Always polite and very helpful with extra requests

Ordered a kebab with garlic mayo didn't even taste like garlic mayo and is that rubbish I wouldn't even feed it to my dog and taste crap

Staff are always rude when delivering. Every time they deliver it takes us approximately 1 minute to get downstairs, we're always met with "does your doorbell not work" to which we explain, it does but it can be faulty and also, we live up 2 flights of stairs and we need to put the dog away, every single time we have this conversation. Tonight, we ordered the food at 21:58 and it arrived at 22:08. 10 minutes. The doorbell rang and then we received a call immediately, I was downstairs 1 minute later, as usual and was met with the same "does your doorbell not work?" Here's the conversation: Me: Did you not just speak with my partner on the phone? Him: Yes but does it not work? Me: Sometimes, but I live up 2 flights of stairs so it takes me a little while to get down Him: I've been waiting here for like 10 minutes Me: No you haven't because we ordered the food literally only 10 minutes ago. He then huffed at me and walked away. Will not be using this service again, no excuse for being so extremely rude every single time. It's always the same man, he used to run Pizza Pronto and always seemed so nice then.

Chips where greasy sent wrong order I've always used tower pizza but never again

Delivery driver was so rude didn’t speak just handed the food. He does not do you company justice.

The chicken is actually really really good. We'll seasoned, not dry and generally very nice. Haven't had anything else yet but the chicken is 10/10

Really good pizzas as a treat for birthdays or cheering up gloomy days. One Hot and Spicy, one Seafood with green peppers, share a side of fries, delivered to the door. Yummy.

This has become my kebab shop of choice. Sunday means combination chicken shish and donner great food always hot and a great welcome from the team. See you Sunday.

Tower pizza I’m sorry but I’m fed up with your home delivery service. The past 2 times I’ve ordered online and paid, I’ve had to ring you over an hour later to see where our food is to be told “the driver is just leaving in a min or 2” 15-20 mins later our food arrives it’s almost like it’s enough time to sort a forgotten order maybe? Yes that’s 1hr30mins at least after paying. You have also now failed to deliver our drink and haven’t refunded us as requested to your driver. Your food is great but the delivery and having to chase is not. Unfortunately for this reason I won’t be using you again.

Food quite expensive however good as for fast food. Fresh salad, good choice of meat and suacss. Nice and quick delivery. Email says 1hr waiting time for delivery but usually comes in about 30mins.

In Ludlow best pizza ever I always order vegi heat wave without tomatoes price very good taste and good price and good customer service highly recommended

Prices are very good on the kebabs, burgers and fries, great value for money and very clean modern shop. Ingredients seemed to be of the cheaper variety but tasted good, can't complain for the price. Pizza menu looked good and was again reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and polite.

Avoid, this take away made myself and my partner incredibly ill on two separate occasions, never again! Ended up with horrendous stomach pains! Avoid if you don’t want to spend the next day on the toilet after eating from here, terribly over priced for the food, forever the chippy around the corner 👍🏻

Owner always writes "new management" on new menu but is always same old management. Tower, flames and grill ology are owned by the same person. Food is very mediocre for its price. The friendliness of the staff is really the only good thing I can say about this place.

Definitely nicest pizzas in town and amazingly a lot cheaper too ! Wouldn't go anywhere else

I have had a few Kebabs from here now. Very good portion options and sizes, nice bread, fresh salad and sauces.. Overall great taste and good value for money.

Can be great, equally can be terrible. The amount of time the chips have been under cooked in our experience is probably 50/50.

I'm giving 2 stars as I no the Virus is spreading and every takeaway is keeping all customers and staff safe but I mean £4.00 for a chicken fillet burger which was tiny as anything and £3.90 for 8 onion rings I was going to get my money back as it was to expensive and the staff is rude as you have to be 2 meters away from the counter to order I couldn't hear a thing and they nearly cooked a chicken kebab which I didn't ask for I had to re tell them no it was a chicken filet burger. It would help if your more nice and polite instead of being really aggressive. Shape up

Paying £7 for a chicken burger meal I expected a fresh fillet burger. Not those frozen £1 processed meat patties you fry and their ready in 60 seconds. On the other hand the customer service and hospitality was great.

Despite the dodgy look of this place, it's probably the best pizza place in town, the food is cheap and rather good, The staff however are cold and unwelcoming. When you're waiting for your food to be done they'll stand there and have conversations (and often shouting) in a foreign language, often interrupting you when you're trying to finish your order and they shout downstairs
