Great value for money with attentive and friendly staff - Definitely recommend to choose one of the refurbished rooms in the new building!

Stayed here over the weekend with family and it was a great experience all around. The rooms were very new and clean, amenities like the ironing board and iron being in the room already were very much appreciated, the service was great, at check-in Ms Bulbul and Aida were extremely helpful and professional. The breakfast was really good, it is not easy to keep many teenagers happy when it comes to breakfast but it did the job! The on-site parking was very handy for us.

The only place to stay in Oxford. I have reviewed here before and will say again and again how fantastic it is as I stay here a lot the. The rooms are always immaculately clean and fresh. The staff really understand customer service. A special shout out to Gavin, Sara, Georgie and Jackie who all make my stay so welcoming. We also book events here and recommend the facilities to use their meeting rooms too.

Air conditioning is nice but made the air very dry. Room clean and tidy as usual. Greorgi was great on reception 👏

Very convenient if you want to get the park and ride into Oxford, taxi another option and not expensive. Hotel was spotless, beds comfortable, breakfast good value and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Highly recommended 👌

It's ok if you don't mind driving everywhere. there's not a pavement outside to leave the place so at night time it's a bit sketchy

Brilliant. I recently have been staying in IHG hotels throughout the south of England. This simply is the best hotel anywhere I have stayed. I have been staying here on occasion since 2005. This is by far the best version of this hotel. Aida, Nisha, Gergi, Daniel and all other reception staff are so helpful, personally friendly and have made my extended stay restful and quite exceptional. Very relaxing bar and restaurant areas and food has been good. Wait and bar staff very friendly. Very clean and very comfortable rooms. An excellent hotel for all types of travellers.

Great stay at the Holiday Inn in Oxford. Really good value compared to hotels in the centre. Close to the park and ride and taxi into town £10. The staff here are great and couldn’t do enough to help. We came back gone midnight one evening having not eaten and they very kindly made us sandwiches even though the restaurant had closed some hours ago. Would definitely recommend.

My husband came to attend a course at the hotel and I came along with our toddler for a break in Oxford. It is a beautifully renovated holiday inn. Staff are so helpful and responsive. Special mention to Sarah on reception. Breakfast was tasty and had all the expected elements including hot food and cold buffet. Jacqui at breakfast was a wonderful host and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome and attended to. Service felt very 5 star, considering this is a holiday inn with a more budget friendly reputation I have been very impressed with the standard of the hotel. We would certainly book again.

Honestly can't knock it to be honest, TV was HUGE, room was very comfortable and warm. The food was excellent and the staff were also lovely and accommodating. Given its a Holiday Inn just off a busy roundabout but for what I needed it for it was excellent!
