Food is definitely not cheap, be prepared to pay more than you would elsewhere. It is definitely very good food and drinks though, worth to check out and try.

Man where do I even start? We had to go twice first of all, it was that good. Got from 4 different places: bao buns, Vietnamese tofu vermicelli bowl, some coffee and from a Jamaican spot. All the food was so good!!

Totally recommend for lunch or dinner

I love the concept of this market! Loved being able to satisfy all my cravings all at once. We had the seafood paella and churros from Ibericos, salmon and tuna oishi at Le blossom , rigatoni from il miglio, and a poutine!

Fun vibe with lots of food options, all of which were very high quality. Service was relatively fast considering how busy it was, and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping things tidy.

We had Japanese dishes at the corners of Marusan and Le Blossom. Everything was excellent.

Definitely went during rush-hour, so a lot of the stalls were quite rush with their orders. The chicken satay vermicelli bowl was quite good, but definitely be ready for higher prices and table/chair search.

Great place to eat! There is everything from meat to sushi, pizza, pasta... each stand has its own dish. In the center there are tables to eat! Advise!

Had a very wide variety of food! I tried the Moleskine Margareta pizza and it was delicious! There were lots of different types of food there- Indian, Japanese, Italian, salads, BBQ, etc. I brought my pizza into the 18+ bar area and enjoyed a mojito!

Great place to eat overpriced food if you wanna feel fancy. The quality varies greatly between restaurants, but the good ones are worth it.

I was going to have a drink in the bar,.but the music waa.deafening and.ridiculous high speed.overly-bass back-beat disco music, and it.permeates the entire market. Whoever decided on this music must.be wanting to be at a dance club in Miami. People are.here.to eat, not dance.

A fantastic food court offering a wide variety of high-quality food from different countries. The selection is impressive, featuring Spanish, Italian, American barbecue, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, Canadian, and more. Each restaurant is top-notch for a food court, serving amazing dishes. The bar at Time Out Market is great as well. We enjoyed some fantastic cocktails, and the beer bar had an excellent selection. It's the perfect place to spend time with friends, as everyone can find something they like, no matter their taste. Overall, Time Out Market offers diverse and delicious food options. Highly recommended for a fun and tasty outing!

mediocre at best. the paella place is fairly bad, the lobster roll is ok (but not so much lobster, as expected), the grilled fish place is also okay but the portion is quite small for 30 bucks.

Wide array of food options and quality specialists. We had Ramen and wraps, both tasted very good.

We went here a couple times during our trip. My husband is a celiac with dairy allergies, so finding a place to eat is always difficult, however the staff were very accommodating and made him a delicious salad with salmon both times. He really liked it and I'm glad he got to enjoy eating somewhere other than home. The food here was very good.

**Disappointing Experience at Chanthy Yen in Time Out Market Montreal** My visit to Chanthy Yen at Time Out Market Montreal left much to be desired. Despite arriving during the lunch rush, they were out of several menu items, including the Bao buns we had our hearts set on. We settled for the shrimp tartare, which had a disappointingly slimy texture, though the sauce was flavorful. To add to the frustration, they ran out of donuts without informing us until after we had ordered, although they promptly refunded us. The shrimp chips and salad were highlights, but overall, the experience was marred by poor communication between the cashier and kitchen staff. Whether it was an exceptionally busy day or simply an off day for the restaurant, our visit was not impressive.

Here are my culinary experiences at Time Out Market Montreal: May 1: Le Blossom, Japanese restaurant. A real discovery! It was a professional lunch and I was super happy. I had a Salmon-Tuna Poké bowl and I fell for a homemade cake, absolutely delicious! It was a real feast! The atmosphere was great and everything was perfect. June 21: I tried Le Campo and its Portuguese chicken, and I visited Le Blossom again. Always so happy to eat there! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy themselves and have a good time! July 18: I tested the newcomer, Climats. I had fish and chips and extra fried calamari. I was more than full, lol. Be careful, the portions are generous and super good!

So much selection, and the food is all excellent! (This is NOT a "food court" - way better.) Great choice for a large group, so everyone has their option.

A posh food court with gourmet foods from around the world served on real dishes with a hip soundtrack and quick service. Cleaned constantly by attentive staff. Options for different budgets. A café, cocktail and mocktail bar round out the options.

I couldn't find the Timeout Bar's Google page, so I'm writing here in one word: AMAZING. I've tried all of their cocktails, and they are always good. The service is exceptional, and the bartenders are super friendly. They have their unique touch that, I think, makes this place stand out. My all-time favourite is the yuzu sakura, but whenever they have seasonal specials, that's my choice. The drinks are on the pricier side, about $20 each. It's one of my favourite places to hang out with friends, as it is spacious with many seats, and you can sit as long as you want without interruption. However, it can get very busy and loud sometimes, and the smell of different foods can be overwhelming. The ventilation system is not very effective for that big floor. The location is also a bonus point. As for the food, I've tried almost every restaurant there, and they consistently have good quality food. My go-to restaurant is the American BBQ, which has tender and great steak options at a reasonable price.

Loved it! While visiting Montreal we visited the Time out Market on Catherine street, it was lovely! All the food we ordered was delicious! I highly recommend it!

Food here generally isn't too bad. Just avoid America's BBQ. Easily the driest, toughest, least appetizing meat. Can't bring myself to finish the meal at all

When we visit a new city, Time Out Market would be on our to-eat list since we always can find the signature food of the city from their vendors. We got a grilled chicken with poutine set and Indian paneer from 2 different places. Both orders were decent with proper portion.

The vietnamese place (red tiger) was good, the indian place (the taj) was mediocre. I liked the mocktail station. Prices are high for essentially cafeteria food that can vary wildly in quality. The people at the cooking school looked like they were having fun.

There are quite a few different food stalls here, which is nice, but for some odd reason I couldn’t decide what I wanted to eat. Nothing was really calling out to me, and in the end, I grabbed a bowl of ramen. I really don’t remember ramen being over $20 but with inflation and food costs going up, a bowl now easily sits at $25 (if you add a tamago - egg). I have to say though the noodles were cooked just right and the broth was very flavourful. The pork was a bit too fatty for me. The sandwich from Bossa was good, but I’m also not the best to judge on sandwiches since it’s not my go to. My only critical feedback is that the bread could have been softer, but that’s just my personal preference.

WAY TOO loud... I don't know who enjoys this atmosphere and wants to scream in order for the person two centimeters away to hear them ... I swear my voice is shot everyday after a little meal at Timeout. Everytime I see a DJ setting up I actually get a deep violent shiver inside my intestines ... A feeling of terrible dread creeps up on my spine. Who invited the DJ? No one asked for that actually. If any of the Timeout DJs is reading this please 🤫 bring it down a notch or several 🤏 I beg of you. I would actually pay money for the DJ to please never return. I would much rather sit in silence. Food is mid, apart from the butter chicken which is the only excellent thing. Drinks are too inconsistent. Asked for mojitos on two separate occasions, the first was made in such a heavenly manner, I couldn't stop crunching down the ice and gnawing at the mint leaves, and the other was sewage water.

Marusan has a great ramen. The broth and tare is rich and densely flavorful. No need to order extra toppings, as it comes with everything. Order extra noodles if you’re hungry and want to enjoy the broth. Price is in line with what I am used to. The curry dishes are also very good. The curry has a nice, smooth texture and flavor. Dishes are nicely presented. I consider this the real deal, not imitation Japanese cuisine. A simple menu, done well.

It's a fancy mall food court. There are some good eateries. Very sterile vibe though.

Timeout is one of my favorite places for happy hours. Several choices of restaurants and bars (cocktail, mocktail, ice cream, etc.)

A must for “good-value” chef-inspired cuisine. Milk Bar is no longer what it once was, sadly. Le Blossom poke and fish n chips from Climat were a hit. Plus and awesome coffee bar as well.

Accessibility is decent, but it can be difficult to find seating because it is very busy. My partner could transfer to a high table from her wheelchair but not everyone can, and the low tables that are more accessible were full both times we went. The food options are great—I thought the ramen at Marusan is incredibly delicious, and the curry was very good as well. The carbonara at Il Miglio was very good as well.

Had the popcorn shrimp poke bowl at Blossom it was really bad. Had 4 tiny shrimps inside soaked in oil and hard to chew. the whole dish was stale. The rice they put inside wasn’t even half a cup, what’s with the stinginess rice is a cheap ingredient. I used to come to this place often but never coming back after this experience. Waste of my 24$

Possibly the only food court in Montreal with an 18+ section. After a day of yelling kids at a mall it's a welcome relief. The restaurants offer some great options and the wine and cocktail bars are fantastic. The beer selection leaves a bit to be desired but it's decent. There's often live DJs to set a party vibe.

Very original Time Out concept. Everyone can choose their food and sit on the tables provided. I don't recommend the Indian restaurant, the chicken was dry, the rice didn't have that much taste, I was disappointed. The naan was good though.

Got there 15 mins after it opened and there was barely any seating left. Very busy. Climats was very overrated. I've had better lobster rolls. Didn't finish my food. Why am I also tipping 15% when I have to find my own seating and pick up my food 20 my minutes later? Wouldn't come back.

Ramen at MARUSAN is one of the best ramens I’ve ever had so far in the US and Canada. I tried a lot of ramens in NYC but none beats this one. I tried the original and roasted garlic and they were so good! It’s hard to find ramens that taste like ones you can have in Japan. But this one definitely deserves the five start! I will come back here if I come to Montreal in the future.

Food at the Simon restaurant really mediocre, I have quite a stomach ache, and so does Ibérico. The employees are jaded and it shows on the plates. Run away.

Good vibe, clean, sometimes live music, also professional services. But the food is absolutely disappointing, you can find much better qualities in the neighborhood! No idea why this restaurants were chosen to be there!!!

Big thumb up to Climats!! Climats in Time out is a real gem! the location is right across from the elevator that’s easy to find. Recently tried their risotto, and it was fantastic. The rice was cooked just right, creamy and packed with flavor. I was impressed by how well they presented it, even in a food court setting. The staff were friendly and quick, which made the whole experience even better. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a cozy meal, Climats is perfect. It's definitely my go-to spot now for good food in a relaxed setting.

Awesome Lobster Roll and Fries at Climat in Timeout Market Climat at Timeout Market really knows how to do a lobster roll and fries right! I tried their lobster roll recently, and it was seriously good. The lobster was super fresh and juicy, with just the right amount of seasoning. The roll itself was perfectly toasted, giving it a nice crunch. If you're craving a delicious lobster roll and fries combo in downtown montreal Climat at Timeout Market is definitely worth checking out. I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu!

I ate again today at Brasserie Climats and tried their guédille. The dish was a wonderful surprise: fresh, tasty, with excellent seafood, and the fries never disappoint! The service is generous and friendly. In short, an excellent place to taste Quebec cuisine. Highly recommended!

Seafood paella was absolutely disgusting and heavily salted all for 16$ plus taxes.

We tried Haitian and Indian food at Timeout Market with a friend, and we both enjoyed it. It's a really nice concept to have different cuisines from around the world. We'll definitely be coming back.

Restaurant Chanthy Yen - worst General Tao chicken I ever had. Very dry, no sauce, not crispy… no taste. I regret the 18$ + tax + tip I left there…

I had my lunch here two days ago and I ordered a shrimp popcorn poke bowl from one of the shops. The dish tasted mid, the shrimps were greasy and hard to chew. Less than 30 minutes after having the thing I started feeling sick and ended up having a minor food poisoning. Would not recommend this market, it was a terrible experience and I still feel kind of sick till today.

The Time Out Market is located inside Eaton Centre, on the second floor. It’s got a lot of seats and provides a broad variety of different food and drinks. You will find international cuisine like Portuguese, Indian, Chinese, Vietnamese, BBQ or Pizza, but also Quebecs all time classic, the poutine. There is also have a separate bar section, but it is 19+. A section of the bar can be rented for private events and gatherings.

It's a food court but with mediocre food at premium prices. Huge disappointment. Dry brisket, tasteless satay chicken. Uptight cashier. Entirely pointless experience. Either eat a food court with reasonable prices or eat at a restaurant and get what you paid for.

With places like these out there... retail restaurants are in trouble

Very nice and trendy food court area! There are dishes from several countries (Portuguese chicken, Asian dish, barbecue and American specialty, Indian dish, etc.) but also a cocktail/mocktail area, milkshake/ice cream, etc., there is really something for everyone! In the middle of all this, some arcade games that work and some background music! The negative points revolve around the lack of space sometimes in the evening when it is difficult to sit down, especially if there are several of you. The noise, between the music and the world we sometimes no longer hear each other speak. And the prices are quite high for certain dishes compared to the quantity on the plates.

This is always one of my favorite places to grab a bite in Montreal. When traveling for work it is the best option for everyone to get exactly what they want. With all of the different kitchens, bars and stands there is a flavor to hit everyones pallet.

We had a great time at TOM Montreal. The drinks were fantastic, and the food hit the spot. But the best part was the people (especially the manager). We asked for something special (and silly), and they delivered. THANK YOU for making our Friday afternoon in Montreal memorable. We will be back!

Located in Eaton Center! Time out brings together several different cuisines! From Italian to Spanish to Portuguese and many others! For my part, I love Gyoza Japanese cuisine! Which are also excellent You have a bar area in which you can taste the different dishes… The welcome is excellent and the place very pleasant

Multiple affordable choices and great flavor on all the food I've tried

Seafood paella 🥘 was good, just not great. As some reviews mentioned there's no crisp underneath is a slight disappointment to me but the taste is good. Portion is just right for me but might be smaller for others. Still a great place to hangout with friends in the nice atmosphere with variety choices of international food. The only concern I have is I'm not sure if it's safe for the serving pan to be slightly rusty on the broken area.

Rating only relates to the paella from Ibericos. The paella was bland and the chicken used was rubbery like it had been reheated from frozen or microwaved. Very disappointing representation of a Spanish classic.

Super busy even on a Monday afternoon ! Went to Time out market In Lisbon and had to also visit this one of course ! Great food options with reasonable prices for upscale food court vibes . Highly recommend Bossa for sandwich and arancini !

Time Out Market is excellent. They have a wide variety of cuisines to choose from and lots of seating. It’s definitely an elevated food court experience. Time Out Market in Montreal is in a shopping mall so it doesn’t have the same unique charm as the one in Brooklyn, NY that’s overlooking the water, but it’s nice. I would definitely go again.

A 3.5 excellent place well located very clean I am on my 5th visits I had the impression this time an ultra fast service perhaps too quickly my food is not cooked enough a little more Attention and supervision would be appreciated on the cooking, however I would happily go back there, I like the atmosphere.

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Wish they have english menu beside the french menu instead showing QR code. Every food stalls have no food photo but french menu. So it took a little time for me to check out all the menu on each stall. I had a tuna/salmon poke bowl and pressed salmon sushi from Le Blossom. They were delicious!
