Truely lovely experience, consistently amazing since it's opening. Customer service is some of the best you can have, in particular, Chef Hamid really makes everyone feel welcome!

A decent pizza option when you're in Bromley. The service can be a bit indifferent but there are always interesting specials, and specifically the vegetarian options. On our last visit the veggie special included a whole burrata (see picture). Cracking! We keep going back so I would recommend this restaurant.

Franco Manca never disappoints. The service is always great and pizzas are affordable. It's a bonus if you get the app because then you can get a free pizza every so often! Vegan and vegetarian pizzas are available and toppings can be added/swapped. I usually get Number 1 with olives and mushrooms, which is lighter without cheese and naturally it's vegan. If you wanted vegan cheese, this is available too though.

I adore this Franco Manca. It feels like one of the few places where you can get an insanely high-quality meal, at a totally fair price. The stilton and thin sliced potato pizza is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in my entire life. Shout out to the friendly staff, the great service and the unforgettable, undeniable quality of the pizza! Viva!

Been wanting to visit here for a while and today was a “we had plans for food, but do you finally wanna try this place instead? Yeah why not?” and I’m so glad I didn’t wait any longer. Fantastic food, from the Burrata we shared, to the pizzas we customized, to the cheesecake and tiramisu we got for dessert, we wish we had room to continue eating. Very polite, friendly, fun and passionate staff. The way I saw them interact with the children, the way they interacted with us and the way they interacted with anyone that walked through the door, I could tell they weren’t just passionate about making good food but also about making everyone leave wanting to return. Update: 25/03/2025 Went back this past Saturday and I can see they’re definitely getting more recognition this time round. The first time I went it wasn’t very busy, this time it was so packed we had a 5 minute wait before a table was available as we hadn’t reserved, thinking we wouldn’t need to! Fantastic service, great food, great prices, lively atmosphere. Overall great for a lovely meal out. If you definitely want to eat here, it might be worth considering a reservation as it seems this place has become more popular now.

Strongly recommend. Nice and quiet place for regular pizza dinning. Simply Italian pizza, No 4., without complications and non Italian ingredients. Ham was nice and tasty. Wish there is better choice of drinks especially premium brands like Guinness, Heineken, but even their no logo lager was realy good. Toilet nice and clean 5/5 👍

We've been to several Franco manca and nothing came close to this experience. Thank you Matteo for a wonderful lunch! The pizza was brilliant, the dough was perfect and the sauce was out of the world. No wonder they won the second place out of 80 sourdough restaurants in the sourdough cup!!! Must visit and would strongly recommend! ❤️

We ordered pizza number 4. It arrived completely raw, with no ricotta, very little mozzarella, and almost no tomato sauce. I don't know who made it, but it seems like either they have vision problems or they just hate people. I'll never order from this place again

We recently visited Franco Manca Bromley for a takeaway, and we had a great experience! We ordered three pizzas, and while we were waiting, Matheo, one of the staff members, was incredibly friendly and even offered apple juice to our daughter, which was a really nice touch. The pizza was delicious, with that signature sourdough base and fresh ingredients that Franco Manca is known for. The restaurant itself is quite spacious and very family-friendly, making it a great spot for both dining in and takeaways. Overall, we had a great experience, and thanks to the excellent service and tasty food, we will definitely be coming back!

Thank you to the Italian female manager for making my daughters birthday special. She even bought over ice cream with a candle and sang Happy Birthday. The restaurant was packed and very busy. Extra thanks as well as she kept my daughters handbag safe for a few days when she forgot it. Pizzas always lovely. Also like that the manager remembers my pizza. Thank you.

What a warm and welcoming place. The pizzas were lovely, and the services were super quick. Our waitress, Magda, was very professional and polite. I requested a food suggestion, and a vegetarian pizza recommendation was a great choice. She carefully asked me if I liked everything after I received my food. I really enjoyed my visit here

My title says it all really, possibly the best authentic pizza I’ve ever had and top quality ingredients. Must admit on our first visit being served wine and my wife a Prosecco in a tumbler seemed unusual but actually it’s just part of a really rustic friendly restaurant. The food is top quality and their loyalty scheme is really good too. Been several times now and just popped in for lunch and they do a pizza and drink for £15. There’s a Pizza Express right opposite and there is no comparison in quality, value and service. Great find and definitely recommend.

My family and I always love to go for a delicious pizza at Franco Manca. The staff is very nice and friendly, especially Pina and Matteo. We’ve been there many times and we never left disappointed.

Our server Robert was really good. He was really attentive, and answered all our questions. Also a shout out to chef Amit - we both enjoyed our pizzas from the specials menu. We will definitely come again.

We recently dined at Franco Manca in Bromley and had a wonderful experience. Matteo, our server, did a fantastic job and made our visit very enjoyable. His attentive service really stood out. We ordered focaccia, salad, and the Pizza Amatriciana. Everything was delicious, especially the pizza, which had a perfectly leavened crust. The quality of the food was excellent. I am spending my holidays in London for the first time ever. I went to various Franco Manca sites. However I must highlight that this Franco Manca was the best one. I have to thank the chef Daniele, the pizza made by him was unbelievable, it was tasty and it came fast.

My first ever visit to this place turned out to be a total flop… we ordered two pizzas, one came lukewarm and another one was cold so I sent mine away. I’ve been offered a replacement but opted out because it’s not so nice to eat whilst everyone else has finished eating their food, is it? Table itself was like a flypaper - very sticky. We also bought a bottle of chilli oil but the lid wasn’t locked on properly and the bottle leaked everywhere in the takeaway bag… what a shame. At least Renata went out of her way to make it up to us, probably she was the only good thing about this place. My meal was taken off the bill and we had to ask not to pay the service charge that is added on automatically. Not the best experience…

Completely stumbled upon Franco Manca by accident this afternoon. Had travelled to the Glades Shopping Centre with our young girls and it hit prime lunch time. The girls were hungry! The inside cafes and outlets were rammed but just outside the Glades we found Franco Manca and as we are all keen pizza eaters we headed straight in. Matteo quickly welcomed us and had us seated with menus (and kids activities) and the specials explained. The children's menu was very decent and our two were delighted with their pizzas, drink and desserts for £9. It was nice to see four very different pizza options on the children's menu. The adult pizzas, as you would expect with Franco Mancas, were varied and interesting with lots to choose from. We both settled on two different pizzas, a chorizo pizza and a vegetarian special we but could easily have chosen others. We'll have to come back for more on the special £5 adult pizza vouchers that Matteo gave us for January only. You can't beat a proper hand made pizza like this and what was even more pleasing was the amazing price. An excellent sized, beautiful sour dough pizza for just over a tenner. That beats a huge array of their competitors including a very well known household name that we also happen to visit on a regular basis. Next time we visit, it will be a planned trip as we definitely intend to return. Matteo gave us excellent service and the food was top notch. Win win!

By far and away the best pizzeria in Bromley town centre. I've been using this place since it opened a few years ago. The sourdough pizzas are in a league of their own. There are plenty of options to customise your pizza plus a great range of sides,starters and dips. The staff are really friendly and attentive which makes Franco Manca always a pleasure to visit.

My telephone booking was lost and it seemed too much trouble to rectify it and was hastily shown to our seats. I asked about not having pasta dishes on the menu and again abruptly told “we don’t do pasta anymore” pizza wasn’t heated through properly and was disappointing but flavour not bad. Won’t be returning as it wasn’t particularly value for money either.

The best pizza and the best service ( Matteo)

I’ve eaten at various Franco Manca’s and had generally a positive experience. However I was deeply disappointed with my last click+collect order from this branch. The chocolate & hazelnut cake was laughably tiny - I cannot believe anyone would think that £5.25 is a reasonable price to charge for a 4cm x 5cm (barely) piece of textbook chocolate cake in a takeaway box.

Really disappointed, standard gone down. Food on one pizza soggy sent back. Filling on pizza sparse. Always used this establishment but sorry not anymore

First iff to say Matteo gave us five star service. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable about what we ordered. The food was good and generally enjoyed by all. We went on a Monday for lunch so it was quiet but should think it would be better later in the week. The portions were very big and one pizza and a starter would be enough to share between two.

I have visited the Bromley Franco Manca many times and it's always a pleasant experience. The food and drinks are delightful, paired with a warm, vibrant atmosphere, just what you would expect from an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. I chose the number 5—Olives, Capers, Anchovies—pizza and it was excellently cooked by the chefs. Sumptuous melted mozzarella with perfectly placed toppings and a crispy crust, one could not ask for a better cooked pizza outside of Italy! I enjoyed a beer while my friends opted for the Trebbiano Blanco; perfect pairings suggested by our wonderful server Kat. We asked to move from the main area as it was bustling with a busy dinner service which was no problem for the attentive staff working and we were moved with no hassle whatsoever. I would wholeheartedly recommend this pizzeria to anyone visiting Bromley, and being served by Kat is the cherry on top of a fine experience! 5* all around for this wonderful Franco Manca branch.

Had a lovely dinner here with my family and friends. The food was delicious, cooked perfectly and arrived in great time, and the service was brilliant. Kat in particular was incredibly attentive, she looked after us so well and really made us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back here. To the management - keep Kat, she’s fantastic!

Food was so lovely we had no time to time take photos. We had the cheesy garlic bread, spiced chicken, chorizo pizza and the daily special. Staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming and the food was incredibly reasonable. Felt like a truly authentic Italian place.

I don't usually review chain restaurants but had to review the wonderful service by Mateo when we dropped in for dinner the other day. He was fab, attentive and indulged me with trying wine before we committed to a bottle. The pizza's were delicious and loved that it's an open plan kitchen so we could see it all being made. I have been eating Franco Manca's pizza for many years, in various places in London and I have always liked it. I'm sorry to say that this time it was a great disappointment. The 'cornicione' was undercooked, the toppings barely acceptable: it was not the usual good pizza that I'm used to!

My friend and I eat at Franca Manca regularly, the food is lovely, as are the staff. Pina is very friendly and helpful and doesn't mind when we are there a while! I would recommend a visit.

Ordered a takeaway Prosciutto and Funghi pizza and was sooooo disappointed! Very, very little topping and zero mushrooms. Never had a bad experience before dining in but takeaway leaves a lot to be desired. Photos show what website shows versus what was received. Not good enough Franco Manca.

franco manca is definitely one of my favourite restaurants, the food here is absolutely amazing, i always get the pizza which is the best i've had!!! really good waiters (Matteo is absolutely awesome, brilliant service and super lovely) and the food comes so fast unlike some restaurants i've been to so basically this is the perfect restaurant delicious food, amazing service, definitely go here!!!

UPDATE: We’ve been back a few times over the last few months and Bromley branch has really stepped up. It seems there’s a complete change of staff, pizza’s are cooked perfectly. Service all round is great… thanks for listening to everyone’s reviews. Bromley is our closest branch so we’re happy again 😀 We’re regulars at all Franca branches and love their pizzas, but Bromley is awful. Terribly slow service, they never seem to get a simple order correct, pizzas are left on the counter before brought to table so they go cold, super soggy if you order buffalo mozzarella as they don’t drain it, but the most frustrating thing is the staff seem so slow, incapable, and don’t even care when they get it wrong.

The food we were served was okay we liked the dips and bruschetta , Pizza was nice but barely any topping on , I had a salad that needed more goats cheese but was nice . Prosecco served in a water glass , put me off a bit . Decided to have dessert elsewhere .

Franco Manca is my favorite pizzeria. Their pizza is consistently fantastic, with a deliciously authentic style that I can’t get enough of. The crust is always perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff, including the manager , Pina, are always welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Always our first choice for pizza! We no longer live in Bromley but go back especially to visit this Franco Manca. It has a great atmosphere, amazing sourdough pizza as well as appetisers, desserts and coffee. We leave feeling like we’ve had a little holiday in Italy! Mateo, who has served us several times, is so friendly. He was especially great with our 5 year old son. We will always return and can’t recommend enough.

Decent pizza at a reasonable price.

So we came here and the downstairs to the toilet does not make it clear what it is and it looks like the kitchen and also needs a ramp for disabled people ⚠️ food was horrible ⚠️. But the ice cream was good 😊
