Vino a este salón. Eran 4. 55 y no me di cuenta que tenían un trato descarado a las 5. Pedí una copa de vino que podría haber conseguido gratis como parte del trato. Pensé que el personal me habría hablado del trato. Sin embargo, se pidió antes de las 5 a pesar de que el plato vino alrededor de 5. 20 por lo que no consiguió un trato. Me encantaban los salones, pero hay mejores lugares para comer y mejores ofertas que el personal es honesto.

Cosy cafe/bar with a good variety of dishes and drinks. Coffee is really good, food is tasty and well presented, but it's the atmosphere that makes you want to come back. It's rare that you would recommend the same place for brunch, for an afternoon coffee and for a drink, but somehow Tinto works for all.

I used to take my children here and they are now 30 and 27. On my last 2 visits the food has been very disappointing to say the least. The portions are almost childlike. The chicken and then the house burger were overcooked and dry. The chips were in pieces and the coleslaw was positively minuscule. On the 1st occasion the manager apologised and as a way to make things right, offered us a drink as a token of goodwill. Last night when asked “how was your meal?” . They asked as a matter of routine. I started to tell the server but her response before I could go into detail “would I like more chips?” I no longer live in Bristol but visit every 3 to 4 months. I for one will no longer go there as there are plenty of better alternatives in the vicinity.

Nice restaurant and cafe. I come here to work and have coffee but have eaten here a few times too. Food is good, but nothing amazing: solid brunch/pub type fare. Cakes are ok, certainly not top quality, but they aren't priced as such. Main meal portions are very variable though, from super generous to miserly (bang bang chicken noodles was basically a kids portion). Never disappointing, but also not something to really look forward to.

Excellent service - really efficient and very friendly. Burritos are yummy, children's meal is really quite large. Definitely recommend

My wife and I visited Saturday morning for breakfast. Food was as expected so no complaints there. Really disappointed at the waitress serving us though, my wife didn’t say thank you immediately when receiving cutlery and the waitress sarcastically said you’re welcome. My wife’s first language isn’t English and she was concentrating on speaking with me. Who does the waitress think she is? Her behaviour was totally rude and inconsiderate. Ridiculous.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s always been good. A bit on the pricey side for what it is but solid and friendly and you generally get what you pay for… however today? Not so… Small Cheese burger, small chips and a table spoon of coleslaw for £14.95? Totally smothered in burger sauce ‘read orange mayo’. PUT IT ON THE SIDE! Tiny and I mean tiny flat white coffee at £3.55? Seriously… the quality was poor, service was good. Cheaper prepared food but more expensive …. No thanks!

Wow so pleased to call in here with family. Knowing the lounges cater for me being a celiac is great. Service was super friendly and helpful. Food was excellent, and the ambience excellent for a night out to talk and catch up. Also big thanks to the staff who looked after us all so well.

I had a great experience at the Tinto Lounge. The food was fab, I ordered the Halloumi burger, sweet potato fries, which came with coleslaw. I ordered a hot beverage, which was cappuccino, made from oat milk, as requested. Banoffe cake was the dessert ordered, but was not prepared to leave, so asked for a box to take away. Service was great, staff and atmosphere was amazing, includingthe music. It felt like an experience from another part of the world 🌎.. Staff often engaged to ask if all was ok. So many thumbs up for this place. I certainly will be returning 100%...x

I love these little places, although this is a Sunday night. "Beats the hell of stopping in", in a hotel room. Coffee and cake, then home for some, "hows your father", whatever. The staff say this is 21 yrs old.

The food was burnt and very greasy. I went to bed with a very sore tummy.

The staff were so super friendly and helpful with allergies and so sweet and kind to the four children we had with us. Thank you!

Everything was perfect for us, a group of 5 who spontaneously dropped in for a Sunday lunch. Great food and extremely rapid service (unlike the WOT one!), via their QR code/app. Will def return to this 'lounge.

I come here probably at least once a week for a sausage butty and a coffee. The click and collect feature is really helpful, as I can order my food and set the collection time for when I’m less busy at work. Food is always delicious, coffees are spot on and staff are always so lovely and sweet. ❤️

Just wanted to say how impressed I was by the three staff(front of house) on Saturday 31st August 2024. It was a busy lunchtime and they were amazingly on top of everything. No queues, tables kept clean and cleared, quick friendly service. The food was good (vege and meat eater) and the flat white coffee was good and strong but not bitter. Only visit this part of Bristol every other year-otherwise I would definitely go regularly.

Had a mezze salad as always. Food took bit longer than usual. Staff quite ok but could smile more :-)

Como celíaco puede ser nervioso probar un nuevo lugar para comer, ya que puede ser preocupante no saber cómo manejan su alergia, sin embargo, lo hicieron fabuloso! Todo su menú sin gluten se prepara en un área separada de la cocina para reducir el riesgo de contaminación cruzada. He comido aquí un puñado de veces y no he tenido ningún problema. Sus desayunos incluso incluían hachís sin gluten

Would give it six stars if I could. All round great vibe to the place, reasonable priced drinks and food, staff were all very nice. Food was good value to money, tasty, good variety, and a perfect meal if you want to eat out before going out for a few drinks. They had live music and it might be the only venue I have ever been in where it was at an appropriate volume, adding to the atmosphere rather than dominating it.

A well run, friendly cafe/restaurant/bar. Full of people all day long. Great for families in the day, cool enough for adults in the evening. We were lucky enough to see a magician doing card tricks which was a nice bonus (and amazing up close).

I've been here a couple of times now. The first time was just for drinks and the second time for food and drinks. This place is a great place to go. Very friendly staff and helpful. The food menu is great with a selection for all. Our food was delicious. Drinks wise they have a really good selection to choose from. Overall this is a great place to go for food or even just a drink. Such a good vibe. I'll definitely be returning.

went with family for my birthday and everyone absolutely loved the food. the menu is full of variety so ill definitely be coming back to try the other meals!! the staff are really attentive and friendly, and the food arrived really quickly!

Big fan of loungers always good value and quality of food and service.

Home squeezed orange juice, iced latte, and nasi goreng. All perfect. Service friendly and prompt. The online ordering method lets me tune my order (I don't like eggs) and the food quality is superb. Nasi goreng is an Indonesian speciality I've always loved, and the Tinto does it better than anywhere else I've had it.

Disappointed. I would like to say first to who it might concern I’ve never written a review before however I’ve never felt more compelled to do so. The lovely decor inside is quite misleading to what you’ll get once your food arrives. For almost £15 I was shocked at the size of the burger. The fries I could have counted on my hand. My plate looked almost empty even with the coleslaw which tasted like it came out of the packet. My meal alone was poor and very disappointing. My girlfriend ordered a tapas, which again for the price was just another let down. The potatoes came out late and still under cooked and over cooked. Drenched and sogged in mayo. I was exited to go here. My friends however gave similar reviews and I wish I listened. The people working were lovely. The restaurant was nice inside. Just not at all what I thought it was going to be.

First time visiting when accessing an app. Thankfully our Grandchildren were with us to place order. The service was good, but the staff are only bringing the order to your table, not sure how that works with tips!!! The food/atmosphere were lovely.

Hate to leave negative reviews but this one needs some Feedback. The Glassware is Filthy. Had to reject a glass as it was disgusting. Saw 2 beers coming out, can say the glasses were the Greasiest I've ever seen, Staff are nice and friendly but gave our table one quick half-wipe without any spray, had to ask him to actually wipe it properly, with the same cloth he then used to wipe down the bar with also without spraying. Food was Mediocre, and the mushrooms on full english were questionable to say the least. We eat out everyday at cafes and restaurants all over the city, unfortunately won't be returning here, and im far from a snob. Sorry guys, but cleanliness is paramount, consider some hygiene training for staff and this place could be great.

The food tastes very nice but very expensive. The portions are small for how much they are worth. But the atmosphere is great and service is good aswell.

A cozy and atmospheric cafe, many old paintings, portraits, chic huge mirrors, dim lighting, lampshades with fringe robes in the old style, a candle burning on the table, all this creates a cozy atmosphere. Beautiful presentation of dishes, a little unusual, rough dishes made of thick ceramics, but this has its own zest. A little not my thing, of course, I love elegant dishes made of thin glass, so lovers of elegant things will not really like this place.😊 We went for dessert and chose a brownie, it was just chocolate chocolate, delicate texture, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with chocolate sauce. I tried brownies many times, in various cafes, stores, baked them myself, but this one was the most delicious, I really liked it. One big disadvantage is that air conditioners spoil the whole comfort; they are positioned in such a way that an alternate stream of hot and cold air blows directly into the face or back of the head, in short, it is very unpleasant, the staff does not know how it works, so the best option is to turn it off at the bottom was not found 😅 as a result the room became cold. Overall not a bad cafe.

Busy establishment. We were informed that there would be a 30-minute wait for food when we walked in. The staff prepared a table for us. We ordered on the app, and our drinks came promptly. The food arrived within 30 minutes. We were asked if we required anything else. The staff were friendly, and the food was tasty.

Very busy on match days. Great menu. Small and crowded tables. Large tables sometimes occupied by a single person nursing a 2 hour coffee over his computer. Annoying!

The atmosphere in here was good, music was bringing a good vibe. I would come here again for drinks only maybe. Unfortunately the food fell a bit flat, and very expensive. The lamb flatbread had a really tasty topping but the flatbread itself was hard and cardboard-like. Shame as this could have been a really good meal, i just feel like it did not seem very fresh. The chicken sandwich had very dry hard bread which made it hard to eat and was missing something. Chicken was also a bit over cooked or maybe just reheated lol. The staff were nice and friendly enough but you just don’t get a nice feel when you have to order everything through qr code and had to get your own water. I originally didn’t realise that this was a chain, after realising it made sense as I did get a bit of a cheap set menu/whetherspoons vibe, haha.

Always good to go to Tinto lounge but lately the food quantity has been reduced and the quality has changed. we visited only two weeks before and we witnessed a huge reduction but the prices are changed. Decided to go other places as preferred a place with consistency.

I love Lounge. My dad and I usually come here for burgers and they were great as usual! I recommend the halloumi burger and the fries are soo good! Both burgers were delicious and I love the atmosphere

Great little hideaway on the Gloucester Rd in Bristol. There are so many to choose from but Tinto stands out with its eclectic decor and quirky unmatched seating. The food is good too.

Nice decor, ok service and good coffee. However the Breakfast is overpriced yet surprisingly very poor quality. The blackpudding was a woeful slither, hashbrowns over cooked but with the inside consisting cheap puree'd mash. The sausages burnt on the outside but the inside had a very odd texture (as if it had been creamed, and watery like the sausage had been sat in water then fried?) - they had no flavour. The bacon was more fat than meat and again had an odd texture like it had been sitting in water first?). Button mushrooms lacked any flavour. I tried a small amount of each of the ingredients but left most of it. On the positive side the toast and eggs were acceptable.

first time visiting tonight with my partner, called in at around 5:45 to ask if any tables available for 6:30. spoke to a lovely lady named rachel who was very accomodating and spoke to me not only like a customer but like a friend. was extremely friendly and welcoming. upon arriving we arrived 15 minutes early and were still seated immediately. the food was honestly some of the best food we have had while dining out and for a really affordable price too. i had the philly cheese ciabatta and my partner had the pancakes, absolutely blown away at the quality of the food. this place deserves more recognition and as does rachel!! one of the fee resteraunts ive been too that we haven't felt judged or discriminated at. 10/10 all round. compliments to everyone involved.

Always a safe bet with a lounge. Can count on it for anything you want/need. Just a place for coffee and cake? A place to sit with your laptop? Family reunion? Breakfast? Nighttime dinner?

Came in for breakfast, and food arrived quickly and was nice. Kind staff, but we had items forgotten from our order. They refunded us for this with no issue

Very very nice brunch. Plenty of choice for tables but it soon got busy. Table clearance a little quick, but they just want to clear empty plates for you.

Fantastic food, friendly and prompt service. Highly recommended. We chose 6 of the tapas dishes and loved every one of them. Need to come back and try the others! All of the food coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. We're looking forward to going back.

Bacon was cold from the meal I ordered....the avocado on sourdough with added bacon. Good quality produce. Great to sit with the large windows opened

We only had drinks and played jenga which was ok. We've been to several other lounges around the country, this one is a bit smaller. The following is a msg from our dogs: why no doggo biscees?! You have to have biscees yes yes yes lots of biscees!!!

Dropped in here for breakfast. It was busy but service was good. Some fresh water was available on demand. The food was good but no brown bread was available.

Really poor. As regulars in Bonzo and Porto, we were really disappointed. Cheese Burger meal was good (usual high lounge standard) Dirty tea cup exchange request met with this ones better. Breakfast served with a hard fried egg substituted with out ease. Cold beans warmed up upon request. Bacon was nearly cold. Pretty sure the sausage was deep fried. Won't return.

We discovered this is a chain , having eaten in "Rondo Lounge" in Reford. Warm, welcoming staff, speedy service and great food.
