Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill in Glasgow City

Mash potatoes were dry and old(I could tell because there was a layer of jelly like dried out paste in it, like it’s been scooped from the bottom. Rice was lukewarm. Chicken was alright not marinated properly on the grill. I was given a breast piece(it was my fault that I didn’t specify when ordering thou) but they offered to change it with a 20 mins wait(as per the girl with a green shirt) while there was no other order grilled as I ate mine. Not sure if it takes 20 mins to grill the chicken(from my experience they grill it for a max of 5mins) The worst of all, the grilling guy opens the meat drawers with his feet. I was there Tuesday Apr 24 at 8:00pm.

For the price, burgers could easily be a bigger portion

Worst nandos I've ever been in. Food took 40 minutes to arrive, and it arrived cold. It was 2 meals, so it's not like we were in a large group. It's enough to put you off going back.

Good choice on the menu. Staff are very friendly and always ask if you have any allergies.

Ate here on the 2nd of January. Ordered my usual thighs and chips. They were served in about 5 minutes and scoffed down in about the same time! Quality/portions tend to differ from location to location but this meal was among the best. The thighs tasted delicious and had plenty of sauce on them as they came out, the chips were a good portion (not as good as silverburn though!) and peri peri seasoning was well distributed on them. I'm aware they cook it in advance then finish it off on the grill but 5 minutes was probably the fastest I'd been served at any Nandos. This location had a nice interior and ambience.

Nando's never disappointed me when it comes to peri peri chicken, staff was really friendly and welcoming. Overall a good feeling to have food there

What a lovely Nandos here in Waterloo Road. It was my husbands first experience ! Great staff meant a great team. Nice service led atmosphere. Be back soon.

Cenamos muy bien,un pollo entero bien hecho,con patatas fritas y pan de ajo. El pollo un poco picante, pero se podía soportar,la verdad estaba todo buenísimo, puedes servirte toda la bebida que quieras,pagas la primera, además,hay bastantes salsas que puedes echarte,eso sí,la mayoría pican bastante.El local tiene sillas y sofás muy cómodos y es grande y agradable

A gorgeous restaurant. Definitely recommend eat in, as my side dish on my takeaway was missing feta cheese. Friendly team as always just no music- possibly close to closing time on a Sunday night? 9.20pm - pick up time.

One of the nicer interiors and better placed locations for the Nando’s chain. Food was consistent if unexciting. Service was friendly and efficient. It’s not fancy but it’s inoffensive and a safe option for a quick bite centrally

Always enjoy my time here at Nando's Waterloo Street. Often come to Glasgow for work, and the staff are always attentive even though I'm dining alone. Never rushed or made to feel like a nuisance. Food is always good.

Great place to eat and very close to busses and the railway. Easy to find.

The service person was very personable and informative. As visitors, he had many suggestions for us. The food was good but wings you can get anywhere. It was conveniently located near the train station.

Typical Nando's food, mostly chicken and very tasty. Staff are efficient and friendly. Very centrally located, only a couple of minutes from Central Station, so useful if you're waiting for a train.

It was Nando’s. Tastes like other Nando’s, so good. The sort of food you really like, but also I’d you tried hard and spent £30 in the supermarket, you could make yourself. Service particularly good at this one.

Another great restaurant from Nando’s tucked out next to Glasgow central station so handy when catching train home or going out for the day

I don’t know what I expected from a fast food chain. After many years I finally decided to try Nando’s after everyone kept talking about it. I do not understand the hype. This specific location is in a nice building but the experience lacks. You have the combination of all the bad things: self service but also the slow preparation times while still getting tiny portions and low quality food which taste of barely anything for high prices. Quality needs to be very poor because our whole party had stomach cramps and worse afterwards. At least the staff was friendly.

Nice location, pretty much the only Nandos in Glasgow that I go to. Cozy and food came quick.

15 minutes after ordering and serving the starters we’ve been informed that our main will need 20 minutes and we have been offered another starter but our food arrived 45 minutes later and all the sides were cold. Not as expected at all!

Unbelievable, life changing experience today at Nandos Waterloo Street. Food was tasty, moist and edible. Service in particular from Oliver Gourlay was sublime, so kind, honest and soulful. 10/10 would scran again. My son really enjoyed his food.

Nando’s Waterloo street- very disappointed and underwhelmed by the respect and treatment from this supposed “restaurant”. We get in the door and was not welcomed with a smile. We then ordered our food and everything was going well until it took 20 minutes to get my friends “sunset burger” chiken meal ready. This is unacceptable as everyone else there already had their food. She then gets our food and we all thought this monstrosity was over until my friends chips were still, FROZEN!!!!!! this is not only illegal to sell ‘uncooked’ food but to not even come over to our table and ask us if our meal is going well is just not good. We then left in disgust of our time and treatment we had there. Never going back to Nando’s Waterloo street ever again as I don’t want to wait hours for my food and get frozen food! (also do u ever think of cleaning the ketchup bottle lids or getting some decent seats as both are disgraceful!) Not a happy customer and either are my peers!

It was busy as it was lunchtime on weekday. My work colleagues and I did not have reservations but we were seated quickly and used the app. Food was quick and tasty.

Nothing special. Table wasn't really clean, chicken very dry and not according to the order. Was very hungry and couldn't be bothered to go and explain, so it was what it was. Staff seemed rushed, I assumed they were short on people. Don't think I'll be visiting again.

Had dinner here, service was terrible. Ordered from phone, had to ask for glasses for our drinks, two of our sides were forgotten, and the staff didn't seem to want to be there, or care about service. Butterfly chicken was dry and inedible. Won't be returning to this nandos

Great experience and great location. Just outside Central Station. The overall vibe is very relaxed and one can enjoy the meal. Large glass windows and busy location complement each other. The taste was great as expected. Definitely worth a revisit.

Was there for lunch 15/06. I've generally been a fan of Nandos but was very disappointed after this visit. Three of the regular sides I asked for weren't available, so had to get sides I didn't actually really want. The Coke Zero from the soda dispenser was completely flat, warm and horrible and when the half a chicken I ordered came, it was the meanest portion of the driest chicken I ever saw. Never did I think I'd be hungry after eating half a chicken!! My friend was brought the wrong side too. I thought maybe it was just Nandos going down the toilet as a brand, but then went to the Inverness branch which was a COMPLETELY different experience (they were great!). Definitely not going back to the Waterloo branch, which is a shame because I work nearby and under normal circumstances I'd like Nandos. Just not this place.

Very friendly service and the no meat burger was amazing, it tasted like real chicken breast! The chips were also ok and I like their sauces. But for the price I expected the burger to be a bit bigger tbh. Apart from that it was a good experience. Drinks you can refill for free.

Fast casual with lots of options.

Came in with my boyfriend for dinner. Food was nice. Ketchup bottles we're all almost empty however. Ewan was very nice and energetic, very helpful. Thank you.
