Love coming here, the atmosphere is amazing. Our server tonight was a bubbly young lady her name was Ellie, she always makes you feel welcome to the place. Hope we get her the next time we go.

Had breakfast here I was surprised at the selection and enjoyed the food Will be going again soon

Carvary is really nice,plenty of choice and helpful friendly staff.

I haven't been here for a while so thought I'd give it a try. Food was lovely, the mash was next level. Soooo creamy. Our server Julie was lovely and very accommodating. The carver Ulada was great too, giving me an extra Yorkshire for my 10 month old. It's also nice to see a place that offers full fat pepsi with syrups. Will definitely be back.

Sorry to say a little disappointed with the food it was cold and the meat chewey. Never had a problem before and sorry to say not up to standard

When visit today, the Toby carvery was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The server was holly G and the carver was vlada.

Chef didn't tell me that the beef was fatty put a big slob off fat on my plate wasn't happy the soda machine was not good the soda didn't taste right wasn't very happy I usually love coming carvery wasn't very satisfied only good thing was the turkey gammon pork Yorkshire pudding and the dessert and pigs in blankets

Foods good but plate small so Yorkshire pudding takes 2 much room up Good meat usually But Nearly always 2 busy n noisy Crowded

Food beautiful as always, chicken of 5 meats(yes 5) turkey pork lamb beef &gammon. I had gammon & beef with mash,turnip, parsnip, roast potato, cauliflower cheese, stuffing yorkshire pudding & gravy, all cooked perfect. Wasn't totally happy way meat was served cut 2 thin slides(&whenI say thin I mean thin) of turkey but 1 broke up, he put the bit on plate left rest on cutting board also two equally as thin of gammon. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable especially our server Julie

Always love a Toby.. but please bring back the roasted gravy onions. The Mac n cheeses is often dry and the cauliflower cheese too mushy. Mushy peas would be a great option x

Lovely service from Olivia tonight. It was very busy, looking around other servers and management looking stressed and over worked. Olivia was also very busy doing every job you could think of but she made time to help you nothing was too much definitely needs to be management there and train workers to deliver a smile and good service even when it’s tough.

Good food, often a wait if you haven't booked. Servers are pleasant and helpful.

We love the Toby Carvery Watermill, as it had a great atmosphere and always smells of lovely fresh cooked food. Today our Carver Ulada was friendly, courteous and our carvery was delicious. Our Server Julie was friendly, easy to chat with and having seen her before get service was excellent throughout our lunch. We shall return as the food and service is always first class. Thanks everyone ☺️

Food is a lot better at kings mill farm, customer service, Food and staff are a lot better. The puddings are also a lot better.

Been to many toby’s food here was the best by far

Came for birthday treat but the kids chicken burger was left as pale bits of chicken didn't taste nice. My mother wanted small carvery no option so had roast potatoes smoother these were dry so she left. Lumpy mash left, Brussels like bullets could barley eat, Yorkshire puddings could not cut did bring me a replacement. All of us left some meat lamb really chewy. Have been here before and better would not rush back as expected better for money two little slices of hard meat.

Went midweek and it was busy, but had a table booked. Though we were given the option of eating in the bar area if we wanted. Staff were very polite and helpful. A mixed group of guests, with parties of young and ild. Food was ok but felt their could have been a better selection of veg available. Roast potatoes were mainly broken, this may have been due to people selecting and not wanting. Food was edible and the meat was tender (beef). Plenty of parking available.

Outside area we're tidy but abit neglected the rodent boxes were a plus and minus because of the company taking control of the issues but off putting at the sight and reason behind having those boxes.

Usually go on a Sunday, you can normal book same day. It’s usually full on a Sunday when you get there, but it’s not too bad a wait in the Que to the cavery all things considered. Polite and friendly staff and consistent standard of food. Usually warm in here so wear a t shirt 🤪

Breakfast buffet was brilliant. Great selection and service. Would recommend

Julie our waitress was fast and efficient with taking our order and bringing us drinks. She was extremely friendly and an asset to the company. Ulada who was our carver was lovely and friendly too.

All of the above were very good ,but the food wasn't hot which spoilt the meal as it was all really nice the beef was excellent

We visited Toby on Friday 23th and had Ellie as our server the service she gave was fantastic from beginning to end it can’t have been easy having 23 factory girl to look after but she gave it everything food was lovely the chefs were polite all in all a great evening

Best experience I have ever had at a Toby. The meat was excellent and was carved beautifully by a young lady called Vlada. Most carvers tend to just hack at the meats but she took great care with it. A very special mention must be given to my server, Katie. From the moment I sat down to leaving she shone like a star. Pleasant, bubbly, and most importantly, nothing was too much for her. As I was on my own, I was able to watch as she dealt not only with me but with everyone. From cutting a customer's meat, to fetching their refills, to dealing with a party of 12, we were all treated the same way. Katie should be the benchmark for the rest of the staff.

Food wasn't hot. Yorkies cold underneath even tho just bought out roasties carrots and cauliflower cheese hard. Waited for dessert and waitress sent it for wrong table. Reordered then wrong desserts came out

It was okay if you can find a seat away from the fire exit door,we couldn't and people use the door to exit the place

Was greeted when walked in and was sat in a quiet space around a corner. Was served by Emma who was very polite, kind and welcoming. Meat was carved by Vlada, who was polite and had a smile on her face. Food was nice also.

Very poor undercooked food roasties cauli and carrots hard. Fresh yorkies bought out and was cold underneath. This food was not to temp by any means. Desserts ordered and sent to wrong table. Reordered then wrong desserts came out. Waitress very understanding but they shouldn't have to take the flack for poor quality food.

We visited our local Toby last night to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. We were greeted by Holly G who was very cheerful, welcoming and friendly. We were seated at a nice clean table. Lewis carved our meat. He was very sociable and we enjoyed having a joke with him. Our meal was excellent. Thank you Toby Carvery Watermill for making our anniversary extra special.

Amazing staff, popped in for a mid week carvery as part of a group celebration and had a fab time thanks to our server, Katie and carver, Densley

Food quality is good and the delivery time was okay only bad point was the gravy pot was open and leaked all over in the bag to the point there was no gravy left and everything was covered

First time here ,we was just passing and took a chance that we'd get a table ,it was 16.00 to our surprise very busy but got seated and service was excellent. I'd suggest booking though.

Came for Christmas meal last nite the starter was brilliant the meal was very nice but the apple crumble was disappointing the apples was so Chewy couldn't eat it but everything else the pub the Atmosphere and the staff was amazing ❤️

The food was barely ward when it arrived, expensive for a lot of mash & poor roasties

the food came late reordered it for 7pm cam at 8.10 a carvery is not a carvery with peas and carrots! it wasn't very nice comparing to previous orders very disappointed although the puddings were really nice best thing about the order to be honest.

Nice hot food and quick service even though very busy . The vegetables could be better though . Our waitress Emma was friendly polite and a lovely smile , which these days is very rare !! Well done !

Ordered via delivery for what's supposed to be an ultimate carvery....3 tiny pieces of meat and a tiny pot of gravy....plenty of stodge though if you like that type of thing.....very disappointed and never again

Booked table time ready. Welcome and waitress very polite. The food was very good except for the initial served beef was quite fatty , serving chef should have advised us of this beef when cutting off the joint (he over looked this ) the problem was quickly rectified by the manager. Enjoyed the meal

Absolutely shocking, wouldn’t even give 1 if it was an option. Bacon was so fatty and barely cooked. Everything stuffed in one container so all soggy and not practical if you don’t like tomatoes and for some unknown reason a load of mash potatoes were stuffed in with my breakfast which I hate. Would never order again.

Had a lovely experience today even though it was busy the food was great, there was a good selection and was being topped up constantly so was fresh. Our carver Ulada and our server Julie were very lovely and welcoming.

Ellie was amazing very friendly and extremely helpful.

Was good for family's. But prices have gone up, making it too expensive now for family's shame

I love that the carvery is normal food I have a garlic allergy and a lot of place put garlic in the roast potatoes gravy ect,, The roast beef on the past 2 occasions was quite fatty so I would love to see the beef improve

This place is addictive I was with my family in the area of the carvery when I was taken ther wow talk about lush massive Yorkshire puddings crunchy roast potatoes, pork,beef,chicken delicious veg etc and the gravy yummy, I have to say it's was great a good size building with plenty of space they recommed booking but we didn't, also you can take you dog as long as it's on a lead and is only allowed in certain parts of the restraunt, the staff were friendly I can't say it's cheap but it's worth the money for sure

Food was alright, stuffing was dry as anything, but most disappointing was a certain member of staff whom had an incredibly dry sense of humour and thought it was okay to take jokey “digs” at members of our table. Overheard her speaking to a table of young lads, asking for their ID and calling them “babies”. Then proceeded to complain about her long hours and how tired she was to us. Didn’t feel like a comfortable environment and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. She came across very rude, whether she was aware or not, that’s how she came across to myself and the rest of our party. Probably won’t return because of this - an uncomfortable dining experience.

Asked for no vegetables everytime but always get vegetables when I ask for no vegetables on the notes

Unfortunately the food was very bland and over cooked. The meat was beyond thinly cut and very sparingly given on the plate. Even the "World Famous Gravy" was watery and tasteless However, all the staff were very pleasant and did make us feel welcomed

Going down hill, poor quality food, poor service

the Yorkshire pudding were soggy the dinner was cold very disappointed had family over ended up leaving it wasted £54 on this

Me and my son went to order a takeaway carvery we was told it would be a 15 min wait which was fine they was busy. We sat nearly 40 minutes watched just eat divers commkng in and going straight away. The lad behind the asked if we was still waiting he went to check came straight out with it apologised Got home which is 5 mins down the a38 to find all the food was stone cold inedible we warmed it up in the microwave but still wasn't enough very poor. I ordered a portion of dauphinoise potatoes there was nothing like them at all potatoes cut too thick not even cooked in the middle no cream cheese or garlic. Spoilt by the whole meal

Re-visited 'toby carvery' after a number of years. Straightaway noticed the food on the carvery looked very good and appetising, good choice of meats and vegetables and my choices was very well cooked. Place was clean and tidy and staff on the ball. Will go again soon

I ordered 3 carvery’s, one without stuffing as I really do not like it and all 3 with gravy. All three came cold, all with stuffing and no gravy at all

Service was fab by Ellie! Overall was a really busy evening so the turn over of food was nice and quick and very fresh! A great variety of desserts that certainly filled us up!! Will definitely visit again during the weekend!
