I order constantly from here and wow is all I can say, I’ve tried several different desserts from here, so far my favourite is the brownie dream is exactly as stated and tasted amazing! I also always try one of the milkshakes, my favourite one so fair is the Cadburys creme egg one I am hooked

It's not the same quality as usual, this time I was disappointed

it took over an hour to deliver won't be ordering again from here.

Delivery was fine however the dessert we ordered was not worth the price as the tub was not filled how it was supposed to. They were pretty much empty. We have had the same item from a branch in a different city and it was much fulfilling. Oxford staff need to put more attention and effort into their delivery items please.

The times kept fluctuating and didn’t even tell me that it was out for delivery and only showed up that my food was out for delivery when the driver knocked the door.

Great delivery driver kept the dessert in place tasted really Nyc just as good as ordering from the shop and eating there. Driver was kind.

A very happy and yummy experience at Treatz for us all (one adult, four children). All desserts and drinks were very nicely presented and brought to the table with a smile. I liked that you pay for the whole order when you have ordered, so no waiting around for a waiter when you have finished eating. Also very accomodating to a guest with food allergies. Will definitely visit again!

Wrong food. Also had to go down 3 flights of stairs with a broken leg because the delivery driver couldn’t be bothered to bring it to my door. That was the reason i ordered so i didn’t have to leave my home.

I regularly visit this establishment, but I've been disappointed during my last two visits. The staff haven't been very friendly or accommodating. I have a nut allergy, so I usually ask to swap the ice cream for the Mr. Whippy, which has never been an issue before. Typically, the staff at other locations are great and do this without hesitation. However, during my last visit, they put vanilla ice cream on top instead of the Whippy, which was frustrating. When I questioned them, I was told there was a charge for the swap, which was fine, but it had never been mentioned to me before. On my next visit, I asked to swap the ice cream again and was again told there was a charge. I questioned why, especially since it was just to accommodate my allergy and I hadn’t had this issue before. The response I received from the lady was, “it costs more, so you have to pay for it.” It's not about the money; it's about the principle of accommodating your customers' needs.

Disappointed in being served an apple crumble which had been served in the microwave, soggy pastry and crumble is not the one! They also don't expect unidays which is shocking in an educational city like Oxford because they don't realise you can check the ID on that, conversation approached in an incredibly patronising manner by the serving staff. Should have realised it was empty for a reason.

Amazing and friendly service provided by Sandia, and the food was really nice.

Was in Oxford for a bit and visited this dessert shop with some family members. We sure had an amazing time here and this was definitely the sweetest way to end the day. .. plus the staff were so warm and welcoming.

Far too sweet! I ordered the Oreo cookie dough but I couldn’t taste the Oreo as everything else was overpoweringly sweet! Have I eaten a whole month’s worth of sugar?

Avoid if you look young. Service was awful, she charged us before the food came with is fine. But all the groups around us the same server told them they didn’t need to pay till the end. I felt extremely discriminated against. Food was cold and all came out separately. Go to heavenlys instead!

The customer service is lovely, spoke to one of the colleagues DEE, she really kind and easy going. Knew exactly what I wanted without even me finishing my sentence ahah 🙏🏾💕, keep up the Good work I’ll be a regular customer and beautiful scenery

The service is amazing and the food is lovely. Me and my friends come here every week, to do uni work and to have a little bit of a catch up. We love it here, would totally recommend!! 💕💕

A nice greeting from the staff as I entered into an immaculate and pretty restaurant, I liked the phone box and all the flowers and the decor was nice. The rainbow cake was tasty and cost around £6.50 As did the Lotus milkshake. The table server was kind and patient and the atmosphere in the shop was upbeat. Thanks team!

Amazing place for a dessert. Worthy of visit and try. The staff was very friendly but we observed that we were requesting to pay in advance while other tables paid at the end. Not sure why.

Staff always friendly and kids love the ice cream BUT given how huge the menu is there is a very poor selection for vegans. As someone who has a milk allergy, I could only have a sorbet. No other desserts or cakes, and no milk replacement so I couldn’t even have a cup of tea. Unfortunately, people will choose the dessert parlour a few shops down who cater very well for those with dietary restrictions/ allergies.

Unfortunately very bad ice cream.

My coffee was undrinkable. Took my daughter in for an ice cream. I ordered a flat white and it tasted thin and bitter. The only reason I've given 2 and not 1 star is that my daughter liked the ice cream and the service was pleasant. Server did tell me that the ice cream cone was charged as extra, but £1 for a plain cone on top of the ice cream scoop is excessive and not necessary

The side doors are so clear that they look like air- I hit them because they were shut and almost broke my nose. So I spent 5 hours of my Wednesday at the A&E / please put up a sign!!! Or leave the doors open

Lovely place, nice decoration and a very diverse menu. The prices are a bit high but the food is worth it.

If you have young kids under 2 DONT GO ! I don’t recommend this place. My son is only 2 and he very active we took him for a treat here. As soon as we sat down he started running around and he climbed on the table. We were trying to talk to him. The lady at the counter came and was rude to us as she was very loud to us other customers started staring as us which made us very uncomfortable and we left the place without eating anything. Also I think it’s closing time so perhaps they didn’t want to serve us as well .

Went to Treatz with my friends and sat down. The location is lovely and the establishment is welcoming and rather cute. The food is too sweet and some flavors overpower others to an almost ridiculous degree. The service was horrible. We didn’t get half of our orders and the other half came either with a lot of mistakes or extremely late. We were offered a discount that was not in fact included and had to explain that we would obviously not pay for undelivered orders, to the rather obvious dismay of an employee. This place was recommended to us by some friends so we assume that just getting a quick ice cream would be better than of trying to engage with such a lengthy customer service.

The Lotus Cheesecake is delicious. The staff were great, in particular Dee! The place is very pleasant and elegant. It looks like an indoor garden😍

Treatz is truly an incredible experience. Everytime I come with my friends we are treated to fantastic hospitality. Shoutout to one of the employees called Dee also!

So I want to give an honest review of Treatz. I walked into this place yesterday (21/07) with my friend a little after 6pm. We were greeted by an Indian lady who seemed a little off at first but we didn’t think much of it. We sat down and she brought the menu over to us. We went through everything and settled on what we liked. We waited for her to come take our order but she did not. After around 10 minutes, two girls came in and sat at a table behind us. They were given the menus as well. Mind you all this time, the lady did not approach us to ask what we had settled on. We continued chatting while waiting for her. A couple of minutes later, she passed right by us and went to the other table to take their order. It was at this point we started feeling a bit uncomfortable. After taking their order, she was about to walk past us but we called out. We let her know we were ready to order as we had been sitting there for a while. She looked right at us and told us I will be with you shortly and left. We felt really disrespected after this and just walked out. I don’t know if I’ll be going back here but poor service just ruins a business.

Such a big variety of dessert items! We tried the pistachio/raspberry Tiramisu, Brookie and French toast. They were all very yummy! Especially the Tiramisu looked really underwhelming but taste delactable.

I'll be honest I didn't eat, but my fellow diners were happy. Just to say a big thank you to Dee. Very helpful and patient with a party of two young indecisive children. She was just super nice, approachable and friendly. I hope she gets to know this!

Deserts are truly remarkable places to visit. The atmosphere is delightful, however, when it comes to services, the attitude towards customer service could be improved as it was quite rude.

today just passed the treatz Dessert looked great all the decorations were very nice and I wanted to get ito the tray of pistachio ice cream, I started to order and asked a few questions and saw the face of a lady doing the orders was not smiling and answered me with an ugly face, Seriously, really wanted to take some pictures but wasn't satisfied with the service and forgot everything and just wanted to quickly finish the ice cream from the place even though we were leaving, I said thank you but they did answer and looked at us like we came for free.. damn service never coming back!!!

The strawberries were really fresh despite us going 20 minutes before close. Consider me impressed! A regular is only half a waffle but it’s still a decent amount and more manageable. It’s got that cute vibe to it and it’s got a very relaxing atmosphere and welcoming. The lady serving us was really nice and we enjoyed our experience. Would go here over heavenly deserts down the street! Treatz was much better.

Pathetic customer service. I just asked to confirm if they were going to take an order or do I order at the till. There was a queue and I was just motioned to join it. When I ordered after waiting for 15 min and I said I was dining in, they said sorry please go back to your seat and we will come there. Absolutely pathetic. The desserts were OK but I didn't enjoy it as was upset upfront.

Not the best ice cream I've had but I like the hospitality of the staff. A very comfortable place for a long relaxed chat with friends.

We got the ferroro cookie dough which was nice, I liked the cast iron pan too. However £10 feels steep, especially given I don't feel like the portion size was that big anyway. I think it can be a nice treat but not too often.

Amazing milkshakes and good service

Unfortunately, I cannot find contact details online for this establishment so I can only use this medium to report the following. It looks like the foul sewer manholes outside Treatz have 'blown' and discharged raw sewage onto the walkway. It smells awful.

We had a lovely experience here. The customer service was great. Dessert was scrumptious. It's a money worth.

Great place to enjoy some sweet cravings. Great ambience and friendly staff. Lots of options to select from. Cakes, toast, ice cream, sorbets, waffle, cookie dough and the list goes on.

Excellent food. Staff was very helpful especially Divyangi. this place is a lot better than heavenly desserts.

Personally, I find this place rather insulting. Upon entering the shop, the first thing they do is CHARGE without asking whether you will dine in or take away! I mean, seriously! If we can enter there, obviously we will dine in. If not, and we want to decide whether to have food there, we at least need time to think, not just be questioned. The girl was not even polite; it felt like we were beggars if we weren't having food there. Who talks to a customer like this? We usually visit Costa, Nero, or Greggs, and nobody has ever insulted people like they do! It's 2023, and this behavior is still happening. We will never visit that place again. NB: the coffee was totally cold!

We love this place, we come here at least once a week with the kids ( after school) perfect place to have a treat. The staff here is so lovely and always remembers our order. They are super kind to our kids. I love their luxury hot chocolate, the best in town❤️

It was my second time here, and its the worst experienece. The food is okay, but niether the place is clean at all and the staff behaviour is so rude. Both the waitress and the manager was rude and misbehaving, why the owner is keeping these kind of people who doesnt even know how to work and be presentable. The manager was a small girl and she was so unprofessional she start arguing, niether she was dressed properly as a manager and smelling whole time while talking to us and niether her behaviour was not at all acceptable to me.
