I just had this food, and it was an utterly disappointing experience from start to finish. The food was extremely bad, lacking both flavor and freshness. It is evident that the ingredients were not of good quality. The presentation was unappetizing, and the food was burnt. The pizza was inedible. To make matters worse, i called and the person on the phone was horrible and rude. Overall, this was the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money and dine elsewhere. If I could give is a -100 I would.

Food okay . Price wise good too.. staff are okay. Manager isn't helpful and don't help anyone.

Don't get the fancy milkshakes. I just wasted money on half a cup of milk. Really gutted as i ordered a bueno milkshake meant to be made with ice cream. I Ordered 3 different pizzas. All tasted same. Couldn't tell the difference. The chips were ok. Soggy and flat. Chicken was ok as was the doner meat. I spent almost £40 but was very disappointed.

Ordered on just eat, donner missing from burger. Called up and within 30 minutes I had a fresh burger all corrected. Always order from them, lovely food.

Absolutely vile order came quickly which surprised me if they had took the time to cook the chips chip raw and cold Burger nothing good to say bun was very soggy

I cannot comment on the food as I didn't end up ordering. But they were quite snappy while I was ordering on the phone, told them I wanted to pay by card, as I was reading my card numbers out the guy was repeating them. I asked him not too as these are my details and could be used by someone else. He told me he had to, I myself have worked in takeaway places and one thing we get told is not to read out card numbers. My card then apparently declined, I definitely had the money. I asked if we could try again and his response was 'its not my fault the card machine isn't working' I told him I not once said it was his fault. He then asked if I could pay cash to which I said I couldn't. Then said well what do you want me to do? I told him I wanted to retry the card, he asked if I could order on just eat. So I asked if he was refusing and he shouted down the phone to me. So I hung up. Terrible service. I will NOT be using them again!

Very bed service, Food very test less, we will not go back again there to waste our month and time, i tried there with my partner but make us upset, please don't go there to make your self upset

Really awkward guy who runs this place totally the opposite what your attitude with customers is supported too be never smiles too aggressive food bog standard bland kebabs cheap Donner meat spinning round the one they buy cheap and sell kebabs with a bit of salad for £8- £10 rip off

Delicious food with great presentation, chips was handmade and tasted amazing. I'll definitely visit again.

Nice halal food. Friendly staff and excellent food. We had 2 x chicken fillet burger combo and the burger and chips were excellent.

Lovely pizza but warm on arrival

The brother know what he doing with the flavours, gyros wrap YUM! Came from Cardiff and would for sure come to eat here again. Those spicy crispy potatoes are something else, seriously try them!

Me and my partner ordered from here last night and it tasted good but me and him both got food poisoning and both been throwing up and having the runs.

XL sized kebabs are not offered here and the large is just a normal large. Doner meat was good for a city place, out of the tins but fresh tasting and not too much added spices. Lettuce was nicely cut and fresh. Chips are the fatter chippy type and a bit underdone.

Excellent service in the shop, quick delivery. All staff friendly including the delivery drivers.

Yummy yummy in my tummy... No cucumber no tomatoes no chilli sauce too. Yes please to Cabbage, onions, chicken,garlic mayo too. The Food,the staff,the prices & location too FOR ME... ARE SUPER,GREAT,Marvellous & Grand. Nice 1 boyzzzzz x

Highly recomend we visited Torr grill and were amazed at the change since being taken over with new owner ship. The service was great the food was made fresh to order and the deals were really good. I would highly recommend trying Torr grill you won't be disappointed. I am looking faward to coming again.

No. Just no. The floor is as sticky as am early 90s techno club carpet. Using hands to flip food on a hot plate. The smell of grease is unbareable. Towels on the floor because of leaks.

Great little place food was awesome don't know of they have just changed the menu or just took over but shop needs some details like not having the menu stuck to each board but deffo with going food was worth it

Rang and placed order for collection ,up to £35 manager took my details was bit concerned at cooking it before we arrived i offerd to pay first he trusted us we were genuin had previous order wasnt collected ,5 mins away from where we were,got there food was piping hot all ready for us called on route to say it was almost done,food was fresh n piping hot ,best chicken shish kebab ever had meat was juicy n succulent melted in your mouth,chips fresh big chunky chips cooked beautifully, donner kebab pizza waste best pizza ever seen,n tasted I don't like pizza! Had to try it,chicken pieces were crispy ,best chicken I've ever had,chicken doner kebab of the spit is cooked fresh every night not left to spit all day, just melted in your mouth the salad was so fresh n crisp,tomatoes as I like them just ripe. Best kebab house and take away ive ever been to and had . Will definitely be returning next year when we come back.big pots of garlic mayo n chilli sauce to. Kinder brenuo milkshake was gorgeous

I 100% definitely recommend Torr Grill in Torquay, Devon. Their food is always delived hot and their food is cooked to perfection..... Check them out you won't be disappointed!!! 😊

Don’t even bother to be honest! Me and my children ordered a take away to watch with the football England vs Ukraine at 18.19 with torr grill on just eat. It stated it would be 45 minutes but by 8.30 nothing still had arrived the children were getting more and more hungry so I tried calling at 9pm and the shop had disconnected the phone and on contacting just eat they had also taken their services offline and no longer delivering. Torr grill couldn’t even be bothered to notify me or cancel my order I have never ordered from them before and I never will to be honest I am quite glad I didn’t get my food on reading reviews on trip advisor, Facebook and google afterward quite shocking apparently.

Not the cleanest takeaway. 15 min wait just for meat and chips

Donner meat should not have “multiple” what seemed like bones in them in fact I don’t think I have ever had a donner kebab where I have had to pick bones out of my mouth, also the chips were horrible, very disappointing, avoid this takeaway!

They got the order wrong and didn’t put in it what was stated on their menu And then once confronted about it was very rude on the phone and argumentative.

The food is absolutely disgraceful the kebab was all fat the chips taste wet and soaked in grease and the mayonnaise taste like its off. I will definitely never be ordering from here again and the staff are disgusting 🤮 and have no customer skill I’m angry 😡

Absolutely awful food don’t waste your money the chip arrive almost in the condition you have to peal them yourself. The naan turns up dryer and harder than the cardboard box the wholesalers deliver them in and as for the tasteless chicken that’s hidden under charcoal is just shocking

Ordered two chicken burgers tonight, great food although don't believe online delivery times. Thank you for such a quick service, but an accurate delivery time would help, hate to knock a star off for it.

Disappointed with chicken shish tasteless, bland

Well we had this choice as everywhere else was closed, well portion sizes were very small chips were horrible and came in a box the same size as the burger, the cheese burger was soggy soft and would have bounced if it was dropped, the kebabs were supposed large if that was a large kebab I’ve had a child’s portion bigger. Tbh I would not recommend this place.

Chicken kabab was dreadful and most went in the bin. In fact it may well have been another meat, so tasteless it was difficult to tell. Burger was very 'average'. Not a lover of burgers at the best of time but the choice was limited as southern fried chicken wasn't available, wouldn't have it again. The two dishes with soggy chips and delivery cost £17, would have been better to have gone for an M and S deal and cooked myself, but didn't get organised in advance! Will not be using again.

Chicken strips were so hard thought I bit into my tooth for a minute. Was on the verge of hyperventilation till I realised it was the bloody chicken. Replace it with a crowbar battered and you wouldn’t of been able to tell the difference. Chips looked like they had the same texture as that squashed rat I saw in the middle of the road last week and the burger was built like a child’s jenga game. Delivery was swift but probably only because they wanted to get away from the food as fast as they could. Overall? I’m appalled to be honest with you.

Walked in and the guy gave my 2 year old a drink as soon as he saw him which was very kind to do, even though I ordered wrong they swapped it with no fuss at all, spicy spuds were good and so was the rest of the meal

Be warned an extra large chips is not extra large. I brought this up with the manager, who was reluctant and rude I might add, and he refuted the fact that it was a large. Little tip; don't put XL if it's not visibly an XL. I was also told that he "apparently" put more in it than he would usually. Makes me dread to think what he would normally put in it. Also we received a curry sauce that genuinely was as viscous as piss. Quite simply I'd suggest if you're looking for quality and quantity then move along to the next kebab shop.

Horrible food im not going to lie, wet through salad , the meat looks like it was calved with a base ball bat and didn't taste of anything other than curry powder, It was late at n8ght when we ordered but its still not acceptable to serve this. Try slicing your meat thinner and put the salad next to the meat so it doesn't sweat to much and put the chips in a separate box or even paper wrap.

Gave Torr Grill one star as there wasn't an option for less. Fancied a takeaway night in with the family and this was nothing but a waste of time and money, no wonder its 10% off. My partner and my brother chose the Monster Burger with Hot Chilli Sauce and 'salad' which arrived as sad looking, sock tasting iceberg lettuce and about half a teaspoon of sauce. I ordered the cheese pizza which arrived cold, only 4 slices for £5.50 including artificial cheese and no sauce base. Not to mention the dough was dense and greasy and formed almost a cookie dough like consistency in your mouth. My mum ordered the fish and chips which eventually went to the dog as she couldn't stomach it any more. Upon further review, Torr Grill have a one star hygiene rating (if that) and one page said this takeaway's last hygiene inspection was 1999. If there's one bit of advice to give, it's listen to the reviews and don't bother, the only thing Torr Grill successfully delivered was disappointment.

Chicken was horrible and just bones, also quite pink which was not good, skin very salty Chicken burger was chewy bit at least edible just Chips were mixture of tough and hard and then some just soggy and mushy. Waited 1hr 20mins for the chips to be forgotten and take 20 mins more to arrive to be like that

I ordered a large kebab in feburary this year and what I received was a small something with little salad and not a lot of meat, Very sad, so please avoid like the plague. poor quality and terrible value for money.

Your delivery driver was rude, it was like someone force him to do that. About the food, it wasn't great, most of the chips was overcooked.

We ordered from here this evening and really wish we hadn't. I ordered a donner kebab with chicken shish and salad. Awful. The salad was iceberg lettuce and thumb sized chunks of raw onion and that's it. The lamb was dry and crispy, I would say old. And the chicken was OK, and that's giving it some credit, dry and flavourless. My partner ordered the chips with curry sauce these were the floppiest pieces of potato I have ever seen and I think they had spilt the curry sauce in the corner. No care was put in to our order. All in all the worst delivery we have ever had and now £15 down and hungry.

Donna kebab meat seems cheap and poor quality, did not taste nice

Ordered a chicken doner wrap and a lamb doner wrap but received 2 chicken doner wraps instead. Called the place to ask if they could replace one of the chicken ones for a lamb one. The person on the phone was very rude and wouldn't give me a time for my replacement original order even though the order was already late. Shame this place used to be very good

Ordered for delivery while staying in hotel, the protions size was awful, all three parts of the order were cold on arrival. not a lot of taste to the little we ate.

Food was 30 minutes early. Maybe should have spent longer making it hot! Cold (not warm! Cold to the touch) extremely small portions. I have used this kebab shop in person and was not like this. Can’t help but think as delivery was to a hotel they assumed they could get away with serving rubbish! Well not the case. Disgraceful

Asked for salad on kebab and didn’t get any. Asked for pitta bread separate and that didn’t happen either. Meat was average at best!

Order a delivery, waited for over an hour and half rang up to see where my order was, at first I was told it was delivered funny I was in front room middle door open so I could hear the door bang, second I was told phone was off nope was on working, and third I was told the delivery driver couldn't find my address mmm excuse me so which one was it then I was told what would u like to do ya foods here cold, ya mean ya ain't even cooked it was so dissapointed wouldn't recommend at all awful services

I’ve had to give a one star ? I didn’t want to. It’s recently changed hands and the fella there now is not at all good at running it. Twice I have placed orders for collection not delivery and both times he’s said let me have your number I’ll call when they are ready. 55 minutes later I call them to be told “er............it’ll be another 20 minutes” ? Don’t bother with them. This new bloke has not got a clue. The old manager was bang on. A nice bloke. All the previous five star reviews are from the old manager and we’re rightly given. We shall miss him

After a much deliberated search for a good kebab 🥙 the search still goes on... Although I do like chilli sauce, the amount that was deposited on my lamb and chicken doner was outrageous, not to mention me and the lady friend suffering from the same fate the next day. 😔💩

Wasn't so bad.. Chicken kebab was okay..the chips was like a soggy flip flop and the burger and bun fell apart in my hand.. won't be too harsh as the kebab was edible..my missus ordered while I was at work..won't trust her again..was just average..
