It's easy and even the 2 year old loves a cheesy roll up making where to eat one easy decision

It's a filthy and disgusting place, no proper hygiene.

Honestly the food is nice very good and tasty. Couple of things to say though... i myself order the crunchy Chicken taco with extra cheese (as I do like it) they charge me extra but they don't give me extra cheese so I have to complain to them they say they do when they don't, instead of chicken I get beef mince as a sikh I cant eat it so yet again a complain. Male toilets blocked so we have to wait for the disabled toilet to be open/unlocked no toilet roll, soap or clean toilets. They used to give free water but know when I need one I have to pay. So small and crowed barely space the chairs, tables, floor is absolutely disgusting and needs improving. Very disgusting the chicken Is not seasoned. I would not recommend this food place.

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited for 25 mins plus to be told when asked that my food had a further 3/4 mins left. This sparked up a little outrage by 5 other customers who had also been told their food was this long and had ordered before us. I explained that this was 'fast food' and as my food hadn't even started to be prepared, could I have a refund. I was told by the worker that I cannot have a refund and they 'don't offer refunds'. This again sparked another customer to defend my request as he told the worker I was entitled to a refund as they hadn't given me my goods. I left 30 mins later with no food and out of pocket by my meals worth. Not good service.

Worst taco bell I've been in. Waited over 35 minutes for our order which then came about after keep approaching the till and getting told 3-4 minutes. It was stone cold and missing bits did ask for a refund but got told they don't do refunds in their.

It's a regular Taco Bell. They should pay more attention to cleanliness, as the tables were clearly not cleaned.

Really good tacos but I'm afraid you have to bring your own bells to put in the shells they don't supply their even though their name implies otherwise...

I’ve got food from there a few times and so far I have been very happy with it.

Must be absolute idiots that work here, every order and I’ve left it six months since the last, items missing!! How hard is it to read a receipt and check the order is complete. £40 and missing three items. Spanner’s.

The friendliest staff and tastiest, well presented food.

Food was great. Service was ok. Shame they allow kids in who don’t order anything but take up most the seating.

Your food tastes nothing like they should. They feel and taste cheap. Your burrito is 70% bread and 10% flavourless chicken and meat. I suggest you to change the quality of your ingredients and train your chef.

The lady making the wraps went to the back/bathroom area with her gloves on then walked back out with the same gloves and continued to make food. Very poor food hygiene, when mentioned to colleague she simply responded with I didn’t touch anything though? What about the handles and the doors? Never going back might get very ill

Food good but POS not working and needs cleaning

my crispy chicken burrito was pretty alright, but the soda machine was broken (only 7up) and the wait times were veeeeery long

Worst Taco Bell I have ever had !! Hardly any meat in any of the items..

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Queues, queues and more queues! Waiting 25 minutes for food and even then it wasn't what we ordered!! Start prioritising the customers in front of you and not the delivery drivers constantly.

No fries so given Natchos that were old and cardboard like, asked for water in place of fizzy drink, no bottle water, given tap water ( no reduction in price), had to ask for table to be cleared, some of which was brushed on the floor with food from previous users, table not wiped and toilets were filthy

Tried out Taco Bell for the first time and I was more impressed than I thought I would be. Ordered a Large Quesadilla box (£9.79) which contained: seasoned fries(peri peri I believe), 1 beef taco, 2 chicken quesadillas and 2 churros with caramel sauce. Also come with a drink and I got Mountain Dew (bottle is 50p extra- 500ml) Everything in the box was very nice, especially the taco and quesadillas. Tasty, juicy, seasoned! I’ve seen a lot of negative comments however for my first time, I thoroughly enjoyed the food and would definitely be returning and it’s close to me which is even better! A shame they did not have Baja Blast though! Overall: 8.5/10!!!

Ordered from Uber eats, the delivery was so late the driver had to apologize, he said there was a 45 mins wait to pick up the order and the store just made him wait with no explanation, the food looked like it had come from the local Tesco and not at all like proper food. The quesadillas were so thin you could see through them. The tacos are so greasy you can see through the paper it was wrapped in. The burrito was a poor excuse for a small wrap. Food was delivered cold and soggy. Avoid this store at all costs.

Like many, I love Mexican food. For this reason, I won't be going back here again. How does one get a taco so wrong? And the chips were cold for good measure.

OMG, the filth, especially in the loo. My husband had to hold my dress up so it didn't touch the floor! No soap, paper towels or machine to dry hands. Food was ok, but very small portions. The tables looked as though they hadn't been cleaned for weeks, we cleaned them as best we could. If it hadn't been for our Grandchildren who wanted to go, we would have walked out. Made sure everyone used antibacterial handwash. First visit to a Taco Bell in the UK, nothing like those in the US. Felt quite sorry for the staff, they were rushed of their feet, not enough of them. The management of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. If you value your health, I suggest you give this a miss!

As others have said my wrap was basically an empty tortilla with salad and sour cream. This is obviously deliberate to skim profit. Disappointed with what was supposed to be a rare treat. Expensive and I'm still hungry. I won't be back.

Really gone down hill. Messy, dirty and damaged restaurant. They removed all the stools so the seating has halved. Staff are grumpy, rude and slow, took 16 minutes to get a few tacos. And they no longer sell beers. Avoid and go anywhere else.

I usually LOVE Taco Bell but my burrito was emptier than my bank account and my fries had less flavour than my ex Jokes aside- the food was horrible, I can’t even believe it. There were also no self service machines and no menu when you have to order with a cashiers so you think you order the right thing but you are given the wrong one… This is also the first time when I’ve felt how frozen and old this food actually is too Drink machines were not working Do better

Order was wrong, staff just stood and stared at us even when we produced the receipt, when we asked for the correct food they just seemed puzzled? It was my first ever visit so I asked for tacos the girl said ok, I asked how the meal came she didn’t answer me just kept saying ok???? Asked about drinks..again all I got was ok? Didn’t ask what type or filling for tacos even though asked for beef (hence why she got the order wrong!) Floor was covered in food, tables were dirty! Only one toilet which smelt very strong of urine, floor was wet (no floor sign) and toilet paper all over, broken furniture outside toilets just piled up, It wasn’t busy so there was no reason for a food establishment to be that filthy! The food was lovely but I won’t be back to that place until they clean it up!

What an awful place, food was below standard. Surfaces, floors and windows were dirty. No menu on show menu TV was not working. Drinks were very watered down.

If you’re blind, don’t bother. Told my guide dog couldn’t come in not once but twice-manager wouldn’t speak with me despite my asking. Dreadful discrimination which was completely illegal-I felt shamed, embarrassed and unwelcome

Ordered via Deliveroo, missing items, squashed food, burritos half the size, filling tasteless nothing like Taco Bell. What’s happening management?

Horrifying service. I ordered almost £20 of food from them on UberEats and they only sent the chips and cold drink with the driver! No one answers calls there and they still charged me for the full thing. I also tried ordering the night before and it never showed up. The store ended up CLOSING while I waited and never fulfilled the order or cancelled it. When I called my Uber Eats driver, the lady there was just so rude and refused to speak to me to clarify or assist. The driver eventually forced her to and she was so rude. Never order online from them.

If you have a lot of time and like eating on dirty tables, this is the place for you. The toilet is like at a festival after three days. Food was okay after it was finished sometime around sunset

We’ve ordered from here twice now and hoped that getting the plant based taco’s instead of the crunch wrap would be better; it was not. Both times there was little to no plant based filling. When we ordered the run home wrap there was no crunch inside. The chips arrived stale and cold (not the case when we order chips from other places) the second time, they forgot the churros. We will not be returning.

Reasonably priced and just love it here

Staff were all talking, was not busy and my volcano burrito took 10 min to make even though I was the only one ordering at that time. Staff used the F word and were joking about rather then working.

Ordered food and it came in 10 minutes thought ah amazing very quick delivery but they forgot my sour cream and Pepsi can, all the nacho sauce I ordered was open over the food which you Pay extra for so money wasted. And my quesadilla just looks bad and was cold.

A bunch of absolute retards must work here ordered £49 of food with specific dietary requirements none of which were adhered to do we had to throw the food away. I'm pretty sure my 3 year old autistic son could've done a better job even though (like their staff) he cannot read!!!!!

So after 2 taps of my card & an authorization number showing the guy said no payment received for some reason so had to go & get Cash out.. Ordered A 6.39 7 layer meal deal With the chips being stone cold chewy- the drinks are flat & disgusting& the Wrap went straight in the bin.. Had one other customer with me on a busy lunchtime & can see why.. Re training needed not only in the food preparation but also more importingly no Gloves or Hair nets worn.. Might as well shut up this Restaurant as I can't see it make ng money with I saw

Worst tacobell there is! Customer service was awful, I got charged twice for my order in Southampton branch and they exspect me to drive a 2 hour total commute for a £30 refund 😡. I suggested I should at least be offered a voucher for my refund or a refund for my nearest tacobell branch but they weren't having it. Overall this has been the worst branch I've been too and the staff have done absolutely nothing to help me with the mistake they have made... They said they would call me the next day and never did!! I should not have to chase them when they admitted it was their mistake😡 @tacobell sort out your employee's

Always ask for no sour cream. They always put sour cream. SOME PEOPLE CANT HAVE THAT! It’s like they don’t even read the order.

the food overall is good quality, which is why it’s a shame that the actual branch isn’t. only been twice, and each time they’ve randomly stopped taking orders and don’t specify when they’ll take them again. first time we went they stopped taking orders and said they only had chips, couldn’t tell us whether we should come back or not. this time we managed to be one of the last orders before they stopped. the man who unfortunately arrived just as they stopped making food said smth like “it’s ALWAYS closed” so I’m guessing it’s happened a lot more times. also the inside of the restaurant is rlly dirty and hot, wouldn’t want to eat in there.

The newly introduced Naked Chicken Taco was surprisingly better than any of the other items. Being a regular customer, I've noticed that the Fries Bell Grande is never the same. Sometimes the fries are not seasoned enough, sometimes the quantity is less and sometimes the staff makes small mistakes when taking the order. Why did they change the Caramel Dip to a very substandard alternative, we'll never know?! Toilets are never neat, that is mostly the customer's fault.

I’ve ordered from here 4 times and only once it’s been right been on the phone ringing no answer for half an hour just ringing. Food was cold too and when they answered they didn’t even want to help couldn’t get off the phone quick enough will not be ordering from there again. If you want anything taken out like any salad or source don’t order here as they don’t look I took everything out so just the meat and wrap and turns up with everything in this had happens 3 out of 4 times. Not professional at all

Not amazing, but not terrible either. The food was decent, nothing to write home about but it filled me up. But damn, the service was sloooow. I was waiting forever for my order and it felt like the staff were just not in a hurry to get things done. And let's talk about the place itself - it looks like it's falling apart! The furniture is all old and dated, and some of the seating is literally ripping apart. It's not a great look, and it made me wonder if they even bother cleaning the place. Overall, I'd say if you're in a rush and need a quick bite, Taco Bell will do the trick. But if you're looking for a nice spot to hang out and eat, you might want to look elsewhere.

From all Taco Bell I visited around the world, this branch is the worst. It's always dirty inside and sometimes it's in a disgusting conditions. I don't how would they expect you to eat in that environment. The food quality is really not that good, everything served is smashed and mushy.

Went with a friend waited over half an hour to be told that they already called out number. They gave us cold food. They weren’t very kind either Really one of the worst ‘fast’ food places in southampton. The food was ok would have been nice if it wasn’t cold.

One of the favourite fast food place in Southampton. We had the cravings meal for two. Their Nacho cheese dips and fries are one of the best ever. The beef quesadilla is very tasty. The staff, specifically, Mali was very nice. It would be great if we have the option of having Churros (what we additionally ordered) or cinnamon twist in this meal. I highly recommend to try for those who haven’t yet.

Good Tacko Bar. Delicious food. Only the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Has become my favourite place to eat mainly due to friendly staff, especially the manager John. He is always welcoming and such a genuine nice bloke and always remembers us. He is definitely the main reason me and my daughter enjoy going there other than the food, he is an asset to the company

Went to Taco Bell for the first time. Tried it in the states last year and thought I’d give the place a go. Wasn’t disappointed the staff were really nice and the manager, Tania, was very helpful!!

Terrible place looked grubby no seats all corderned off one sette visible seat all ripped and foam hanging out woman serving had permanent scowl and quite abrupt portions very small don't know the cost as was a treat from our son and family on a trip down from Stoke an experience never to be repeated did not want to give one star but there is no zero

That is exceptionally fantastic customer service. The food is delicious and prepared within a couple of minutes. The restaurant is professionally managed - I talked to John, a manager there and after our chat, I am sure he fully understands how the excellent customer service should look like. They attach a link to their survey with the order (it is on the receipt) so you can share your opinion and experience. I can tell you - they do read it and try to make up for any inconvenience. I will continue to recommend this branch of Taco Bell to my friends and definitely will come back soon. 5 STARS!

Drinks machine has been out of order for weeks, took 7 staff 25mins to sort the food. And there’s nowhere to sit.

Decent food but the Crunchmas Box was more expensive than advertised. I checked why it was and was told the board needed to be updated. Staff seemed more annoyed at having to explain a price difference than apologizing for overcharging me

The food was OK. The drink machine wasn't working, they had drinks in the fridge but charged 50p extra on top of your meal price. The place itself is disgusting, dirty, stuff all over the floors and no chairs. Staff also obviously couldn't be less bothered.

The staff were slow to take our order but once we started it all went well and for a change this fast food was actually fast and it was still hot. The food was the best part. The floor and tables did not look as though they'd been cleaned all day, my wife wiped down a table with paper towels from the counter. There was also another family in there, quite large and very poorly behaved, just ruined it a bit. Overall good meal out.

Bit of a language barrier when ordering but OK, order a couple tacos meals but wasn't told about the broken drinks machine till after ordering, was given a lukewarm can instead of the expected drink. Food was reasonably quick and was fairly good, I'd say about the same as an old el paso kit personally. Odd thing about this shop is there's loads of space but only 5 tables, it's almost empty. I'd say great idea but terrible execution

Yes, they do exist. This is part of the international franchise and we found the food to be standardized, so no problem. Order the hot sauce, if you dare.

Walked 15 minutes at only to see a 'delivery only' note scribbled on the door (Just after 8PM). Asked if I can get delivered to 'outside' and staff completely ignored me..

This place is a disaster. Totally neglected business. Toilets didn't work last time. Today they gave me a can instead of normal drink because the machine is out of order. Service at the register is terrible. Won't be coming again.

Lots of lovely tacos, not enough bells. Food and service are both great, would like to have more seating. Plenty of space for tables but not enough tables to sit at. That's the only reason I dropped a star
