Very slow. Food was not nice. Cold, soggy chips. Kids meals were pathetically small. I'll go to maccys next time

Over on hour late , food all cold , burger was missing the top half ! and popcorn chicken was only half full when i ordered a large. i will be asking for a full refund from KFC. i understand it is not the delivery drivers at fault!

The order was late but it was only by a few minutes which is excusable. The Courier was polite and quick to offload so overall quite efficient. The food on arrival was still 8/10 in terms of heat. Great work!

Ordered via Uber and rang up to ask if it was possible to have just thighs and drumsticks. Got told no problem. Great service I thought. Delivery came and it was everything except thighs and drumsticks. I.e. the dry crap. Also forgot the beans. How wrong can you get an order!

Food arrived late and cold. Chips were hard and uncooked in the middle. Chicken was like warm at best.

The food wasn’t delivered to my house but was to my neighbour they didn’t even ask for a code and neighbours brought it round later

Orderd food been given frozen coslaw to my partner and his coke well is flat than a pancake needs there pipes cleaning.for ther drinks very dissatisfied not a happy customer at all

**Edit** it's KFC has faced and overall decline in both quality of the food and the time it takes to be ready, on top of that you need to take out a small loan with a the the price of KFC these days. This particular KFC is one of the worse ones I've been to in terms of the food It's just your bog standard KFC. Usually the food pretty good but sometimes is a little bad

Worst custom service ever received

It took over an hour for the food to be cooked and for the driver to leave, food was cold by the time it got here, really disappointed with the service and dont recommend.

Didn't receive my order and why is it saying delivered

We got a whole different order we ordered kfc and got chip shop

Presentation of the food was a bit subpar... but maybe because it may have moved around while en route.

Chicken comes pre breaded and all you have to do is fry it. that is it, no mad prep, you don't even have to worry about plating just throw it in the box; yet somehow, you still managed to delay the order by over 2 and a half hours, the bag arrived split, drink warm and chips cold. surprisingly, all items were there. Granted service can get busy, I work in hospitality myself and so I understand, however this is just abysmal, I wish I had just cooked.

Said it was delivered before it was delivered. Over an hour an a half when it said 20-40 mins wait. Food absolutely freezing. Driver appeared and told us he was going to a different house number. Not happy, would like a refund.

I am yet to place an order with KFC Hereford where they don’t forget to put something in the bag. I think this may have to be the last time I use them and look for alternative chicken restaurant instead.

Best KFC I’ve had in ages. Service was fast, everything hot, place was pretty clean and I can’t think of a single complaint.

First time I used just eat. Was super easy. Driver texted me to let me know when he was at the hospital as I had to wait inside with my son. Was a good first time experience.

This was probably the best KFC I've ever been to. The service was amazing and it took less than 5 minutes for the food to be ready at lunch. The chicken was amazing but the fries were a bit cold. Over all I rate it 4.5 stars and thunk it was worth it.
