Great place for a cooked breakfast! Staff are friendly and helpful. When it gets very busy, it can take a little while to get a table. Reservation recommended!

For a small cafe it's reasonable priced and good quality and quantity

Staff very helpful welcoming and warm. The food is of a very good standard and delicious to eat. We have just moved our caravan storage to Southfork Caravan Site (an excellent move for us) We are now regulars at the Ranch Cafe. Highly recommend.

First visit to this local eatery. Chose the smaller portion breakfast along with my friends, and we were all delighted with the quality of the meal. Obviously quality ingredients, perfectly cooked and served piping hot. Lovely welcome and friendly service. I'll be back!

A fantastic breakfast, super nice people and set in the beautiful county of Somerset. We always book here when we stay at the campsite nearby, it’s my little treat on a long weekend or week away from home, never been disappointed, thanks.

My 3rd visit when out riding my bike and definitely recommend it. Sausage & bacon bap is awesome.

we stayed at southfork caravan park, and we were a little early to go on site so we walked into the Ranch Cafe, we where then shown to a table and given a menu by the friendly staff in there, having ordered a large and medium breakfast, which was one of the best breakfasts i have experienced the plates were cleared and we where then asked if we would like anything else such as tea or coffee, this was a great way to start the day so if you are in the area of Martock i would recommend that you have a meal in this amazing cafe review written by george marston and elizabeth gallear

A lovely full English. A decent selection and it came with especially delicious sausages!! Friendly staff and lovely decor too.

First visit here, breakfast for two was superb. Service was very efficient and quick, food was well cooked, hot and tasty. A perfect start to the day, can't wait ti return.

Just love going to this cafe as coeliac with other food allergies. Very attentive to specific needs. It is possible to build your own breakfast. Very dog friendly. 'Discovered' this lovely little cafe whilst feeling really frustrated after local hospital visit with little grandaughter. Lovely cup of tea calmed my senses. Really good food, (me vegetarian), served by lovely young lady happy to alter menu for little un. Gorgeous quiche. Whilst there little fell in love with one of the paintings displayed on the walls, (lovely touch to show art), and we now have a bunny pic on her wall. Wish it was closer to where we live. It would become a regular stop.

Steak sandwich and mushroom soup absolutely delicious, gonna try the breakfast next it looked great. The breakfast was great and recommended.

If you're lucky enough to arrive when a fresh batch of their incredible scotch eggs come out of the oven (as I've just been) then you're in for such a treat. They're amazing cold too - worth the trip out to sample! Also a good range of other delicious snacks and sweat treats.

We had a delicious breakfast here on our way to Cornwall. Mandy had booked a table for us prior to going and very glad she did. The cafe is very popular and whilst we were there several groups who had not booked were turned away. Everything is freshly cooked so expect a little wait but it's worth it, the sausages in particular are gorgeous.

Really good, friendly service and the food and coffee are excellent. I had a egg and bacon bap - the ingredients were great quality, it was well cooked and served hot. Perfect! Parking was easy too.

Over rated not as good as reviews say. Asked about gluten free options not very helpful. Charged for scrambled eggs did not have that. All in all just a cafe same as any other.

Stayed on the campsite for the weekend. Had evening meal in the Ranch, it was so good, we went back for cooked breakfast the next morning! Lovely family, helpful friendly staff. Very busy with locals and passing trade on Saturday morning. Keep up the good work.

The best pies I think I've ever eaten. All made by the chef. Huge amounts of filling with gorgeous flavours. They also do cakes and other savouries. The venue is a little small and little atmosphere, but not awful.

Visited this lovely cafe with a group who scour Somerset for the best cooked breakfasts available. Total 5 star rating. Food was perfect, staff were really friendly and helpful and the cafe itself is just a nice place to be in. Look forward to a return at some point in the future.

I have stopped for breakfast or a bacon roll on many occasions whilst out cycling with friends and have always been greeted warmly. The food is excellent, it arrives promptly and the surroundings are lovely, with many local artist's work on display for sale. It's a real gem and the only place I want to stop to eat when cycling in this area. We will be back again soon. 8-)

Great little place for either breakfast or lunch, it's also possible to book a table which is useful for the breakfast slot if there are several of you. Good GF menu and can also cater for dairy free. Been a few times now and will definitely be back again for lunch in the near future.

Can only comment on the breakfasts but this place is a hidden gem, we’ve had a few breakfasts here - all delicious especially the scrambled egg, so creamy !!! Very polite & attentive staff, would happily recommend this place but you may need to book first

We called in for breakfast excellent breakfast and latte. If you need dairy free they do alternative milks. Lunch menu looked interesting as well. Lovely staff.

I was out for cycle ride with friends heading across the Somerset Levels when we literally stumbled upon this Café. We had coffee's cake and I had a sausage roll, all very good indeed. We ate outside as it was so warm and remarked what a gem of place this is. We will return!

A very worthy short detour (less than 10 mins total) off the A303; you would not be disappointed. Excellent coffee (incl proper decaf) and local produce breakfasts (sausages are amazing) with build your own option. Sourdough and avocado options too. Very friendly staff. Free parking. Homely space.

Amazing food - wonderful, welcoming service. Went for late breakfast with a party of nine including four young children. Service and welcome were exemplary. Delicious, local produce at really reasonable prices made a ‘pit-stop’ breakfast a complete joy. Thank you for your welcome and a delicious meal - we will be back (sorry!)

Great breakfast, can get busy so booking is recommended, although we just strolled in on a Sunday morning. Free parking on site and super quick with getting food out. You can build your own breakfast which is great if you only want certain things. Great value for money.

On the back road from Martock to South Petherton at Parrot Works. Always a cheerful, sunny place to pop into. Plenty of inside space for sitting, plus a outside garden across the large car park.

A very nice full English breakfast if you fancy a treat of a morning... friendly staff. My only gripe was the website gave prices for food but in the cafe the prices are different so a bit misleading and on the menu it states no swap outs allowed so if their is something in the dish you don't like you can't change it ... not overly accommodating...all in all I would recommend
