Traders Wine in Tower Hamlets

Fuimos a almorzar y fue tan bueno que volvimos la noche siguiente para comer vino y ver el fútbol. Lamentablemente la experiencia futbolística no fue buena (final de la Eurocopa) !! Pero el servicio atento y amable fue excelente. El personal hizo todo lo posible para que la noche fuera agradable. La comida y el vino era genial. Recomendaría Traders a cualquiera que ame una gran selección de excelentes vinos y comida servida por un amable personal servicial. Gracias a todos, aparte del marcador de fútbol tuvimos una gran velada.

Great cosy wine bar, nice location and wide selection of wines. The staff were friendly and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere.

Don't expect to buy anything other than wine! A fantastic selection on offer and a lovely setting and vibe to enjoy it in. Food looked great too.

Nice wine bar right on the side of the dock with a few small outside tables so great for soaking up the atmosphere, good selection and prices sensible for location. The outside terrace / tables closes at 9pm and you need to move in side

Great service provided by Yana, she was really attentive and provided us with ottimal service! The wine and food was great and great prices too. Will definitely return!! Prices are expected not too expensive.

Lovely ambiance, perfect place for a date night. Really good wine recommendations from waitress or sommelier « Yana » going to be coming back. No faults.

First visit to this lovely little find and it was great, attentive staff, great selection of wines, knowledgeable staff and comfortable setting, will be returning 😁

Came here for drinks only, a good international selection to choose from. There was a variety of seating options available, the music was good too.

Found traders whilst exploring near Tower Hill.. arrived mid afternoon and did leave until early evening. A great atmosphere with a huge choice of wines with delicious cheese and meat sharing platters. Definitely recommend!

The wine list is extensive and good; however, they sell very few wines by the glass and those that they have by the glass are too expensive for the quality! This is a shame as this is a wine bar, so it's nice to be able to try different wines and not to order a whole bottle... plus if you go by yourself... the other thing is the bread, its not really good, is white plain bread. The cheese is amazing though, the service is great and the atmosphere is nice. Will go back and recommend it but with some small changes here and there, this place would be perfect!

Can't recommend enough! Impressive wine selection, tasty food (recently tried the baked chorizo : amazing!) and very friendly staff.

This is a very nice wine bar and so comfortable and relaxing. Massive choice of wine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed with the cheese board. Pate was not on there which was delicious. Guess they have to vary and change occasionally but we all prepared the previous board. Some of the cheeses we didn’t eat

Cute little wine place with a great interior design. We only stopped by to enjoy a bottle of wine on a Sunday evening (Aug bank holiday wkd). The place can be a real gem but a very loud eurotrash music just killed the atmosphere for us, we sat inside and had to shout over music to talk... no surprise it was empty. And, a waitress only brought and opened a bottle of wine for us but 12.5% service charge was added to the bill (really?!). Not sure if we are going back...

I stopped here with my wife for a light bite and glass of wine. Despite being very expensive I decided to give this establishment five blobs/stars as the food and glass of wine I had was excellent. I had a glass of claret. The least expensive red wine by the glass. I would have chosen this anyway and a very decent house red Bordeaux it was. I thought £10 for 175 ml was a bit overpriced (that’s £9 plus 12.5 percent service) but nevertheless it was good quality. We also had a sharing board consisting of three cheeses in excellent condition with very high quality charcuterie. A French saucisson with truffles was great and surprisingly something I hadn’t had the pleasure of trying before. Good quality sourdough bread and breadsticks. Dipping extra virgin olive oil and balsamic also of similar high quality. So to sum up excellent location sitting outside overlooking the marina, high quality basic food, very good service but high prices. Highly recommended but don’t go if you want a cheap glass of plonk and Tesco air dried ham. Two people can easily spend up to £100 on a bottle of high quality wine, with some albeit excellent cheeses and charcuterie. I’ll definitely be back.

Nous sommes par hasard arrivées dans ce restaurant, et ce fut un super moment, jolie déco, plateau et vin au top et un accueil formidable

We found this delightful wine bar and we loved it. We sat outside to begin with but then went inside. It has a lovely quirky decor. The staff are lovely and the wine very nice. Well worth a visit.
