Great service great food and the milkshakes are the best and the seating is so comfy

Great choice on the menu but rather rude staff if you don't order at the till on there demand and don't like you taking your time to look at the menu.

Decent breakfast. Nice coffee. I suppose our only issue was that the bacon they use in their butties is very salty so difficult to eat. Otherwise great value. WiFi very good but muzak is very very intrusive so no good to do business or meet people. Mar 2025 Muzak is a lot quieter. Coffee is still not as good tasting as Costa. Bitter aftertaste. Some deals are not on the self-service machines- why? Nice staff though. April 2025: Hideous muzak louder than ever. Had two business calls and had to run outside for both... Not good enough.

This is my go to place for fast food in Selby, way better than the place opposite. Better to have an actual ice hockey champion than a clown as your company mascot.

Tim Hortons is always a winner – whether you're grabbing a quick lunch on the go, sitting in for a hearty breakfast, or indulging in far too many Timbits donuts (no regrets!). You just can’t beat it. The quality and flavour outshine the McDonald’s across the road every time, and I’ll happily keep choosing Tim’s over Maccies. Highly recommend for a tasty, affordable treat!

Lovely food,quick service and a proper coffee

First time in - fairly quiet, great value for a good toasted cheese sandwich and coffee. I ordered to eat in and still got a paper cup - would have been better to serve in a mug etc and a plate for a sandwich. Music too loud to talk and the wifi is terrible, takes ages to connect and doesn’t stay connected - this really needs sorting. Would go back of the WiFi was resolved.

Generally happy with this place. Friendly staff and fast drive through. They do forget to give napkins which for drive take away isn’t good.

Drinks ok, burgers are typical generic maccy d stuff, with weird chips...not that impressed,,if people think thats a great meal like some of the reviews, u need to look further than here and maccys

Good menu choice, opted for the chicken burger, lattice fries and a vanilla latte. All delicious, big potions and tasty. Would like to try the festive menu next visit. Toilets in side and easy to access, clean. Staff friendly and very helpful explaining menu.

Food quality and taste is superb… I would never thought twice to visit here again.

Called for lunch.Had coffee(paid extra for Columbian) a toastie and chicken wrap.All was ok but food luke warm.Coffee was nice but served in takeaway cup. The only staff member out front was looking on his phone the whole time we were there (just over a hour)and proceeded to sit at a table near the door so no excuse not to see what was going on but he and the rest of staff were totally oblivious to groups of people blatantly walking in with drinks and food from Macdonald's and sitting in to eat at Hortons using facilities without buying food or drink from there!! Lady serving was nice and pleasant.The place was spotless but food was below average.Unfortunately we won't be returning.

Best place to go if you’re a vegetarian! Lots of options and not expensive, plus very tasty

Limp toasties served with zero atmosphere in a grubby bag, with tasteless coffees. Ypu might expect a ‘toastie’ in yorkshire to be tasty, constructed with crusty freshly baked bread and tangy cheese. Not here! 2 slices of cheap , thin, flaccid sliced bread, only toasted on ONE side with poor quality greasy cheese. Diabolical!!!!

Staff are very friendly and the service is always fast. We frequent for breakfast around once a week now. The breakfast is £1 when a drink is purchased so it's very good for the money. The breakfast wrap is what we usually get and it's nice, not greasy or soggy. The coffee and donuts are their speciality I feel.

I asked for a double bacon and cheese burger and got a chicken burger!

It's such a shame that the coffee is so poor, when the food is so good! Tim Hortons vegetarian breakfast is my absolute favourite, but the coffee tastes like hot UHT milk with a thimbleful of espresso.

When Tim's first opened it was very busy, having just visited again, my wife ordered the limited edition Crispy Chicken burger only to find a piece of lettuce that should never be served to anyone. It's hard and can't be eaten The staff are lazy, stood around milling about looking busy. Touching their face then the food like, where are the basic food hygiene standards

The food is more expensive than McDonald's but for a reason. The food is actually 'real' and way better quality. Tastes fantastic. The staff are helpful and decor nice. Not too busy either,

We called in today, Sunday just for a coffee. The atmosphere was so chilled and relaxing. Everything was super clean and the coffee was better than any other competitors coffee. It did come in a disposable cup though, even tho ee sat in. Overall, excellent and we will return.

Can't understand the negative reviews of this place. We've been several times and enjoyed every visit. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, lovely comfy chairs, immaculate toilets, brilliant staff and a great choice of delicious food and drink. It has a refinement that you don't find in any of it's competitors. Just a couple of staff seem to quietly cope very well, instead of in the McDonald's Mad House, where the noisy staff seem to outnumber the customers! The burgers, in my opinion, are far tastier than the ones from across the road, and arrive wrapped in foil to keep them hot. I just wish there were more Tim Hortons restaurants around. Quality, not quantity, I suppose.

Delivery giving out is so bad. We are waiting here so long. May someone think we are getting paid per drop not per hour but the staff looks like they are on holiday and they have a lot of time to prepare. Definitely not a way that delivery orders suppoused to be dealt with.

Shocking. First time and last time. Ordered via just eat delivery from Selby branch. Waited for over 2 hours, then notification came, order delivered. Never received the order from them, case opened waiting refund. Never again.

I love coming to this store, as the staff are always exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. The donuts are to die for, and the Tim bits are my favourite sweat treat. Overall its a great atmosphere and I would really recommend.

Still disappointed since last visit. Very modern approach to fast food. Order via screen, collect like Argos, paper cups, regular donuts just about big enough, atmosphere flat. Very ordinary experience and at a price - one small, one medium Americano and a box of 10 Timbit donuts was almost £10 - not a bargain.

Not tried the food but was charged 4 plus quid for an average at best cold latte Ice thing that isn't all that. Floor is messy, greasy prints on the seats. Might go McDonald's instead because at least it's not trying to be something it's not
