Food cold complete waste of money

Missing items from order a toy from the meal and chips from the meal deal

I received 2 wrong items, I chose 2 bacon and egg and I received 2 pork patty m muffins

Toy was missing from the meal, the order was made with the addition of the toy in mind.

order wrong ordered bacon and egg muffin and got sausage and egg

Chips were stone cold and the double cheeseburger wasn’t cooked properly

Food freezing cold. Waiting over an hour than original delivery time.

I order food at 19.21 and my McDonald's was deliver at 20.50. Food was stone cold. Very disappointed customer

order at 5.17 took and hour and 10 minutes to assign a driver and when it was delivered it was ice cold

The time for delivery kept changing- changed over ten times at least, the food was cold, nuggets were stale and the drink had been we didn’t get enough straws either

The tables and floor was dirty. Food wasn't even hot. Teenagers swearing with staff saying nothing to them. I had a staff member on 2 different times while I was eating asking me to do a review. When I said I was in the middle of eating they were rude to me and when I complained to another member of staff about them being rude they said they hadn't done anything wrong. To come over to someone in the middle of them trying to eat there food to go on about leaving a review clearly should be done at the end of the meal. Manners cost nothing. I won't be going again

Ordered bbq sauce but there is none

Missing half of the items of the delivery with no ability to get them redelivered. No drinks or dessert. About 30 minutes late. Wished I never bothered. A complete let down.

This morning I ordered a McFlurry. I paid with cash and the staff were very nice. It took only a minute for them to give me my order. I would recommend coming here in the morning, because it gets crowded during the day.

disappointment in the delivery time initially was supposed to be between 4.20-4.40 and didnt arrive until 5.55

Food was good, delivery driver was quick too. Just keep putting books in the happy meals when the children ask for toys.

The delivery time went from 15-30 minutes to 45-60 minutes as soon as I ordered, then the food arrived cold.

Only complaint would be the amount of bags used, as most of them seemed superfluous, but that's likely a decision by the restaurant rather than Just Eat.

Ordered twice over the app, I was told I was lying when X2 meals did not turn up. Ordered again tonight, missing two happy meals. Do not you use McDonald's in Hereford at all. Literally can't even read a simple order or even give any customer service

I have had hair on my food twice in the space of a month. Staff are unapologetic and don’t practice good hygiene. RENTOKILL who are a pest control company visit this store every morning to monitor there severe rodent problem which you can see for yourselves in around premises. Don’t eat here cook your own grub and save your quids Nasty ppl

Didn’t get the sauces I ordered and food was cold

Food originally supposed to be delivered at 17:55. Eventually turned up after 1830. Food was cold and fries were rubbery and inedible. Chicken nuggets and burgers barely warm. All we got was a £2 refund for the food being cold. I get if they were busy or understaffed, but don't serve the food until it's ready and not leave it sat sweating in a bag to be delivered. Food from here is not the Ritz I understand but I'd expect it to be hot.

I'm not ordering often from McDonald's,and when I does this is always the issue.Recently chocolate brownie was missing.And the funny thing is,just eat doesn't care at all.Raising this issue with just eat customer service and they are not giving a refund for the paid but not received item.Thank you very much!!!!

Upon ordering the delivery time was state as 20-40 minutes. Once ordered went straight to 30-50 minutes! In the end it took 85 minutes to be delivered!!!

The courier was rude and had a go at me about my number even tho when I checked the number on the order it was the right number

My dipping sauces were missing from the order. Food was cold considering how long it took for them to prepare it.
