Worst experience ever . The food was awful, uncooked and soggy. I’ve ordered 2 can of coke, that has never arrived even though I’ve paid for it.

When you call up to order your food the women who answered the phone her name is Michelle Smith but goes by Chelle she ends the phone call on you and then when you try to ring back she either doesn't answer or she declines the call. This is really bad customer service and i would not recommend going there . I have also been in the shop while Chelle is making food for customers and she uses food that she had dropped on the floor, she have no hygiene when it comes to the customers food, she does not wash her hands and she does not wear anything to cover her hair. Whenever i have order from there it has always been freezing cold and there is always something wrong with the order most of the time there is hairs in the food that match the hairs of Michelle Smith. She is a disgrace of a worker, she does not care about the hygiene or the standards of customers food and clearly she does not have any customer services skills when she is ending the phone and declining phone calls. 0/10. I would not recommend, I would only go back if Michelle Smith also known as Chelle got fired. She should definitely not have a job there as she is selfish and she only cares about herself, she does not care about her customers.

Since these new owners took over food gone down hill , I ask for chicken wings they come in batter , no I just wanted fried chicken wings , the ones come in batter the chicken is raw , since new owners I have never ordered from this place again not with raw chicken wings in batter, got a chicken kebab and it was awful , lettuce was brown and salad well wot salad it don’t do red cabbage, this place has really gone gone down hill , sloppy burger and the salad was heated as well , had to send loads back as it was disgusting 😡😡😡😡😡

I ordered a 1/2lb chicken burger meal, and I got delivered and charged for a 1/4 chicken burger meal and after waiting about 50 mins to an hour for it. Chips were cold just to top it off

Ordered a pizza and fries only live 5 minutes away but regardless a hour and a half went by so I tried to ring to no avail like 4 times so went up to the restaurant only to see my pizza sat ontop of the oven and them blatantly ignoring the phone all of them sat round doing absolutely nothing it it was not busy in there all delivery drivers inside cars parked outside and when I started to complain about my food I was laughed at, in the end i had to deliver my own food after paying for a delivery, !!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TAKEAWAY, NEW OWNERS DONT HAVE A CLUE!!!

shocking food takes ages and he added it up on his calculator came to £12 charged me £20 i paid it because everywhere was closed and i was hungry. Last time i come here

Charged me 6.50£ for 6pcs of wings when price list clearly says 3.90£. paid by card so only noticed once I left. Used to be my go to chicken shop years ago, seems like owners have changed, on top of that wings were dreadful more breadding than actual chicken

Normally order from Enderby TJ’s but weren’t taking orders so ordered from Fulhurst Ave, said they had a 45 minute wait after 2 hours called up and they hadn’t even put the pizza in. Kept my little lad up 2 hours past his bed, dreadful service!! Had to cancel the order with Food hub which was another headache. 5 days to refund your money 🙄 Rominoes in Braunstone frith from now on!!

Ordered food that was 45 minutes late which made us late going out. The staff were very apologetic and offered free pizzas for next time. Which I thought was very nice. However, everyone that ate the pizzas were all sick within an hour and we all went home. Not impressed and ruined what was otherwise a good night.

Delicious food and amazing service! My order was a little complicated but the food came exactly as requested, tasted fantastic and the lady who picked up the phone and delivered the food was incredibly sweet, friendly and lovely! It was very welcome after a long day! If I lived near, I would order from here a lot more!

The order arrived 20minutes late after saying it would be 1 hour, so took 1hr 20mins. The order was someone else's, and was stone cold. The they said it would then take another hour to deliver the correct order as they only had 1 driver. Regardless, The burger had half a slice of tomatoe 1 slice of cucumber and looked like it had been thrown together. Absolutely vile food

If you want warm food or it cooking a certain way then I'd try somewhere else the food is cold and taste reheated when I tried to call back I was told I was shouting I was not the person on the phone is also rude

Ordered on UberEats, ordered £13 worth of food so not much at all, I was left waiting over an hour and a half for the delivery, upon arrival food was cold, absolutely dismal service, really disappointing

Been using here for years every other week I called last week and the woman on the phone said the price has gone up. She wanted to charge me £29:50 for 4 quarter pounder meals and a garlic bread. I asked her to tell me how this is possible and give me a break down to which she said u either want it or you don't. I told her it's a meal deal advertised on there website as £16 and the garlic bread £3:90 to which she said either buy it or not I don't care. Be careful if ordering from here I have been a customer for well over ten years and will not be ordering again.

Disgusting service tonight order cheese and tomato pizza and got pepperoni which children are veggies and didn't realise now very upset, was told by a lady on the phone they are busy and to leave the pizza on the size outside if uneaten, explained they didn't notice and the driver will collect and bring a new one like this was good enough. Then she put the phone down on me, so disappointed as I order alot from this place and now will never again

Laughable. I ordered chicken burgers which was OK, ordered a fish burger and if was 3 fish fingers in a bun was a total joke lol

Raw chicken. Not 1 piece was edible. The order was placed and it was on the way immediately now I would usually say this great however if you can't eat it what's the point. Certainly won't be ordering from here again.

Poor service to start off with, ordered extras on pizza, discovered that there weren't any on when got home, rang up got left hanging on phone....well poor service what did I expect!

Really nice fries not greasy like a lot of takeaways. Burger was properly cooked, my only bad comment is I asked for salad & when I opened it at home there was a tiny slice of cucumber, half a slice of tomatoe and the smallest amount of lettuce I've ever had on a burger, if there had been more salad it would of been perfect and I'd of given 5 stars ✨

Great if you are drunk or juat want to eat greasy food. Might get a stomach bug. Don't get me wrong I love the stuff, especially when I'm feeling particularly self hating and drunk however I and a friend have suffered from digestive issues following this. And more than just once. BUUTT on the flip side the pizza is actually good, kebab is okay not really fresh tasting and the burgers are tasty, nothing very special. Cheap meat.

We've used this place since they started and probably up to four times a month. Good quality fast food, very rare that theres a problem and if there is the owner resolves it very quickly. Some very good deals and buy one get one free on pizza.

I order today Pk meal for 13 pound Doner Kebab was absolutely black and we can't eat that.I order here first time and last time never again.

I ordered for me and my boy, his burger had hair in it and bits of order was missing, they came round and asked to see burger, the bloke told me I had put it in there 😡 I was so angry I never asked for a refund when I rang or any more food as an apology so why would I plant hair and not ask for anything 🤔 all I asked for was a new burger. Completely disgusted. Avoid tjs braunstone.
