Five Guys Glasgow Silverburn in Glasgow City

Five guys in and around my mouth in a well kept shopping centre. Great!

I have been coming here for years, but twice now, when I get regular chips, it's usually enough for two kids, one adult but the portions are getting smaller it's look like just a small chips price of regular really disappointing I will never come back again.

Burger was good, fries were cold , slow delivery.

Part of the order was missing, got refunded but kinda annoying.

food was nice, chips could have been hotter. maybe a double bag might help keep food a bit warmer.

The Grilled Cheese was all right and the Cajun Fries were great and so was the Biscoff Milkshake

I asked for sauce which I did not get and it arrived freezing cold. You should not have to reheat fresh food that is being delivered to you that costs a lot of money. Very poor

Food all cold 2 portions of chips needed heating followed by hamburger and hot dog in microwave. Wasn’t cold last time we ordered but doubt I will order from again a expensive cold meal

Yeah great quality and delivery time not bad however it’s the price of a five guys, ridiculously overpriced. Still l.. once in a blue moon if your really in the mood for that kinda food

I had a long day at work and thought I would treat me and my son to a take away. if I walked it would of been faster. I don't blame five guys for this I blame just eat! 2 hours and 30mins I had to wait on the food. my 5 year old was hungry so I ended up cooking as he couldn't wait this long! and you don't even have an option to cancel the order. then the restaurant doesn't even answer! my food arrives and it's cold. figured! 2 hours and 30 mins seriously...

When I first ordered the delivery time was 9.05 and it kept changing every 5 minutes until 9.40. Then the food arrived cold!

Great place, Always spot on. The mango ice cream is delicious

It's a burger joint, not more you can say, doesn't matter how you dress it up it's still a burger joint. It's prob better than McD's but it's 3x the price so you would hope so, milk shake was good

Went in to to get some lunch, ordered from a nice woman at the till. Place was quiet, so order came quickly. Fresh ingredients and good portion sizes, and also free refills on the drinks. Folk enjoy complaining about the price of Five Guys but i think for the service, quality of food and the portions you get its pretty reasonable.

Had a food delivery from 5 guys and in with their fries was a large metal bolt it was burning hot I can only assume it was cooked with the chips. I sent an email to 5 guys informing them received a response 24hrs later saying they couldn’t deal with it I would have to go through the delivery partner even although it was nothing to do with the delivery company it’s a clear breach of health and safety from their kitchen you would think they would like want to know to figure out why there is metal bolts in their food.i did review on the delivery partner site but it was past the 24hrs of the order so they didn’t respond. 5 guys have no interest in the issue or providing any assurance that they will look into it. All i would have liked is a response to say they would investigate. Customer service poor , food safety poor

food was not exactly warm and no straw for shake

Ordered burger and added large fries, paid over £6 for the fries but got a small cup of fries. Can't get a refund as only the burger appears as a selectable option. Not impressed.

We placed our order at 4:55pm. We phoned 5 guys to check on the order at 5:45. They told us our food was ready to go but that they had not yet been assigned a driver. We then waited until 6:25 for our food to finally be delivered. The food was cold. Not 5 guys fault, they had given us a lovely big portion of chips and made generous burgers with all the ingredients we requested. Delivery let it down massively

Over an hour late than the time initially given. Chips were freezing and soggy.

Ordered delivery. Confirm delivery time which suited however this started changing every 5 minutes.. tried to call but no answer. Went to the store to be told the food had left. Food arrived 1h30minutes later.. couldnt eat it as I had to go to a prearranged meeting. Terrible service due to poor process and deliver set up! Wasted of time, food and money this time.

Delivery turns up an hour after I was told it would be here. Order a delivery if you want cold and soggy burgers troops.

Food took ages to arrive and when it did arrive the cheese sandwich (basically one slice of processed cheese) and small fries (tiniest cup I’ve ever seen) were stone cold. Only getting a partial refund of 4£ when it cost me 9.70£ not including delivery, absolute joke. Food isn’t even salvageable so has been binned. Absolute waste of money.

Got wrong order of cheeseburger rather than hamburger

friendly delivery driver, food was delicious as usual.

Ordered a cheeseburger/lettuce wrap and received a hot dog, chips and raspberry milkshake. Result. Some poor sods opened their order and got a cheeseburger without the bun though hahaha aw man

Having just spent £33 on a burger chips grill cheese and a milk shake I only got a bag with chips in it tried to phone restaurant and they laughed and said it’s out of there hands

Both burger and fries cold. Fries just thrown in the bag and all over. Really don’t deserve the attention they get. Over priced Very disappointing

Did not follow order details as such why order here. Neither bacon burger had had bacon added at all - why we ordered here so waste of time and extra cost . Fries cold - burger lukewarm. Avoid home delivery.

Burger was hot and tasty. Fries were plentiful and 20s in the micro made them just right. The courier pressed my close door button multiple times. So annoying!

Great food, great service, however the atmosphere was a little dim considering the 5 guys trying to fix the drinks machines. Wouldn't stop me going again but music would be a plus.

Just finished watching the menu film and wanted a good burger. First time trying and the burger was fantastic with great fries, a regular fries could easily feed 2 people.

We love Five Guys and often go into this one when shopping, we have ordered from here before too, but unfortunately today our food arrived 20 minutes late and freezing cold! For almost £40 for two meals I expect better really.

Looks like on the receipt the food was ready at 12.51 and arrived at 13.22. Food was cold and we had ordered for 13.00. Disappointed for an almost £60 order

Driver was absolutely amazing. The burger was spectacular. Too many chips for me to stomach, but I couldn’t stop eating them they were that good.

Taste, flavour and portions are definitely much better than McDonald's and Burger King. A bit more expensive though but worth it.

Burger not worth the cost. Very poor quality and very small. Equitable to a £1 burger from the McD….. saver menu. Hot dog was like something you would buy from a street vendor for £1. Vastly over priced, very poor quality products. This restaurant is trying and failing to meet the standards of the American outlets. Definitely one to avoid.

Just received an order from Just Eat and half of the order was missing?!? The half that arrived was stone cold and no real surprise given that the driver informs us he’d been waiting half an hour in store Spoke to the team at Silverburn and they were of no help - simply referred me back to Just Eat suggesting I should place the order again?!? £55 for 3 cold burgers - great!! Would love form someone in Five Guys to contact me personally

So I don't know if you guys have this policy but I recommend having it because the food I just ordered that time was cold when It arrived. Policy I'm talking about is something in London and I think other places too McDonald's do it. Other places do it It is a no bag. No food policy. Essentially. If you are coming to pick up food to deliver it. You must have a thermal bag on you not in your car. Not on your bike on your hand in the store with you. I'm pretty sure this would solve all the other cold food problems than most people have.

Burger was great but I ordered a large Cajun fries and only the top fries had Cajun on them, the rest had not even been salted. Also portion sizes of fries have been massively reduced. I remember first time I went to a five guys and was told a large would feed a family ....not anymore.
