Franco Manca Bromley in Bromley

My telephone booking was lost and it seemed too much trouble to rectify it and was hastily shown to our seats. I asked about not having pasta dishes on the menu and again abruptly told “we don’t do pasta anymore” pizza wasn’t heated through properly and was disappointing but flavour not bad. Won’t be returning as it wasn’t particularly value for money either.

The best pizza and the best service ( Matteo)

I’ve eaten at various Franco Manca’s and had generally a positive experience. However I was deeply disappointed with my last click+collect order from this branch. The chocolate & hazelnut cake was laughably tiny - I cannot believe anyone would think that £5.25 is a reasonable price to charge for a 4cm x 5cm (barely) piece of textbook chocolate cake in a takeaway box.

Really disappointed, standard gone down. Food on one pizza soggy sent back. Filling on pizza sparse. Always used this establishment but sorry not anymore

First iff to say Matteo gave us five star service. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable about what we ordered. The food was good and generally enjoyed by all. We went on a Monday for lunch so it was quiet but should think it would be better later in the week. The portions were very big and one pizza and a starter would be enough to share between two.

Pina and Ti are so great, they make us welcome every time and look after us 10/10

I have visited the Bromley Franco Manca many times and it's always a pleasant experience. The food and drinks are delightful, paired with a warm, vibrant atmosphere, just what you would expect from an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. I chose the number 5—Olives, Capers, Anchovies—pizza and it was excellently cooked by the chefs. Sumptuous melted mozzarella with perfectly placed toppings and a crispy crust, one could not ask for a better cooked pizza outside of Italy! I enjoyed a beer while my friends opted for the Trebbiano Blanco; perfect pairings suggested by our wonderful server Kat. We asked to move from the main area as it was bustling with a busy dinner service which was no problem for the attentive staff working and we were moved with no hassle whatsoever. I would wholeheartedly recommend this pizzeria to anyone visiting Bromley, and being served by Kat is the cherry on top of a fine experience! 5* all around for this wonderful Franco Manca branch.

Food was so lovely we had no time to time take photos. We had the cheesy garlic bread, spiced chicken, chorizo pizza and the daily special. Staff were incredibly attentive, friendly and welcoming and the food was incredibly reasonable. Felt like a truly authentic Italian place.

I have been eating Franco Manca's pizza for many years, in various places in London and I have always liked it. I'm sorry to say that this time it was a great disappointment. The 'cornicione' was undercooked, the toppings barely acceptable: it was not the usual good pizza that I'm used to!

My friend and I eat at Franca Manca regularly, the food is lovely, as are the staff. Pina is very friendly and helpful and doesn't mind when we are there a while! I would recommend a visit.

Ordered a takeaway Prosciutto and Funghi pizza and was sooooo disappointed! Very, very little topping and zero mushrooms. Never had a bad experience before dining in but takeaway leaves a lot to be desired. Photos show what website shows versus what was received. Not good enough Franco Manca.

franco manca is definitely one of my favourite restaurants, the food here is absolutely amazing, i always get the pizza which is the best i've had!!! really good waiters (Matteo is absolutely awesome, brilliant service and super lovely) and the food comes so fast unlike some restaurants i've been to so basically this is the perfect restaurant delicious food, amazing service, definitely go here!!!

UPDATE: We’ve been back a few times over the last few months and Bromley branch has really stepped up. It seems there’s a complete change of staff, pizza’s are cooked perfectly. Service all round is great… thanks for listening to everyone’s reviews. Bromley is our closest branch so we’re happy again 😀 We’re regulars at all Franca branches and love their pizzas, but Bromley is awful. Terribly slow service, they never seem to get a simple order correct, pizzas are left on the counter before brought to table so they go cold, super soggy if you order buffalo mozzarella as they don’t drain it, but the most frustrating thing is the staff seem so slow, incapable, and don’t even care when they get it wrong.

Honestly my favourite restaurant in London! Incredible food, atmosphere, price, location, and Pina and Felipe always look after us so well! Can’t recommend highly enough!

My fav pizza place ever!!! I always get the number 1 and add wild mushrooms and olives. The homemade lemonade is also banging. Servers are also so nice and friendly

Franco Manca is my favorite pizzeria. Their pizza is consistently fantastic, with a deliciously authentic style that I can’t get enough of. The crust is always perfectly cooked, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional service. The staff, including the manager , Pina, are always welcoming and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. I definitely recommend it!

Always our first choice for pizza! We no longer live in Bromley but go back especially to visit this Franco Manca. It has a great atmosphere, amazing sourdough pizza as well as appetisers, desserts and coffee. We leave feeling like we’ve had a little holiday in Italy! Mateo, who has served us several times, is so friendly. He was especially great with our 5 year old son. We will always return and can’t recommend enough.

So we came here and the downstairs to the toilet does not make it clear what it is and it looks like the kitchen and also needs a ramp for disabled people ⚠️ food was horrible ⚠️. But the ice cream was good 😊

Had a vegan pizza served as soon as it came out of the oven. Unfortunately, it was not the tastiest of pizzas, so I wouldn't choose that again.

Not the very best Neapolitan pizza you can get but good enough to get your fix.

I used to love Zizzi, but post-pandemic, they have lost their food quality. Since then, we started Franco Manca, and I just love their pizazz; their pizza base is too good and not dry at all. We went to their Blackheath branch, and the atmosphere was lively, with decent service.

Really nice service! We was served by Kat, she was very friendly and helped us with the menu. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a bite in the area 👍

Service excellent. Ordered a latte and a margherita. The dought was well cooked, ate with joy. The coffee was creamy. Didn't need sugar as it was delicious like that. Usually coffees in London taste acidic. Here not!!! Well done staff and stars earned for the manager!

Pina was excellent! I have been to this Franco manca over 20 times and to other branches across the country and today was by far the best service, thanks to Pina.

This place is great for a birthday celebration on a Saturday evening. Pina accommodated an 11 group party and was not pressured to pay a deposit per head. Really relaxed environment, atmosphere was great and really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Felipe was great at advising which pizza to go for, being our first time here he looked after my partner as he has nut allergies and advised what would be the best to choose. We went for the beef and chicken traditional halloumi with a top of chicken and both were delicious. I would definitely return here. Thank you Felipe( loved his sense of humour :) ).

Not only the prices doubled, the quality had decreased sufficiently. We ordered two number 7 and they dough was underbaked, barely any toppings on pizza. Unfortunately we had it as a takeaway so couldn’t send it back.

Came for the food once, came back for the service for years since. Matteo always makes us feel so welcome and looked after.

We visited on Sunday as a group of families including young children. The food was delicious. The staff were so welcoming and dealt with all our orders at different times as it some couldn't decide. All the staff were fantastic with the children. They made some mistakes as children do but they didn't grumble, complain or make us feel bad so we got to actually enjoy our meal and company.

Found the wheelchair entrance and got in ok. Then to my horror the door was locked behind me and a party with 2 pushchairs say by the door instructed by staff to put puchairs blocking the disabled exit! The rest of the place was empty but they had to block the door. The manager looked me straight in the face and smirked when he went to lock the door. Didn't feel safe or welcome

Came here with my friend, and the food was absolutely amazing, I definitely recommend the tiramisu it was delicious! We had a lovely time with Matteo, he was very attentive and helpful. It is great value for money especially if you get the lunch deal!!! Will definitely be coming back.

Ordered on just eat came in 85mn and pizzas cold with bare minimal toppings doesn't look anything like the pizzas that sell in the restaurant,won't be ordering again and such a shame cos I used to enjoy every time I go there....

This is one of the best Franco Mancas I’ve been too (and I’ve been to a lot). Really great atmosphere and friendly waiter. The veg special with truffle and smoked buratta was delicious. We don’t normally have a dessert but chose one this time and weren’t disappointed. Open kitchen and good spacing between tables.

Ordered on Uber Eats and the best part about the food was the dip. Pizzas arrived cold with minimal toppings as well as no tomato sauce base (when you were given the choice of BBQ or tomato base??) and the dough itself was tasteless. Spent £26 to find out that we’ll never eat here again.

I am normally a huge fan of Bromley Franca Manca and staff are always so lovely. But a couple of weeks ago me and my boyfriend came for a small lunch. The waitress walked away before finishing our order when our drink arrived they just banged on the table and when our food arrived the same happened again. We were ignored all the time we were there so we didn’t want to give them service charge (which is rare for me) it was only 1.40 yet the waiter kicked up a fuss and told us it goes towards his bills and that we don’t understand as we don’t work in his industry (which I do) I was so shocked with his reaction telling us we were wrong. We won’t be coming back there unfortunately.

The pizzas were delicious and much better value than other high street chains. I would have given the food 5 stars however the meal was let down by the minuscule scoop of ice cream my son and husband received. Had it not been a birthday celebration I would have complained but I didn't want to make a fuss and it wasn't the fault of the waiting staff. I would definitely return for pizza but would buy my gelato from Unico down the high street in future!

I have been going to this place since it’s open my whole family love pizzas from fanco Manca.i love this place. After my today’s visit I won’t be going in there. I was going through my bill today which I never check I found they charge me for two item which I don’t order and they say it’s optional service charge but when they put money in card machine they won’t give you option to say no to service charge. Please check you receipt all the time.

I am literally astonished guys!! This place is the best I’ve ever been to for a pizza!! The staff is very nice, especially Matteo!! He is very pleasant and competent!! He took care of my table accommodating all my requests giving me nice suggestions as well!! I ordered some delicious olives with a spritz - very well made - and then a special pizza with buffalo mozzarella and parmacotto, which was really delicious!! After my pizza, Matteo suggested me a digestif made with hazelnut, which I loved. I really enjoyed everything: the relaxed atmosphere, the quality food and the excellent, fast, caring customer service. The prices are also very fair. Well done guys, I’ll definitely come back 👏🏻👏🏻

I visited Franco Manca Bromley few days ago together with my 7 years old son. We loved the pizza and very friendly stuff. The manager Pina made my son feel very comfortable and special ! We will definitely go there again very soon.

Ate with my partner and her daughter last Monday, service very friendly, good lunchtime deal, £10 for pizza and soft drink. Their pizza was great mine just a little soggy in middle hence the 4stars!

Went to Franco Manca recently for lunch. The ambience is good and the wood fired pizzas look very delicious. The menu and lunch deals are good. A peaceful place and good for a pleasant hangout with friends/family or with colleagues. Good options for vegetarian as well.

Good pizzas and they can adapt to allergies. eg use a vegan cheese on a pizza with meat for someone with a milk allergy, but likes meat. Returned and the dough was even better ( I suppose it will depend and some times it will be better than others). There is a 10% service charge on top of your final bill (and that is well advertised on the menu)
