Nice and cosy city centre dessert parlour. Was here on Good Friday evening with the wife. We both had cookie dough with ice cream - white chocolate for myself and cookie dough for her. Shared a regular Kinder Bueno milkshake. Doughs were deliciousy warm and gooey; milkshake, creamy and generous quantity.

couldnt enjoy my dinner all the tables were filled with dirty plates rubbish made a video cant post video says only pictures, toiled were full with tissues water everywhere it was disgusting

i order lime and herb and gave me xtra spicy. didn't enjoy it

Very unhappy, I want my money back for my order, delivery said 20-40 minutes it took an hour and a half, food is cold, I am furious, want this sorted now.

Hi order was placed at 17:40 and never turned up, we have waited over 2 hours. This is for a birthday party which is now ruined as everyone has had to leave. I expect a full refund, and future credit as compensation for our evening ruined, please respond immediately as we need to get more food.

Food arrived fresh and hot. We ordered peri burgers and fries - peri burger was nice and soft, and fries were piping hot and fresh. All tasted lovely. Just wish they could’ve given peri peri dips as they normally throw them in there for us.

Always a fantastic experience dining here! We usually sit upstairs, where there’s plenty of seating and a play area for the kids, making it super family-friendly. We’ve also tried the gourmet beef burgers, which are equally delicious. The desserts are just as impressive, with a great selection to choose from. The waffles are a personal favorite! Delivery driver did not try to contact me and instead took the food back to the restaurant. The instructions for delivery and address were on the order.

When I initially ordered delivery was within half an hour…. Over an hour later hadn’t even left the restaurant! Eventually arrived nearly hour and half after ordering, waffle was barely warm, cookie dough was luke warm. Only plus the ice cream hadn’t melted. Shops shouldn’t accept orders if they can’t fulfil them within a reasonable time

Treats4U in Gloucester is an absolute gem! Their peri peri chicken is honestly the best I’ve had in the area – perfectly cooked, packed with flavour, and just the right amount of spice. If you’re into peri peri, you’ve got to try it. And the desserts? Wow, they’re in a league of their own. Whether you’re craving something sweet after a meal or just want a treat or milkshake, there’s no comparison. You won’t find anything better around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I made the order on the app at around 17:45 and the food was showing delivery of 18:30 but then it kept getting delayed further and further. The food was delivered at 20:00 which is over 2 hours later. I had to call the restaurant several times as I couldn’t find how to ask for help on the Just Eat App, it was very disappointing

I love treats. I go here quite regularly for me and my kids. Nicely cooked and tastes amazing!! I was so glad that I had the correct order because just eat ate crooks and would have not allowed me a refund. Use Uber eats if you can. Waaaaaaay better. They don’t rob you.

Portion sizes for Sundea's are terrible, at 1 time the containers were full, now you are lucky if they are 2/3s full. This is not the first time we have found this but thought we would give them another chance and very disappointed

Quantity of rice is too less had ordered peri peri chicken rice platter for two, chicken was uncooked and hard.

I keep noticing riders going to different places with my order, making it take 10 sometimes 20 mins longer, I know these are other deliveries. This is really frustrating as it makes the estimated time useless.

1st time order, food was ok. Cold on arrival but tasted alright, 2nd time order on the just eat app, delivery time said 30-40 minutes. Checked again at 40 minutes as the food still hadn’t arrive and the delivery time had changed for an extra 30 minutes. Called the shop who promised it would be there within 15 minutes. Another 35 minutes passed, called again and this time apparently the delivery drive turned up and “forgot to take the order with him” I would need to speak to just eat for a refund. Honestly wouldn’t waste your time for mediocre food and service.

Food is decent, lunch there regularly but they annoy me because they never give you serviettes. Every time the food arrives and no serviettes unless you ask for them, c’mon sort it out.

My cookie dough was placed in the same bag as icecream and smoothie so when it arrived the cookie dough was cold. I also ordered a Greek salad. The salad is so disappointing. I ordered this on its own as i did not want a large meal. The salad is not Greek at all except the fact it had whole uncut olives inside. No salt or pepper, no dressing and no feta. This is really bad when the portion size is of a main but it’s presented and tastes like a side. Why advertise if your unable to produce.

Terrible... Chicken wings not cooked no char on them at all and they ment to be char grilled wings.. The wings have just been put on the grill to heat up ( full of fat and not cooked properly ) ( Not the usual hot sauce I always get on them completelydifferent ) I gave yous a big order and no time was taken to cook it right.. Has put me off from ordering from yous again.

I ordered food and one of the things I ordered was missing which was the hot wings and they said for us to come and collect it because they had no drivers or when we order next time they will give me the wings and not today when I wanted them and then we had to order a taxi just to get our food which cost £14 and coming back to my house . £14 just for the taxi to get my food which they failed to deliver , if they thought to they could of sent a driver . So I need my money back plus the money I paid for my taxi and my time .

Wow the staff in there are special , unhygienic and talk about customers in their own language - thinking I didn’t understand. I waited nearly an hour for collection for some peri peri food I would’ve left without it but I had guest so I didn’t want to make them wait any longer. When I got the food (it was a 5 min drive home) I opened the bag to find that the chips were stale, the pitta burger was cold some of the wraps had more sauce than chicken. While I was waiting for the food I seen him touching the salad with his hands not washing them either using the surface which dirty I had to ask him to use tongs and put on a foil before making my food . When I got my food order was wrong when phoned she and he hang up. Wouldn’t recommend this place horrible terrible . Go to Gloucester grill or muchachos down the road much better and clean ! Oh forgot to mention the chicken was pink have a look in the photos

Ordered 4 things on just eat from this place and ended up with two of my desserts completely wrong and then was told to “stop and listen” when I tried to explain what was wrong. They refunded 1 dessert as they claimed there was nothing else they could do as there weren’t liable for it , the manager is rude and doesn’t know basic manners when dealing with complaints not to mention the ice cream we was given was gritty and taste like it had sand in it. Poor place when it comes to takeaway or delivery’s and not worth the money
