I also love their burgers. If you order right, you get a brilliant American cheeseburger. The fries are really overpriced for fries, but they are also really nice. I wouldn't go frequently, but once in a while is a treat.

We went to Five Guys St Vincent Street this week for an evening meal, it was expensive, poor quality and the restraunt was manky. After ordering and paying we went to get a table to find EVERY table that was filthy, with food and drinks spilt on them. The floor was covered in spilt food, as we had payed, my wife produced some hand wipes from her bag and cleaned a table and 4 chairs for us to use. The unlimited drinks were watered down like I've never experienced before. 3 burgers, 1 chips and 4 drinks £53 t eat in a manky restaurant.

Ordered a hamburger with no pickle. As I was handed the receipt the order said no Mustard so I had to tell the staff member who took my order it was no pickle not mustard I asked for. When I got my burger it was tepid and the bun it was in was cold and dry as though they just took it out of the fridge. The burger was bland and they left the mustard out and they didn't take all the pickle out as they left bits behind even though I corrected their mistake before they even started the order. Questions have to be asked about the standard and quality of the staff and their training. Overpriced and low quality. They use to do good burgers when they first opened 10 yeqrs ago but not anymore.

Took over an hour from the order time. Chips were stone cold and burgers were soggy. For nearly £40 for 2 burgers, 1 small chips and 2 drinks I expected better

I ordered 1 Diet Coke and 1 Coke original and was delivered 2 diet cokes having been charged for one of each

The deliver driver didn’t show up, then they submitted it as delivered when we have nothing. We called 4 times with no response, you’re meant to ask for a code so the driver must’ve just handed it over or gave up as there is nothing and nobody in our flat has received it either

Not the best 5Guys we’ve visited , slippy floors especially the toilets (when you find them) staff very pleasant and polite .

One of the best Five Guys we have ever been in. Great food, great service, and plenty of seating.. a must if you are hungry in Glasgow!

Usual excellent burger, fries not as crisp as usual

I would say its probably the best place in Glasgow to go for a burger. But it's a bit pricey, apart from that I'd recommend it

Order came after 2 hours. Ordered at 7pm, arrived after 9pm. I didn’t want it by then, it was cold anyway.

Absolutely disgusting. £21 for a tasteless burger hardly any fries and a small drink. Asked for refund as I'm entitled to fand the shift manager told me " what do you expect your in Glasgow". I've put in a complaint with head office.

Very nice staff, greatest burger too

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Not sure why the negative reviews around price, you get what you pay for. Food piping hot and well presented, large seating area with extra space either upstairs or downstairs.

I love 5 guys but the price is outrageous now. Nearly £25 for a cheeseburger, chips and a milk shake 😵.

Forgot both sauces there was no sauce in my order even those I asked for both ketchup and mayo!!

Very tasty. The fries are at least as tasty as in Belgium. The only pity is that there are no set menus, but that is simply not the case with this chain.

As always, Five Guys is a delicious treat for any occasion. The burgers are simply melt in the mouth, and the chips are fried to perfection and dashed with a healthy dose of salt to add to the flavour. It can be quite expensive and your wallet will not like the total, but it is worth every penny.

Really great service, after ordering my burger and stating I was Gluten Free, the person taking my order pointed out that FG Mayo also has Gluten in it. Always really happy with the food and this kind of service/ attention to detail is seldom found in any other fat food joint I have ever been too.

Just wanted to write a review so people are aware. One of my family members recently visited this restaurant, thankfully they quickly left, as they have a severe nut allergy. Unfortunately while they were there, no staff asked about allergies when it came to the food order, and unknown to my family member every meal is cooked in peanut oil. I’f you have a nut allergy at all, I suggest giving this restaurant a wide berth.

It's a burger bar. I had a cheese burger, fries & a milkshake. The burger was ok, the fries (I had spicy) were not to my liking, to powdery. The milkshake was biscoff and although I had one of those wide paper straws, it kept getting clogged up. IT COST ME £22.80, for the love of God. I shall not be returning, the burger was ok but IT COST ME £22.80, I went for a sit down curry the next night at The Wee Curry Shop - butter chicken, pilau rice, garlic naan & a coke. £22.35

When I walked Into the restaurant I noticed the small menu and the ridiculous amount of posters containing ads (some inappropriate for young children) after we ordered my friend noticed he had charged me for 2 cheese toasties, we got that sorted out however we then noticed the chef who made my cheese toastie scratched his bum. I don't like to be a Karen but I thought it was ridiculous, so I asked for it done again.so we got our food and sat down to a greasy barley melted cheese toastie, a discussing burger and the saltiest chips ever.(After 2 chips the top of my mouth was burning) Not to mention the diet coke way to syrup. Once we had eaten the slop. we went to the bathroom and noticed we needed a code from the recite which we binned and the worker wouldn't let us in after we explained. Usually I don't write a review but I felt compelled to warn whoever is reading this review and I hope you find my review helpful PS: I forgot to say how expensive this meal was (£25) which is is unbelievable fr a bag of chips, a burger, a cheese toastie and two SMALL drinks.

Waited bout 8-10 min for 2 burgers big fries,strawberry milkshake, and a beer ,over £40,1st time in the place, went upstairs the floors and tables were dirty,with fries lying in between tables,food was fresh and got witch was good but disappointed with the fries,the were not fried for long enough, they were limp,will not be back.

It was stone cold. Couldn't eat it until we'd put in oven. Either restaurant had it made too early and sitting too long or driver too slow to collect then deliver but was freezing and inedible until heated which defeats point of takeaway treat to avoid cooking

Great fries, great grilled cheese, great burgers, great range of toppings. Generous portions and cheerful staff. A cut above the usual fast food outlet.

Great food. Bit pricey but the food was good.

Both of the burgers ordered (cheese burger and bacon burger) had no sauce, condiments or toppings on either of them despite being shown in the image as having lettuce, tomato etc. Just a burger bun, two patties and cheese on both except the bacon one that had some bits of bacon on the bottom. Absolutely NOT even close to worth the cost. Burgers tasted alright, that's about it. Can easily find a better burger for a lower cost with little effort, not ordering here again.

Quite a nice place with an upstairs and a downstairs There's an option for bacon in a milkshake. I didn't try it.

Good, very expensive. £18 for one person. Loads of chips and I only ordered the little size. Everything was hot and fresh. Chips super salty

Classic five guys -great burgers and fries. Ordered one sandwich without onions because of an allergy and they gave us one with them, but were willing to remake it because of the mistake!

Food delicious. Check your orders for accuracy - two sandwiches ordered w/o onions were made with onions.

After ordering only one simple milk shake with biscoff, strawberry, and mango. Without my knowing, the milkshake was made very quickly, and my number was not called, so it sat there for 20 minutes. When I asked where it was, they made another one because the other one was melted. This new one only had biscoff and was very disappointing, especially for £5.95.

Missing my burger and fries. Is that no the five guys thing, five guys burger and fries? Nae burger, nae fries but. Milkshake was ok.

Nice enough burger and fries with refillable soda, but at a ludicrous £18 this is really not good value for money for fast food.

What can you say? As always, the food tasted very good. Service very competent, friendly and helpful. The facility has its own charm. Always happy to come.

Great food as usual, didn't like the cajun fries as much so I would recommend the classics. The place was a little untidy and dirty, but it was towards the end of the night. The service was also great and friendly.

We order two vegetable sandwiches (the only vegetarian/vegan choice) & a portion of fries. The vegetarian sandwiches were basically the burger bun & toppings. It was soggy & tasteless. It’s also really expensive. I have not had vegetarian food as bad as that for 20 years.

Their burgers and milkshakes are top tier man. Such good food. People should definitely give them a try.
