Spotless cafe, absolutely lovely staff and care taken with food. What’s not to like? The price is fab too. My young grand daughter can’t tolerate milk or soya so this meant a very limited menu for us. I had pooped in earlier and was informed that they have 3 sorbets she can have. Unfortunately though, these could not be jazzed up like other places as even the ice cream wafers contain soya. My only criticism must be that, in common with other places, there is no info on vegan items such as sorbet. Three portions of fried, two panini’s with side salad, two beautiful hot coffees (lattes and mocha) plus one scoop of sorbet came to just over £26.00 . The best place I have been in a long time. The big difference is that they give a damn about what they serve up to the customer. We will return . Thank you.

Absolutely awful customer service.... what dessert parlour serves old savoury food. Food tastes old and not fresh. Would never return. Obviously not selling enough desserts to want to go to selling so many savoury meals which are obviously frozen. Horrible food.

called in and had lunch, I had a Panini my daughter had a baguette, seemed like quality fillings, clean and tidy, great coffee. Great selection of ice cream at a reasonable price. Would visit again if in Eastleigh shopping

went here for a treat for the children, very child friendly (not really my thing but was a treat for the children), children loved it, we all got very excited about the range of different flavours, tried quite a few and were all lovely. personally found it abit pricey once the three of us had choosen 3 or 4 scoops each but it was a treat so ok. couldn't afford to go there regularly I may go back as a treat but don't plan on any time soon. staff very friendly and it was clean, if your into your ice cream this would be heaven for you

El servicio no era muy bueno ya que son instruidos a esperar para que nos sentaran pero tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo antes de que alguien siquiera me di cuenta que estábamos allí. La comida es muy sabrosa y abundante, pero no siempre muy fresco.

Stopped by for dessert and were pleased at the flavor choices. The coffee mocha and hazelnut were delicious. We also had one dish with mango and passion fruit sorbet that was good.

Had jacket potato with tuna it was presented well and was enjoyable the staff very happy to serve and recomend for a lunch meal icecream was lovely too

First hot day of the year and we were straight in there! Great choice of flavours, very clean, polite staff & I thought the value was quite good too. I had a tub with smartie icecream (although regret not trying the snickers flavour), my partner had a cone with 1 scoop chocolate & 1 scoop of something else. Small issue with a guy sat smoking right by the entrance which although in my opinion is selfish, I understand this is out of the shops control to some extent. Will be back. If we have an actual summer this year! My first choice in Eastleigh for Ice cream.

The service was fantastic and the milkshakes delicious! What more can I say really? Will definitely be making regular trips next summer!

The service is brilliant the ice cream amazing and the kids even though they were over excited were welcomed.

We go here as often as we can and have never had a bad ice cream or snack such good variety ! Highly recommend

If you like ice-cream, you'll love this place. Lots of flavours, not cheap, but worth it for a treat.

Huge selection. Very clean and funky lay out. We went after a movie and I was left wanting. Service was polite and quick. The food quantity was good however I don't feel the cost matches the quality of the food. Shame

It was extremely quiet when I visited treats - we were one of three tables. The service was weird - you were left to do everything yourself, for example: our drinks were brought over on a tray and the man just left the tray there with the drinks on and we had to dish them out ourselves.. Something really simple that the waiter usually does for you. The food was delicious though and reasonably priced.

Have visited twice now, our first visit was very bad.. Out for my daughters birthday (a cheeky treat after cinema) Part our order took over an hour to arrive (The birthday girls) because the staff who were very young just totally forgot!! found it highly amusing too we walked out (without fuss) after they further forgot her milkshake that had been paid for!! An older gent that worked there followed us out and wholeheartedly apologised for the service we had recieved and said next time he would make sure we were fully compensated for the poor service that day.we did return... 2nd visit was much nicer, we didnt call out for the compensation just kept quiet and waited to be served and have to say what a lovely visit we had that time, prompt and polite table service, lashings of ice cream and syrup if this had been our first visit i would have given 4.5 stars, the only let down being the loo's but it had been a busy day at Creams. *Will amend the rating if 3rd visit proves as good*

Love coming here for icecream and coffee. Great menu and service, just a pity the loos aren't that nice but that's not a big issue.

Friendly staff. Good selection of ice cream. Sometimes too much sauce but this is not a bad thing. They do takeaway also. Clean and tidy with nice atmosphere and music.

Have been twice now. Great choice of ice creams. Usual decor for this type of place. Kids loved their flavours. It was a bit cold in there, could do with heating going up a notch.

Love this place. They have more variety than Sprinkles and much more to choose from. Would much prefer to go here than Sprinkles and it's much less busy.

We've been going every week since opening (some weeks twice ) and like everything about this place! Good prices, very friendly service, lots of ice creams, waffles etc. Kids love it, we love it, and all our friends we took in there also love it!

Plenty of different flavours of ice cream, taste lush. Always treat the kids here. Friendly staff. Prices are ok.

My experience here was pretty straight forward, the ice cream was served fairly quickly and the seating is spacious.

This was a lovely experience going to Treats! The waffles are amazing and the ice cream is to die for! All presented perfectly! Staff are lovely and will go the extra mile for the customer which is lovely to see! Definitely recommend!!! :D

Lovely ice cream on a hot day. Staff welcoming and very patient with my son who has autism. Lots of friendly faces from staff.

Visited on the off chance as I walked past them on the high street. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their food and drink. I ordered a cappuccino and a slice of carrot cake which came to £3.79 in total. You could walk around the corner and pay that for a cappuccino alone in one of the chain coffee shops on the high street. It was a lovely, well made cappuccino (I'm a coffee snob and this passed the test). The cake was also a huge portion. Absolute bargain for what I paid. I'll be back soon to try their ice cream and waffles
