This place is disgusting do not order from here . Food is terrible staff are rude and owners are horrible people stay well clear

The food was terrible, chips and pakora were soaked in grease. The pizza was so poor and wasn’t fresh, it all went in the bin. Wouldn’t order again.

First time tried and utterly disappointed. Ordered 4 fish suppers and told them on phone no vinegar just salt. Went for collection and said the same again when asked by the serving staff. Mistakenly, one of the girls added vinegar to one supper so I asked for replacement. The fryer refried the same fish and gave it back to the lady to serve it to me claiming it was newly fried. I challenged them since I had seen it through the glass. No word of apology was offered by anyone. Deception all over

The food was very poor and not the Quality as expected First Time getting and the Pizza tough to split , the base was hard and not soft, the edges were burnt and crispy and chips had no salt on them, Which was gutted.

The chips and battered sausages were lovely but the pizzas were really dry and disappointing. I would order again but would defiantly avoid the pizzas

macaroni cheese was not nice at all pizza cheese was hard and base was a bit too rigid. onion rings were alright

staff have absolutely discusting behaviour!!Ordered chicken goujons with chips and they left my chips and when I phoned she called me a “cheeky cow” for asking for my chips to be delivered then the guy battered my door and wouldn’t leave then left my chips at the door to go cold!!!

Pizza was not pleasant. Almost inedible. Too much dough and it was very dry/overcooked. Quite disappointed and it’s put me off ordering from here again.

Got a few things and a pint of milk, what I got was a 12oz cup of milk which according to the Italian guy there "was doing me a favour" when there was no pints there, and he actually thought it was a pint. Took a bit of talking to agree that will get it added to in a future order but when that happens I do not know, I may just get it refunded because I don't want to wait for when a pint of milk becomes available to then order a meal. Doesn't make sense.

The so called milkshake was like milk with a teasooon of chocolate powder in it. Zero trace of ice cream and NO dime bar bits. So thin and tasteless. Literally a £4 cup of milk. The fish was soggy . Not up to usual standards at all. Very disappointing.

I never received my order last night it says it was delivered at 20 past 8 I never received anything it was small chips and cheese I ordered and payed for to 89 coldstream crescent coltness wishaw I never received it no one came to my door

First time trying and won't again. food was cold and over salted (wasn't asked for salt). batter on the sauages was very soggy. Baked potato was nice after wee min in the microwave to heat it up

Great quality as usual despite being covered in tomato sauce, for which I did not request

If there was no stars I would have put that as I did not receive my order I did phone up after midnight and asked where my delivery was as I never got it told the man my address then my phone died, but at that time the shop was closed nothing to do with the food place but next time will not be using just eat again!!!!!!!! Think it’s a disgrace and on my order it says it was delivered what a joke

I didn't like the delivery driver recording me when he delivered my meal. I wasn't aware that was aloud through just eat against my will

sauce missing from an item... item ruined!.... fritters with ketchup... stuck to packaging and stripped batter and sauce to leave only bare potato. special fish- wrapped in paper, ketchup on bottom slice of fish and other slice slapped on top, could not separate for sharing and batter all ripped off and broke into pieces. It was cold as it was 45 minutes late. i wouldn't mind if it was a couple a pound! fish should be fresh! dogs wouldnt have ate this! food here is normally smashin!

Order food and some juice. Received my order at 19:06 but no juice so called them back the woman on the phone said a driver will be right down with it. Called back 1 hour later as I still hadn't received my juice yet again I was told a driver will be down with it rite away. Called yet again at 21:00 and told we will sent it down. I will no be ordering anything from this place again absolutely disgusting service!!!
