It's not too bad restaurant, but had better experience with another brunches. The serving was quick. Pretty flexible, my requirements were fulfilled. Asked no source and salad. But ribs themselves were not too high quality.

Food in here is vile now. This place has become pricy too and not worth the money at all. Not even slightly. Ribs were disgusting usually a big rack covered in sauce burgers now around 20 quid what an absolute joke. Don't eat here not worth it and bad quality food.

Didn't have any food, but the cocktails were excellent and the waiter was very welcoming and friendly.

Went with my 2 grown up kids. Service was good, no waiting. Got drinks promptly and ordered food. Wasn't a long wait. Was lovely.

Came here for dinner and some drinks. Staff was really lovely but the food definitely wasn't worth it. Burger was so overcooked I'm pretty sure the next generation of cow is also cooked. Salad tasty very shady. Cocktail was okay. However the flask cocktail didn't come in a flask. I understand that things happen but a warning would've been appreciated. Will come again for cocktails not for food

Appalling! Very disappointed as it was always a favourite place to go in a group. We waited 1/2 hr before Waiter decided to come over. Place was nearly empty and it was 8.00p.m. Strange. Only to be told they do not do our favourite Cocktail and never have done. I have had it here many times before. Then, to make matters worse, in an half empty restaurant, somehow the Ribs were Sold Out. All types. We could have Steak. As Waiter had now gone, again, we decided to do same thing and went elsewhere. Shame. Used to be cool place.

Great experience on Saturday night. The restaurant seemed very busy but our waiter, Dario, took great care of us. Very attentive, friendly and the service was quick with a smile.

My poor daughter had a massive black hair in her food and the replacement came well after we were finished so she ate alone and she was also traumatised by the disgusting toilets. Screaming kids in booth behind us and a foul mouthed family next to us. We still had to hand over £140 for the privilege. Never again!

The service was really good so was the food the restaurant needs a bit of a spruce up but no real issues.

We had starter's, both were nice, except i did not get the right dip with my Mozzarella sticks. My crispy chicken burger was awful. I had a full lettuce leaf on the base of the bun. The cheese slices seemed cheap and weren't even melted. The crispy chicken was dumpy like chicken strips, I only ate half of it. The sesame chicken that my partner had was nice. I don't think the price of the meals really matches what you get. I definitely won't be back before they go into liquidation.

Josh B is an absolute star. Coped really well on a busy Sunday shift. Can't believe they've stopped selling Silver Mercedes cocktails, it was my raison detre for going sadly

First we got the wrong food. Then we got the right one, but half of the salad was missing (dressing and avocado) and it had stalks. The burger was completely cold and in places the meat was like coal. We wouldn't go here again for the price. The staff is actually very nice, but not well organized. Definitely too expensive for the quality.

Unfortunately the food when it arrived was cold. They offered to re-heat the meal: this took approx. 10 minutes before the food was returned, by which point the rest of the table had finished their food.

Loved the Mozzarella Sticks then Pasta dish.... Service slow BUT it was very busy and am sure staff were rushed off their feet ... Nice dark quirky interior and toilets.. Would go back!

Me and my friend are through in Glasgow to see a concert. We stopped in at TGI's and the service was impeccable. Food was really good and prices okay. Will definitely be back..

Looking for a fun place in the city center to enjoy time with family or friends? This is the spot if you have a reasonable budget. I can’t say enough about the great atmosphere, location, and service—everything was excellent. My only small note is that their menu didn’t have enough main seafood dishes. There were only two options for appetizers: prawns and fried calamari. Another note: a trip to the restroom involves a short walk through a basement with some amusing surprises.

Food was cold when served and one dish went back and was returned fresh! So I cannot faulted them for their service but the food was very much sub par and very expensive for what we got! Staff were very obliging and as mentioned prior count fault the service side of things.

Popped in for a cpl of drinks and the prices for alcohol were ridiculous 6.50 for a 330ml bottle of peroni ...seriously but the staff were very pleasant

My sister has a shellfish allergy the manager came to take our order to ensure what she was choosing was ok he explained the process that goes on in kitchen when a check comes in with allergy.They pull out all stops I realise it’s company policy,but it reassured us that it was going to be dealt with properly.It was our birthday and when the realised that we got a slice of birthday cake to take home and they sang to us.Top marks to your team 👏👏

Not that impressed tbh 2 burgers in our party came out rare, the manager did take the meals off the bill and give us 10% discount, but even so not at all like it was before the dreaded COVID

A realty great restaurant to have at least dessert, the Smored Sundae was really good - bigger than it was in Edinburgh, it tasted really good. And Laura did a really good job in service. She was quick, very friendly and had some hints where to have live music that evening! Thanks a lot!

Great place for children my little one enjoyed her strawberry milkshake. Plus you kids get free meal. If you have Stripe app there is loads of offers to claim. The staff are very friendly & accomodating.

Went for my birthday and the staff were super friendly! I do think the music could be at least a little bit quieter just because it’s hard to hear the staff or people you’re dining over the noise but despite that it was a lovely experience and the food was really really good! Will definitely be back.

Came here for family lunch. And was disappointed. Had better from a takeaway restaurant Fries were luke warm. Garlic bread was too hard. Mac and cheese needed. Some cheese sauce. Because there wasn't any. I ask told the server if there was any sauce Because it was too dry. There was hot sauce which they charged me for.the onion rings were luke warm. And didn't taste nice. 4 of us agreed. We only spent £100 but was so disappointed we wouldn't return. Fries with bacon & maple syrup were not good Server was 5 star. Food took far too long to arrive. And server agreed they were not too busy. So why was food not upto standard. Server said I let chef no. No good to me Food was terrible TGI please read other reviews and make changes to the food.

Staff are really friendly and the restaurant is nice. I get the free refill whenever I go, so there is plenty of fizzy juice for the price you pay, but the food isn't that great for what you pay. For a burger that cost around £20 it was bland and dry.

We got our drinks quite quick a bit of a wait for food . Ordered water 3 times as I have a narrow gullet & got it when I was coughing & choking on my food the cocktails came straight away but unfortunately I cannot drink it fast enough to wash food down .

Love TGI but last few times we have been in the service has been really slow with some of our party almost finished their meals before the last person got theirs. Portion sizes have gotten smaller too :-( really disappointed to be honest

Lovely place, food and staff where fab we had mark serving us and he was absolutely amazing so friendly and happy and nothing was a problem we had a laugh and a joke with him 5+ stars 🌟 for Mark

So so so overpriced £20 for a bowl of cold tasteless pasta, the service was awful waited over and hour for my food to come not worth it one bit.i had seen the offer for if you sign up on the app you get a free dessert but i ended up having to pay for half of it such a scam never go i dont recommend it at all used to be so good what a downfall its had. Extremely unhappy want my money back

I wasn't expecting a lot but left a little disappointed. While the service was good the food was lacking. The nachos were served cold, the chicken wings luke warm and the 'ultimate' ribs didn't have all that much meat on them. The fries on the other hand were great! The floor coming up from the bathrooms was also very sticky.

First time here as couldn't get a table anywhere else. Nice atmosphere and good service, however, prices are way over the top, for what is essentially pub grub. The drinks £11 for a large glass of wine and £6.50 for a pint of Moretti. The food, although good, is even worse; £26 for a rump steak; £22 in Miller and Carter and the latter is a well known dedicated steakhouse, just around the corner, with much nicer surroundings. My partner had the cajun chicken pasta. I've never seen such a large pasta bowl with what appeared to be a child's portion and it looked as thought the chicken breast had been filleted to make 2 portions but someone else got the other half. Won't be back and would rather pay the same, or less, and go to miller and carter.

Price has rocketed since I was last in, £20 for a bowl of pasta?! Unfortunately we were sat near the air conditioning and we were all freezing! Plates were balanced on top of each other so plates covered in sauce. Food was average, won't go back.

Used to be good value for money but is now not worth it. There are plenty of better places around. Wait times are ridiculous, and cocktails taste watered down.

Was served frozen cold boneless buffalo wings.. like literally ice cold to touch inside. Staff were apologetic but for an establishment like this it’s quite shocking… I was extremely ill the following morning because of it!

40 minute wait for starters. All food is overpriced. Mallow biscoff desert had literally no toasted mallow whatsoever as advertised and barely any biscoff. Was essentially just vanilla ice cream!. Waiting staff were good but the wait for food was far too long and for the price you'd expect much better.

I remember the halcyon days of TGI Fridays. It was special. It was busy. It was different. It was cool. Oh how the mighty have fallen!! A £7 midweek lunch menu on the website surely meant a chance for redemption? Unfortunately the mystified look of our server when asking for it says it all. False advertising or just a marketing mishap? You decide. With no lunch deals in Glasgow there was however a £13.99 two course menu. Pretty limited choices on it and the burger had a £3.50 supplement. Madness. Let it also be noted that it was it was £4 for a soft drink such as Coke or Irn Bru. I know it’s 2024 but that is scandalous. Our server was cheerful, personable and polite and the food was the same quality you’d get in any corporate monolith. It’s basic pub food but at restaurant prices. The venue still has that nostalgic feel and it’s an iconic brand but unfortunately the iconic pricing means it’ll stay firmly rooted in my past and not my future.

It was ok, prices were high in my opinion on the normal menu, most desserts for example were over £8 for a slice of cake. We ate from the 2 course special menu at £13.99 and it was basic but reasonable for the money.

The food there is delicious, unfortunately the price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.

I visited TGI Fridays for lunch with my daughter. We were seated upstairs and had a nice view, looking towards Buchanan Street. There is a wide variety of choice on the menu. We had the cajun chicken pasta, and the sesame chicken strips. Both dishes were well presented and tasted beautiful! The staff were very friendly and polite. We both enjoyed our lunch and would happily recommend a visit.

Done the bottomless seasame chicken today, each portion fresh and crispy and the waiter mark was absolutely delightful and what a service and made to feel welcome and comfortable, was also funny and had great humour. Highly recommend when he’s on.

TGIs have went completely downhill. The plate of food attached was over £20. Minimal chicken which was burnt, dead salad.

Myself and my 3 kids went here for lunch, overall it was a fairly good experience, food isn't bad but it's on the expensive side of value for money and portion size. One of the managers came round and made balloons for the kids which was really good. The service was really good and the server helped me with the app to make the meal a bit cheaper
