**Edit** it's KFC has faced and overall decline in both quality of the food and the time it takes to be ready, on top of that you need to take out a small loan with a the the price of KFC these days. This particular KFC is one of the worse ones I've been to in terms of the food It's just your bog standard KFC. Usually the food pretty good but sometimes is a little bad

Chicken comes pre breaded and all you have to do is fry it. that is it, no mad prep, you don't even have to worry about plating just throw it in the box; yet somehow, you still managed to delay the order by over 2 and a half hours, the bag arrived split, drink warm and chips cold. surprisingly, all items were there. Granted service can get busy, I work in hospitality myself and so I understand, however this is just abysmal, I wish I had just cooked.

Said it was delivered before it was delivered. Over an hour an a half when it said 20-40 mins wait. Food absolutely freezing. Driver appeared and told us he was going to a different house number. Not happy, would like a refund.

I am yet to place an order with KFC Hereford where they don’t forget to put something in the bag. I think this may have to be the last time I use them and look for alternative chicken restaurant instead.

Best KFC I’ve had in ages. Service was fast, everything hot, place was pretty clean and I can’t think of a single complaint.

You have taken money for kfc but no receipt no information

First time I used just eat. Was super easy. Driver texted me to let me know when he was at the hospital as I had to wait inside with my son. Was a good first time experience.

This was probably the best KFC I've ever been to. The service was amazing and it took less than 5 minutes for the food to be ready at lunch. The chicken was amazing but the fries were a bit cold. Over all I rate it 4.5 stars and thunk it was worth it.

Was supposed to be here between 3.05 and 3.30 but arrived at 4.53 and the food is cold I would like a refund as this is unbelievably horrible service by yourselves and kfc, the driver was supposedly at the restaurant for 50ish minutes.

I ordered food for 5.35 delivery, it didn't turn up until 6.15. All the food was cold and really not nice to eat. First time using just eat and ordered through KFC, not sure I would again.

Where to start with this one.I suppose being honest is the best policy.We decided to have a KFC.We had seen the adverts about the new tower burger with hash brown.The pictures depicting a beautiful stack all crisp ready to eat.Sadly the end product was nothing like the advert or pictures.A sloppy mess,inedible sloppy mess.Chips that had seen better days.This all reminded me of a film call falling down.I suggest the management of KFC watch it.No doubt the complaints department of KFC will shake there heads,tut loudly then go back to do nothing.You used to be so good.A reboot wouldn't go amiss.

Although the delivery was spot on the food was poor ,,rice, corn and fries were fine but the chicken was so dry and had obviously not been cooked fresh as the delivery was so quick , we had all wings lots of boney white meat and no drumsticks which would have been better as thigh and drumsticks don’t dry out so quickly , I’m hoping this is a one off as we regularly have this order 🤔🤔

Popped in to get some food to go on our trip and for people to use the toilet. Wasn't busy when we arrived, staff friendly, understanding, and helpful. Probably one of the cleanest and friendliest KFCS I've been to and the food was good too .

Was an hour and a half late. Driver took my order all around the city as I could see that on the app. Won’t be ordering again
