I loved the service of tim Hortons. They are very friendly to customers

Stopped for a coffee and timbits, Easy to order via a terminal the service was fast not very long wait at all. The coffee is very good my only down side was that i got my coffee as a take away and they write on the lid with a pen my order number and which coffee it is little did i know that as i was drinking this coffee via the little hole in the lid the pen ink comes off and is wet this was then transferred to my nose with out me knowing about this lucky for me my wife spotted it as i walked around with black pen on my nose. one to watch out for guys.

Really great coffee, the prices are quite steep and sizes are small. The food served is quite nice and is decent value for money. Though it wouldn't be my first option if I wanted food in Birmingham City Centre.

Tim Horton is a good restaurant with good facilities, friendly staff and fair prices. I like going in here. I think more variety on the menu would help and I believe it would be beneficial for them to not put a lock on using the toilet door. This is not 1932, this is 2024 ! Honestly good experience though and I'm glad I came here.

The first day we went we had a coffee, great, very friendly because they gave us another glass to share, today we ate a sandwich and a hamburger, since we didn't understand anything about ordering on the screen they took our order at the bar making a great effort to say What was on the menu, we were very happy, we ate the perfect quantity and quality thanks to the staff, we paid with a B. S. card. No currency exchange fees, great.

Great service and a friendly team, especially Rea, with whom I had the pleasure of interacting today. A truly pleasant and professional experience.

Im gonna give food a 5 because i know that its only too sweet for my taste. Im sure everybody loves TH because of its sweetness. Service though is a 6. Shah explained that we missed out on an offer, and then gave us a couple of hash browns complimentary, and explained how to get it next time on the self service. Advice to HQ, make it more obvious on the self service, because otherwise you have to know about the offer to get it.

Shah was amazing. Very happy and chatty. Ask for him when you go in!

I’m Canadian and love Tim Hortons….It’s Canadas national brand and I’m so happy to see Tim’s go international. I understand different places will have a different way of doing things however I’m disappointed to see the core of what Tim’s is about not present at this location; and that’s community. This location doesn’t allow you to sit with your friends and socialize. It’s all order/payment machines with zero customer service. I cant give more than one star for service because there isn’t any. I can’t give more than one star for atmosphere because there isn’t any. The coffee is still some of the best in the world.

Order 2074 17-9-24 6pm served by Parteek K. I work front of house at a busy restaurant and Parteek gave me customer service that I haven’t had for a long time. Was polite, helpful, dropped what he was doing, which I always feel bad for but it’s what makes the customer feel number one. He gave my girl two free ones while we wait and that made her night. He was patient with my order as my girl was pestering of what she wanted and was very polite. So thank you, if I had change or the opportunity to leave a tip I would have. If you want a job over in dudley for good tips then let me know when I pop back in in November. Tea was good and timbits great as always, but will remember the amazing customer service and warm , patient smile x

Warm and Welcoming staffs always and good quality food served every time, specially the drinks are wow, recommending to everyone.

Had breakfast here this morning and I must say very clean and well looked after fast food restaurant. Service was excellent and very helpful showing me a booklet which contained food allergy information.

Few things to say The food was OK 👍 But the cleaning 🧹 was disaster 😭😭 like the war The toilet on the first floor I was block for 5 min , no cold water just 🔥 water. My opinion better to Avoid 👎👎👎👎

Came here today for the £1 breakfast and it is no longer offered at this store so I left and went elsewhere! Not happy!

I always love coming to Timmies!! The food and drink is to die for and well priced for what you get. The staff are always hard working and helpful however you can hardly find anywhere to sit if you want to go and sit and eat all the seats are taken by people studying or working other than that a brilliant place!

Really great place to grab breakfast, lunch or a coffee with friends or alone. Food is tasty and great value for money, especially the breakfast deals. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Tania who checked in with us about our experience at Tim hortons :) Service is always fast and efficient. The space is cosy with plenty of seating available. I'll definitely be returning again in the future :)

I am a longstanding Tim Hortons fan!!! My family and I make a drive to get these as a special afternoon occasion to enjoy together as a family. I have ordered the hot food, and the Timbits before. They were very nice- hence, the leniency of the 3 nominated stars. Recently, I ordered two lots of BOGOF 6 Box of donuts. Both times, I was not satisfied as a happy customer. The first time, the honey cruller was a floppy soggy mess- completely disgusting and a real challenge in thought of how it would affect my well-being after I had ingested it 😨. The second time over half the donuts were all the same and conclusions may drawn to them being stale? Looking at them and assessing the way the elements are composed in these, I question their original place of origin. I don’t know if the second lot was because, it was close to the end of day. If you know about the history of Tim Hortons, where they are from in Canada, a lot of their clients can be considered as truck drivers. The weight and substantiality of the donuts accountable and are to be served as both a satisfying, filling snack for people who have long journeys to make. I like the Timbits because, they had a lot more of the flagship styles of donuts represented within the box I had ordered and received from a purchase I made from Uber Eats UK delivery service. It is unfair to expect them to recoup the loss of sales because, a number of these types of restaurants and retailers are being dismissive with how they process the orders which are received from their clients & fans. With both of the special limited time offer of BOGOF donuts via Uber Eats UK as an UberOne Member. I ordered one of the each of the following from the menu: Oreo Iced Capp, Oreo Iced Frap The Capp arrived sweetened and the cookie pieces, I’m not sure about the condition of the said cookie pieces were within this drink. There was also syrup in the bottom, I think to disguise the missing flavour imperative to the round dark chocolate Oreo biscuit crumb. In addition, the crumb substance inside the drinking cup was very “mushy” it would fall away into a nothing kind of sandiness when presented to my palette. The Oreo Iced Frap, I inspected more closely, when I was satisfied the genuine features of Oreo cookies were present I proceeded to drink and enjoy it. I was not 100% sure without cross referencing with the website menu whether what I was delivered was the large size I had actively selected to pay an extra 0.80p for the biggest pour. I have been urged to contact you directly to report these issues of my more recent experiences.

It's absolutely better than "Starbucks." A good place to spend your time.

The food is generally nice, just average as a fast food spot. Served quickly (whenever I have been) no real issues here. I noticed a few tiny flys near the doughnuts, which was gross.

I am highly overwhelmed the service of this store as well as the quality of food was fantastic and the cashiers gave me good support during the time of eat in as they are highly proficient as well as so amicable in behaviour,Mr Shah one of the cashiers who was so supportive and enthusiastic person and I am highly delighted receiving the service from him.I wish I will come again to eat in here due to my good experiences as well as amazing environment.

Pretyy mid. Honestly not bad for the money at breakfast, meal is a good price but anything by itself really isnt worth it. Theres a decent selection, mostly the same stuff at mcdonalds at breakfast with some extra bits. Not amazing, pancakes were alright, bit doughy, milkshake really wasnt anything to shout about. Lunch just wasnt very notable at all. Carbonated drinks hella watery and not very nice, cheese/ham+cheese toasties were very boring and not particularly filling at all. Doughnuts were pretty rubbish. Theres a lot of them but nothing very nice. They were very doughy, the 'original glazed' is just randomly full of cinammon, ruining it as its disgusting. The cruller is just not a cruller at all, far too doughy and not at all similar to the original Krispy Kreme one. Dissapointing, all essentially have the consistency of supermarket doughnuts. Totally servicable place to eat but nothing to justify picking it and paying the extra over mcdonalds if you want breakfast/lunch, or greggs if you want a pudding.

The service was great and the upstairs area is nice and quiet. But it's not cheap and the servings are very, very small. I weigh 58kg and I could easily eat 3-4 of the "breakfasts" from here.

Decent coffee. But our first visit was spoiled by a member of staff approaching and asking for a Google review. We said we'd do one later and she insisted it had to be done now. We went onto the Google app and she told us "Now just press '5 stars'". I said that I'd rather not be told to give 5 star reviews. She was pushy and insisted again. It spoiled our experience.
