When I said the order was incomplete, they made me look like a liar.

Food was okay, but none of the ordering screens were working when I 'tapped' them. As the counter was quiet, I approached and asked if they could process the order as the screens weren't working. Firstly, the extremely sullen young lady mumbled something about the screens and then went through a series of one and two word questions to elicit the order from me. No pleases, no thank yous, no smile and barely any eye contact. Do KFC not train their staff, or do they just leave them to behave as they want?

Drove 30 miles from Llandrindod Wells for a 10 piece bargain bucket. Absolutely disappointed to find 6 legs 2 wings and 2 uther pieces 😢 just wished I'd checked before driving home

went to order at the drive thru as i was in a rush and it’s supposedly “quicker”. woman over the tannoy could not get our order correct and kept deleting it and having to start over. she definitely was NOT trained and was starting to frustrate us as nobody could click on to the fact she was clearly not being supervised. i understand people can be new to jobs but when you’re just dumping poorly trained staff onto a job alone it’s really not ideal. we ended up having to cancel the order on the tannoy and go inside as the woman was really struggling to understand that we wanted mayo and not sweet chilli!! despite telling her multiple times that we did not order half the things she put through, she kept denying it. unfortunately it appeared that another customer went to order through the drive thru and ended up having to drive to the window as it seemed a struggle for them too. please train your staff better and please encourage them to ask for help if they need it.

Food was good, nice and hot. Service from our server was awful though. Requested additional payment for dips that were included with our meal, part of our order missing and then only one cup supplied for a bucket meal. However, the other server was lovely, along with the gentlemen who was clearing the tables. He was a gentleman! and even cleared our table after waring too. Thank you to you both, its a shame others let the side down.

Dry chicken, with stale and overcooked batter. I haven't had KFC in a while, and it's put me off getting any in future.

Very unhappy 0/10 review accidently preferred twice as first order said kfc are no longer taking orders so ordered again and food turned Uo twice and I’ve been charged twice would not recommend!!!!!!! Tryed calling ahead of delivery to cancel and still turned Uo and been charged the extra £15 really not happy !!!

Food is yummy, when the order is correct, oftentimes items have been missing.

Ordered on just eat 27th December, we complained same day to just eat and two weeks on we have not heard a peep. The chips were cold, wet and floppy, the chicken fillets were small... no tiny and overcooked, original chicken pieces were overcooked, dry and the meat had shrunk leaving a cm or so between meat and batter... popcorn chicken was cold, everything was a disaster, the worst KFC we have ever had - so merry Christmas to the Colonel, we will never buy your dry sloppy sick slop gunge crud again, what a disgrace you are to humanity, you filthy animals.

Camed late with one hour and 15 min even if I have ordered it from 12 o'clock for 15.25 delivery,food cold ,I have a 5 years old who had to wait so long as I had absolutely nothing else to give her,not happy at all

It was late I was worried but I finally get the delivery nice and fresh and taste! Thank you very much to the lady for taking the order and to the kfc stuff for being so nice to give me an extra 4 wings and apologies for the delay but either after an hour I received my order fresh ! why do just eat driver except 2 deliveries at same time he went to otherwise of hereford to come all the way with mine when I live in opposite direction so food was cold this is nothing to do with KFC it's just eat driver that delivered my order .

your driver delivered wrong food, he came back.15mins later to try swapping over the orders with cold food told him to take back and we have refund and go ourselves. i want that driver sacked for abusesive attitude.. i have reported him and his car for mostlikely not having correct insurance using for business

Time kept on changing from delivery at 8.10pm then 8.29pm, time changes several times 8.35/8.38/8.45/8.40 ridiculous. the guy who delivered said his bulb of his light broke he has to change it. The chicken was over cooked and dry, not impressed.

The order was late but it was only by a few minutes which is excusable. The Courier was polite and quick to offload so overall quite efficient. The food on arrival was still 8/10 in terms of heat. Great work!

Ordered via Uber and rang up to ask if it was possible to have just thighs and drumsticks. Got told no problem. Great service I thought. Delivery came and it was everything except thighs and drumsticks. I.e. the dry crap. Also forgot the beans. How wrong can you get an order!

**Edit** it's KFC has faced and overall decline in both quality of the food and the time it takes to be ready, on top of that you need to take out a small loan with a the the price of KFC these days. This particular KFC is one of the worse ones I've been to in terms of the food It's just your bog standard KFC. Usually the food pretty good but sometimes is a little bad

Worst custom service ever received

It took over an hour for the food to be cooked and for the driver to leave, food was cold by the time it got here, really disappointed with the service and dont recommend.
