We were celebrating my dad’s birthday and Charlotte was amazing with making sure we had a fantastic time! Thank you for making sure we had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back!

My experience at Preto Restaurante in London was exceptional. Ana and Charlotte's attention was impeccable; They were both extremely friendly and attentive throughout our visit. They made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The food, as always, was delicious and authentic, which made our evening even more special. I definitely recommend this place and thank Ana and Charlotte for making our experience so pleasant. We will be back soon!

The principle would have been very good if the meats were not charred and too salty, I am not picky but here it was really not good, I confirm the comment of another person, a restaurant to forget... .

Overpriced. For £35 you get very limited and cold buffet. Some of the meat cuts were ok but every single one was awfully salty. Staff members were nice but didn’t really communicate well. Disappointing and definitely not worth the price. Will not be returning

My first time eating at a Brazilian restaurant. I'm a very picky eater, and I'm often very reluctant to try new foods, but I'm so glad I decided to try the range of meats and sides they had available. Charlotte took really good care of us, always smiling and creating a welcoming environment, we really enjoyed and appreciate her service. Everything was absolutely wonderful, the meat is all cooked to perfection and the seasoning was absolutely delicious. I'd definitely love to come back and visit again. I absolutely loved the service, the food and the unique dining style. I would recommend it for anyone to try at least once and get a taste of Brazilian cuisine.

Wonderful food, so much of it, well worth the money, would so recommend it. Our Server Charllotte was very friendly, we didn't have to wait for anything. We came for a birthday meal and really enjoyed it.

Preto Victoria is unmissable; unmissable. You must visit this restaurant.. perfect. The sides are wide and varied and the meat is exquisite.

I've known this place for a long time, but this evening was fantastic, there were 15 of us and they served us at their best Charlotte and Anna were fantastic, very nice and professional, good girls, thanks for the evening, the only flaw, the music wasn't it feels so good. But otherwise everything was fantastic

By far the best restaurant in London with the nicest people ever. I hosted my graduation event here and the staff at Preto went above and beyond to make it a special one for me. Due to issues with transport some of my guests arrived late and the staff at Preto accommodated for this by extending the time of our dinner reservation with no issues at all. They provided a welcoming environment and provided assistance for all our requests. The food was of great taste, variety and quality, the service was so quick it really was a great value of money and the manager was the kindest person ever. 1000% would recommend!!!

A colleague and me being foodies had seen this Preto a few times and decided "lets do this" The buffet bar is packed with all your favourites and this food alone warrants the price being sooo tasty. Now onto the meat-WHAT A SERVICE-As soon as you go green the 1st meat is out and they carefully judge when to pull out the next tasty.The meats were soo juicy and they just say tell me when to stop. tender,sausages are a bit small but dagnabbit they are succulent. Onto the staff,very friendly and welcoming and the venue was not too light or dark. DEFINATELY BE EATING THERE AGAIN!!!!! All in all a solid 11/10 on everything even the price because you are paying for an experiance not just the food(food alone is worth the price)

I returned to Preto after many years of absence, and I can honestly say the experience was totally amazing!! The waiters all come round with different carved meats and you can also help yourself to the various different cold and hot dishes at the bar! The staff were also extremely attentive. You do pay a 12.5% charge for service but the experience was that great that I am inclined to ignore the negative reviews! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

So much food! (It’s a good thing) Got the 2 for 1 Rodizio Grill and the meat kept flowing. Good selection in the salad bar. Was served by the lovely Charlotte and very funny Edibuerto. Only downside was there were so many wasps when sitting outside. Will definitely come here again

A very lively Brazilian diner on a busy street. It has seating Inside and outside, with more downstairs for private dining. Traditional Brazilian grill with pork, beef and chicken. Green card for more food, red card to say you are done. There is also a vegetarian menu with cocktails and wine available. Very good service and Decent prices for central London. The 24 bus stops right outside.

Value for money and quality of food was nice. The restaurant atmosphere was pleasant and clean. However, considering it was booked as a specified birthday occasion, no effort was made by staff to acknowledge this. Also, although the majority of the food was lovely, Ana was extremely rude and had no manners. She told us we had to leave 15 minutes before our reservation was supposed to end, and we did not have time to get dessert/were not even offered the dessert menu. She also slammed the bill on the table to indicate that we had to leave which came across extremely intimidating. Ana certainly ruined our experience with how rudely she treated us.

If you compare it to a steakhouse in Brazil you will be disappointed. But remembering that it's in London, I really liked it. Best food I saw there. It's expensive, but if you miss Brazilian food and even speaking Portuguese like I did, it's worth it. Ahh and the service + atmosphere is great

I loved the experience, the staff was really nice to us as soon as we arrived, they often check on us to see if we needed anything and the food was heavenly. I totally recommend giving it a try

Great place! Its not that easy to find the bar, its hidden, so you only see the ,steak logo’, however there are many vegetarian options as well!! Fresh vegetables, salads, chips and many more! You can eat as much as you want ☺️ While you’re eating your meal, there is a guy walking past the tables witch freshly made meat, if you want to try it!

Flavours of everything cooked within this cuisine are astounding! On arrival, the ever so friendly staff were really welcoming and kindly guided us with the procedures of the restaurant. Surprisingly, the salads and side section completely every meat served. Now.... what can I say about the meat served? Let's just say I literally couldn't turn down one thing because they were all so flavoursome and tasteful. The idea in general of being served a variety of meat brought directly to your table is amazing, but this cuisine was definitely a delight.

This is the closest Prezzo after Croydon closed, the food was great, chips were really great, the meat was amazing as well. Had to slice some pieces off where it was medium but I didn't mind.

Good experience trying different meats. Great selection of salads and sides. The meat was offered frequently at the very beginning but when we were hoping for a few more rounds, there wasn't any. It was a good experience and I would recommend it.

We are regular customers of Preto and took friends to the Victoria branch for the Rodizio accompanied by the salad buffet. We were delighted to sit outside, enjoy caipirinhas and the fresh salad and a fine selection of different cuts of beef, chicken and sausages. The service was friendly and helpful as always.

Father and Daughter visiting Londen. Super restaurant. The outside looks simple, however the food. The food is excellent. Very good buffet, and the chefs come up to the table with the meet as often as you want. Price for the meet menu is £29.95pp drinks are normally priced. There is however a surplus of 12,5% as service fee. Conclusion: near Victoria Station a super restaurant to go to.

Had a lovely lunch at Preto today. I found it good value with selection of hot and cold sides with endless meat selection brought round constantly - you will definitely get well fed here but save room for the delicious desserts which are light and very tasty. Would definitely visit again. Pre-book!!

Good atmosphere, food not too good definitely NOT worth the money .... also be careful they don't SCAM you when you pay. Nearly £4 for a can of coke zero !!At the time I didn't see that they charged me for 'discretionary service charge 12.5%'!!!!! took a tip without even asking . AVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE

The meat is supremely tough, there is no equal variety of food to that in Soho. The quality vs price is not indicated. The person who served passed everything, I mean the service from this person is good, the cutlery is sad, the knife did not cut and add to this that the meat was tough, you can imagine.

Had the lunch rodizio grill which for £19 (including service charge) is one of the best value for money places you can go to anywhere in London. The lunch bar also had some good picks, the steak sauce is worth a try, and from the grilled meats, the chicken thighs and picanha were amazing. The service however did stop serving us after some time, couldn’t tell whether it was because we had to go or we’ve had too much, but it would have been nice to give us a heads up

Charlotte was fantastic and super accommodating. The music was too low and when I had come previously the place was such a vibe. Music definitely needs to be louder as it killed the vibe! However food was exceptional and Charlotte was fab!

Had the radizio menu which was excellent and plenty of it bet idea is the card system is definitely needed as you can eat as much as you want, staff were really polite and friendly (our waitress was Charlotte and so heapful could teach others a thing or too) Thank you to all at Preto will come back again.

First time visiting this branch on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience as the meat was dry, overcooked, oversalted, and did not taste fresh. The chicken hearts, usually our favourite, were coated in a strange tasting marinade which made them inedible.

Charlotte was a brilliant server tonight. Such an attentive staff, brilliant food and buffet selection. The speed at which the meats come round and the variety is incredibly impressive - especially as everything was so fresh. Definitely recommend and make sure to get the sugarcane cocktails!

I was starving like a zombi, searching for fresh meat. I fou d this restaurant. Then I was full like a barrel. It was awsome!!!

They have 5-6 different meats to serve unfortunately was not able to try the chorizo/sausage looking meat as I was already very full. There were unli chips, salads, banana roll, cheese bread, rice to choose from, many sauces to choose from as well. Service is not that bad. Meat kept on coming. One of the staff tipped over my drink but didnt offer a replacement. It should have been automatic to offer a replacement. I know i should have asked myself but i thought it was weird that 2 staff were there at our table (1 who tipped the drink, another cleaning the table) and none of them actually offered replacement 😅 .

We visited preto in Victoria last Thursday and we couldn’t stop eating, from the atmosphere to the staff, to the food, we couldn’t have had a better experience! The food was seriously delicious and the coconut cake for dessert was a dream! I would seriously recommend you pay them a visit for an incredible meal and fantastic experience, the vibe is unmatched, cannot wait to return!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Preto. The quality of the food was subpar, and the service left much to be desired. Despite having the green cards on our table indicating our desire for more meat, the waiters serving the meat seemed inattentive, making us constantly remind them every 10 minutes. This disrupted the flow of our meal and made the dining experience far from enjoyable. The concept of a constant flow of meat should enhance the dining experience, but in this restaurant, it felt like we were constantly chasing after both the meat and the waiters. Not only was this frustrating, but it also left my Brazilian friends and me feeling embarrassed due to the poor service. I cannot recommend this restaurant to others as it ultimately felt like a waste of money.

Try to come for their lunch time deal @ £16.95 for the Rodizio. The place is empty and the fresh meat just keeps coming. Love this place 😍
