Ordered over 7 dips got 0!!!!!!!

paid £37.70 for my order and only received 2 iced lattes ,no food ,that was after waiting an hour for it

Ordered food via the app set it to go to a drive thru but it got changed and went to the one in town so wasn’t happy with that then got there and the order hadn’t come through so we had to reorder it we was missing a chicken mayo and we ordered a double Big Mac which to my husbands discuss was just a normal big make. This is not the first time we have had problems with our order!! No happy! Also the fries had all black bites on.

Poor quality no taste the chicken nuggets was that dry couldnt bite into them. The chips was appalling, was cold. All 4 meals was rubbish!

I ordered at 5.51pm and received it at 7.36pm!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sauces were not delivered and there were 8 of them in the order

Chips were stone cold, McFlurry never arrived. Delivered over 1.5 hours later than originally estimated! No refund given either.

Totally the wrong order received despite the receipt being correct

Delivery was not updated on map to say driver on way so when discovered, food was cold plus no dip for nuggets

still hot - everything i ordered in the bag for once and actually on time - first time ever - thank you to whoever completed my order ❤️❤️❤️

2 hours I waited for my order from the time I placed it . when it eventually arrived after having to direct the driver to my address my milkshake and mcflurry was completely melted and all the food was stone cold . McDonlads your are abysmal !!!!

The driver was lovely, he actually asked me to check the order prior to me closing the door as he wanted me to check all was ok and even offered if it wasn't he would get me a new one which I thought was lovely as no one else has ever does this as they are normally just wanting to rush off but he was really kind. I wouldn't normally write a review but I thought it was very kind of the delivery drive to do this and especially offer to get a new one if not but there was no problem anyway.

Your drivers aren’t selecting when they have collected the order and collecting more than 2 orders at a time that’s the reason why peoples orders are freezing when it arrives

Ordered at 12 noon and delivered at 1.30pm, food was stone cold - not happy !!!

orderd at 6pm and and was pushed back till 8pm food was cold and drink were leaking through

I understand it was a large order. but everything was cold. and the MC flurry was melted..

Burger was luke warm and chewy no atmosphere a member of staffhad a moan at a customer because they had sat in area that had been cleaned but there were m on signs saying anything.

You get directed to the back of the shop so you have to find the entrance, but it's a good place

When my food arrived all I got was the three cheeseburgers, small fries and only one drink. You missed out the 9 nuggets large meal and 5 chicken selects.

Ordered at 19.26 arrived at 20.10 food was cold don’t have a microwave this is the second time food has been cold and I mean cold

The chicken share box no dips sent and the extra dips not sent let down the order as the dips make majority of the McDonald experience

The guy just delivered the drinks .. but not the food itself . Tried catching him but he vanished. Tried contacting the App. But nothing worked

Missing a burger, but went on app and been refunded to next order so can handle that!!! Had missing items in past but just got angry about it, we will see!!! Food and delivery quick, maybe too quick considering someone failed to put the Mcspicy into the bag!!!

I am a uber eats delivery rider and sometimes I am customer. I totally understand the staff have a very difficult task of balancing on store customers and delivery riders and keeping both of them happy. From a delivery rider perspective, I have to stay I feel some change happened since 5th of July 2024, staff respond friendly to orderly riders and there is wonderful balancing act of on-store customers and delivery riders ( unruly riders who make a very bad image for follow riders as well as who make the on-store customers unhaply by pushing and shaving has been told off). When I feel I have been responded friendly and working as much as they can do, I am happy to wait however long it takes to collect the delivery without a complaint. (Before this changes, you could feel some staff working too hard and others that include some managers slacking and won't even make an eye contact) So thank you for the changes.

The general manager of this maccies seems very overwhelmed and unwelcoming. Maybe a bit of a power trip idk. Chips were amazing tho

absolutely disgusting food was prepared at 17.10 just after it was ordered and due to arrive by 530. so it was your driver that held it up and let it arrive freezing cold. absolutely disgusting. very very unhappy with delivery. even the dog turned his nose up at it
