On May 3rd Preto helped host the sickest surprise birthday party for my mum. All the staff were incredible and the food was absolutely top tier. Shoutout to these workers who made the night even more lit; Charlotte, Bruno and Carmelis you guys are dope. Would definitely come back!

Todos teníamos la PARRILLA RODIZIO y después de 30 minutos los hombres del personal comenzaron a "**evitar deliberadamente nuestra mesa y 1 chico en particular con actitud! ! ! **", teníamos alrededor de 4 - 5 porciones de carne (que es unas rodajas delgadas cada una) antes de que esto sucediera! Estar cabreado sería exagerar cómo me sentía por cómo se trataba a mis amigos y familiares - ¿es una decisión de la administración que se le dijo al personal, simplemente una dotación de personal terrible o ambas cosas? Tasteless food! It was sour, salty meat was very bad!!!

Disappointment. Paradoxically, the tastiest were the chicken legs. The beef was just less attractive, not seasoned well. In the past, we liked it more, now it seems that they are saving on guests.

Racism! They will ignore you, if you're not one of them, every single time we had to call them and ask if we can get some meat, they will see your card turned green and asking for more but they will not aproach you. Because you already paid, you will of course ask for meat but they make you feel so uncomfortable that you till think you're asking for too much, when you're not. They were serving every single table without them asking but with us they acted like they didnt even see us, which was soo obvious. And when we asked for something they will say yesss my colleague is bringing next but be ready to wait 15minutes atlease. I will never go back there, i love brazilian food but they put me off. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Preto isn’t a bad spot by any means - the quality of the meat is generally good, and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. That said, there are definitely areas that could be improved. The buffet section was underwhelming, with a lot of the food served cold, which took away from the overall experience. I’ve been three times now, and it’s always been quiet, so perhaps the energy picks up and the service feels more dynamic when it’s busier. Speaking of service, it was very basic. You’re seated, your order is taken, and that’s pretty much the last you see of the staff until the end. The chefs bringing the meat around also keep interaction to a minimum. functional, but not exactly welcoming. It’s a nice enough place, but I’ve since found somewhere I prefer (Fogo de Chão in Soho), so I likely wouldn’t return. If you’re in the area and craving a rodizio, it’s okay, just don’t expect anything particularly memorable.

Great Brazilian food if you love meat

Food was nice, service as to be expected not too keen or aware of a service charge added though, this was not made clear before payment, so bumped up the bill, with a soft drink to £37.🤔🤔🤔

We stopped by Preto Victoria on a whim without a reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away, even though it was dinner time and the place was quite busy. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Everyone spoke both English and Portuguese fluently, which made communication easy and welcoming in both languages. The buffet was abundant, with fresh and delicious options. In addition to classics like fries and salads, they also offered a great selection of traditional Brazilian dishes such as farofa, various types of feijoada, and Brazilian-style rice. Meat is served rodízio-style, brought to the table on skewers until you flip your card from green to red. There was a wide variety of meats offered—of course, not every cut may be to everyone’s taste, but you can skip a round until your favourite comes by again. But overall, the meat was of high quality and freshly prepared. The chef came by so frequently with new skewers that we barely had time to finish the previous serving—something we've rarely experienced at other Brazilian steakhouses. All in all, it was a fantastic and authentic dining experience at a fair price. We’ll definitely be back!

Vine a Londres por primera vez para celebrar mi cumpleaños, lo que la convirtió en una ocasión muy especial. Siempre que viajo, me gusta probar la churrascaria brasileña en busca de buenos cortes de carne (algo que no es tan común en Europa) , y en Preto tuve una experiencia realmente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, Cris me recibió con tanta amabilidad y me hizo sentir como en casa. La selección del buffet fue genial, especialmente los frijoles y el pao de queijo, y las carnes fueron fantásticas, en particular la picanha, cupim y coracao de galinha, que para los brasileños son casi sagrados. Hahaha. Las caipirañas estaban deliciosas (¡yo comí dos! ), y el pudim de postre era igual de increíble. Todo fue perfecto. Recomiendo absolutamente Preto y sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Londres. En realidad, sugiero abrir una sucursal en Malta!

Great food: * Best selection of sides, rice, feijoada beans, salpicao, potatoe salads, stew etc. * Great cuts of meat: - meat was a little too done- more catering for anglo taste. But it would have been better if medium or medium rare. - sausages were brought around 1.5 hours after, when I was already too full to eat and restaurant about to close. But taste was perfect. Service is outstanding, starting with host. The lovely waitresses and waiter are bilingual and very professional and attentive. The men that bring the meats out are also very professional and come around every table even the ones hidden in the little corner. The atmosphere toilets and place is overall impecable and great indoor temperature. Had an amazing experience and very worth the money. I will be coming back for sure!

The place is a little small, but the service is excellent, the staff are super attentive and friendly. The food is good, although I found the buffet a little slow and with little variety of meat. And I had the grill, which would be the most expensive. I'm a detail-oriented person, so I didn't like the black ceiling because the place looks a little "dark", but maybe it has to do with the name of the place. What I miss in almost all the restaurants I go to is not having a simple hook on the table to hang my bag. The tables are already super small and narrow, barely enough room for a plate. So a little hook on the table for women to hang their bags would be perfect. And the fact that the bathrooms are next to the kitchen made me a little uncomfortable, but I understand that it's part of the old structure of some places in London.

I went there yesterday and the waiter was super rude to me. The only people who were nice were the Brazilian guys who took us to the table but the rest of the team just seemed they didn’t want to be there and they were all rude. One of the beans was smelling weird like it was about to go bad. Not a good experience I won’t be going back.

I had a really disappointing experience at Preto Victoria. I went specifically for the "Steak Me Home" takeaway offer, which is clearly advertised on your website. However, when I asked about it, the staff had no idea what I was talking about. Even after I showed them the live offer, they kept insisting it was only available through the "Too Good To Go" app—something that isn’t mentioned anywhere in the promotion. What made it worse was that no one seemed willing to help or look into it. In the end, I had to leave without being able to order. It’s frustrating to check an offer online, go out of your way to visit the restaurant, and then be told it doesn’t exist—especially when it’s still being advertised! I really hope Preto takes customer feedback seriously and doesn’t just reply with the usual "we're sorry to hear about this" response. That’s not a genuine solution, and it doesn’t make up for the bad experience. Instead, they should make sure their staff are properly informed about their own promotions so other customers don’t go through the same disappointment!

This is the first time I've been to a Brazilian all-you-can-eat restaurant and they serve the meat right when you arrive. Usually, others serve a lot of chicken, other meats until the picanha. But they serve the first course. The people are super friendly. The food is wonderful. I took my English friends and my husband. Everyone agreed. I'll be back as soon as I can.

We had a great time and a feast here. The grilled meat was cooked perfectly and kept on coming with all the classic churrascaria favorites. There was a big selection of salads and side dishes with any Brazilian specialties and they were all excellent as well. We were lucky to be there during happy hour and the caipirinhas were tasty and strong. The service was great (thank you Talis!) and the atmosphere festive. I highly recommend this restaurant and am eagerly awaiting a return visit.

A different take on BBQ. Very nice grilled meat, fresh, varied buffet. Highly recommended for group meals.

Made a reservation, arrived just before on time, was standing for 5/10 minutes before even asked a question, first thing the lady asked was do you have a reservation (yes) and the name, she left came back and asked for the name again. Then once seated we presented a ongoing deal which they were offering, the lady then tried to point out several terms that would void us of the promotion however I clearly showed how it was valid and she conceded. They then brought the meat out in abundance for around 20/30 minutes then slowly. Then it stopped. The butcher had came out served the newly sat table next to me and then didn’t offer me any. After a couple times of the butcher coming out and not serving me, I thought he must be just accommodating new guests that have arrived as we had already been served previously, but I saw him walk back into the kitchen with the barbecued meats after serving the new guests. The waitress then came up to me saying can she take my plate, either because I wasn’t eating (because they hadn’t served me food) or because they no longer wanted to serve me. I got a few more items from the bar and then asked for the bill. The bill never came so quick. After I had paid the lady said can you leave please as there’s people waiting not even 5 seconds after Paying the bill and eating a buffet do you then want me to stand up and leave. I realised that they were not serving me food because they wanted to free up my table to serve the next customers who had been waiting standing, bear in mind I booked a reservation and had not been inside for an hour. Terrible customer service and they try cover it up by asking you every 5/10 minutes ‘is everything ok’. Everything is ok after the 4th time you’ve asked me. This is my 5/6th time in Preto and todays customer service has left me with a displeased service. The lady in question is dark skinned, Spanish speaking, Dominican sounding, chubby. This was also my friends first time attending after I told them we should go here.

My order took over an hour and a half to arrive, there were items missing and the food was clearly not fresh.

Me and my Brazilian wife have had the lunch rodizio twice now, we absolutely love the Picanha, Chicken and Brisket. My wife loves well done and I like rare beef.The guys slicing the meat are very happy to accommodate the table. The quality for £16.95 is outstanding. Talis the manager on shift is very passionate about Brazilian barbecue! Friendly, attentive and fun to talk to.

My sister and I came from Paris to spend a night in London and when looking for a place to dine we saw that this restaurant was well recommended and the photos made us really want to try it. We went around 8:40 pm and asked for a table for 2 to the girl who was attending the salon. She asked if we had a reservation and I informed her that we didn’t, the girl came back a few minutes later saying that unfortunately she could not take us, without even proposing us to wait. But what bothered us the most was his lack of sympathy and his angry state, returning drinks to the bar in the meantime with a questionable mood. It's a shame, because we think the place is very cool and pleasant, but apparently it's not the case of their staff. We left disappointed.

Sin embargo, cualquiera que haya visitado una barbacoa y parrilla en Brasil o Argentina se sentirá decepcionado por la calidad de la carne servida. La mayoría de los cortes de carne que se ofrecían eran secos, bastante duros y poco sabrosos. Sospecho que habían permanecido calientes durante un tiempo después de la parrilla. El cerdo era mejor que la carne de res. El guiso brasileño de frijoles negros era bastante acuoso.

Me and husband were so excited to dine in Preto.Ive got an email with their promo stating a 2x1 rodizio. Me and husband travelled an hr just to have dinner there in Victoria branch. At the beginning the lady ( black women, latina nation spanish speaking) who supposedly said the manager, was rejecting to seat us with the promo as the promo was supposedley just for reservation prior 24hrs in advance. Ok, I have checked the email and email stated that yes, you need booking but doesn’t need to be 24 hrs before. Checking same moment I was able to make booking in 15 mins with their 2X1 promo. After the argument with my husband, the manager let us dine with the 2x1 promo. Just please check rules before rejecting and arguing with the customers. Instead of enjoying 1.5 hrs lot that gave us to eat. We just ate 30mins because of this argument. Please train your staff properly on Customer service experience Though thanks for letting us to get the promo but appetite have already been ruined.
