These pizzas were so good and very good value for money! We had the Parma and the Regina and both tasted great.

Oh Boy! Complements to the Chef. That was the tastiest most beautifully presented Penne Arabiatta and gorgeous garlic bread . Seriously, over the years we have found few restaurants do this so well, a perfect blend of fresh baby tomatoes ,tomato sauce. garlic and chilli.Thank you Topolinos. Miriam and John Richard's.

From the moment I walked into the restaurant I was greeted with a warm welcome was asked to sanitise my hands and shown to my table. I ordered the bruschetta to start and oh my word it was just divine I opted for a chicken tomato chilli risotto for my main which again was delicious. I don’t usually have 3 courses but I just could be in n Italian restaurant and not have tiramisu..that has to be the best tiramisu I have ever had ever!!! The staff were all very friendly. It is great value for money and I can’t wait for a return visit. Antonio and Jennifer (I think that were their names) were super nice and the evening was finished off in the way it should in an Italian restaurant with limoncello

Great Sunday roast , relaxed pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. We will definitely be back. God father cocktail now a firm favourite of ours.

We really enjoyed an evening meal here, atmosphere is lovely with fairy lights on the ceiling very cosy and authentic Italian. Food was amazing, very tasty and great portions; staff were so friendly and attentive, would highly recommend!

I met a friend there on what was to be a one off but, after a delicious meal in a pleasant and friendly restaurant, I think we will be back. The pizzas were excellent, the wine good and the service and friendliness of the owners made it a very enjoyable evening. Recommended.

Last night's meal & service were absolutely superb - It so nice to see a restaurant really maintain that level of energy & passion, when so many of our other local favorites have gone backwards - We spent 10 days in Venice recently & I really looked into the best places to take it but they were all underwhelming - Topolino's is so much better so please give it a try - Very Best Wishes - Sue & Mike Donovan

The restaurant was very busy when we visited but we had some excellent recommendations. The foccacia starter was melt in the mouth delicious. We all went for seafood pasta dishes. The seafood was fresh and tasty and beautifully presented. A homemade tiramisu rounded off a very enjoyable dinner. The food is authentic with Italian chefs in the kitchen and the owner and staff made us very welcome and comfortable even though they were busy. We will definitely be back and highly recommend. A real gem of a independent restaurant!

Excellent Italian food served by fabulous staff. Pasta dishes were delicious as were the home made desserts.

Topolino’s has just reopened after lockdown Karen and her staff are doing a marvellous job the menu has been shortened but still has plenty of variety there is also more space which I enjoyed the food quality was as always first class a very enjoyable evening well done to Karen and her staff. We have been going to Topolinos for 15 years, usually 5 or 6 times a year. Never been disappointed. We all know that the hospitality sector is struggling and decided our lives would be the poorer without Topolinos so it was our first choice for a post lockdown meal. As usual we were not dis appointed. The food was great as usual, I had a taste of my partner’s Carbonara which was the best I’ve ever had. Topolinos was as usual very clean, we had a table for 6 for the 2 of us, sanitiser at the door and before and after toilet visits. It felt very safe. A little of the atmosphere was missing because of the extra spacing but the staff were as lovely as ever.

Post lockdown Birthday meal I was nervous but shouldn’t have been . Food excellent , staff as always helpful , kind and understanding . Can’t fault the food or the service . 5 stars 😊

Lovely, post lockdown meal for our son’s 17th birthday. Having been coming here for many years & as always we had great customer service, excellent food.

Our family love this place since has opened. So many white baits and veal milanese with bologneise spaghetti!! The atmosphere is always great, food delicious and generous and the service extremely friendly and welcoming all the time. Like home!

Have visited this restaurant many times in the past but never again after my recent experience. The place was very quiet with just a few table taken, the waiter was so very rude & unfriendly, he clearly wanted to go home. We had finished our food & tasked to order a drink at 9.30pm & were met with a roll of the eyes & a sigh as we were the only customers left, reluctantly we were given this whilst the most of the lights were & background music were switched off & the waiter then begun to cash up & then plonked our bill on our table whilst we were still finishing our drinks & put his coat on !!! I would not have minded if it was midnight but it was 9.50 when they state they are open until 10 pm, so if you want a leisurely evening with good customer care DO NOT visit this place, there are plenty of much better places locally with polite staff.

I discovered Topolino through a friend who lived nearby and fell in love with their pizzas! Topolino offer takeaways and it became a tradition to pick up pizzas whenever I'd visit her! They're always delicious, without fail! (And we've eaten a lot of them...). My friend has since moved, but we still make the journey to West Wickham when we can and now enjoy our favourite pizzas in the cosy family-run restaurant! Staff are lovely and always greet us so warmly. We'll be back soon!

As usual I wasn’t disappointed with my night at Topolino. Food was great and the portions, just how I like them, hearty! Great little place with a real family vibe. Always a pleasure to come and eat here.

I have been to this restaurant on a few occasions now and am never disappointed! The staff are always friendly and helpful and the food is amazing! The fig, cheese and honey starter was incredible and I definitely also stole one of my husbands scallops with pea puree which I loved!! The pizza is a firm favourite for eat in or take away!!! I can’t wait for my next visit... I’m getting hungry just thinking about it!

We'd had family to stay and they asked us to recommend a local restaurant as they wanted to treat us to a meal to say thank you for their visit. It wasn't our first choice as our favourite local Italian restaurant was closed for a couple of weeks. This was our first visit and I'm sorry to say the restaurant didn't live up to the reviews we had read before booking. The food wasn't very good, in fact the quality of one of the meals was so bad that we mentioned it to the waiter. To his credit he removed the cost from the bill. Italian is one of our favourite cuisines so we feel quallified to comment. We found the whole experience very disappointing. The restaurant was busy and noisy but not in a good way. The service wasn't great and there wasn't much ambience. Having mentioned our experience to a few friends and neighbours they said that they had all felt much the same and that we should have asked them first! I don't think we'll be going back.

Recommended restaurant but disappointed with two main courses one of veal escalope and spaghetti expecting freshly cooked ingredients but veal flat and uninteresting and b) seafood dish tasty but again limited on ingredients ie no mussels. Did expect freshly made spaghetti in Italian restaurant The starters however were freshly cooked and good however West End prices in local High Street

Been going here on and off for 15 years. Lucky enough to go more often in recent years, every couple of months. Last Friday went with my partner. I usually go for their very good prawns and avocado to start and she goes for tricolore salad which is always her favourite in any Italian. We changed and I had the home made fish cakes with lemon mayo, perfect for a summer’s evening. She had the stuffed Portabello mushroom, again delicious. For mains we both had the insalata with strips of medium steak, delicious - like a Panzanella without the bread. Very tasty. I had the semi-Freddo dessert- perfect. To drink we had a Montepulciano which is great value at less than £19. If you enjoy good Italian food at reasonable prices in an informal atmosphere you can’t do better than Topolino in South East London/North Kent.

We live in the next town and decided to give a try to this Italian restaurant. It is very popular among local community - this is obvious as waiters and managers know many people personally. That was a good sign. Personnel is very polite. The prices are average for this type of restaurant but kids menu is more expensive than in most places locally.But with the food we were not happy. The pizza was too thick. My wife complained that her lamb cutlets were too fat , with blood and had a smell of old lamb meat.I had veal liver. It was cooked good, but I got it cold and there was absolutely no taste- very bland. Also red wine was served warm (may be 22’-24’С) so we had to ask to put it in fridge. But we got it back in 2 minutes and without ice basket. Pity that they do not know how to serve wines.I still give 3 stars as we might made a wrong choice and it seemed that other people were happy with their choice of food. But for me it was the most not tasty Italian meal in last several years.

There is nothing like a family run Italian restaurant. This was my first visit and will not be my last. Amazing menu, with plenty of specials. Excellent and friendly service. The quality of the dishes served was top notch.

As a family we have been coming to this restaurant about 16 years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff have always been friendly and the service has always been really good. We ordered glasses of the montepulciano which was excellent. We had some lovely olives to start followed by one steak which was cooked to my friends exact requirements which many restaurants would have bulked at as it had to be very well cooked.

Once again Karen & Antonio made sure our family celebration for a big birthday was an extra special occasion. We held a lunch for 28 family members of ages ranging from 1 year to 88 years old . Any special diets were catered for , the food was delicious ( as always ) and Karen & Antonio worked tirelessly to ensure that a good time was had by one and all. We received many compliments from guests who hadn't been to Topolinos before and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Topolinos as an ideal venue for an informal celebration.

We liked to go to Chi because it did main courses other than just pasta, pizza and maybe a steak, so were disappointed when it closed. So we tried Topolino and are happy we have a replacement. Ambience is different, but it's always warm, friendly and nicely busy - like a local trattoria you'd expect to find in Italy. Love the saltimbocca...

Nice family dinner in a comfortable setting. Good range of food as you would expect at good prices. Had the black pasta with sea food - just what I wanted. Will be back.

Been coming to this lovely little restaurant for years now and it just never lets us down. Service is always warm and friendly and the food is delicious. Had figs with crispy Parma ham followed by Tagliata last night and both were fantastic...good wine too...lovely local restaurant you can rely on and one of the few we go back to over and over again....Highly recommended

This is a very nice restaurant. Went for the first time in years on a Saturday night and was pleasantly surprised to see it was very busy. Quite a good menu. Enjoyed our meals. Staff very nice and attentive. Looking forward to going back. Only gripe is that we were seated right by the kitchen, which I didn't like. It would have been nice to face towards the restaurtant which is very nice looking.

My family and I have been frequenting Topolino for the last 21 years and have always had a great time. The homemade puddings are truly special and the tiramisu is the best I have had anywhere in the world to date!

Rang up at 6pm and had a table by 7pm. Food was as great as always along with the warm friendly atmosphere. I’ve been going here for 27 years and still look forward to it.

They coped with our of ten ageing, loud (and somewhat tipsy) show-offs really well. The service was excellent despite our bad jokes and banter, the menu was all you could wish for and we were all really happy with our choices. No complaints whatever. Not much more to say really. They've gone for the minimalist look but don't let that sway you against this place. We had a great time and were well looked after. Priced about right so happy all round.

I visited yesterday with my boyfriend, the antipasti were soo delicious and portions are big. We enjoyed so much the mains as well. I had A Huge pizza and my boyfriend Spaghetti meatballs. So yummy! The waitress was very helpful to help me choose and overall there was a nice relaxing atmosphere. 10+ !!

My friend and I came here last week , we ordered starters , main and wine, wine was lovely and cold, starter came and we were enjoying chatting until I went to dive into my food which was scallops and pea purée with lettuce leaves when a spider came out from under them I couldn’t help but shout out with panic , the restaurant wasn’t busy but they all heard about the fact there was a spider on my plate,, the waiter apologised took it away and waited for another starter , which to be honest was tasteless and I was very dubious about eating it , anyway we left without even a free starter or discount on the bill. I won’t return I’m sorry to say

Food was good, but slightly overcooked, veal which was very dry and the calves liver also overcooked. Nice large portions though for starters and main courses. Only problem was when another customer let out a scream and I saw a medium size spider on her starter plate. Then the waiter came and said "oh these things happen from time to time" and took the starter away with the spider still clambering down the side of the plate, yuk! Not any apology which if it were me I'd have walked out. For this reason, sorry but we won't be going back.

We went there for the 1st time last month, liked it so much we have been back again, very buzzy atmosphere, house wine is lovely, food on both occasions was beautifully cooked, I had a steak cooked exactly medium rare, the pasta was perfect, it is a lovely non chain restaurant, will definately be back.

Went to topolinos on a recommendation, unfortunately we didn't enjoy the experience. It started badly by waiting 10 mins before being offered a drink. The waitress loudly reprimanded the young waiter was unnecessary. The food was less than mediocre. Won't be returning

I contacted the restaurant looking to hire it for my 40th birthday party, from the first phone call the staff were amazing. As the restaurant is not very big we had the whole place to ourselves, there were 40 of us ranging from 5 to 85 and everyone loved it. The food was amazing, the drinks were flowing, the atmosphere was great and the staff perfect!

the good was amazing .for starters i had the prawns they were excellent . my main i had steak in mushroom sauce it was to die for could not recommend this restaurant to anyone the est food ever 10 out of 10

Lovely family run medium sized restaraunt which serves individually prepared and cooked just for you. The calves liver is to die for must stop having it most times we go there. Highly recommend for service atmosphere and FOOD.

Had dinner for two. Nice meal and the crowning glory was the special dessert of the day - cannoli. Never had one before but it was delicious. Prices were a little high and we were surprised to find there were no hand dryers or paper towels in the gents or ladies toilets. Each had a normal hand towel as you would have at home. Not sure that this is very hygienic. All things considered though, we had a nice meal and we got a complementary limoncello shot with the bill.

We had family over from Canada and took them here we all enjoyed the standard of food and the quantity. We had really attentive staff and was not rushed. We arrived slightly early but had table no problem. It was a really enjoyable experience and will be going again. So please take this review as honest and go but please reserve table.

8 of us went to Topolino's on a cold and wet Tuesday evening. The restaurant was almost full (always a good sign for a Tuesday evening!) and had a nice atmosphere. The service was good, food very tasty and portions huge. In my opinion, the menu is far too long (6 full pages) which made it hard to choose so I opted for dishes off the specials sheet, both of which were delicious. We will be back for sure!

A wonderful birthday meal for my son’s 19th. Family group of 6 and we all had a great meal, 3 courses each all were lovely. The chicken livers starter is rich and very tasty. The spaghetti bolognese is one of the best I’ve tasted. My baked prawn dish was wonderful. A lovely warm and welcoming restaurant I would thoroughly recommend.

My first visit with a family group to celebrate a birthday. I was very impressed by the quality of the food and service - I had the scallops, lamb chops and Tiramasu which were all of very high quality. Other dishes ordered by the group were meatballs, pizza and steak which were all superb - good-sized portions too! The drinks were reasonably priced and there is plenty of parking nearby. I would recommend this restaurant very strongly and will certainly go back.

Have eaten at this restaurant many times over the years and have never yet had a bad meal. Everything is cooked fresh and it is nice that you can actually see this being done in the kitchen. Decided to book for Valentines day as fancied something special without going over the top. Both the food and the staff were excellent and we had a great time in nice cosy environment, a very special evening.

Amazing cosy restaurant with great food and great staff. My daughter is coeliac and they catered for it without problems, the chef even came to our table to ensure she was looked after. Cannot beat that type of service. Food and atmosphere also great, definitely coming back.

As always a friendly welcome and great food and service. Being able to see your food being cooked is a nice addition that a lot of restaurants do not have these days. Always very clean. Thank you we will definitely be back.

Myself and my husband went here on Saturday night for an impromptu meal out. We didn't book and luckily they managed to squeeze us in as they were pretty busy.

Been eating at this restaurant for years now and it never disappoints. Friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere and the food is to die for! It really feels like you've walked into a authentic Italian restaurant with the rustic look and open kitchen. Always greeted with a smile at the door and the staff are attentive and knowledgeable

Myself and my boyfriend popped in here for dinner the other night on whim and were not disappointed! We had a sharing board for starters and everything was so beautifully presented and fresh. He then had Penne Bolognese which he devoured with great gusto and I had another starter, the melanzane. The tomato sauce was delicious and you can't beat some melted cheese!! I somehow managed to squeeze a sweet in and have to say the coconut ice cream is the best I have EVER tasted! I will be back for more of the same please!!

If you like fresh food don’t come here!!! No Italian white wine either!! Scallops tasted microwaved, calamari was chewy in a nasty cold imago sauce. If you want cheap Italian food go to dominos pizza. If you want something nice cross the road and go to HARPER’s

As it was an Xmas outing there was a set menu but with a fair choice but I have special dietary needs & they were so helpful. They did something not on the menu for each course! Food was great, staff friendly and they looked after us!

After reading the other reviews I thought I would give this restaurant another chance as I was disappointed when last visited. So popped in for lunch and a catch up with a friend. We were met by a lady sitting at a table just inside doing some sort of paperwork and when I asked for a table for two she looked at the clock on the wall, as if to say "lunch! its 1.20 pm". We were then sat a table and given the menu. We asked for two glasses of Merlot while we were looking at the menu. My friend then asked if they did a set lunch menu as we were not given that and she sort of huffed and then handed it to us and asked if she could take the order as the kitchen closed in 20 minutes. To say we felt uncomfortable an understatement and we apologised for being such a nuisance in not knowing what we wanted. It was not a chilled catch up to say the least. We didn't order the set menu but just had a pasta dish each, which was just obviously put in the microwave to heat up. The Spinach and Ricotta was bland and I could do better myself. All this and it cost us nearly £18 each!!! £7.25 for a glass of Merlot. Will not be returning and to the lady that served us a smile would have gone a long way

What a gem of a restaurant. Food was amazing. Extremely helpful when we mentioned one of our party had a nut allergy on booking. Staff were funny and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to go again.

Went here a few weeks ago after booking with gi's up the road (as an italin restraunt gi's dont to pizza's) so we decided to look around we dound topolinos and managed to fit is in had a fantastic meal and even adapted my meal to how I wanted it as im such a fussy eater the service was amazing and my husband was amazed at how good the Tiramisu is the only down side is no matter how many of you are eating they but a service charge on of 10%

I visited Topolinos with my family, and from the moment we walked in,we were treated like we frequent the place. The staff were really friendly, and the owner was available throughout the evening. She advised best food to have for my fussy teenage daughter. The meal was amazing and delicious. I had a steak which was cooked to perfection. Portion size was perfect. We were not rushed and were able to enjoy our meal in peace. A very enjoyable evening with superb food. We will definitely be returning.

Once again Karen , Antonio and the chefs made our anniversary celebration extra special. We had a private party booking and from the minute our friends and family arrived they all worked so hard to ensure that we had a great time. The food was up to its usual high standard , the most popular choice of starters being Salmone Topolino and the Homemade Tomato and Roasted Pepper Soup - both delicious. For the mains , the Seafood Spaghetti , Grilled Lamb Cutlets and the Griddled Swordfish all got the thumbs up. As for the desserts ,apart from the amazing Italian Profiteroles which we have been having here for years , the White Chocolate and Strawberry Cheesecake was a big hit too. If you are looking for a small , friendly , family run restaurant with a good choice of Italian food and wine at a reasonable price then look no further.Highly Recommended!

Visited Toppolino earlier in the week and decided to book for a Saturday night, as the rellies were over visiting from Ireland. As ever, our visit didn't disappoint The first issue is always 'what to choose'? I don't know why I bother to drool over the menu, as I always have the (faultless) Bruschetta (bursting with flavour, always enough bread left up mop the tomato juice ) followed by the Arrabiata (which is consistently good, with just the right chilli punch, without feeling like a chilli kick)My guests spent ages studying the menu and were delighted with their Veal Milanese, Aubergine bake, a (still bubbling, molten) lasagne al forno and a gargantuan Seafood RisottoAtmosphere was rocking, the team were on sparkling form. This place is always a winner - please don't ever changeIf I was really pushed to nitpick - the acoustics are a bit tinny; however the authentic welcome and glorious grub more than compensate Go. Go and enjoy. You will become addicted. Oh, and be sure to book, even on a school night.

The variety, the efficiency, the portions, the prices… It’s great. Staff were really welcoming and friendly, service was very good .Had a really enjoyable dinner at this delightful restaurant. We were welcomed by the Manager who was really helpful and professional advising us about the dishes. The pasta was perfect. But so was the rest of our meal.Every dish I have tried is excellent and the food is fresh and delicious. Even the house wine is superb. What's more, it is relatively inexpensive and a real value for money! Don't miss it if you like Italian food.

Free night off from the kids. Tiger prawns, deep fried squid, Spaghetti meatballs and Penne arrabbiata washed down with a bottle of house white wine.This is simple food done well. Rich sauces, lashings of Parmesan with a bit of fresh chilli for a good kick.I always leave full, satisfied and with a smile.Note: Prices have gone up over the last 12 months but what hasn't gone up lately! We usually paid £55 for our meal but now it's £60. Still worth it.We love this place. Deserves 5 stars.

Topolino is a great restaurant in West Wickham great service and atmosphere. I really enjoyed my lunch it was fresh and delicious. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for great Italian Food.

I had noticed Topolino many times when driving through West Wickham, and was curious to try it, especially as I do very much like Italian cuisine.I treated a friend there yesterday, and was initially impressed with the ambiance and the "stepping back in time" feel of the place.As for the food, we both started with garlic bread which looked hot, fresh and inviting but was small had little taste. We then both ordered the Chicken escalope Milanese and again it looked nice but the crumb on the chicken disappointed as it lacked seasoning, and the escalope was too thick. The spaghetti tasted nice though as did the red onion salad which we shared.I did love the profiteroles which were excellent!A big shock though was the cost of the beer, 1 litre of Peroni (less than 2 pints) and 1 litre of Moretti coming to just over a staggering £24!It would have been nice to have the choice of larger bottles at a better price.Finally service is automatically added at 10% and not left to the discretion of the dinerSo a bill of about £78 for 2! Not cheap for a midweek dinner, so ultimately only 3 starsI probably won't be back

Been away from West wickham for a while but this is one place I really miss. The food atmosphere staff and location is simply the best. I have never had a bad meal here and if you can make your way through the calzone topolino you will have eaten a meal that's a party in your mouth. Miss you guys and ill get back soon

This family run Resturant has been a favourite for many years. Always a friendly, lively atmosphere. Excellent food and good value for money.Large varied menu and always specials on offer. A non- pretentious family friendly venue concentrating on good food. Suitable for any occasion from romantic meal to large party. There are others places happy to charge more for less. Topolino is highly recommended

We turned up without a reservation early evening and were accommodated with a smile. Despite the Restaurante being fully booked a space was found for us.Friendly service and excellent authentic Italian food. Recommend the dessert of the day.Reasonably priced and good Italian wine list.Recommended.

We booked a table for 4 at 8.0pm but phoned to request an earlier time (7.15), the staff were very helpful and quickly agreed. Starters mussels (large plate) and butterfly prawns were delicious. Mains, calzone, pizza, veal escalope, salmon were equally enjoyable. The aperol spritz were a triumph several times over. Sadly we did not try the desserts as we were all full and content.Slightly tight on space and would have liked a tablecloth over the granite table top.Very enjoyable meal.

We booked for a Tuesday early evening and were pleased that we had as nearly all the tables were taken by 7.30. Lovely selection of pizzas, pasta, mains and specials. All cooked to a high standard and delivered by friendly efficient and attentive staff. When booking I asked if my favourite ravioli dish would be on the specials board (spinach and ricotta) and it was. Thank you it was yummy.

Great food. The pasta is superb every time (have been here 3 times now). The staff are very friendly, chatty and funny. Very family and child friendly. Decor is not glitzy or glam which is great as it feels like a family restaurant in the Med. Would recommend the veal, but to be quite honest all the food I have had in here is great, so do not be afraid to experiment with your choices.Will definitely be returning. Thanks!

I couldn't have chosen a better place for a large family birthday celebration.This small Italian restaurant has been a favourite for many years with it's informal, vibrant atmosphere and great food so it was an obvious choice when I decided to host a lunch for 30 family and friends. From the moment we arrived Karen and Antonio couldn't do enough for us, making sure everyone had been served pre-lunch drinks. The guys in the kitchen (which you can see from the restaurant) ensured that the food was excellent and each table of 6 was served individually so there was nobody left waiting for their meal.We were able to put together our own menu which included Antipasti Sharing Boards, Homemade Soup, Calamari, various Pastas, Steak and Chicken dishes, Seabass and Pizzas. All were delicious.Many of the desserts are homemade such as Lemon Cheesecake and the Italian Profiteroles are to die for.Thanks to all the staff at Topolinos for making my celebration lunch extra special. The food at Topolinos never disappoints and they are now also offering a lighter lunch menu as well as their a la carte - definitely worth a try.

This is a wonderful Italian Resturant with a good varied menu reasonably priced. Food is always high quality, wholesome Italian. You can see the kitchen from the Resturant.Resturant fairly small which means there is always a vibrant cheerful atmosphere. This was one of the first Resturants I took my children to when they were very young (20 yrs ago), as with many Italian Resturant's, well behaved children are always welcome and staff and kitchen are very accommodating.Also eaten here with groups of friends and for romantic meals with my wife. Good choice of wines, although the house wine is always a good bet for reasonably priced good Italian wine.Best with a group of friends as the Resturant gets noisy ( in a good way) when busy, an informal, friendly and vibrant atmosphere

Although we booked this thinking it was another Italian restaurant in West Wickham we were not disappointed one bit and to be honest couldn't fault Topolino in any way! From arriving to leaving the staff were polite and friendly and looked after us very well. Our booking was early at 6:15pm but we arrived just at 6 and shortly after the tables all started to fill and by 7pm it was full! Never have I been anywhere outside London where a restaurant is packed by 7pm!! We ordered avocado and crabmeat to start which was delicious and baking hot. The pizza and Calzone we had for mains were excellent, the toppings/filling generous and the dough just right. We shared the lemon cheesecake with ginger biscuit base to finish and this was light, creamy, lemony and gingery all at the same time! The bottle of red wine Nero d'Avola was a great accompaniment and not a bad price at £18.95. Oh and did I mention I was honoured to be the first customer in all the 12 years the owner has been in the UK to ask for a Negroni and arguably one of the best I've had anywhere! Its not on the cocktail menu but should be.

Was realy surprised with their pizza. Perfect size for a familly dinner. Good price and nice atmosphere. Like it a lot!

Gets busy so need to book. Food is good, staff polite and welcoming.Only complaint is tables are a bit cramped. We were a party of 4 and the table was a bit too small for 4 and too close to other tables. Awkward to get in and out of chairs without knocking into person sitting behind. If they were to remove one table it would allow more space. Doubt they will do that though!

A fantastic meal. Fantastic service and staff are really friendly. Went to celebrate my mums birthday. Staff were willing to take photo's, bring over a cake (that I had secretly delivered) and nothing was too much trouble. We we not rushed and wrre able to enjoy our meal and experience in this restaurant without feeling like we needed to leave. This is a lovely local Italian restaurant which does very classic pizzas and pasta, and lots of other dishes It's a no frills very basic looking restaurant inside but the quality of the food is amazing if you walk past it you might think no however I've been going to this restaurant for about 10 to 15 years and the quality of the food stays the same amazing

Really nice family Italian - good food and service and a lovely atmosphere. We have been going here for years and it's a firm family favourite. Great seafood pasta.
