Food ordered through McDonald’s app, missed items from order only half the food turned up. This is the second time they’ve sent order with missing items and the food was absolutely rancid. Stone cold fries and mushy chicken nuggets that you couldn’t eat. Honestly one of the worse McDonald’s, and no answer from the restaurant and website refer you to Uber eats who only deliver not sell the food!

Takes about roughly 40 minutes now to recieve food when you purchase from the standing robots in store. Fast food no more. Mostly told to wait in bay when I order drive through and alot of time food is only barely warm.

Service is just so so slow because they have minimal staff whose main priority is the online orders just eat etc, it's not fast food when it takes nearly 20 minutes to get a flatbread and drink is it to be fair

Order did not arrive at all. The delivery person refused to deliver as they could not work out where i lived and they were really rude. Just eat refused refund as this falls in line with their policy apparently

Food arrived lukewarm and soggy, presumably from being sat in the bag too long. Never had a limp hash brown before today.

I placed my order at 4:55pm and it didn't get delivered til 6:48pm, and when it did turn up the food was cold,

food didn't turn up at all. says delivered on the app after waiting 3 hours and the time constantly changing to not recieving any food at all.

It didn’t arrive, courier was rude, went to McDonald’s Hereford where he said he had left it and it wasn’t there!

The meal was cold. Lettuce was brown,and only had 1 toy and ordered 2 as had 2 happy meals. Kids didnt eat their meals,very disappointed

You have to stop letting drivers pick up multiple orders and delivering them and extending other customers delivery time. Delivery time changed more than 8 times. It eventually arrived and there was zero heat in any of the food. Fries in the bin, chicken re-heated lucky dogs got to share a cold burger! Give a later time frame rather than an unrealistic one 👎

The only thing correct about my order is the drink and McFlurry I then got given 20 nuggets and dips instead of 2 hamburgers and a large 9 nugget meal! Unacceptable

Mac Donald’s Hereford always forget the dips/sauces. So annoying. No napkins, lukewarm warm when it arrived. Mac Donald’s needs better packaging for takeaway. Poor

Poor service. Since my last visit I have noticed that this place has been taken over by rude (not all) deliveroo / just eats drivers who barge through the in restaurant diners who are waiting for their food. It seems that the management team and workers here prioritise the online order market. I waited 25 minutes for food, which has never happened before, even though this place has been busier on many occasions in the past.

Order arrived well over an hour late. The food is cold. Items in my order also is incorrect. Chicken big mac meal was suppose to have no pickles or sauce. Drinks for the happy meals was also incorrect. Very unhappy. Not the first time items orderd have been missing. Fuming is an understatement. Not impressed.

Ordered at 5.37pm, 2 hours later still no sign and no way to contact anyone. Eventually shows up just after 8 and is stone cold. Complete joke of a place to order from and a complete joke of a delivery system.

Ordered food and wasn’t delivered for over two hours, went into the store and the order had not been collected by the driver but left on the side. Food was cold, not happy at all as my wife was in hospital and needed to eat. The food did not arrive

Order was not delivered it’s now 955pm and app says it will be delivered at 1015 that’s very clever as that’s 20 mins in future!

driver said he picked up 10 mins before delivery and I spoke to the branch RT mins before and they said it was already collected! the food was not eatable at all as it was stone cold! doesn't help it was delivered on a moped and bag was not covered but it also doesn't help they done e delivery before hand

Food in McDonald's is getting worse as prices rise year on year. Staff were great however and the restaurant was modern and clean.

Fries are cold and unsalted! Filet o fish was Cold!

Ordered at 5:20 food arrived at 7:10 freezing cold or melted. Most of it was inedible and thrown away. Obviously left from when we ordered it to when it was collected. Very unhappy children
