We came for the Sunday roast dinner and had the Family Feast for 2 absolutely astonishing! The beef and pork were incredibly flavourful, packed with rich, smoky goodness that left us wanting more. Special thanks to Lorenzo he’s an absolute gem! He made me and my friends feel so welcomed and taken care of from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back soon… especially for the steaks!

Arrived to an empty restaurant at 4pm on a Wednesday. No real surprise. Nevertheless we got our table up at the bar and started to order our food. Not sure I could comprehend being told no fillet steak available?it’s like going to get fish and chips and being told no cod available! Nevertheless we went for rumps as the main, two chips, mushrooms and 6 tacos to start. Everything else was cooked to perfection. All hot, triple cooked chips etc. mushrooms had a kick. I loved it but not for everyone. Steaks as good as fillet, but not fillet. Including drinks and service £170. Our server Negiate (i think, sorry) was fantastic throughout. Friendly and happy. All in all I would come back. Nice vibe and friendly people. I ll probably ask what steaks they have before I arrive though. Enjoy

Visited Temper Soho for my friend’s birthday in April. Both service and food were outstanding - I had called the restaurant beforehand to organise a cake being brought out as birthday surprise for my friend and this was no issue at all! It was brought out at the perfect moment and we weren’t rushed at all. Can’t wait to go back!

We came in late so it wasn't so bussy but I imagine this place has a lot going on earlier in the evening. Waiter explained the menu and we ordered som different tacos and small dishes to share. Food was really tasty and had nice flavours and good combinations. Prices are fair and friendly vibe, nice decor.

I went here for dinner with my family. The restaurant was almost empty, and we were served very kindly by a young lady. However, the food was disappointing. The steaks (sirloin and porterhouse) were served cold, the meat was tasteless, and the presentation was completely careless. As a steakhouse, it is not recommended — hopefully, there are better options in London.

The experience was so good. I had a lunch deal, steak and frites which was great. Steak was lean but tender, loved it and it had a smoked smell which was incredible. Brisket taco was excellent too. Brisket was tender and juicy, together with the condiments and it tasted so good. Service was good. Staff explained all the question I asked about the promotion and menu. They have only bottle beer. It would be better if they have more variety of draft beer on the menu

The service was excellent and food ok. However, the mixed sex toilets were downstairs, in the basement and at the end of the corridor and behind a door. As a woman, my guard immediately went up and felt incredibly vulnerable. I won't be returning.

I'm here to set the world right. This restaurant has no business getting a 4.2 review (which it does at the time of writing). There was someone in the reviews complaining on the price of steak which is easy to "cook at home" and I hope for pity's sake they don't know about drinks menus. Also someone posted that the music was too loud (??) and I just encourage them to experience "fun" as a concept and take part in society. Look, the steak was on point. And I like steak. I'm a regular attendee at another popular steak establishment which I'll of course leave nameless (but it rhymes with "Chalksmoor"), and this was straight up better. I only wish I'd ordered the ribeye so I could gauge Temper's marbling game, but the rest of the menu looked too darn good (so if anyone with that kind of decision-making authority is reading nmaybe just make the menu a bit more crap for next time so I'm forced to choose the larger steaks?) If it didn't pose a likelihood of making a Sun on Sunday headline, I would bathe in that chimichurri sauce AND name my firstborn after it. I don't know what side of Planet Ass one needs to live on to NOT like the bone marrow but I'm not visiting said planet. Order the cornbread just do it order it. Service is mentioned in some reviews but maybe those are outdated. We had fabulous service at 7pm on a Saturday night. Even the chef at the grill asked how our food was (as well as our waitress). Faultless really. Finally I should've tried the cocktails but modelo beers sounded too tempting. Why not both? Well shame on me for that one I have no excuse. It'll need to be next time. And there WILL BE a next time.

The food was really good. When we got seated we were meant to be a party of 5 but the other 2 were running late, we let the waiter know but we had to flag someone down as no one was coming to us, we waited another 10 minutes till we could order then our food took about 35 minutes to come. The service was really off putting although everyone was nice, we kept having to run after someone to get service feeling as though our table was completely ignored, my friend ordered a margarita which the waiter forgot about for like 20 minutes and when we reminded them they apologised and said it would be taken off the bill, only for us to get the bill and it was on there! Then had the audacity to add £30 service charge.

Steak was really superb and so were the sides, bites etc except that some of the vegetables had excessive amounts of salt. At the price I think service ought to be outrageously good while it was just fine. Spent over £100 each. The ambience is nothing special. It's a large open space with late 80's music playing, but not too loudly. The decor is fine and the layout is okay but do the tables need to be so close together that I had to squeeze into my seat because someone was sitting on the next table behind me? We went on a Saturday night and it was surprisingly not busy. If it were full I imagine it could get quite noisy. Room for improvement but the Steak alone is worth the visit.

Originally I thought I had booked the Covent Garden venue but so glad it ended up being Soho. The lady that served us was amazing (I’m not good with names although she had an Irish accent) she explained the menu and the concept and once I had understood we were ready to order. You could feel the vibe of the team working there, it is infectious, and you can see the care they take in preparing the food. No shouting orders, no bashing of pans, just people passionate about their job and enjoying working together. The food, my god, it was just superb, and sharing a Porterhouse was a great suggestion. The side dishes were ample and a really good and varied choice. Temper has to be a ‘Must’ destination and is probably one of the best dining experiences in London. Thank you Temper 😊 Mark and Julie

Temper restaurant was chosen by a friend who suggested we dinner here and although we ordered so much, this meat-feast of a restaurant definitely did not disappoint. From guacamole & tortilla chips to aged beef skewers and various tacos to fillet steak these were very delicious and my personal favourites were the tacos especially the cheeseburger tacos and the soft shell crab tacos and most interesting were the chargrilled prawns that came with mini margaritas, although I was unsure how I should correctly consume these they were tasty nevertheless. For dessert I chose the Deep dish Brigadeiro Cookie, topped with fior di latte ice cream while my friends chose the lime sorbet with mezcal and another ice cream, and I was so pleased with the dessert I chose as it was the best of the three as it was also enjoyed by my friends. The atmosphere was very pleasant and the choice of 80s music in the back ground was a hit. Also the service was as informative as they were attentive. Overall a great evening dining experience.

"¿PERDÓN POR LA PREGUNTA? " Fue la frase y ocurrencia más repetida en este restaurante. Cool vibray techno está en. Esto es genial vibra techno volado en sus tímpanos tan fuerte que le cuesta leer el menú lúgubremente simple. No traigas una cita aquí y Dios no te libre de hacer una cita doble, como hicimos nosotros. El menú, es súper corto y no tan emocionante, pero hay un par de cortes de elección que se destacan como una Picanha de 60 años - ¡qué corte! Y no estaba disponible, se agotó. Para las grapas del menú (no los cortes en el tablero/especiales) , presentándose a cenar a las 18 : 30 no deben ser vendidos. Nos contentamos con algunos otros recortes y más de ser gritados. La carta de vinos es atroz, como su tono en el primer viaje de un adolescente al pub, nada emocionante que es un crimen si su fuerte es la carne roja. Mira, tal vez este lugar se agotó y llegué demasiado tarde, pero no volveré. Horrendo servicio, eran agradables pero constantes de ida y vuelta comprobando la disponibilidad e ignorándonos completamente (probablemente debido al ruido) era lugar común. In Soho a little different experience for meat lovers. Casual place for nice beef, Lamb and chicken delights served in a very nice way in big portions. My favourite was pulled lamb and pulled beef served with an excellent combo of vegetables and bread. Excellent staff and truly a great food for meat lovers. Do try if you are in the area. Deep dish cookie was out of this world as a dessert to finish off.

This is place is meat-insane but it's not just chips and steak and burgers. The place focuses on cuts of meat in large, shareable quantities, together with decadent sides. Add cocktails, wine, tacos as sarters, sweet puddings...it's a feast! Enjoyable as a group. Pricey but meat is good quality.

La comida se cocina (bar - be - que) en una zona de cocina abierta dentro del restaurante. El menú ofrece bocados y platos principales estilo tapas. Very overpriced. Very nice steak, but I can make steak at home. The beef fat potatoes and bearnaise were frankly awful. Both tasted like beef in a gross, greasy way, and the bearnaise was cold and mayonnaisey. Really bad. The goat cheese taco was really good but the rest were underwhelming and I hated the cheeseburger one. The guac and chips were both flavorless. The hispi cabbage was really good and the beef fat cornbread was delicious (saying this as someone from the southern US). But for £100 per person, I wouldn't expect so many duds. The servers were all lovely and the service was great, if quite slow.

Had a great experience at Temper! The venue is stunning, giving off cozy vibes, and our table was perfect for our group of six. We went for the Sunday Roast Menu, and the food was amazing. Although we weren’t given a heads-up that the food would take up to 25-30 minutes to prepare, it was well worth the wait, as it came in large family-style sharing plates. The only disappointment was that we had booked for a birthday meal, but we didn’t receive anything special. However, that’s fine.

Had an amazing time there. Foods were better than my expectations. The steak had a charcoal flavour which I highly valued compared to the other steak houses. Tacos were delicious and the side hispi cabbage wasn't just a side main but almost main quality! Staffs were incredibly attentive and friendly, and they were working hard to provide a good service to customers. The ambient was very relaxing and casual. I highly score to Temper!

There’s a very distinct difference between a restaurant being high end and a restaurant being overpriced. Unfortunately this place is the latter. Nothing about the food is interesting and the taste is flat out tasteless and disgusting. Everything about the venue screams cheap- and the food is no exception…we were waiting close to an hour and half for our steak, despite numerous times of trying to flag people down to try and order drinks no one came- they were out of boneless steak despite being a streak house. Avoid at all cost.

Such a positive experience at this restaurant, the staff are smiley and friendly and can’t do enough for you! Service is super efficient and the food is sublime. The meat is perfectly cooked, delicious flavours and very filling. My only fault would be that the three beast feast platter came out so quickly (about 5 mins from ordering) but I can't really complain as this is way better than being late! The accompanying bottomless wine was a fantastic deal and our glasses were never empty. Can’t wait to return! 😊

We had the Porterhouse with the Raclette covered potatoes, the Temper greens and the gravy covered mash. The Steak was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I ordered medium well. The Potatoes were nice, I could've done without the cheese tbh. The mash was nice a little rich but the pops of crunchy onion more than made up for it. The service was great an all round pleasurable experience. I will definitely be going back.

Our party had heard good things about Temper. We left disappointed, straight after the mains, having even returned some of them. Our complaints are as follows: - We were told dishes were for sharing, but most came out with just two portions - The allergy menu was like trying to navigate Sherlock Holmes' mind palace: we were told half the things on the allergen menu weren't always available at that branch, so we had to spend ages cross checking the allergen list against the menu. Why not just have allergens for that branch on the menu? - The guac was flavourless. Literally no seasoning/spice/garnish/lemon/lime. Nothing! - Two bowls of beef fat potatoes had obviously been reheated, badly, as they were cold in the middle. Others were just burnt. They tasted awful and we returned them. - The tacos came plopped on some prawns, sodden in sauce, making it impossible to wrap them. The tacos themselves tasted stale. - The cocktails - daiquiri and margaritas - were tasty but not cold. - When several of us complained during the meal, to then be charged £30 for service tells you this place just has contempt for their customers. The redeeming feature-ish was the aged beef nachos. The whole experience cost us £55 a head and we left frustrated and eager for somewhere different to finish our evening. Maybe it was the hype that ruined it, or maybe they were having a bad night, but this place is not value for money. I now see the owner only responds to positive reviews, and many others had similar complaints to us.

I’ve been to the Soho branch many times. In my opinion they don’t need to run too many promos which clash and can be confusing. We had the £22.50 pp tacos, 500grm steak and cheese roasted potatoes and a sharing desert which runs from 12 - 18:30 great value. The only issue we have is the mens toilet, always a very bad smell. I suspect plumbing needs to be renewed.

This sunday roast absolutely hit the spot. The highlight for me was the veggies. So much flavour. The yorkie & gravy were decent too. We were surprised that we had bar style seating but it was really cool as we sat around the kitchen & could watch the meat being prepared. Highly recommend & we will definitely be back.

Absolutely love our Sunday roasts at Temper Soho. The food is delicious and the Bloody Mary fabulous, all signed off with a Cazabel milk ice cream for a sumptuous final hit! All the staff are delightful and this Sunday Kelly was so kind and helpful ensuring we sat where we are most comfortable. There is a very convivial atmosphere in the restaurant and everything comes together to ensure a very happy experIence which I highly recommend to any meat eater with a healthy appetite! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, and it’s clear they value good vibes—if you’re nice to them, they definitely reciprocate. Special shout-out to the manager and the waitress who took care of my table—they were super awesome! The chefs and bartender were equally fantastic, making the entire evening enjoyable. Highly recommend for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

I went here last week, the food/service/atmosphere was all good. Pretty expensive so not sure I would make a habit of going regularly but was a nice evening nevertheless. Reason for 1 star review is that I’ve been receiving promotional emails despite not explicitly giving them my details. I expect these have been shared by Apple Pay somehow. I have received 2 emails from them already this morning despite unsubscribing after receiving the first email. I had a nice meal at your restaurant and might come back in future if you stop emailing me.

Found this restaurant by chance . First impressions were wow, great welcome and we chose to sit up at the raised bar area. Food incredible all cooked so well, wine amazing. Attentive service, water offered and topped up regularly. A simply brilliant place , I cannot wait to go back. A new favourite of mine. Absolutely nothing not to like. Méfiez vous en particulier des frites, qu’elle ne fut pas ma surprise de constater que celles-ci étaient tout bonnement assaisonnées d’un piment particulièrement agressif …. Me and my friends went for a birthday dinner. The staff were super nice and even gave us a free dessert because of the birthday ! We had two ribeye on the bone which were good for a smokehouse, no complaints there. No chips on the side 😢 personally love a good steak chips with sauce but no chips so no point ordering the sauce. We had the baby potatoes with parm which was so MID. Also the cheese absolutely stank as other people around us also ordered it 😭😭. The desserts on the other hand were amazing I would recommend trying some.

We went on a Monday evening when they have a deal for half-price steak. The staff were friendly and the steak was cooked exactly how it was asked. However, even if I didn't feel it at that moment, my company complained that the meat was smelly and asked the waiter to cook it more. Much later in the night, I felt really upset and I almost threw up (unfortunately). I don't think I will visit again, given that even with half price it is still expensive, and I wouldn't risk my health even if it was free.

Went here for Sunday roast, sat around the bar/kitchen. It was one of the best Sunday roasts I've had in a long time, so tasty, perfect beef and lovely sides. Service was great plus being right next to the kitchen and the chefs was a very interesting atmosphere. Also the background music playing was excellent and just at a good level to be audible but not overbearing. Reasonable prices too! Highly recommend this place!

I love Temper Soho, the open kitchen with the huge bed of carcoal add heat and theater. It has a real buzz about the place, one which I have returnes over quite a few years and the standards have stayed high. If you like your meat, atmosphere and being able to watch your meal work its way through the kichen, Temper is well worth a visit!

¡Probablemente uno de los mejores asados de domingo! Absolutamente me encantó. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el servicio era excelente, no tuvimos que esperar nada. Todos comimos las 3 carnes asadas y la carne estaba tan sabrosa, que realmente se puede saborear el sabor ahumado. Las zanahorias glaseadas y el queso coliflor también estaban deliciosos. Rematado con pegajosos postres de café y helado. Definitivamente volveremos! Gran música y ambiente también.

Probably the best steakhouse I've been to. Shared the Chateaubriand and porterhouse which were both excellent. The smells around the restaurant are very appetising, and it's great to sit next to the cooking area (counter dining) and watch all the prep and cooking taking place. Even the entranceway is awesome with huge joints of fresh meat in large fridges at each side of the walkway. Will definitely go there again.

Well just come home from having a Sunday roast we had a beef pork belly and lamb Pork was good lamb and beef was pulled. Was disappointed as for us a roast is not pulled meats. When we got in we said we have a table booked to the lady and We was told we only have a hour I was shocked and to be honest felt like telling them to shove it but I didn’t as people I was with really wanted to try it We was seated and again was reminded that it’s only for a hour. So was given menus and about 30 seconds later they was asking for our order we asked them to come back in a few minutes within a minute someone else come over so we ordered food waited 20 mins for it while I’m clock watching thinking this we be great rush our food down and leave. Like I said food was just ok nothing special the at least 3 times we was asked how’s the food. Then we could feel the staff hovering waiting for us to finish soon as we had put out knife and fork down they was over taking a plates away didn’t even get to finish the bottle of wine. Or asked if we wanted dessert. Just to also say there was at least 8 empty tables the whole hour we was there. Told the server how we felt so rushed she said sorry and went over to tell the manager who couldn’t even be bothered to come over. Would never return

This would be a 3.5 if I could. Let’s start with the good: the steak was excellent (we tried the bone on ribeye, and bone on sirloin). Really tasty and cooked exactly how we asked for it. The sides were nice too, but beware there are NO chips or fries! Wasn’t a fan of the baby potato side dish even though it sounded good. Unfortunately, our starter order of tacos was forgotten and the main arrived too.quickly to make it worth chasing.

Staff are fantastic, food is still incredible, I flew 4,000 miles to see my parents and knew I had to take them here. So glad it was just as amazing a year later. Must haves: caramelised spicy corn, beef fat potatoes in garlic raclette, temper greens and a beef fat bearnaise with any steak. Always exceptional at temper.

Nous avions réservé pour l’afternoon tea avec nos enfants entre 6 et 14 ans. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce moment : grande et jolie salle au calme, qui contraste avec l’agitation touristique du secteur, la nourriture est bonne (menus enfant comme adulte) et les boissons comprises dans l’Afternoon Tea sont proposées à volonté. Le service est prévenant et discret. Ils vous donnent une boîte en carton à gâteaux pour emporter les restes (c’est abondant, nous n’avons pas pu finir).

Nos sorprendió mucho este restaurante del hotel Marriott. ¿Alguien vino blanco a temperatura ambiente? No tengo idea de cómo pensaron que esto estaría bien. Nunca había visto un refrigerador. El precio es lo suficientemente modesto para el restaurante del hotel, el servicio era mixto, un servidor joven era brillante, el tipo que servía el vino sabía que iba a tomar un volante. Terrible service! We waited half an hour for the menu, another almost an hour for the meal and at the end it turned out that there was no coffee because the machine was broken!!!
