Tookeys in Huntingdonshire

Booked for lunch, several staff passed us before we finally got seated. Table for two rocked like a see-saw. Need 20-20 vision to read the small font unclear menu, Service was below average, asked for a side dish of spring onion which did not arrive with main course. Food was okay but thought there was a lack of good healthy choices. Location is very nice but overall was a disappointing experience

This spot is amazing its a perfect place to go for a time out in st ives town. Its got lovely staff they are very friendly. They work hard with a smile always help and always ready to serve. This is probaly the best coffee shop in cambridge and the coffee they serve is so nice and the food is always fresh and great. Big love to the team manager emma, the store leader eugine, the workers tammy hazel and harvey all the staff are great and welcoming. A must go if your visiting st ives.

Going, going.......Gone!!! Shut own, who knows what will replace it, probably another housing estate that will cause endless traffic jams.

Terrible service at this branch. On more than one occasion staff have been rude and dismissive. Today we came in at 5:45 pm and were told harshly that we couldn't sit down, because "the cafe is closed". The door says 7 pm but "that's just so you can buy stuff", the employee explained in a dismissive way. He then proceeded to condescendingly explain how they need to go home so they close 2h early to clean up. Well isn't that grand? If you want to leave early then close early. Don't say you're open until 7 and mistreat customers who've come to spend their hard earned money. However the shop does its shifts is not the customer's problem.

Three of us came for drinks. We were served four drinks. Young server insisted she asked if we ordered 2 hot chocolates (4drinks in total.) Her manner was short, unprofessional and defensive. Shame, coz we were treating mum as she’s had a tough time with Dad having just gone through heart surgery. Nil point Costa!!
