Amazing first visit, food was great and my borrito was bursting at the seems! Really good value for money and proper tasty

We arrived and asked “what’s gluten-free for a coeliac?” Plenty! We got tortillas and Nachos and a couple of drinks. Really tasty, we will return! Finding Coeliac friendly food can be so tricky and the choices can be so bland but not today!

We stopped for a quick lunch at the West Quay branch. It was a busy day but there wasn't a queue, that should have been a clue. The queues for a noodle bar, McDonald's etc were much longer. I had the small salad for £7. Waste of money. Bit of lettuce, tablespoon of chicken that didn't taste great, bit of salsa, & that was about it. What a rip off. Thought it was going to be like the food/quality at Chipotle. No.

A staple of mine. I walk up and say "I'm coeliac" and theres no confused faces, no "wot dis?" Just immediate comprehension, clean hands and a quick reminder of how to download the allergens menu. I always order the burrito bowl and I've never been disappointed.

Went to the Tortilla in West Quay, absolute ripe off. We were given the dregs of the bottom of the bowls and because my daughter is a vegetarian she was hardly given anything in her burrito. When we asked if this was correct, the manager Matt just raised his eyes. He was very rude. A complete waste of money.

Ordered the large chicken burrito with most of the fillings, freshly made and still warm. Ordered on deliveroo.

Loved the food, but the service was very slow, largely down to the manageress deciding it was more important to do a stock count rather than serve the lunch rush hour, can't even imagine how her staff must have felt, as they were working as hard as they could

Never disappointed with the burritos, best in Southampton. Always spot on and tastes amazing, nothing but praise for this place.

The "toasted" quesidilla will arrive as though your mum didn't have time to make your lunchtime wrap at school... Some assembly is required which they don't tell you....also the rest of your meal will be cold....DONT DO IT.... go to Sainsbury's and get some wraps and some cheese then throw £17 in the bin and you'll get the same experience.

I imagine if I go to this place I would find a middle aged man with a hot plate cooking up burritos in the trunk of his Ford Fiesta. They sent a wrap. Just a wrap. Grated cheese and some dips. And charged me £8.

Ordered via deliveroo and no complaint whatsoever with them but the food arrived cold and the tacos wasnt crispy just a plain wrap, barely any filling and seemed like it was 3 mini wraps for over £7. not value for money at all. called tortilla and the lady on the phone was so rude when we explained how empty and flimsy the tacos were and blamed it on the fillings.

Watch out! My husband had a steak burrito from here while I went for a Subway. I definitely made the right choice, as he then suffered with food poisoning for the next few days, and still has a dodgy stomach now 5 days later! This was the only thing he ate different to me all day and the symptoms started soon after. We tried to contact the restaurant twice but have had no response!

I LOVE me some tacos, and this is my favourite place to get them. We visited our friends in Southampton for the weekend and when I found out there was a Tortilla local, I dragged everyone to it without another word! Fantastic food, I cannot recommend it enough!!

One of the few places at the top of the west quay food terrace that is actually really nice. Love the make your own burrito style so you can put exactly what you like in there. friendly staff, easy, efficient and tasted amazing! Pretty good for what is essentially fast food!!!

Went to Southampton for the weekend and tried put Tortilla and it was amazing. Friendly staff and the food was just WOW. definitely recommend when down in Southampton. 10/10

I have visited there outlets in London and it was a nice surprise to see them in West Quay. Service, price and most importantly food was excellent as always. We love the soft shell taco's.

Very good food. Good service. But the seating arrangements in this food hall are not good. You get your food but can’t sit near where you buy if from - admittedly it was a busy lunchtime - but the food was fast and okay.

My most ordered food, both online and in person. Maybe a little expensive but it's a lot of good food. Lots of customization so everyone can get something they'll enjoy.

We ordered burritos through Deliveroo, and the food was stone cold, not even slightly warm and it was wrapped in foil so should have retained some heat. We had to heat them up in the oven for 15 minutes. Wouldn't order again!

Tengo que decir que el burrito era ese estándar ridículo que tenemos en el Reino Unido, nada parecido a lo que es un auténtico burrito mexicano. Los nachos estaban bien y la quesadilla también. Menciono mi visita como desagradable ya que no pude elegir pollo como opción ya que es Halal. ! ! ! ¿Puede alguien explicarme cuál es la relación entre México y la comida Halal? Encuentro esto realmente repugnante y discriminatorio, y de hecho tan cruel.

Ok, puede que no sea auténtica cocina mexicana, pero para comida rápida, es excelente. Si alguna vez estamos en Southampton de compras, me detendré aquí para tomar un almuerzo. Tienen muchos extras para elegir, tratando de satisfacer todas las necesidades. Por ejemplo, las salsas ofrecidas varían de suaves a calientes. Puede elegir envolver la carne o ponerla en un tazón. Honestamente puedo decir que nunca he tenido un mal almuerzo aquí.

Mi amigo y yo habíamos estado aquí antes, pero no estábamos contentos con nuestra orden o servicio, así que pensamos que les íbamos a dar otra oportunidad y estamos contentos de haberlo hecho. Tuve una mezcla extraña pero te diré lo que tenía, burrito mediano, arroz con tomate, salsa de queso NACHO, pollo, chorizo, queso, crema agria y salsa CALIENTE. Créeme, fue tan bueno. My absolute fave every time! So so yummy!!! Staff are really efficient and helpful and service is quick. Would love to visit a stand-alone restaurant of theirs though as this is part of west quay food hall

Went here with my friend for lunch and I have been here loads in the past . Not to bad priced unless you want extra better meat like steak etc . The guy asked me what I want but was very fast at saying what there was and what sort I wanted but we got there and also the portion of cheese was so little and sour cream not much . Could of been done a bit better but was still a nice burrito

Myself and work colleagues use tortilla once a week for staff lunches. We had a very bad member of staff who was very rude and the food wasn't prepared nice and my office decided not to use tortilla. But due to your amazing staff member Charli Ridout and her speaking to us to resolve the issue we now use Tortilla every week again, Charli is very friendly and ensures we have the correct orders and are treated with the upmost respect. She is the reason we still use you for our staff lunches. Food is great and we will continue to use your services. Charli deserves to be praised every time we are there we can see she is always supporting her other staff member's and ensuring all customers are happy. Thank you.

Excellent burrito! I am from Los Angeles, California and I grew up eating Mexican food. For those familiar with So Cal food, this place has the feel of a Chipotle but the burrito reminds me more of Baja Fresh. This is a compliment! Owner is clearly a Californian.

Tortilla is located on the top floor food court in West quay shopping mall. We went on Saturday noontime and the place was packed. We had to line up to get served. The staff were friendly and fast working. We didn’t need to wait long to be served. You have lots of choices of fillings for your burritos. It was tasty too.

Me refiero a que estoy seguro de que hay un lugar que hace algún místico que disparar varios burritos vigas lazer color Haribo al lado dentro de su boca y hace humo salir tus oídos. Pero por ahora estoy perfectamente contento diciendo que este es el mejor lugar de burrito que conozco.

If I'm looking for a quick bite to et this is my go to! Who cares about Taco Bell! Staff are always so great and the food is delicious and the cannot argue with the price and portion size! Underrated in my opinion!

There are a few places to eat in the dining quarter but the burritos are a good shout. Pork and beef available with a variety of the usual salsas and rice. Filled me up no fuss for £8 large. Can be soggy so get munching!!

There are fast food restaurants and then there is conveyor belt slap dash restaurants.Tortilla fits into the later, food was average and pretty tasteless. The staff couldn't have rushed us through quicker, shame but I will not be back.

Although it gets very noisy at peak times the top floor restaurant area in West Quay shopping centre offers a decent variety of tastes. My favourite for a quick lunch is the Tortilla! Burritos made in front of you, choosing fillings and dips; tasty quesadillas, tacos and nachos.

One of our favourite places to eat when shopping in Southampton on the go. Great tasting burritos chicken steak and pork all fantastic. Really nice staff who even offered to make a new one when my partner chose the wrong salsa

We had been casting around for another place to add to our lunch options and decided to give this place a try. Worthwhile, it makes for a tasty and filling lunch and preferable to most of the fast food joints and just as quick.I go for tacos, as the burritos look a bit much for lunch - you get three small tortillas with a variety of toppings you can choose as they move down the bar. I'm vegetarian and that seems to be the most generous option - rather than a single meat topping, I get to choose from black beans, pinto beans or peppers & onions; in fact you will get offered all three, but I find one of the beans and the peppers suffice! Then you can add guacamole, cheese, sour cream and various salsas as you see fit - some of them are at extra cost, but the staff will point that out.Tasty and filling, though my lunch companion is finding it getting a bit repetitive- to be fair to Tortilla, she does order the exact same combination on each visit!

Looking for something a bit different we tried the burritos from Tortilla at Southampton West Quay. Had the pork & beans, pretty tasty & filling. The beer was pretty good too. Service was quick & efficient. If you fancy some fast food other than a burger or Italian, it is worth a try.

For fast food in West Quay this is the place to go, I always go for the Naked Burrito it comes in a bowl with choices of rice, beans vegetables, chicken, beef or pork. I have had one numerous times and have never been disappointed.

I really like the variety of choice here and the flavours are really good, however,sometimes the fillings can be a bit hit and miss- I like a LOT of hot salsa, but sometimes the servers can be a bit stingy on how much they put in....I had the vegetarian naked burrito with rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, hot sauce and salad. My husband had the pork burrito with rice, peppers, cheese, hot sauce and salsa. Both were really tasty (although nowhere near as spicy as we'd have liked) and quite healthy too.My only minor complaint is that the naked burritos come in bowls without lids so by the time you've both ordered, paid and found a table it's almost cold.... A simple cover would rectify this.

Had the tres- taco beef topped with sour cream, jalapenos, tomatoes and lettuce.The shredded beef was really soggy and was first squeezed to drain. It looked like cat food from a tin.The sour cream and the jalapenos were a kind of runny sauce.On taking a bite the soggy contents of the beef squirted across the table.The bite left a vile taste in the mouth. There was no Mexican flavour at all, no spices etc.The vile taste was something like brine ?Having worked in Houston and San Antonio, Texas I have tasted how good these things can be.

Tortilla wraps are always a favorite choice when compared with high calories KFC or Mcd just next to it. Also Rice is another option with mixed salad.

Located in the food court with all the fast food outlets but a much better option in my opinion. There are so many options but my personal favourite is the chicken with spicy rice and guacamole. They stuff the tortillas really full and all the ingredients are really tasty and fresh. It feels much more like proper food compared to the other fried options but its still fast food. They are really filling and reasonably priced. I visit on a regular basis and have never had a bad experience. My little one who is only 3 also happily munches on some of mine so I end up ordering the large size to feed us both.

Came here on a Saturday, early afternoon, for some lunch. There were about 6 staff working behind the counter so the queue went down quickly. We ordered one medium and one large burrito. The first member of staff got the wrap ready and asked you what sort of rice, meat and beans you wanted, then the wrap went to the next member of staff who added guacamole (you pay extra for this) and a choice of sauces which varied on strength. Then the next member of staff wrapped it! Much like a production line. Moving along the next person took your drinks order, we ordered frozen margaritas and bottles of Corona. The margaritas were steep at £4.95 and the bottles of beer at £2.95. This member of staff also took your money! I think the large burrito was £5 and the medium £4. They were really tasty and cutlery wasn't really needed as you just keep unwrapping it. The seating area was shared between various restaurants and there were cleaning staff on clearing tables and sweeping up. Also on the tray there was an information leaflet which was interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed.

I had the tacos with the steak, it was really nice. Cooked well, lovely tasting, contrary to the previous review. They came with sour cream, guacamole, cheese and salsa and they tasted really fresh. Would recommend.

I decided on the steak tacos, there was no steak just dried up gristle it was unedible, this is by far the worst thing I have ever tried to eat. Never again.

This is always the first place I go in west quay!! Absolutely delicious burritos and the staff are always smiling and helpful!

Very impressed with the tortilla wraps, steak with rice, salad, beans, cheese, salsa etc etc. You have to pay extra if you want guacamole. Margarita's are expensive and you need a spoon to eat, rather than drink it! Will visit again.

We love Tortilla, every time we go shopping at West Quay, Southampton we make sure we get lunch there. Love the Burrito's, everything about them, the soft warm Tortilla, the different rice and bean options, beautifully flavoured chicken (can't wait to try the pork on my next visit), yummy Pico de Gallo Salsa, lettuce and that squeeze of fresh lime. The staff always seem cheerful too.
