turned up at my door with only juice saying another customer took my delivery absolutely shocking

Received a different drink than choosing

wasn't that warm ,black pudding batter was not crispy.very disappointed

i wasnt very happy with how my food arrived. The black pudding was soggy, the macaroni cheese was hard. The only thing edible was the onion rings and fritters. I have gotten from here more than a few times. I dont know if last night was just a bad night but even that shouldnt be an excuse. Wouldnt feel confident ordering from here again.

Only thing can I add is ask drivers not to cut through grass and use designated paths

Fish was greasy, as were chips. Vegetable pakora was worst I have ever encountered. Balls of sludge, deep fried and burned in bland batter. No bite or texture whatsoever. Sauce was watery and bland. Will never use this restaurant again.

Delivery was quick & delivery driver was friendly. Received two large pieces of fish, however food was really soggy & had been sweating in the bag. Can of juice had been put in beside it so was roasting.

Got a mixed kebab, the meat was good quality and the chili sauce was lovely

I ordered garlic mayo with the chicken kebab as an extra as I expected chilli sauce to be included but it wasnt. looking back at the menu it doesnt mention any sauce at all so does this mean sauce needs to be added each time at an extra £1.50 because that's not ideal, it should be part of it. otherwise it would have been really nice but I was disappointed in that hence why my quality score was lower. The food itself was good quality.

Food is always piping hot and fresh and the chocolate cake is always a generous slice and delightful.

I want to thank the restaurant so much, I had missed the delivery driver due to how speedy the food order was, I realised I had missed and I called them, they politely sent new, warm food, thanks so much for this 🫶

Delivered to wrong address said 25 instead of 23 spoke to the neighbour who said they said they did not order food but delivery driver still left it shop said it was my fault nothing to do with them no call from driver said i could pay again no way

even though the delivery was slightly later than anticipated. the food was out standing. sometimes when you order from a chip shop the chips or anything in batter can be soggy from the condensation but not here. everything was still piping hot and crisp as if it was freshly out the fryer. kebab meat wasn't dry and it was very tasty. 1st time iv ever ordered from here and certainly won't be the last. keep up the good work folks. thank you 😁

Portion sizes are getting smaller, not the fish but the chips, hardly any in the portion.

I ordered toast for kiddo and was sent all outsiders every slice was an outsider...he refuses to eat them he hates them he has autism so only easts certain foods so this time he cudnt even eat slices.

chips cold and soggy fish ok id say the coleslaw was the best spend over 30 pounds 🙄

Delivery driver always very polite good customer service 5 stars. Food delicious. Could I make a menu suggestion please. Spicy chicken is lovely. One of my favourites are spicy chicken cheese and chips together. I couldn't see it on the menu tonight so opted for baked potato and spicy chicken it was beautiful. Thank you very much.

Estimated delivery time was 45 mins. I called after 2.5 hours to be told it was on route. Called back after 3.5 hours to be told just eat machine had been turned off as shop was too busy and my order was lost. Therefore 3.5 hour wait and 2 calls. Not good service at all

Was looking forward to my Prawn Salad, but I was really annoyed, they gave me a small corner of prawns usually in the container about 15-20% is the prawns, this was more like 5% of the container. So annoyed.

Toni’s is the best chip shop I have ordered from. The food is lovely and always delivered on time. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

food was excellent, the Bolognese was perfect with just a little kick to it. the food was still very warm considering it came from Wishaw and we live in North Motherwell, will definitely order again

Not happy with driver as didn’t follow instructions. Spoke over camera 3 times and can’t understand clear instructions or read. You really need to get better drivers for deliveries

Ordered food paid for it it shop told me order didn’t come through on just eat although it registered as ready to collect . I paid for food and didn’t receive any . Be careful abysmal service .

it was soggy due to being late.

phoned the shop to make sure they had cheese & onion pizzas, was told they did so placed an order. delivery received & driver told me the shop has a message to let you know they have cheese & onion so they gave you plain cheese. could easily have phoned me back to let me know but didn't have the decency! expext better service

I was given a delivery time of 5.40pm but the food was delivered early, hot and delicious.

Food was absolutely rotten all soggy if been all dipped in oil,

As always delicious fish & chips excellent batter fish minted very prompt delivery time, only problem came to back door happened twice now , when asked them to come to front on two other occasions

Large kebab has all of a sudden shrunk to a small. Definitely not worth £8/£9

Food was great but the Nutella dough balls had a small slab of Nutella that you would get from the shop for like 80p and it was £4.80 so not worth the price

Been ordering munchie boxes from here frequently lately and couldn’t fault it , it became our new favourite chippy. Today decided to try the breakfast boxes and it was delivered an hour later than estimated. I called the shop and was told it’s because I live far away . It’s never been an issue before , pointed this out and was then told it is because they are busy. Don’t accept peoples orders and take their money if you can’t provide a satisfactory service !

Not what i paid for. Looked more like a 12" pizza when i paid for 16". Staff were rude when called up about it. Won't be ordering again.

Hard bits in the sausage couldn’t eat as tho it had been sitting a while, chips were hard and slightly crunchy as tho they were undercooked the haggis fritters was brilliant could tell was fresh and wasn’t lying out

Two weeks in a row I ordered from Toni’s and the app states £2.70 delivery but when I went into my receipt I have been charged £5 for each delivery. It’s not till you go into view receipt you can see the more expensive charge. Surly this is wrong & im due a refund. You can’t advertise one price and charge another. £4.60 I’ve been over charged. I look forward to your reply.

I specifically asked for salt vinegar and lots of brown sauce - got none of it, so couldnt eat it. Whats the point in a comments section if they get ignored?

Late time doesn’t bother me as I am out they’re way but everytime I order I have never had a complaint, always fresh and definitely first place I go to for a chippy

Arrived looking forward to my order, greeted by 4 people crammed behind the till only 1 person dishing up food. Arrived home with my meal. The garlic pizza was so hard and had no flavour. Was like a pre made pizza base with some herbs on i The large chips and donner meat wasn’t large. it was half and half. I was also disappointed when I seen Toni the bubbly yummy yummy chips man from TikTok. Was quite demanding of staff and not as welcoming to customer as I’d have thought from his TikTok persona

apparently the driver delivered my order to the wrong address! eventually got our order but not happy at all
