Tim Hortons in Leicester

I've lived all over Canada for past 25 years and tim Hortons are always serving with a smile . If this tim Hortons in Leicester does not make my visit as good as I Canada then I will make a complaint to the stores propritor and I will give tips about how we Canadians are when it comes to customer service . And Tim Hortons is CANADIAN and NOT american. It's an insult to call anything Canadian americans.sobe careful cuz youughg get a smack if you do . Just a word if warning .

Very overpriced for bang average products. When you pay £4 for a hot chocolate, you'd expect more than just a badly mixed drink with a pile of sugar left undissolved at the bottom. The counter staff have no idea what they are doing. It took 3 of them over 5 minutes to figure out how to process my simple order of 4 drinks, without an apology or any indication of what the hold up was. The toilets are absolutely gross, don't bother going up there. The seats and floor were covered in urine, the toilet seats were falling off, the engaged indicators don't function properly. Everything yuck!

Very nice coffee and comfortable seating area also very nice food and not to expensive well prices coffee

Everything was awesome staff was very polite very clean restaurant in city centre I ever seen very fast service from McDonald’s sitting is very comfortable you can spend quality time here with you your partner

Not again, cheap oily rubbish, chewy waffle fries. If that's the taste of Canada, then I feel huge empathy for the whole nation.

I stopped at Tim Hortons Leicester for lunch with my daughter. Things started out ok we ordered our food and it was ready fairly quickly although when my daughter went up to collect she said she felt like she was being stared at by the person serving. We took the food upstairs and the first thing that struck me was that there were numerous tables. That hadn’t been cleared or even wiped. We found a table that was clear and sat down and started eating. Considering what it costs to buy food at Tim Hortons, the food was off really poor quality and really didn’t taste very nice. I could’ve gone next door to McDonald’s and bought a nice meal. The worst part about our trip to Tim Hortons was after we had eaten I used the toilets. They were disgusting there was pee on the seat a used sanitary towel just dropped in the corner and the worst part was the used needles and other used drug equipment lying on the floor. Tim Hortons Leicester really need to step up their game.

Taste of food was really awesome 💯 In terms of the cleanes was great and feel like a good hotel. Overall was excellent 👌

Your angry security guard targeted me and my close friend for standing up for a brief moment to stretch our legs as my friend has a joint problem (Rheumatoid arthritis) so needs to stretch her legs every few hours briefly. We were asked to leave very rudely and aggressively which left us trembling. I am not happy with this service.

We love Tim Hortons. Both food and coffee is always good. Unfortunately, was very disappointed today to find that the upper seating area seems to have become 'the local community centre'. Nowhere to sit as the whole floor is taken over by people just lounging around, charging phones. Come on Tim Hortons, you need to sort this out as you will lose customers.

I visited Tim hortons only on Monday to find out how incredible it was after all! Forget any negative reviews from you because I think in my own opinion this restaurant is my favourite just because of the friendly staff but also the food can we appreciate how good their wraps are and don’t get me started with their Iced Capps. Would visit loads as I have always been here.Better than McDonald’s

Two visits so far to Tim Horton's in Leicester Fosse Park - one for coffee and doughnuts, the second ordered the bacon hamburger with fries and Boston cream donut and latte. The burger was warm, rather than hot and the latte/doughnut were fine. I had no idea Tim Horton's had come to Britain as I only experienced it on trips to Canada before. Perhaps the American/Canadian service levels are a little 'over the top' but the perception I have here is of minimum wage attitude. Rather disappointing. The two times I visited, Dec 23 and 24, it was not particularly busy so the counter staff don't have the excuse of being under pressure.

The service is appalling. We popped in for a quick burger, it was very busy and we were told there was no seats upstairs and the only available seats were near the door which was freezing. The table furthest away from the door needed cleaning so I asked a staff member if they could please wipe it down. She went to ask someone to do it and we waited by the table for 5 minutes but no one came . I asked again and was told rudely that she’d be just a minute, we waited a few more minutes but no one came. We left at this point, absolutely shocking service and very overpriced burgers and drinks. To top it off my husbands burger was missing the bacon! Go to McDonald’s instead!

when i visit a place for a coffee and a donut i dont need unfriendly rude people serving me, it puts me off returning to be honest.

Worst meal I've ever had burnt on the outside soggy on the in ash brown... sausage muffin was tasteless and rock hard even the fork snapped mocha was more hot chocolate very sweet not a hit of coffee

Visited today for lunch. Quick helpful cashier and food service. Sat in,plenty of seating upstairs. Food and drink were good and a reasonable price. Picked up a few donuts to takeaway on the way out which were fresh and delicious! Would visit again

Had a breakfast delivery at work, though we'd try somewhere different. Big mistake. Breakfast wraps and muffins all tasted very processed and had very little ingredients. Everyone said it left a strange aftertaste. Won't be ordering for breakfast again.

The great taste of Canada arrives in Leicester city centre. Tim Hortons sells some great tasting foods and drinks. The place was extremely busy today, during our visit. My only gripe is the tables needed to emptied and wiped down.

I went to Tim Hortons for the first time today. I will definitely visit again. It was decently priced. My iced caramel drink was lovely and my bakes were lovely. What a lovely new cafe in Leicester in a good location.
