Bit disappointed burger dry hot dog shocking only good thing was the chips. Waste of money 40.00. won't be back.

The food is excellent, and the service was very good, very helpful and friendly. When they advise you on the fries, take the advice. Lol

Taste, flavour and portions are definitely much better than McDonald's and Burger King. A bit more expensive though but worth it.

Just received an order from Just Eat and half of the order was missing?!? The half that arrived was stone cold and no real surprise given that the driver informs us he’d been waiting half an hour in store Spoke to the team at Silverburn and they were of no help - simply referred me back to Just Eat suggesting I should place the order again?!? £55 for 3 cold burgers - great!! Would love form someone in Five Guys to contact me personally

The Milkshakes are fantastic, they taste of Mr whippy ice cream and whatever flavour you ask for, unlike a McDonald's where they skimp on the flavour these are fantastic. The burgers are a step above again, slightly better than my previous goto of a burger king bacon double XL. The fries are good and I recommend the Cajun fries. That said, 2 burgers, 1 BLT, 4 shakes, large Cajun fries and a small fries came to £60. Yes, £60 for 2 adults and 2 kids. The food is good but it's not that good.

Food and service in Five guys is certainly quite good, it does really nice burgers and chips. You can refill your juice as many times as you want. Which is great.

Firstly it's a bit expensive but well worth the money, their burgers taste so good, the flavour is amazing. I go about once a month, not often, so I'm always looking forward to it. It's very very clean. There was a group of people who left a mess, but right away, someone came over and cleaned it up, even during a very busy period. My mate that I go with gets jalapeños on his burger, can't get at that Mac Donalds or Burger King. Lastly, I wish there were 5 Guys in East Kilbride.

Food is overpriced for what it was. Burger tasted ok, but far too much salt for my tastes, especially on the fries.

Always fast and friendly service at this five guys! Good clean toilets and tables are cleaned regularly. Two soda machines, and ketchup and mayo available to help yourself.

Had this place recommended to me, and would have to say that the food was amazing. The best cheese and bacon burger, I think that I have tasted. The chips were also first class. The girl taking the order advised that the portions were quite large. A medium portion was more than enough for the two of us. Don't, however, expect McDonald's prices as you will be disappointed. Basically, if you want quality, expect to pay the appropriate price.

Second time here and once again this place doesn't disappoint me! Amazing burgers and exceptional customer service by Scott👏 well done!

Good burgers 🍔 had cheeseburger jalapeños delicious fries the food was amazing strawberry 🍓 milkshake real fruit shared fries with my son portion’s massive good customer service nice decor plenty spaces and good music 🎶 so you couldn’t hear the other diners although a bit pricey compared to other burger places I highly recommend five guys it’s an experience 🥰

Would give 0 stars if possible. Wrong burger delivered - sent cheese instead of ham when I can't eat cheese! Called to try and fix it and told just to contact just eat who don't get back for four days instead of sending the correct food. All the good that does you when you need food now. Shambolic.

I have always been a fan of five guys, but I've decided that my ventures here will be coming to an end as the price is simply becoming too high for what you actually get. I'm afraid the days of value for money here are over.

It's a burger joint, not more you can say, dissent matter how you dress it up it's still a burger joint. It's prob better than McD's but it's 3x the price so you would hope so, milk shake was good

Burgers are pretty good but everything is expensive. Even the kids said they would rather have McDonalds for the price difference.

It's not cheap, but it is good - my daughter loved it and there were so many fries...

Been to a few of these and not sure if it was a one off but the milkshake took about 10 minutes to make which was frustrating for a fast food place. Especially when the rest of your stuff had been ready so long. Benefit is the milkshakes from here are amazing so atleast worth the wait

Classic Five Guys. Good food and friendly staff.

It's an expensive burger experience in surroundings that are very basic. But the flavour of the burgers and fries make it worth it. And that you can still get full sugar Coke-a-Cola from their machines too. You go as a treat, and if you need a quick treat this is one of the best burgers you'll find anywhere. Visited just before Christmas 2022 and the burger was excellent, their fries just wonderful. And the Coke on tap perfect.

First time visiting this place, loved the burger and the selection of great shakes, its a bit pricy than the usual fast food joint but at the same time it's worth it. I would come back again.

Burgers were tastless and a little tepid, the dog that I had was far too salty as we're the chips, you can't get a hot drink here either, very pricey for mediocre food, service and atmosphere, won't be back

Five guys is a favourite of mine I love the fact you can choose exactly what's on your burger so the choices and combinations make it plentiful! I have the little cheeseburger with little Cajun fries if I wasn't calorie counting I'd probably go for the normal cheeseburger and normal Cajun fries not sure if any one person can finish a large Cajun fries on their own! The fries are always overloaded which is brilliant. Always fast service, food is cooked when you order so nice and fresh, the soft drinks use the coca cola machine with multiple flavours or if you want you can mix them up! It is more expensive than all other fast food places but the freshness and superior quality justify this! Definitely worth a visit

Friendly staff, but the food was bad at any price, and especially disappointing at 5 Guys prices. Dry burger patties in soggy buns (like they'd been steamed), served with inedibly salty fries. Big portions of fries, to be fair, but most of the food ended up in the bin. Adds insult to injury to have the walls covered in positive press reviews, like being trolled by decor!

Good burger, but at £10 I'd expect a drink and fries with it, not to have to pay an extra £5 for fries and £4 for a drink plus they put way too much salt on the fries, I could only manage half of them because of this. Would rather burger King.

Having stopped for a wee bite after soft play with my son, I just need to say the biggest thank you to Bill the Manager, wow what a guy! Having eaten in some of the best restaurants across the globe, I have never experienced service like I did today at 5 guys Silverburn from Bill. He was so welcoming and attentive, not only to me but all customers who came in. He deserves a promotion!

Good burgers but ouch the price.

Had better five guys than this one. Better than the braehead branch I'll give it that. Staff are the reason it's getting 3 stars and 1. Staff were good and couldn't fault them in anyway.

Used to be the one of best five guys about and then new staff took over now it's disgusting rolls too soft and chips a soggy mojor dispointment because it was really good 👍

Good the only thing that let it down was not enough staff to clean down tables after they were used as they where all sticky

First time being back here since lockdown. Was only in to grab a quick bite on the way home from shopping. When we got our order, mines was wrong so had to be re made but by the time I got my food my partner had finished his so he had to wait on me just starting mine, not good especially at the prices your charged. The guy at the till serving looked miserable, not a nice way to greet customers (Scott) if your that unhappy in your job best advice is to find a job that maybe brings a smile to your face ( just a suggestion). I did not like the way I was treated when my order was wrong, staff & two others standing around whispering & staring over, made me feel like I had done something wrong when in fact I hadn't. Needless to say I won't be back here again, disappointed to say the least.

First time at a Five Guys establishment and didn't know what to expect. Ordered a cheese burger, regular fries and a coke. The food is, as you would expect, cooked to order and it was great especially the fries, these were amazing. Just one down side for me the drink, all you can drink, ie, free top ups, was £3.75 which is just a rip off for an adult. I did notice that many children did make excellent use of this facility which I'm not sure is a good thing but that's up to their parents. The total bill for two was £34.90.

First time, quite impress, it is more expensive than burger king but it's much better, chips are good, lot of toppings on your burger and free drink refills

First and last visit to five guys! ordered a little cheeseburger for my son a side of fries and a milkshake as well as a large cheeseburger and Diet Coke for myself. £27:70. The order was called and as I sat at the table to eat I found that I too was given a plain cheeseburger with no toppings and no offer of toppings. I complained but Five Guys decided to tell me the toppings were clearly visible which was none sense. The customer service is shocking and I wish that I walked across the mall floor to TGIs and got real service and a top burger at a fraction of the cost. Five guys is overrated in my opinion.

Brilliant food and great portions

We did not get everything we ordered. The lady on the phone did not take any responsibility of the mistake. We had to pay double the price of the drinks they forgot to send with Deliveroo. The meat was bad quality and the chips were dark brown. They were not fresh at all. Never ever again. McDonald's or Burger King with their car cheaper prices are a lot better and take responsibility if there is a problem.

Amazing burger, fresh fries, tasty shakes. Yes, on the expensive side but a real treat for those of us who don’t have a FG anywhere near us. Tiny criticism - fries are very heavily seasoned. It was a little too much for me.

I went to Silverburn thinking I would get something else but then I saw Five Guys and that was that. The first bite of a Five Guys burger is my current favourite thing.

Think I've only ever had a Five Guys once before, was really impressed with the food. Burger was absolutely delicious. Not sure what the target market is for this kind of place but I would certainly put the standard of food above "fast food". Will definitely return 👍🏼

Five Guys have the best burgers around here in my personal opinion. The service staff is always polite and working hard. You'll have to wait a bit for your burger but that's a price I'm happy to pay for something you can see being prepared on the spot.
