Wow, this is a brilliant farm shop. Such a pity it's not en route for us to anywhere we tend to go so a specific journey or detour is needed. The shop is a gem. Not huge but masses of great food items many of which were far too tempting not to buy. Particularly enjoyed the scotch eggs which even when I reheated them at home still had a perfectly soft yolk. I am going to have to detour more often!

Always liked the Trading Post but this visit was great as they seem to have changed the types of products they sell. A lot more food and drink and less decorative items like plates. I can thoroughly recommend the salted liquorice sweets! I’m still thinking about them and want to try the Picasso chocolates next time, they looked amazing! x

Loads of options for veggies and vegans, pricey though. Good cafe next to it. The railway carriage may not be open, not asure , best to check.

magnet for the cognoscenti - super shopping, unusual items, gifts for the 'difficult to please' - something for everyone. Slightly off the beaten track/main thoroughfare but non the worse for that. Two adjoining eateries - the Railway Carriage and the Bus. Certainly the Railway Carriage and, I imagine, the Bus - carry on the style set by the shop. As if the cake was not enough, I also had a cheese n sun-dried tomato scone, such an unusual combination I think most would agree. Organic to the nth degree n all is labelled very adequately. One needs to find the Trading Post - not a place to bypass!!

Nice local pub, with a friendly atmosphere. Pub very clean and easily accessible. Jodie/Tracey hit the spot with a lovely Sunday Lunch presented beautifully……great hospitality. Enjoyed chilling over a pint of Guinness and a few baby Guinness chasers.

Can I just say my experience at the bull is always pleasant unless the owner Lucy is there she is rude. & shouldn't be running a pub. Me and my family were at a table having a laugh and a drunk she come over and told us to shutup we were being to loud the juke box was louder than us we could hardly hear our conversations. I mentioned it to someone who was working behind the bar & a few of them said she's always rude to people and to them.. Not the sort of person to run a pub if you ask me sorry!

We had a carvery for mothers day. Couldn't fault a thing. Food was fantastic with a choice of 5 different meats. Staff were all friendly and courteous. Will try and visit again soon.
