Best place to go if you’re a vegetarian! Lots of options and not expensive, plus very tasty

Staff are very friendly and the service is always fast. We frequent for breakfast around once a week now. The breakfast is £1 when a drink is purchased so it's very good for the money. The breakfast wrap is what we usually get and it's nice, not greasy or soggy. The coffee and donuts are their speciality I feel.

I asked for a double bacon and cheese burger and got a chicken burger!

It's such a shame that the coffee is so poor, when the food is so good! Tim Hortons vegetarian breakfast is my absolute favourite, but the coffee tastes like hot UHT milk with a thimbleful of espresso.

Decent breakfast. Nice coffee. I suppose our only issue was that the bacon they use in their butties is very salty so difficult to eat. Otherwise great value. WiFi very good but muzak is very very intrusive so no good to do business or meet people.

When Tim's first opened it was very busy, having just visited again, my wife ordered the limited edition Crispy Chicken burger only to find a piece of lettuce that should never be served to anyone. It's hard and can't be eaten The staff are lazy, stood around milling about looking busy. Touching their face then the food like, where are the basic food hygiene standards

The food is more expensive than McDonald's but for a reason. The food is actually 'real' and way better quality. Tastes fantastic. The staff are helpful and decor nice. Not too busy either,

Great little place. Good coffee and donuts that were so nice I could feel my arteries hardening. Warning people with heart disease should avoid this place because I don't think you'll survive the encounter.

We called in today, Sunday just for a coffee. The atmosphere was so chilled and relaxing. Everything was super clean and the coffee was better than any other competitors coffee. It did come in a disposable cup though, even tho ee sat in. Overall, excellent and we will return.

Can't understand the negative reviews of this place. We've been several times and enjoyed every visit. It has a very relaxed atmosphere, lovely comfy chairs, immaculate toilets, brilliant staff and a great choice of delicious food and drink. It has a refinement that you don't find in any of it's competitors. Just a couple of staff seem to quietly cope very well, instead of in the McDonald's Mad House, where the noisy staff seem to outnumber the customers! The burgers, in my opinion, are far tastier than the ones from across the road, and arrive wrapped in foil to keep them hot. I just wish there were more Tim Hortons restaurants around. Quality, not quantity, I suppose.

Delivery giving out is so bad. We are waiting here so long. May someone think we are getting paid per drop not per hour but the staff looks like they are on holiday and they have a lot of time to prepare. Definitely not a way that delivery orders suppoused to be dealt with.

I recently visited Tim Hortons in Selby and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The staff greeted me with a smile and were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my order. I decided to try their famous Timbits, and I was not disappointed. They were fresh, soft, and flavorful, the perfect treat to accompany my coffee. Speaking of which, the coffee was exceptional, just the right balance of rich and smooth. What really stood out to me was the cleanliness of the restaurant and the attention to detail in the presentation of the food. Everything looked and tasted fresh, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, my visit to Tim Hortons in Selby was outstanding. The service was top-notch, the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great coffee and snack experience.

Shocking. First time and last time. Ordered via just eat delivery from Selby branch. Waited for over 2 hours, then notification came, order delivered. Never received the order from them, case opened waiting refund. Never again.

No day is quite complete for anyday without a Tim hortons!!! There's nothing like that familiar, warm flavour to get your day going

I love coming to this store, as the staff are always exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful. The donuts are to die for, and the Tim bits are my favourite sweat treat. Overall its a great atmosphere and I would really recommend.

Still disappointed since last visit. Very modern approach to fast food. Order via screen, collect like Argos, paper cups, regular donuts just about big enough, atmosphere flat. Very ordinary experience and at a price - one small, one medium Americano and a box of 10 Timbit donuts was almost £10 - not a bargain.

Not tried the food but was charged 4 plus quid for an average at best cold latte Ice thing that isn't all that. Floor is messy, greasy prints on the seats. Might go McDonald's instead because at least it's not trying to be something it's not

I would definitely come here. It was a manic rush but the assistaNt manager Amy was still very nice to me and took the time to calmly take my order and was super delightful. I’d easily come back here just for her amazing customer service

Excellent service, everything was hot and on time, the staff was lovely, highly recommend the Tim bits, the restaurant itself was clean and the tables and chairs was freshly cleaned aswell, for a fast food restaurant, this was one of my best ever experiences, there was a worker called Amelia and she went out her way too help, she got the baby’s high chair for us and then once we was leaving she was really polite and it’s good too see such a welcoming smile

Ordered the sausage and egg muffin. Took a bite and the sausage patty was cold. This is the second and last time I’m eating at Hortons. Why do you serve cold food ? My friends have given up on you because your food isn’t cooked through. If you carry on like this you will make someone sick. It’s a good job there’s a McDonald’s across the road. Not good food but, at least McDonald’s food is hot.

We have family in Canada so we know Tim Hortons. Whenever we come though Selby we stop here. The restaurant is fresh, clean and well laid out. The staff are always helpful. The food and selection is better than a typical fast food. It is always a nice place to visit. We took advantage of the £1 breakfast offer and it was great. We will definitely be doing it again.

I visited the Selby store today. As I walked in, one of the employees was walking round on a private phone call. I then ordered my food at the touchscreen kiosk and went to collect my food. The employee (I don’t know his name), said would you mind scanning the QR code and leaving us some feedback so I said sure no problem. So I scanned it and my food was ready so I said I’ll continue it after I’ve eaten as I don’t want my food to get cold and he took my phone out of my hand and filled in all the questions without asking my opinion. He then went on safari on my phone and tried to start leaving a five star google review. In the end I snatched my phone out of his hand as I was FURIOUS he even went inside my app on my phone with my personal information on and tried to leave a review in my name. I didn’t know what to do at first as I didn’t want any trouble that’s why I let him leave the QR code review but afterwards I was really very angry how he took my property out of my hand and left a completely fake positive review. You can probably see who it was on cctv it was just after 12noon today 24th January. Will never ever visit that store again.

Drinks ok, burgers are typical generic maccy d stuff, with weird chips...not that impressed,,if people think thats a great meal like some of the reviews, u need to look further than here and maccys

Have been here twice. First time fries were stodgy and barely warm. They replaced them with fresh and were apologetic. The burger was only a bit warmer. Second time I went I asked if burgers were freshly cooked as there weren't many people in. I was told they were. Burger Luke warm, clearly been waiting for customers. Was replaced with freshly cooked one. I don't enjoy being lied to and it's not much to ask for a hot burger won't be going back.

Food quality is awful borderline inedible. The fries were greasy and the burger was very cheap and poor quality.

Went when it first opened and wasn’t too impressed, but didn’t want a McDonald’s for our quick tea after school clubs etc so stopped by here to try again and I’m so glad we did! The staff are absolutely amazing, especially Amelia and Aman who went above and beyond for us and the kids. The food was fresh, so much choice for drinks as well. Will definitely be returning!

My daughter had been going on about this place as she had seen one near Meadowhall, so as we were near Shelby thought we would give it a go. Wont be going back I’m afraid. For somewhere that’s fairly new to the UK and sells the same sort of food as places that have been here for years, you really need to pull out the stops and give customers the best of what you do. This was not the case. We had lunch here so can not comment on other food. The burgers were bland and boring, if I’m honest they were exactly like the cheap rustlers burgers you put in the microwave. The fries were limp, soft and some barely cooked. None of the staff spoke, they just communicated with a nod of some other facial expression. The only redeeming thing was the milkshake was nice as was a festive mint hot chocolate. I could have spent the same, possibly less in Burger King and been reasonably full, not hungry like I was after leaving here. Shame

On eatin- Fast service ordering from self order board. Food good, seating clean and tidy. On on one level.

Popped in for hot drinks but saw the extensive ment so decided to sit in for food..how welcoming is this place clean airy and a whole host of seating to suit your mood..both got burger meals they were delicious with a great amount of mustard and pickle, was surprised that there was no grease which we expected..the crinkle chips were hot and filling..we got a strawberry milkshake and mint hot chocolate..both were delicious...and because we're a pair of fatties we got 6 doughnuts that we polished off at home... Was a nice treat
