Incredibly great restaurant, we were here after we took the cable cars. The snack plate is awesome! And please order an Aperol, it's so big and delicious. Price completely humane for London 🫶

The place was a bit cold ! We kept our coats on . There was only one member of staff which meant she was really busy - she did really well !

The food was very nice. Service although attentive was rather slow and it felt a bit chaotic at times

It was very cold in the restaurant. At some point, like many other guests, we put on our jackets. We waited about 90 minutes for our food and it wasn't even particularly good. The ribs and fries were good. The meat platter was served with bagged mashed potatoes and the very small portion of pasta was served with pesto from a jar. We were not satisfied and were very annoyed.

Food was okay. Came out at different times rather than all together for a table of 6. Startrs didnt say spicy, yet squad was coated in a spicy batter. No mention of this on the menu. Very cold, had to get a heater to keep us warm. Staff were very defensive and didnt seem bothered, told us we could have moved. Considering the whole restaurant was cold. Other customers mentioned the cold. Wouldn't bother returning due to the response of staff.

We had had a disaster of a meal at another restaurant the night before and the staff and food here really turned our experience of London around. Would highly recommend

I'm very disappointed, I was made to wait 45 minutes with my family just for some steak and two kids meals. Was just about to walk out when the food eventually came, the waitress was nice but piss poor service 🙃 1/10

Lovely bar staff, but kitchen seriously couldn’t cope with #Bett2024 traffic from London Excel. Two hour wait for food. Ordered drinks, but each time had to go to the bar to reorder and collect. Bar was closed at 22:55PM. Staff manager told colleagues off publicly which was really bad style…

On entering the empty restaurant was asked if I'd booked?! Really?! What a pointless question! Ordered Ribs, deliciously tender and falling off the bone. Portion of chips a bit small I thought. Very tasty coleslaw on the side. Served quite quickly. My only bugbear was that there were no extra wet wipes for what is obvs a 'fingers using' meal and inherently messy.

Staff was so rude! It was the worst food I've ever tasted in my life it gave me the worse food poisoning ever. If you wanna go to the hospital go here but it was so bad. I gag just thinking about it

A beautiful restaurant with the most amazing food and fantastic service. Unfortunately when we came it was completely empty and the area was quiet so there was no atmosphere in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend if it was busy as the food was so good.

Went here on a second date near to Christmas time and it was amazing. Staff were great, even getting us a heater for our table. Food was amazing and really took me by surprise

Having dinner here tonight. Looked neat in terms of decor and table layout. Tables also neatly laid out. It was very cold there and it took a long time before someone came to ask what you would like to drink. Food was tasty, starters and main courses, but not very much for the price. It's not the cheapest restaurant. When we went to pay, I was first asked if I wanted the change back. When we wanted to walk away, there was an extra payment on the receipt of 12.5% ​​on top of the amount we already had to pay. Almost £10… I asked what this meant, well this meant a tip, which goes to the manager not to the staff. I then indicated that I did not want to pay this and that I would like the money back. I received the answer that I had not indicated that I did not want to leave a tip, so they would just accept it. To which I replied that I had not been asked so I could not indicate anything. When the amount was returned, I was also asked if I wanted the £1.50 back as well, which of course I wanted, if they had asked nicely if I wanted to tip I would have given them the £1.50, but now no.. So be careful when you pay! I don't know if this happens to everyone or just tourists, but sorry, I don't think this is normal..

Practically an empty evening dinner meal waited ages to be seated. No mention of allergies had to track down staff to be provided with a allergies list book. It was out dated and some meals ingredients have changed I was unable to have my meal due to the kitchen not being equipped with gluten and dairy/lactose free alternatives so was pressured to purchase something far more expensive than my original option. The meal was nice but took ages to arrive same with any drinks and I'm talking max 5 simple drinks. Had to ask for water twice. I was able to haggle some free bbq sauce which would have been 2 pound for a shots worth. The staff seemed judgemental and sassy and untrained considering I had to shout my orders across the table I hope this improves as the food was lovely

Fish and chips takeaway. Service was reasonably friendly, but very slow. Chips were thin and dry, fish smelt very strongly and had an odd texture, as did the batter, Be surprised if it was not cooked from frozen. Disappointed.

Food was ok, got cold very very quickly because it was freezing in the restaurant. we went on a Saturday night and it was very quiet ( there were 2 tables including us) but we constantly had, what looked like a staff members, child screaming in our ear the whole time. It really disturbed a nice peaceful dinner we wanted and put me off going again. And on top of that the card machines weren’t working for some reason? For a restaurant in London, not great.

Awful customer service, we rung 30 mins prior to our original booking and said we were coming a bit later, they said that should be fine and she will check as she said on the phone (it’s empty in here so the kitchen was going to close early anyway). Not long before we arrived to our booking, the restaurant actually rang us by accident and when I called back the waiter said “will you definitely be coming”. As soon as we arrived, it was not a great atmosphere as there where only 2 other people in there. They decided to tell us last minute at front desk you will need to go get cash out as our card machines have been down since yesterday, which you would think after 3 phone calls with them prior to us arriving that they would let us no it’s cash only?? Can’t comment on food as we walked out.

We had a nice dinner but when we got to the bill we have been told that the payment could only be in cash…to me, this ruined the whole experience: I had to run to an ATM under the rain and pay the conversion from Euro to Pound…not acceptable…

The Food was really good the Service was Top And my Favorite was the BBQ Ribs...If you Like Ribs Witz intensive BBQ Flavor....so Take it!!!!

It was a family day out, we had lunch at the restaurant. Service was good, BUT the steak was tasteless in which both me and my wife didn’t enjoy. My daughter who had a kids meal wasn’t happy with their burger either. However, our two kids did enjoy. We told our waitress that we didn’t enjoy our steak and that it was too fatty and tasteless. Service was good, our waiter was friendly, but food was a disappointment.

Our family was staying in the Sunborn hotel over the weekend and decided to go for a restaurant hunt on Saturday.. and found a hidden gem. We popped in as the weather was beautiful and their terrace was looked stunning on the river with the sun out. We came for drinks but stayed for food as well as the staff was so welcoming. Our waiter recommended a couple of fun activities while we were in the area, and made great suggestions for food. All in all it was the perfect spot from atmosphere to food and service

The tables were not cleared and when we asked the waiter to clean the table that was sticky and covered in food, he refused claiming he was too busy. He was then rude and abusive prompting us to leave. Recommend this place to someone you hate. ;-)

Came to Top 1 for an evening out with my wife. The drinks were great, an amazing value for their price! We were greeted and served by estera who made our visit to top 1 a night to remember. Will definitely be back soon.

Here is a lovely location first and foremost, however a few things off the bat that were not so great.. My pint was short of the mark, and I guess most people don't notice, second they add gratuity automatically at 12.50%. So onto the actual food, it was pretty good I opted for the Salmon and sweet potato fries with salad, all was very good, salad could have been better.. Service was nondescript tbh. So, would I go back.. No.

We stayed just for approx one hour as it was very cold and windy. I didn’t go inside but stayed outside for COVID guidelines. I ordered a liquor and my friend an Aperol Spritz. The lady was nice but I didn’t like she brought the Aperol in a plastic cup, while I had it in a glass one. The neighborhood is ok, but not my cup or tea. Value: 6/10

Having had drinks here previously we decided to eat here,nice welcome and was offered blankets for the ladies and overhead heaters,the food and drinks were spot on and the lady serving us was very professional,not the cheapest but good none the less

We visited this restaurant for the first time and the restaurant is above our expectations. The food was properly made and the environment was well cleaned.the professionalism of the staff was second to non.we really had a good and conducive moment and I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to London.

Went only for an afternoon drink. They were extremely busy, everything took a long time. Only two waitresses for the whole restaurant. Although they were nice, they definitely looked overwhelmed and overworked. Management should have more respect to waiting staff and give them support.

Me and my family just visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch and what a munch of rude Stuff especially the tall guy with glasses. We was waiting for our table to me cleaned and as everyone knows the COVID 19 rules at the moment so I went inside to ask the waiter if he could clean my table and he’s Reply to me was why did you sit at a dirty table then!!!! He pasado por Top 1 varias veces y me apetecía comer allí para una ocasión especial. Me he acobardado varias veces por el precio del menú en exhibición.Decidí visitarlo como parte del programa "Ayuda para comer fuera" del gobierno, como se anuncia en el sitio web del gobierno. Comimos un bistec y costillas con un par de cervezas Sam Smith y nos sorprendió bastante que el restaurante no estuviera ejecutando el esquema después de recibir la factura a pesar de que se anunciaba en el sitio web del gobierno. We have dined here a few times. First place we have gone to since the pandemic started. Thoroughly enjoyed our food and service. Highly recommend the fish and chips or burger. Tasty food, reasonable prices, lovely in the summer especially being surrounded by the water. Will always come here as it is local to me.

Went here after setting up for an exhibition at ExCeL for which it is very convenient, however we wished we hadn't.The steaks were overcooked, the wine which was very expensive, was a cheap supermarket bottle (we paid £50 and left most of it, it was so vile). The staff were surly and flung a few sachets of mustard over when we asked for some. They didn't have any horse radish at all and didn't really care.The whole bill came to £142 for the two of us which included £15 for service!! By this time all we wanted to do was leave the awful place.Don't bother!!

After visiting the Camden Town market made our way to the top1 forever restaurant where we were served by a lovely lady called Alina who was very pleasant and attentive to our needs highly recommended is the haddock and cheese casserole with courgettes and potatoes which was very tasty and thoroughly enjoyable. If we visit London in the future I’m sure we call again many thanks xx

Almorcé aquí con colegas mientras visitaba Excel. El lugar tiene bonitas vistas a la zona del muelle. Las mesas estaban muy bien hechas de tuberías y a la hora del almuerzo también había mucho espacio.Había una muy buena variedad de alimentos diferentes en la lista. Probamos las hamburguesas de diffnet y estaban deliciosas (empanada quizás demasiado bien hecha para mi gusto) y la comida fue entregada a tiempo. En general, uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona.

Visited this restaurant twice in my recent trip to London with my girlfriend. We particularly enjoyed the gnocchi and the pulled pork burger, along with the sumptuous desserts. Staff were attentive and friendly. The setting was romantic next to the Royal Victoria Dock and with a view of the O2 and Canary wharf. Would definitely return if in the area again in the future.

The atmosphere is beautiful, this place is located on the river so you can see the mesmerizing docklands. Food was fabulous, me whole family enjoyed it, kids menu has a fair choice. Staff was very polite

Cené aquí el otro día con un amigo, tuve la hamburguesa de ternera y él tenía costillas de cerdo, muy simple pero tan delicioso, ¡la mejor hamburguesa de la zona! El servicio era encantador, la camarera que nos atendió fue muy amable y servicial. Sin duda volveremos y lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Op oudejaarsavond liepen wij langs dit restaurant en we vonden dat het er gezellig leek te zijn. Een paar dagen daarna besloten we dan ook hier te gaan dineren. Dit liep uit op edn fiasco.We bestelden een vegetarische 'burger' en een pulled pork burger. De pulled pork burger was matig: voor 12 pond kregen we een zacht broodje met een verdwaald blaadje sla. De vegetarische burger was echt vies. Dit was dan ook een van de enige keren dat ik iets heb laten staan in een restaurant ooit. De 'burger' was ingesmeerd met tomatendrap, met daarop een champignon en een blaadje sla. De friet die wij beiden geserveerd kregen was nog vetter fan friet van de McDonald's.Ondanks ons enorme ongenoegen over het eten, besloten wij op een nette manier te vertellen dat het ons niet beviel. Dit viel slecht bij de bediening.Kortom, dit restaurant is absoluut niet aan te bevelen. De meeste snackbars die ik ken, zijn beter dan dit restaurant. Echter, het restaurant serveert ook andere gerechten dan burgers. Of deze gerechten wel aan te bevelen zijn, weten wij niet en dat willen we ook niet meer weten.

I recommend you next year not to open on Christmas eve as your stuff doesn't really want to work or not being in the mood. So the fact was, we came the day of Christmas eve at 6 o'clock to ask if they are gonna be open and until what time. The waitress told us that they close at 23.00 and after that that the kitchen is closing at 22.00.So we asked if we needed to book a table and they said they only have few bookings, so we didn't, but we said we are gonna come by 21.00.Finally we arrived at 21.40 and the waitress told us that the kitchen closed because they were not busy, by the way it was our only choice to eat at that moment cause everything else was closed as well. And I am asking you what kind of customer service is that,it doesn't exist any organisation and if you think you are gonna be busy,then be shutted up like the rest restaurants. Ridiculous

Being attracted there by their lively music, my expereince with their atmosphere, food and service also hold up the overall rating. Their food was even more amazing with great value - moderate pricing with very sufficient portion and decent quality. The waiters and waitresses are very nice and helpful, and acted very polite at stressful conditions caused by neighbouring drunk and unreasonable customers as witnessed in my subsequent visit. Visit there in the afternoon at a pleasant weather, you may enjoy your teatime adjacent to calm waterfront. Visit there in the evening, you may enjoy your dinner at a just right atmosphere for a perfect date night.

I live on the docks so have been to this place for drinks a few times. They are by far the worst bunch of staff i have come across in London. All talk... zero action. These guys do not understand the level of service required to operate in London. Staff are rude, ill-informed, inefficient and down-right clueless. Clearly the owners don't give a damn.

Whilst the location was excellant the whole experience was very disappointing. My partner choose the ribs which were fat and grizzle with very little meat , when the waitress was told she just shrugged, suggest you don't tell your staff to ask if you are not prepared to do anything about it. My fish and chips looked lovely , but I had to play hunt the fish in the batter,! The desert was better except whoever cut up the grapes must have used a knife previously used for chopping onions, yuck and to top it all the coffee was insipid and cold. More Top1 fornever

Went for a birthday party, left dissapointed with overcooked not fresh pre prepared food we have been given supermarket ribs and overcooked calamari that looked like they were purchased from iceland. This place would never dissapoint before but now something has changed. This restaurant needs to up its game

Just on the water, great views. The ambience is perfect, small enough to feel cozy, but roomy so you dont feel packed. The food was good, enough choices and tasty. The waiters were a little distracted but nothing dramatic. I will go back anytime!

The restaurant has decent menu and good food, but average service. Location close to water and nearby many hotels as well as ExCeL is excellent.

Ate here while staying at the Crown Plaza across the road. Riverside location meant it had good views. Food was okay, although some dishes on the menu were really overpriced. The staff weren’t rude but I found them a bit aloof. Food was served quickly enough but the restaurant was very quiet. A mandatory service charge was included, which I never approve of - I prefer to tip according to service.

Have visited for the last couple of evenings, always greeted with a warm welcome. The variety of food is amazing compared to other local restaurants. Overall an amazing atmosphere and service. A lovely place to come with friends, family or colleagues. Thank you guys!!

This is my go-to restaurant in my local area and I go here very often and never encountered a single hick up with the food and the service. Staff are wonderful and the food tastes amazing (biggest compliments to the chef). This place is excellent in every way; the drinks menu also contains a large variety of choice which is what I personally love. Definitely an amazing location to have dinner, with a view of the London’s very own financial district - Canary Wharf. However, I would recommend visiting on weekdays as it does get quite busy on the weekends and chances of getting a table without a booking can be slim. In overall, I definitely recommend visiting. 10/10

Great restaurant with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere, I came here for dinner with my husband and the food was simply amazing. I was very pleased by the customer service received, our waitress Victoria made sure me and my husband got the best of service, going out of her way to help us with the food choice and ensuring our comfort.

Comida: pedimos sus nachos y costillas de cerdo a la barbacoa. Los nachos eran realmente buenos. La mezcla de crema agria fría, guacamole, jalapeños y tomates, con nachos calientes, queso y cerdo desmenuzado tiene un sabor único. También se estaba llenando. Las costillas de cerdo estaban bastante secas, pero las patatas fritas estaban bien.

Food was okay, had the mushroom ravioli and it was a tiny portion (about 6 ravioli) for £15. London prices I suppose but I was still hungry afterwords. Service was mediocre as waitress clearly couldn’t be bothered.

Ate here this evening. We arrived at the restaurant just before 9. If this time was an issue, a simple 'we've closed the kitchen' would have sufficed. Instead, we were shown to our table, to be greeted by our surly waitress commenting 'you must be special, they've open a section that was closed'. Having chosen from the menu, we sat and waited and waited, until one of our party asked for someone to come over.

Loreta was the best waitress we've ever had - anticipating our every wish (this was told to me by my 10year old companion). The food was excellent and having seats outside with a view of the river was an added bonus

We were drawn in by the Josper grilled steaks and weren’t disappointed. We are pretty fussy about our steaks but the ribeye was perfectly cooked and a decent size. Will be back trying breakfast in the morning.

Myself and young daughter had an early dinner here. She enjoyed her burger and I enjoyed my fish and chips. The food came out very quickly after ordering but we waited a while to order and to pay our bill. Staff were friendly. The location was nice, along the water side.

Das Restaurant hat eine gute Lage und bietet vor allem Fleischgerichte an. Ich habe Fish and Chips gegessen. Die waren ok, aber mehr nicht. Das vegetarische Risotto war ebenfalls ok, aber langweilig zubereitet.Der Service war gut.

Vine con mi novia. Tuve el mejillones principal y ella tenía el risotto vegetariano. Mis mejillones eran A M A Z I N G. Una porción masiva y deliciosa, definitivamente vale la pena 14, habría esperado que me cobraran más para ser honesto. Unas cuantas conchas cerradas pero solo 3 de las 50 que tuve. Las patatas fritas también eran geniales. El postre también era bueno. Tuve un "soufflé congelado" que resultó ser un merengue cubierto de marscapone congelado (un poco decepcionante) pero la tarta de queso de mi novia estaba deliciosa. Muy bien decorado y hermosas vistas del río y el muelle canario. El personal un poco distante y uno era un poco malhumorado pero por lo demás genial! La única guía sería enseñar al personal más sobre sus platos y bebidas, y para que el menú tenga una descripción más detallada de los platos, porque si hubiera sabido cuál era el souffl no lo habría pedido.

Ella fue arrastrada por los mejillones y disfrutó mucho de ellos. También disfruté mi risotto, sin embargo, para hacerlo perfecto, sugeriría usar más "verduras de temporada" como se indica en el menú en lugar de solo pimientos y guisantes. El único inconveniente que diría es que el personal parecía un poco inseguro de ciertos aspectos de su menú, por ejemplo, cuando se le preguntó qué verduras había en el risotto, me dijeron que había zanahoria, paprika y cebolla.
