Horrible place, gross decoration, full of alcoholics, won't take card. Won't be long before it's flats, fingers crossed

Lovely stop for a quick drink. Very family orientated and a lovely environment. Don't get many old school pubs like it anymore.

Proper old school boozer. Pool, darts and jukebox. Great landlady and staff and a nice pint too.

Do not ever think you are a stranger in this pub - it is soooo welcoing

Wasn't sure how long ago I may of been there. But it was a quick stop and bar staff were really friendly. Lovely large Garden . I imagine it's busy in normal times.

Really surprised by this pub in a good way! Traditional in looks, friendly staff and the garden is huge- wished I knew about this during the summer!

Brilliant pub,my local,friendly great duke box, dj every weekend,proper pub,Maria your the best landlady,puts on a fabulous children's Christmas party every year free of charge, farther Christmas and a gift,not many would do that xx

A proper pub with a good atmosphere and attentive staff.parking could be a problem so leave the car at home it's on the main drag so that shouldn't be a problem. Try it, it's even got a garden.

After using this on/off for many years, being told i have to leave after ordering a pint due to a private party, with the doors open & no sign. Never going to waste my money in there again. Poor.

Lovely pub but bit pricey compared to others in the area

Not a bad pub this. Had a couple of cask ales on and kept well. The garden was a delight out the back - being a larger space than expected. However, although relatively empty, a couple of locals inside did tend to be a bit loud and boisterous, which was a little off-putting. To be honest, it wasn't a 'welcoming' atmosphere...

Its not a pub you should go too. The locals don't like anyone else using the place. Its dirty unfriendly and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone
