Expensive, luke-warm garbage. Will not order again.

Milkshake was in with hot food. The milkshake was melted. The chips frozen. Burgers luke warm. Order was processing for ridiculous amount of time. Think delivery driver must have been waiting for multiple orders as the time for delivery wasn't slow.

Dreadful experience and will not use again. Order placed last Friday around 6.40 with estimated delivery at 30-40 mins. Still not out for delivery online at 8pm so called restaurant who indicated driver picked up order at 7.20 as they were not overly busy…. Driver subsequently arrived just after 8.20. I asked why it took an hour and he indicated he only picked it up 10 minutes ago…. I suspected this was not true and on opening food it was stone cold and inedible. Refunds seem impossible!

very expensive but very worth it just for the chips alone 😉 but their budgers are also fantastic

chips were cold and really undercooked, missing items from delivery. rude delivery driver, and the thick shakes were more like milk shakes, so thin. contacted just eat and for an £80 order they gave me £11 as a "gesture of goodwill"

The delivery time was constantly changing it’s very annoying

“Promised delivery time” on the receipt is 6:06pm, it arrived at 6:45.

Five guys in and around my mouth in a well kept shopping centre. Great!

waited 1hr 45mins for order, arrived Stone cold. cost £32 and received £7.80 credit, not great considering food was inedible

I have been coming here for years, but twice now, when I get regular chips, it's usually enough for two kids, one adult but the portions are getting smaller it's look like just a small chips price of regular really disappointing I will never come back again.

apps updates said courier was at the restaurant for over 20 minutes before being able to pick up the order. Food was cold on arrival.

Burger was good, fries were cold , slow delivery.

Part of the order was missing, got refunded but kinda annoying.

food was nice, chips could have been hotter. maybe a double bag might help keep food a bit warmer.

The Grilled Cheese was all right and the Cajun Fries were great and so was the Biscoff Milkshake

I asked for sauce which I did not get and it arrived freezing cold. You should not have to reheat fresh food that is being delivered to you that costs a lot of money. Very poor

Food all cold 2 portions of chips needed heating followed by hamburger and hot dog in microwave. Wasn’t cold last time we ordered but doubt I will order from again a expensive cold meal

Yeah great quality and delivery time not bad however it’s the price of a five guys, ridiculously overpriced. Still l.. once in a blue moon if your really in the mood for that kinda food

I had a long day at work and thought I would treat me and my son to a take away. if I walked it would of been faster. I don't blame five guys for this I blame just eat! 2 hours and 30mins I had to wait on the food. my 5 year old was hungry so I ended up cooking as he couldn't wait this long! and you don't even have an option to cancel the order. then the restaurant doesn't even answer! my food arrives and it's cold. figured! 2 hours and 30 mins seriously...

When I first ordered the delivery time was 9.05 and it kept changing every 5 minutes until 9.40. Then the food arrived cold!

It's a burger joint, not more you can say, doesn't matter how you dress it up it's still a burger joint. It's prob better than McD's but it's 3x the price so you would hope so, milk shake was good

Went in to to get some lunch, ordered from a nice woman at the till. Place was quiet, so order came quickly. Fresh ingredients and good portion sizes, and also free refills on the drinks. Folk enjoy complaining about the price of Five Guys but i think for the service, quality of food and the portions you get its pretty reasonable.

Tuve una entrega de comida de 5 chicos y en con sus papas fritas era un gran perno de metal que estaba quemando caliente solo puedo asumir que fue cocinado con las papas fritas. Envié un correo electrónico a 5 chicos informándoles que habían recibido una respuesta 24 horas después diciendo que no podían lidiar con ello. Tendría que pasar por el repartidor a pesar de que no tenía nada que ver con la empresa de entregas. Es una clara violación de la salud y la seguridad de su cocina. Pensarías que les gustaría saber por qué hay pernos de metal en su comida. Hice una reseña en el sitio del repartidor, pero pasaron las 24 horas del pedido, así que no respondieron. 5 chicos no tienen ningún interés en el tema o proporcionar cualquier garantía de que van a investigarlo. Todo lo que me hubiera gustado es una respuesta para decir que investigarían. Atención al cliente pobre , seguridad alimentaria pobre

food was not exactly warm and no straw for shake

Ordered burger and added large fries, paid over £6 for the fries but got a small cup of fries. Can't get a refund as only the burger appears as a selectable option. Not impressed.

We placed our order at 4:55pm. We phoned 5 guys to check on the order at 5:45. They told us our food was ready to go but that they had not yet been assigned a driver. We then waited until 6:25 for our food to finally be delivered. The food was cold. Not 5 guys fault, they had given us a lovely big portion of chips and made generous burgers with all the ingredients we requested. Delivery let it down massively

Ordered delivery. Confirm delivery time which suited however this started changing every 5 minutes.. tried to call but no answer. Went to the store to be told the food had left. Food arrived 1h30minutes later.. couldnt eat it as I had to go to a prearranged meeting. Terrible service due to poor process and deliver set up! Wasted of time, food and money this time.

Delivery turns up an hour after I was told it would be here. Order a delivery if you want cold and soggy burgers troops.

Food took ages to arrive and when it did arrive the cheese sandwich (basically one slice of processed cheese) and small fries (tiniest cup I’ve ever seen) were stone cold. Only getting a partial refund of 4£ when it cost me 9.70£ not including delivery, absolute joke. Food isn’t even salvageable so has been binned. Absolute waste of money.

Got wrong order of cheeseburger rather than hamburger

Ordered a cheeseburger/lettuce wrap and received a hot dog, chips and raspberry milkshake. Result. Some poor sods opened their order and got a cheeseburger without the bun though hahaha aw man

Having just spent £33 on a burger chips grill cheese and a milk shake I only got a bag with chips in it tried to phone restaurant and they laughed and said it’s out of there hands

Did not follow order details as such why order here. Neither bacon burger had had bacon added at all - why we ordered here so waste of time and extra cost . Fries cold - burger lukewarm. Avoid home delivery.

First time visit with family, well impressed with the food, service and hygiene will certainly return in the future.

Burger was hot and tasty. Fries were plentiful and 20s in the micro made them just right. The courier pressed my close door button multiple times. So annoying!

Great food, great service, however the atmosphere was a little dim considering the 5 guys trying to fix the drinks machines. Wouldn't stop me going again but music would be a plus.

Just finished watching the menu film and wanted a good burger. First time trying and the burger was fantastic with great fries, a regular fries could easily feed 2 people.

We love Five Guys and often go into this one when shopping, we have ordered from here before too, but unfortunately today our food arrived 20 minutes late and freezing cold! For almost £40 for two meals I expect better really.

Driver was absolutely amazing. The burger was spectacular. Too many chips for me to stomach, but I couldn’t stop eating them they were that good.

Taste, flavour and portions are definitely much better than McDonald's and Burger King. A bit more expensive though but worth it.
