Had a great bottomless brunch. Our server Jess was so friendly and gave us great service. Would 100% recommend

The food was very good. Nice atmosphere. But the service was really slooooooow. So I think its pretty cheeky that they added on a 10% service charge, given the service. I considered not paying it, but didn't want to make a scene in front of a dinner guest that I had only just met.

The food was excellent, but Jess and our day today!! Service with a smile and speedy delivery and checking in on us!!

Berenika served us today and she was a very attentive and professional. Very friendly too, a great asset to Las Iguanas!

Food was excellent, in taste, portion sizes, and presentation. The Brazilian curry was just the right level of spice, whilst the chicken burger was cooked to perfection with just a hint of spice. All on all a good experience. The only downside was the speed of the drinks delivery and the time it took to order them. If I had known about ordering via the app I would have used that facility.

Recently visited the Southampton branch. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and efficient. It has been a few years since we have been to a Las Iguanas. Previous visits to the London O2, Portsmouth and Cardiff have always been good, with a decent choice of well prepared food. This wasn't the case recently. The menu was pretty uninspiring. We were surprised when the food arrived just 5 minutes after being ordered. The veggie burrito was warm enough, but contained hard vegetables. The rice and black bean sauce were cold. Similar story with the loaded chicken, and the chicken itself was small, overcooked, lukewarm and covered in congealed gritty cheese sauce. Dessert was no better, the brownie was mush, and while the cheesecake was good, it came served on a warm dish.

12 of us visited yesterday to celebrate mine & my fiancé’s engagement, we had bottomless brunch at 3pm the restaurant was busy & buzzing with a great atmosphere the food service were amazing! We all want to give a special thank you to Kieran who looked after us, he was a superstar! Nothing was too much, he was polite, helpful & kept the drink’s flowing! Thank you Kieran for making our celebration so special and memorable! We will definitely be back!!

We were a large table of 10, however it took 2 hours for them to realise our food roder hadn't gone through to the kitchen. They offered us 20% off and a free round of drinks but the drinks took 45 minutes to get to us despite having apologised for being slow! We also asked for tap water for the table multiple times and unfortunately it was required that we went to the bar to request some tap water for the table since the waitress only brought over 1 jug for a table of 10 about 1hr into our visit. Despite giving us a 20% discount for the poor service and slow speed, they still wanted to charge us an additional 20% service charge. When I was trying to discuss this with the waitress she was incredibly rude walking away from us while we were trying to explain that while the food was nice, the service was so slow. We should have left after an hour. The food was nice but not worth the 3hr wait.

My 50th birthday with 8 friends. It Started well and our waitress was amazing however we never got her name. An hour or so into brunch we had good food which i cannot fault as it was very nice, unfortunately the wait for the drinks was very tiresome. We waited over 20 minutes for the drinks which still hadn't arrived. The waitress we had been previously served by had disappeared. I went to the bar to ask a lovely helpful waiter who explained the delay was due to a table of 27 people also having bottomless brunch. The table he was serving apparently were also waiting over 20 minutes for drinks to arrive! We were approached by a very rude waitress who told us to get off the table as it was booked out for the next slot. The rude and abrupt manner was shocking. I appreciate that it was very busy also a Saturday afternoon. The waitress was very rude, blunt and not interested in the fact we were waiting for our drinks. It had been 30 minutes at this point! My neice asked for the manager who admitted that the particular waitress was very rude however he needed the table. Our drinks were served to us at the table shortly afterwards and we were promptly told to sit in the bar area to drink them! We had a very different experience the first hour upon arrival however the second hour was frustrating and tiresome. I will not been returning to this venue and cannot recommend a brunch due to being very disappointed in the service. If you book this, please be prepared to endure a wait if they are busy especially at the weekend. I shall not be returning to Las Iguanas.

Friendly and courteous welcome and seated immediately. Menu and allergies explained and left alone to choose what we fancied for lunch. From the lunch time special menu we decided on chicken fajitas with rice and refried beans, Mexican beef toastie and my daughter opted for the chicken, fries and sweetcorn. The two mocktails were flavoursome. Food arrived fairly quickly and was lovely. Hot, tasty and well presented. I loved my vibrant salad with my toastie. We emptied all 3 plates of food. Service was discrete but there if we need. £40 for the final bill, thoroughly enjoyed our trip to eat in this restaurant and would recommend.

A warm friendly welcome from positive staff, two for one cocktails is a great idea, and the food was incredible. 10 out of 10 guys

To be honest, we ate here some years ago and I wasn't impressed, but now, what a transformation. Nice relaxed atmosphere and great decor, and the food was faultless. I just wish I could eat like I used to so I could have more! Just have to go back later. Two for one cocktails is a fantastic idea, just make the experience even better. We had a Brazilian fish curry, and the mixed fajita stack, I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Not totally sure what to expect as this was our first visit, absolutely wonderful evening. We will certainly be visiting your chain again.

Went for dinner with a friend and were given excellent service by Orlando, who was able to guide me through the gluten free options and ensured that my food would be gluten free. Great food and drinks at a good price. Will visit again!

Lovely atmosphere. The food is delicious and there are some really high quality cocktails. They have a lemon one with flying saucers which is just the most delicious, moorish thing I have ever tasted. Move over Turtle Bay.

Visited for a date night. Were served by Orlando and Juliana. Perfect service overall, asked about our allergies, and advised us of deals/ the rewards app available. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Came here for a colleagues leaving do. Man on the door was super friendly and all 12 of us were sat down on a giant table together - perfect. Drinks service is a little slow. I will say when it is busy and it was a busy Friday night, you will wait for your drinks - our cocktails took 25 mins to appear. Thankfully they are buy one get one free, a top tip is to ask for more drinks when they come near your table. Staff are all friendly and checked in on us throughout the meal and did so when the food was served. Food was okay, I had chicken skewers, rice & asked for my starter to come out with my main of calamari. Venue is bright, warm and has great music playing. Be warned some people take full advantage of the cocktail offers so it can be very loud and sometimes hard to hear people talking, so if you are looking for a quiet date night type place this isn’t it. All in all, I’d recommend, okay prices, decent food and feel to the place. (If you are going in a big group keep a note of your order prices as paying the bill took an age).

Food was delicious, drinks were refreshing. Food and drink came quickly despite the restaurant being busy and it being a saturday night. Drinks made by Kane were so good. 2-4-1 all day everyday is an unreal offer. Table service by Juliana was outstanding, looked after us very well.

Plain rice, chips, and a slab of burnt chicken with bbq sauce and a slice of american cheese on top. My meal was about as interesting as roy hodgsons tactics. The staff were as tactically inept as southgate, unable to adapt to a different system other than 4-4-2 (4 hours for 2 drinks).

Group booking, arrived 10 minute early but shown promptly to table and given name of server who would be coming over to take drinks orders. Even after 1/2 the table arrived it took 25 minutes before she put in an appearance, then the drinks took ages to come. She then disappeared before taking the rest of the drinks orders and even longer before taking food orders. Kitchen was great and food came quite quickly, no complaints but rather overpriced for what it was. Had to ask for the bill and a menu so individual charges could be worked out. She then disappeared after taking 4/10 payments to serve another table. Were they understaffed or just ineffective? The poor service took the shine off a lovely night.

We attended bottomless brunch and the service was impeccable! Food and cocktails were so yummy! The waitress (Berenika) was so attentive and had a smiley attitude, definitely added to the experience. Sadly for my friends it didn’t end well but both the manager and the waitress were so helpful and supportive aiding us with water and offering to help. Huge apologies! Thank you so much for the experience!

I was disappointed in the food. Expensive for what it is. Luckily I had downloaded the app and got 50% off the food. So it was worth half the price. The cocktails are very good, however there is not enough staff to run the bar so you have to wait a long time to get served.

Had dinner here last night, arrived early and had some drinks. 241 on Cocktails is pretty good but they’re £14/£15 each. They were very tasty though so recommend that. We then sat down, and the order was taken. Waited 30 minutes or so and checked up on the order. The server said the machine hadn’t printed our ticket so the kitchen didn’t have our order. In my experience that’s code for, the server didn’t send it. Good came and was very nice. The server was apologetic and offer us a discount in compensation. Asked for some Mayo from one server who immediately forgot. Asked another one who brought over Vegan Mayo. They apparently don’t serve proper Mayo cause of the egg in it… even though Argentinian Mix Grill has egg on it! Please serve proper mayo… vegan mayo does not taste the same! Experience was average but I would go again. For the food… not the Mayo!

Food was not kind of wonder food. Nice ambience. We went on a quieter time so can't comment on services much.

Can't fault the food or service, but the music is SOOOOO LOUD you can't hold a sensible conversation as everyone is having to shout to be heard, so the noise just gets louder and louder - more like a nightclub atmosphere than a restaurant... not a relaxing or pleasant experience!

The bottomless brunch is a brilliant way to have a good evening out without breaking the bank, as students we were on a budget and thought this would be a fun way to have some drinks without it getting too expensive. The food and cocktails...

A solid option at the mall. Nothing incredible but tasty food in pretty good portions. I had the mixed grill, which was okay. It was sausage (not bad, not special), chicken skewer (good pieces of chicken but a slightly too sweet chili sauce) and beef...

Kiran, our waiter, gave us the most incredible experience we’ve ever had in a restaurant. He was always checking up on us making sure we were okay and if we needed anything else. Couldn’t thank him more. The food and cocktails were also amazing! Highly recommend!

we had the loveliest server. his name was sam, he was amazing. he came every 5-10 minutes, or once our drink was clearly gone. he altered drinks to our taste and every single drink we asked for he made beautifully. was the most lovely interior and the food was insane. would highly recommend coming here:)

Fantastic Food and Service, Music can sometimes be a tad too loud, but if that sort of thing doesn't bother you then you'll have no issue eating it.

My first time dining at las iguanas and was pleasantly surprised. Servers were friendly and food came out quickly. Food tasted nice (although maybe a bit spicy for my preference). I would return!

Good atmosphere and service was friendly. Very busy meaning slow to get food & drinks. Good range of Gluten free options, but order needs to be taken by manager & they realised late that what I ordered wasn't all GF - Its good they noticed...

All the staff were absolutely lovely, me and my friends had bottomless, and they were very quick with giving us more drinks when we had ran out. The food was lovely, and the guy that kept serving us, Ben, was lovely and chatty with us, made us feel really comfortable:) would reccomend

Literally 4 dishes came out wrong. The side dish (for the main course) came out first (before our drinks or starters) the staff seemed uninterested and self occupied (the place was only 1/4 full). On tables around us they all also had issues. We tried getting a dish without onions and they said they are all pre made.

Had the most amazing time here this week. We were seated promptly and the service was incredibly efficient, and friendly. The food was outstanding..when it's a chain it's always a gamble but I can't praise this place highly enough. Cocktails were also delicious and the bar team clearly know what they are doing. Had a great time here for bottomless brunch - Orlando was an amazing server and kept on bringing us the drinks with no delay!!

Freya was fantastic for our group who were out for a team meal. She was kind, courteous and couldn't have been nicer. She also arranged for the robot to send a drink to me which as an ai enthusiast made my evening. Will come back again!

Had a really great tapas meal here at the weekend. Everything we had was really nice and cooked to perfection. The service was a bit slow but they had two very large works parties going on so it's understandable. Their app is pretty cool and got us a bit of money off. It's also unique to see their service robots scooting around. I would definitely go back. The cocktails are nice too brutally strong just how I like them and 2 for 1 everday

Had food there on Saturday with my partner and honestly, the staff there made that experience so lovely. The food was alright, but what mattered the most was how willing to help and friendly the staff was. The service and the atmosphere were brilliant. Will definitely go again soon.😊

We went during a peak time so unfortunately our wait time for our mains was over an hour after our starters and I had not recieved 2 cocktails within this time, despite asking twice after ordering. We ended up having to rush our mains, leaving and having to have the cocktails removed from the bill as we had an appointment to attend (we had put 2 hours aside for the meal to take this into account). The saving grace was that the food was very good, and the server Juliana was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. I would be willing to try here again simply due to Juliana's service and the food quality, hopefully the serving time is better and our drink orders are not forgotten as this made it an overly poor experience.

Came here in November for a bottomless brunch for my daughters 18th. We were served by Kiranq who made sure our glasses were never empty. Due to shortages in the kitchen the vegetarian options on the bottomless brunch menu were a bit limited, I was immediately offered an alternative from the main menu at no additional charge. What great service, nothing was too much trouble and it really started the birthday celebrations off in style. Thank you.

Came here at christmas for a last minute bottomless brunch. Orlando was our waiter and he was brilliant! Good service and the mexican rice bowl was lovely. He was training a new member of staff at the time and was still super attentive and kept the drinks coming making the experience a real win. All in all a great evening out!

Went for lunch, service was forced and not friendly. Had an Argentinian burger which was so over-cooked it was practically cremated. Best thing was watching the robot bus boy.
