The desserts were delish, I had Cookie ‘n’ Cream Crepe, recommend!

Lovely place, nice decoration and a very diverse menu. The prices are a bit high but the food is worth it.

If you have young kids under 2 DONT GO ! I don’t recommend this place. My son is only 2 and he very active we took him for a treat here. As soon as we sat down he started running around and he climbed on the table. We were trying to talk to him. The lady at the counter came and was rude to us as she was very loud to us other customers started staring as us which made us very uncomfortable and we left the place without eating anything. Also I think it’s closing time so perhaps they didn’t want to serve us as well .

Sandiya was lovely, provided excellent customer service, desserts were nice probably the best you can get in oxford 🤩 definitely recommend, would come back

Went to Treatz with my friends and sat down. The location is lovely and the establishment is welcoming and rather cute. The food is too sweet and some flavors overpower others to an almost ridiculous degree. The service was horrible. We didn’t get half of our orders and the other half came either with a lot of mistakes or extremely late. We were offered a discount that was not in fact included and had to explain that we would obviously not pay for undelivered orders, to the rather obvious dismay of an employee. This place was recommended to us by some friends so we assume that just getting a quick ice cream would be better than of trying to engage with such a lengthy customer service.

The Lotus Cheesecake is delicious. The staff were great, in particular Dee! The place is very pleasant and elegant. It looks like an indoor garden😍

Treatz is truly an incredible experience. Everytime I come with my friends we are treated to fantastic hospitality. Shoutout to one of the employees called Dee also!

So I want to give an honest review of Treatz. I walked into this place yesterday (21/07) with my friend a little after 6pm. We were greeted by an Indian lady who seemed a little off at first but we didn’t think much of it. We sat down and she brought the menu over to us. We went through everything and settled on what we liked. We waited for her to come take our order but she did not. After around 10 minutes, two girls came in and sat at a table behind us. They were given the menus as well. Mind you all this time, the lady did not approach us to ask what we had settled on. We continued chatting while waiting for her. A couple of minutes later, she passed right by us and went to the other table to take their order. It was at this point we started feeling a bit uncomfortable. After taking their order, she was about to walk past us but we called out. We let her know we were ready to order as we had been sitting there for a while. She looked right at us and told us I will be with you shortly and left. We felt really disrespected after this and just walked out. I don’t know if I’ll be going back here but poor service just ruins a business.

Really pretty place they put a lot of effort into. Service from Dee was really friendly and prompt, not just for us but everyone in the place. Will come again.

Dee was our waitress & provided fantastic service, food and everything else was exceptional

Such a big variety of dessert items! We tried the pistachio/raspberry Tiramisu, Brookie and French toast. They were all very yummy! Especially the Tiramisu looked really underwhelming but taste delactable.

I'll be honest I didn't eat, but my fellow diners were happy. Just to say a big thank you to Dee. Very helpful and patient with a party of two young indecisive children. She was just super nice, approachable and friendly. I hope she gets to know this!

Deserts are truly remarkable places to visit. The atmosphere is delightful, however, when it comes to services, the attitude towards customer service could be improved as it was quite rude.

The customer service is lovely, spoke to one of the colleagues DEE, she really kind and easy going. Knew exactly what I wanted without even me finishing my sentence ahah 🙏🏾💕, keep up the Good work I’ll be a regular customer and beautiful scenery

food was cold but was still OK to eat, paid alot of money so was a bit disappointed. delivery was very late.

Tretz is much better than most of dessert shops. I really liked the service as well as the environment is so mesmerising. I love to visit it frequently.

today just passed the treatz Dessert looked great all the decorations were very nice and I wanted to get ito the tray of pistachio ice cream, I started to order and asked a few questions and saw the face of a lady doing the orders was not smiling and answered me with an ugly face, Seriously, really wanted to take some pictures but wasn't satisfied with the service and forgot everything and just wanted to quickly finish the ice cream from the place even though we were leaving, I said thank you but they did answer and looked at us like we came for free.. damn service never coming back!!!

The strawberries were really fresh despite us going 20 minutes before close. Consider me impressed! A regular is only half a waffle but it’s still a decent amount and more manageable. It’s got that cute vibe to it and it’s got a very relaxing atmosphere and welcoming. The lady serving us was really nice and we enjoyed our experience. Would go here over heavenly deserts down the street! Treatz was much better.

Pathetic customer service. I just asked to confirm if they were going to take an order or do I order at the till. There was a queue and I was just motioned to join it. When I ordered after waiting for 15 min and I said I was dining in, they said sorry please go back to your seat and we will come there. Absolutely pathetic. The desserts were OK but I didn't enjoy it as was upset upfront.

Not the best ice cream I've had but I like the hospitality of the staff. A very comfortable place for a long relaxed chat with friends.

We got the ferroro cookie dough which was nice, I liked the cast iron pan too. However £10 feels steep, especially given I don't feel like the portion size was that big anyway. I think it can be a nice treat but not too often.

Amazing service by fateema, she was really sweet and kept asking us if everything is okay and was really kind with my kids! Would definitely come again! Lovely food and atmosphere.

Amazing milkshakes and good service

Unfortunately, I cannot find contact details online for this establishment so I can only use this medium to report the following. It looks like the foul sewer manholes outside Treatz have 'blown' and discharged raw sewage onto the walkway. It smells awful.

We had a lovely experience here. The customer service was great. Dessert was scrumptious. It's a money worth.

Great place to enjoy some sweet cravings. Great ambience and friendly staff. Lots of options to select from. Cakes, toast, ice cream, sorbets, waffle, cookie dough and the list goes on.

Excellent food. Staff was very helpful especially Divyangi. this place is a lot better than heavenly desserts.

Personally, I find this place rather insulting. Upon entering the shop, the first thing they do is CHARGE without asking whether you will dine in or take away! I mean, seriously! If we can enter there, obviously we will dine in. If not, and we want to decide whether to have food there, we at least need time to think, not just be questioned. The girl was not even polite; it felt like we were beggars if we weren't having food there. Who talks to a customer like this? We usually visit Costa, Nero, or Greggs, and nobody has ever insulted people like they do! It's 2023, and this behavior is still happening. We will never visit that place again. NB: the coffee was totally cold!

We love this place, we come here at least once a week with the kids ( after school) perfect place to have a treat. The staff here is so lovely and always remembers our order. They are super kind to our kids. I love their luxury hot chocolate, the best in town❤️

It was my second time here, and its the worst experienece. The food is okay, but niether the place is clean at all and the staff behaviour is so rude. Both the waitress and the manager was rude and misbehaving, why the owner is keeping these kind of people who doesnt even know how to work and be presentable. The manager was a small girl and she was so unprofessional she start arguing, niether she was dressed properly as a manager and smelling whole time while talking to us and niether her behaviour was not at all acceptable to me.

Dee was very attentive and looked after us very well. The ice cream was amazing.

Not worth the hype. Food is mediocre. Shakes are meh, normal ice cream shakes. People just doing the minimum, no character to the place. Decoration was alright, not the most clean though.

All show and no substance. Looks pretty, but it was dirty (toilets weren't clean, puddles of ice-cream or something on the floor at the table next to us, and the staff were just standing round chatting - there was one other couple in there). Setup like a restaurant, but you pay up front. Drinks arrived promptly, but it took ages for my (cold) dessert to arrive which was soggy, and another 20 mins for my husband's pancakes which were rubbery. When we mentioned the wait times the waitress was a little off and told us we should have let her know we wanted to eat together. We left pretty quickly leaving our unbeaten desserts . More of a pain than a treat.

Was welcomed and shown to a seat in the pink area.😅. The lady serving me is very well presented and polite. Easy to order. Coffee came in a flash. As I wait for my treat I m surrounded by neon pink and flowers. Not my usual place. Chocolate arrives. Hot chocolate sauce. A slight bitterness..yum yum yum. It's delicious and presented very well. Not a small portion. Perfect. I fancied a sweet treat.I got it. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂 This is another lick the plate moment.😋

A lot if options and nice clean atmosphere inside. Even though there was a lit of seats available it felt that the place could have a bit more soft furnishings to make it more cosy and less to have so many spaces unfilled. The staff were lovely and the chocolate orange cookie dough and mint tea was great! The toilet was quite unclean so having this fixed and also less air conditioning will be nicer as well.
