My order was placed to be delivered at 19.30 - it came over an hour early. When I sat down to eat it, it was mostly cold. The lamb in both curries was tough and inedible, the popadoms stale ans the naans tough. Awful

The delivery was on time with a smile, and the food was hot, delicious and of great quality. I look forward to ordering again!

Food didn’t arrive by the arrival time. Made a request for an update and didn’t receive one. Finally turned up 30 mins late, luckily still hot so was nice to eat.

Absolutely banging Indian enjoyed by me and the husband round onion bajis which I haven’t had for ages the Bombay allou was a bit spicy for me but honestly the best Indian in ages will deffo be ordering again 😁😁

No onion bahjees, replaced with samosa. Cant figure out why as Mixed Kebab was full of onions, well that and two more soggy samosa instead of onion bahjee. Massala sauce was like water and lacked any real flavour at all. Haven't been this dissapointed in a meal for some time. Good service and polite driver, but this is £30 I could of spent elsewhere

Really poor quality Korma very watery & Pathia tasted more like a madras.

Our usual Indian restaurant doesn’t deliver to us so we thought we’d try one on Just Eat. My son recommended Touch of Spice and I have to say everything was brilliant. The price, the food, the ordering and the delivery. I will definitely order from here again and recommend to everyone! Very good quality Indian food 😊

Normally this restaurant is amazing but this time I ordered from here it seems like there has Been a dip in quality the lime pickle does not taste the same or was late and warm

I have called the restaurant and we have been talking of a refund but not confirmed despite me calling every day them saying it’s to do with just eat, I would appreciate my refund of the full order as it has past 2 days and still not be resolved

The food was cold on delivery and over cooked, the naan bread was burnt and the onion bhajis were rock hard never again will I order from touch of spice or just eat as customer services on the app were absolutely no help what’s so ever - the app and the restaurant are both shocking stay well clear of both

Our dinner was over an hour late and was cold when it arrived so we had to heat it up, the popadoms where soggy from how long it must have been left in the bag. We where not impressed.

Always love the food here, but the service isn't great (lovely people, but just not great service). In recent times they've regularly missed items from our orders. Today its currently running nearly an hour later than advised. I called to chase and was met with a laugh and a 'I'll do it now' response......when it should have been done an hour ago.

Lovely food as usual :) a little late but they were very apologetic. Even brought as extra something to say sorry for delay.

Food was cold and most of it inedible which was a shame as cost wise per portion was good . Probably won’t be using again.

Curries nice as always but unfortunately the Peshawari naan bread was very gritty, literally like biting on sand for every bite so we didn’t touch that which was a shame. Perhaps whatever it’s cooked on needs a clean!

I always order from here and the food is great. I ordered last night and my rice was missing, it was late at night and usually everything is all good, so I didn’t want to call the restaurant and have them come out again so just asked for a refund via the app. The man very kindly came out today and apologised and brought the missing rice and a free extra. Their customer service is excellent, they obviously care about their customers :)

Apart from the food being late, we also ordered the tamarind chicken curry......turns out its not a curry at all. It was 2 bits of chicken in a bag, with a portion of vegetable curry........what the actual F!

Biryani looks old and chicken was dry in biryani.butter chicken horrible.all food was taste less never gona order and not recommended at all.

3 meals ok but lamb Rogan Josh was way too spiced - it was same heat as the Naga curry ordered on same delivery. Not usual tomato base either. Shame as my wife found it inedible - usually her favourite.

We usually love our food from touch of spice but tonight we couldn’t finish it and threw it away!! It had an overwhelming taste of garlic, I like garlic but this was all I could taste! Disappointed tonight ☹️

I love indian food. And the food is not bad. Not great either. Just ok But when ordered we were told 45 minute wait. It took over an hour and a half and when we called to ask if we could collect after an hour. We were shouted at! Such a shame. Want to love you guys but you need to learn kindness and curry go hand in hand...

I have ordered many times in the past and never had a problem but I guess it takes one time to mess it all up. Food arrived over 2hours after purchasing it by which time it was cold. Not this restaurants normal standard of practice eill not be rushing back any time soon.

Food was not upto scratch popadoms tasted very odd, cirrus were tasteless and lacking chicken! Service was very slow and we had to stand and wait way passed our collection time!

Korma was pretty flavourless, and the chips and garlic naan wasn’t as warm as i had imagined!

Its been along time since we last ordered from here and it was hit and miss then buthis now its really gone down in standard shame will not be ordering from them again

Excellent, tasty and generous portions - will definitely order from here again. Would just recommend that restaurant would do better to overestimate delivery time to avoid disappointment. However, this didn’t detract from how superb our meal was once it arrived! Thank you!

Had to chase twice to get updates on where the order was. Used the JustEat option to ask for some money back as compensation for being an hour late but restaurant refused.

Unfortunately both the keema and peshwari naan were burnt black (inedible). The rest of my order was tasty and delivered on time. Makhani chicken was delicious. I have ordered several times from touch of spice and this is the first time I have had an issue with the food. Service and delivery driver were amazing following covid regulations.

Order arrived late and incomplete. By the time the restaurant sent out missing items, it was two and a half hours after ordering!!

Food is better than any Indian around in my opinion although arrived late and delivery driver was asking for a fee despite not having any notice through just eat app. Said he wouldn’t deliver again. We are in hedge end.

It was new years eve and I had ordered an early delivery just in case. Meal was lovely but not that hot. Plenty of food, enough for another day so shall warm through so it's piping hot.

Arranged at 9am booked for 6pm arrived at 7.15pm

Original order time was 18:30, which on placing the order was set at 19:00. Subsequently a phone message was left saying they were running late and the delivery time moved to 19:20. The food finally turned up at 20:40 and the take away couldn’t be contacted in the meantime to see when the delivery may come. The food arrived and was cold and had to be warmed up in the microwave. I would have scored the food higher had it been warm as it was very tasty. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Received order very late and was cold once we did receive it - can’t get through to restaurant to complain

Ordered 1pm for a 6pm delivery. Food arrived 7.55pm after my partner was half way to driving there to find out what was going on due to both phone lines busy for over an hour. Food was cold and unapologetic delivery driver.

Onion bhaji was missing from the delivered order, but the restaurant delivered 2 lots as an apology a little later so that was deemed fine by us. Would most probably order again in the future.

Never ordering from this restaurant again. Very late delivery. When I called (after 30mins late) I was told that, due to the distance from the restaurant, there would be a cash delivery fee (despite saying on Just Eat that delivery would be free). They asked what I wanted to do. Considering I had hungry kids waiting for their dinner, I asked that it just come straight away. They told me 10minutes. Another 30mins later, they arrived and demanded £3.50 for the delivery. If I hadn't called, I have no idea if they would have bothered to deliver the order at all.

Food was cold, starters mixed in together so one not veggie anymore. Naans were burntm Normally good and our go too - but obviously rushed this time around!

We regularly order take aways from Touch of spice and they are always top quality. Would recommend the biryanis, jalfrezis and baltis as well as prawn puri.

The food was around 20 minutes later than quoted. Most of it was really good and my Madras tasted delicious, however some of the meat was a bit dry, upon saying that it wouldn't put me off ordering again.

The chicken wasnt cooked, the rice was dry and rubbery, the madras was watery. Waste of my money

I was missing items from my dinner, food was 45 mins late when I originally rang the restaurant he advised it was going to be 10 mins longer I wasn’t happy as I had already been waiting outside for 20 mins all what the manager said was thank you and hung up. From that 10 mins it took a further 35 mins for it to arrive- very poor customer service

Dear Touch of spice, I’m not happy with the service or food. I’ve given you a second chance after you messed up last time and unfortunately you’ve failed with flying colours again. The food was 30 minutes late. When I received it everything inside the bag was covered all in oil, so my second experience again was messy having to clean my hand just getting my food out the bag. Now as for the food. The lamb in the pasanda was terrible it was gristly and well over cooked, wasn’t tender. The special fried rice was soggy. My partners pilau rice was cold and her “chicken tikka special” was not as labelled. There is no mention of it being in sauce, on JustEat whatsoever. The only nice thing about this dinner is the poppadoms and Indian kebab. The whole experience was a monstrosity and I won’t be ordering again. I’m sorry Ive had to write this but you could of done so much better and didn’t.

Usually have no problems with orders from here but this evening was a huge disappointment. All the nan bread was really doughy and really unpleasant. Aloo gobi not seasoned well and the potatoes were undercooked. Onion bhajis were underwhelming. Appreciate that this part of the order was only about £10, but from the kid's perspective this ruined their meal.
