chips were all soggy and the fried pizza was floppy and tasted like it had been heated up in a microwave. nothing seemed freshly made. previously its been brilliant so assume this was an off night

As usual first class fish & chips, perfect crispy batter and plump chips, so tasty

Would be a good review again if it wasn’t for the complete unprofessional behavior from the lassie that answers the phone Ordered a large mixed kebab and got a mixed kebab wrap which would’ve been a quick fix if the girl didn’t meet it with such rudeness trying to say that I was wrong to begin with and her tone when she asked me if I wanted my order fixed well course I did The guy and girl arguing in a different language while I was on the phone then was hung up on twice. NEED NEW COUNTER STAFF

Pizza was hard, and like it had been sitting for a while… quite disappointing, base was like it was just out the freezer..

Always good food and delivered on time

Food was freezing ordered late at night so mabye it wasn’t as fresh but the food wasn’t eatable

Please stop replacing the burgers with those cheep chip steaks they’re not edible. Disappointed this past while.

sauce missing from an item... item ruined!.... fritters with ketchup... stuck to packaging and stripped batter and sauce to leave only bare potato. special fish- wrapped in paper, ketchup on bottom slice of fish and other slice slapped on top, could not separate for sharing and batter all ripped off and broke into pieces. It was cold as it was 45 minutes late. i wouldn't mind if it was a couple a pound! fish should be fresh! dogs wouldnt have ate this! food here is normally smashin!

I didn't like the delivery driver recording me when he delivered my meal. I wasn't aware that was aloud through just eat against my will

Order food and some juice. Received my order at 19:06 but no juice so called them back the woman on the phone said a driver will be right down with it. Called back 1 hour later as I still hadn't received my juice yet again I was told a driver will be down with it rite away. Called yet again at 21:00 and told we will sent it down. I will no be ordering anything from this place again absolutely disgusting service!!!

we have been ordering food from your shop for years and tonight was the first time food was disgusting, pizza was cold and over cooked, chips were warm but not enjoyable, will br thinking twice before we order again,

I noticed that there was little heat coming from the food bag ...the single sausage was room temp..the fritters were slightly warmer...the fish and chips in the insulated carton were tepid ....everything had to be reheated ...also all the batter on the items was soggy.. as if they had been left to steam ...if I wanted to have oven fish and chips i would have taken them out of the freezer...very disappointing.

Food arrived fresh and hot (fish supper) currently housebound through care needs take out food for treat very happy and good being able to pay with cash

Don't really know what was in the mozzarella sticks. Definitely didn't taste like the usually do and we're inedible.

Delivered super, super early! And everything was hot and fresh, the chips were exceptionally tasty…we ate those with the pizza and kebab meat and kept rest for later. Yummy! Thank you.

I order the same thing almost every time but tonight the chicken salad roll was missing the onion and coleslaw so was pretty bland. The rest of the food was fine. It arrived sooner than predicted which is always good and the driver was friendly

Ordered mini fish suppers to be delivered for my elderly parents and they were very disappointed in quality of the fish - very dry and chewy.

That pizza dough was rough. It’s 1 molecule away from cardboard. I have frozen pizzas that would have been 10x better. Chips were okay but that pizza is just barely edible.

A orderd 4 fritters and got 5 that’s a star and the curry sauce wis good that’s 2 but apart fae that the fritters was like soggy spounges and the king rib tasted like rotten fish and I love a king rib but this was shameful

Order was late, food was good and still warm. Was missing an item in my order. Apparently the delivery driver is bringing it back but we shall see. I’ve been going to this place since I was little so I’m a little disappointed but won’t stop me going.

70 minutes to deliver food, chips not fresh like reheats. The bag was soaked with condensation. Very poor.

Only chip shop I goto in the area, usually always good quality. Chips haven't been best(lots of bits and not sitting in old oil) last couple times though.
