My poor daughter who is only 6has been ill all weekend, she went with her grandad on Saturday morning for a trip in to town , stopped off here to have breakfast (vegetarian) food came out within four minutes however it was cold. She has been up all night being sick. Not impressed

English food, burgers, Indian food... Not expensive. Perfect for tourists.

Brilliant first time going there for food,had the breakfast and it was excellent could have been a little bit warmer but still enjoyed it the prices are very good much better than some places, the coffee is very tasty the staff are friendly and welcoming will definitely be going back again excellent service. Been here a good few times went in today only one coffee machine working the coffee coming out luke warm the other machine has been broken for weeks now I paid for a hot drink not luke warm, then we ordered food scampi and chips which were nice and warm then come the peas which were stone cold do these people not check the food before they send it down, mentioned it to a member of staff all got was I'll let them know shame because always had lovely food and drinks it seems to have gone downhill in the last few weeks. Just adding to this post went in there today ordered the all day brunch when it came the bacon looked like it had been there a week then tiniest amount of beans for a adult meal it was more like a child's meal the only good part was the sausages my friends had the curry and there meal was adult size there's a Chinese guy that works there his manners are none existent the girls that work there are brilliant always friendly he needs retraining such a shame does nobody give good service anymore.

Worse service i ever had, waited 30 min for a small breakfast meal while other customers around me that ordered after me got their food before never got sorry for the wait!!

Terrible service,walked out after waiting 15mins to be served, plenty of bar staff just wandering back and fire not even an acknowledgement I was there, won't be going back !!!

We went in late on a Sunday night, mainly because everywhere else was shut. It was a lovely way to end the evening - calm, quiet and relaxing.

Busy but decent pub for a Pre theatre snack and drink.

Absolute joke.Visited Sat 22nd March with a friend I ordered Sirloin steak and baked potato friend ordered Sirloin and chips. Meals arrived no peas with my meal no side salad with friends meal. When we questioned this I was told peas or salad were a "gourmet" option. Staff member proceeded to argue whilst we were trying to eat. If Wetherspoons really think adding peas to a steak is a Gourmet option they are really in trouble. My advice to other potential customers is sterr well clear

Usual mediocre Wetherspoon menu, but the place is above average in terms of cleanliness for a Wetherspoon. Surely better than the nearby Figure of Eight.

Nice food, good selection of beers. Decent place to go for lunch - no doubt it is very busy in the evening.

Security and staff very friendly and helpful and very approachable

Called in for a quick beer, a large pub, typical Wetherspoons. Toilets upstairs, unable to use as they had some sort of flooding problem, water started to come through the ceiling in the bar area, so I decided to leave.

What you would expect at a whetherspoons. Decent food, have the bbq chicken burger, good drink (though the beer I wanted wasn't available), quick service, good location.

Bonito lugar, buena ubicación, selección de bebidas no está mal, pero el personal es. El personal y el servicio un poco grosero es el mismo. Cuando todo cae, nunca disfrutas de nada, ni siquiera del buen ambiente.

Lovely food, good prices. The waiter went out of his way to bring my drink to me as I am disabled when he saw me struggling to walk. Very busy and noisy though due to being a popular eating place on a Saturday evening. Much quieter during the daytime

Nice venue, good location, selection of drinks not bad but the staff is. Bit rude staff and service is the same. When everything goes down then you never enjoy anything, not even the good atmosphere.

what can i say... hassle from start to finish. was like goin into battle with a manager (i wont name): i work in the trade, so i just gonna tell you guys the actual experience in this weatherspoons. its basic... the clientele are noisy, so if u want a quiet drink, this wont work for you (we were there on a friday night 6pm): lucky to get a table (someone hassled me about if i needed it or not, i'd just sat down) its got a "club feel" with large bouncers on the door.... staff made a racket setting up a "dance floor area" around 8pm-ish, god knows why, no-one was interested... table was filthy. the younger staff were pleasant and we got served fast enough, but i cant recommend this place... they play this loud "clubby" music, that, plus the clientele "chatter" means you cant hear yourself think: not my kind of pub: wont be returning.

Cheap and cheerful. Just nipped in for an early morning breakfast drink with two others. It was a spacious layout so you did not feel crammed in, and for x2 teas and a coffee for just over £5. Was excellent value and was not left feeling ripped off like you do in some other place in that part of the City Centre.

The porridge was very watery and didn’t come with maple syrup. We asked where our drinks were when our food came and then had to ask again for another side which didn’t come.

Busy on Saturday evening due to the Five Nations Rugby, particularly downstairs. However, my food and drink was served quickly and was of good quality. The place was clean and the staff were courteous. Nothing to complain about.

Bartender named Cody was so rude and arrogant towards us, didn't listen to us when we had an issue with the drink we were also polite about it, got told to leave and not come back, insulted us called us a tramp and told us we dont have jobs, as someone who works in hospitality this is absolutely disgusting and appauling service needs sorting.

Pretty quiet on a cold February lunchtime. The place is need of a makeover and a good clean but the staff are friendly. The hearing could do with going up a couple of degrees but I get why it isn’t. Always great value where the wine costs about a third of what it costs next door.!

Value for money, excellent drinks range. The food menu is varied and fair value.

Great pub, service was some of the quickest I've experienced in a wetherspoons.

Everything was exceptional! Five stars to Aivam (Ivan), the guy attending in the salon. Very cordial and attentive, he made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Distinctly meh, even for a Spoons. Breakfast arrived fast but stone cold. Coffee machine? Cold too. Better places to spend your money, this one’s best avoided.

Typical Wetherspoons. Being in the centre of Birmingham, it's usually packed and more expensive.

Chiste un montón de mesas, pero muy sencilla una que estaba disponible si la liendre se hubiera limpiado platos completos vasos sobrantes de comida nadie limpiando así que simplemente se sentó limpio son self's no se fue bar tiene solo una aplicación de servicio de larga cola de prueba no funcionó parece que lo cambiaron de tiene están bajo el personal así que acaba de salir y fue como esta última vez que estuve en también me fui entonces probablemente dar a este lugar una falta en muebles que solo se puso de pie cosas limpias mesas y tener personal para servir bebidas y despejar las mesas. .

Nos alojamos a la vuelta de la esquina y vinimos aquí tanto para la cena y también para el desayuno. Ambas comidas eran buenas - por lo general buena relación calidad-precio para lo que se obtiene. El viernes por la noche, era el ambiente habitual Lloyds con una pista de baile, rugby, pista pegajosa, etc. Pero muy diferente durante el día.

It been 10 years since I last visited,wow how I think it's lost a bit of sparkle.it was friday afternoon,busy,food arrived but drinks came 10-15 minutes later.

Can't fault. I'd like to shout out Ivan doing a superb service 👌

We ordered the turkey dinner each but was told about 30 minutes later that it was no longer available as it was sold out. We should have been told sooner as we had to order an alternative which meant waiting even longer for our food. It should have stated on the app that it was unavailable at the time.We were given a free round of drinks to compensate which was a kind gesture but it still made for a disappointing experience.

Good spoons but had no xmas meals left.

Staff were so rude and ignorant wasn't busy. It was quite first our order was droped at wrong table then we order j20 orange passionfruit we were just asking for garnish we got before and manager and staff start to argue that my colleague were rude. When we call waiter on table we have been ignored and if anyone being genuine look at all these staff having negetive attitude and arrogant. I used to be fan of weatherspoon I will never go to any spoon again. Look at this quite they are not even trying to give the service they meant to give😡. A guy called his name is donte was saying what's your problem bro when my colleague were genuinely asking for garnish on the drink. Is that the way anyone as a staff suppose to talk to any customers and we were not even drunk. We came for his birthday and spoon you need to look at the staff at this store.

We went in the middle of the day. It's your typical Wetherspoon. The food was nice, and the service was swift, but the atmosphere was a little dire.

Went Friday night they had a dj and the vibes wasn't bad

Great location on Broad Street. Great breakfasts & meals & I love the unlimited coffee / tea refills. The prices are unbelievable. It has great disabled access & the staff are helpful & friendly. Great atmosphere in the evenings as the surrounding area. Great watching the trams going past as your having a drink. Great outside area for eating or drinking. Keep up the high standards & thanks to the management & staff for making our visits so pleasant.

No real atmosphere. Too early in the day. Customers walking out because card reader not working. Staff were very polite and helpful in this stressful situation. I just had a quick drink and left.

Nice Spooners on Broad street in Brum.

I'm sure it's fine in the day but having speakers playing crap pop music loudly in every area in the pub was annoying (should be the dancefloor only). You can't chat so you have to either drink more or leave.

Busy spoons, but serves food till 11pm and service was fast and friendly.

The staff are the best you can get here. Always have time to talk to you and serve great Guinness. I slways call in and at £4.03 a pint the value is great.

Good service, nice food. Pity there was no cups available, apparently they had been busy and no cups were abailable. We had to have cardboard cups, although we did have cups bought to the table as we were about to leave.

Horribles experiencias pareja si el personal grosero pub inútil vacío pero mesas sucias con platos y vasos sucios. Comida fría. Bebida derramada en el transporte de bar a silla y al pedir ayuda me ofrecieron una pequeña cantidad de pañuelos de papel, aunque me explicaron que estábamos recogiendo la bebida restante con una bandeja que todavía nos quedaba para resolver esto solos, mientras que uno de nosotros tenía que secarse bajo un secador de manos . . muy decepcionado . . se sentía sucio . . . calidad de la comida pobre . . . vuela por todas partes y no es un día caluroso . . puede ser barato y alegre un poco preferiría gastar el dinero extra para una mejor comida y una mejor experiencia . . lamentablemente la comida que queda sin comer . . pollo masticable . . . no se retirará desafortunadamente . . Normalmente no me quejo de la comida, pero esta no es la primera mala experiencia que hemos tenido aquí comprar, permitimos unos pocos, especialmente cuando está ocupado.

For a fairly new pub the seating and flooring was well worn and grubby looking plus I noticed several customers sent there food back

It's a spoons so few surprises, stairs for the bathroom is pretty standard, cheap enough drinks and relatively consistent food across the chain (we didn't eat here today but what we saw looked as expected). The thing that stood out here was the music, having been in Whetherspoons across the country (and city) it's the first time I recall hearing tunes inside.
