Said I get a free pint when joining the programme online - they gave my 2/3rd’s

Visited as part of day out in Birmingham as we don't have a local Brewdog pub. Lovely trendy bar with great background music if you want a breather from hectic shopping, or just a great place to chill. Staff very friendly and helpful. The beer is a fab, a little pricey, but there is a great selection and they do have special offers, especially if you have membership. We stayed for lunch and had burger, chips and a drink for 10.95. Unfortunately, the staff had kitchen appliance problems on the day so food service was a little limited, but they handled the situation very professionally. I would recommend a visit.

Had a few decent beers. I'm always a little disappointed that every beer is served so cold as it subdues the flavour in a lot of them, nevertheless I enjoyed the three beers I had and they were competitively priced on the whole. Was right for time so also ate here for the first time. Burger was excellent, really enjoyed it. Fries were meh, but filled a hole. Massive shout-out to Bhush. Fantastic service, great banter and a sense of humour too. He made the experience better on all levels. Yet another venue where they ask for a service charge (tip) before food arrives. What if it's terrible? I just don't like this concept. I paid it in advance, on the back of Bhush being great. Luckily the doors was also good, but I just don't like the concept.

First time at Brewdog Birmingham and wasn't disappointed. Jay was a great host and couldn't do enough for us. The burger was probably the best ever and my husband enough the beers. Would definitely recommend.

Went in for a drink only. I'm not a big drinker but I had an hour to kill and thought I'd give BREWDOG a try. The staff were great. I asked for info on the drinks available and believe me they know their stuff! Simply brilliant. Had a JACKHAMMER. It was. Ha ha

It's craft beer for the masses. The selection is good but predictable supermarket/normal pub stuff in the main, at inflated prices of course, but they definitely gain some points from guest beers, which if truthful, are often substantially better than their own beers. Nice vibe though, fairly chilled, and good surroundings. Somewhere to stop off on the way to a destination for sure.

The service is always amazing, the staff are more than happy to explain and let you try any of the draft beers. The food is also amazing and I would recommend.

If you're looking for a fantastic spot in Birmingham, look no further! This place boasts a fantastic selection of signature beers that will impress any enthusiast. The staff are not only friendly but also efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere that's hard to beat. During our visit, we were excited to dive into some food since it was Wing Wednesday. However, we were a bit surprised to find out that the unlimited wings special was no longer available. It was a bit puzzling to see other tables being piled high with wings every 15 minutes—perhaps a heads-up about needing to book ahead or ordering through the app would be helpful for newcomers! As for the food, while it leans on the pricier side and isn’t exactly a culinary highlight, we didn't come here expecting a gourmet experience. After all, Brewdog is more about the great drinks and atmosphere than the food. Overall, it’s still a solid spot for a fun night out!

The location is convenient and the beer selection is extensive, but overall the experience didn’t leave a strong enough impression to warrant a return visit. Food is on the expensive side and seating not enough.

The Birmingham BrewDog Bar is a first class establishment. Great choice of craft beers and delicious food.

Nice place, good atmosphere and great selection of beers. We were surprised not to be able to pay with cash, but we gladly paid with a card because we had one of the best stouts we have ever drunk in our lives. We repeat :)

Wings were unfortunately a bit overcooked. Ordering was only possible through the app or website, but not all menu items were available there. Sadly, the overall experience didn’t meet expectations, so I’m not sure I’d return.

Visited for a lunchtime burger and beer between trains. Staff were sensational and exceptionally friendly. Very welcoming and helpful.

Toilets not working, cellar area cramped, service & welcome at bar not great, not good value for money... I really like Brewdog, UPDATE... I ROUTINELY buy and support the LOST LAGER & BLACK HEART 🖤 shame the bar on this occasion wasn't great.. I'll have to try it again and hope the issues i raised will be sorted out ... 🙏

Fantastic bar right in the thick of it

Booked a table yesterday for the England vs Wales game...unfortunately the table offered to us was the just about the only table that you couldn't see the big screen from. However the female staff member (yellows t-shirt...sorry i didn't get your name) was epic...first sorting out chairs in front of the screen and then asking another table if we could join them...which they were happy to oblige. Two complimentary Hazy Janes to say sorry. Fautless service from her. We had a brilliant time...and England hammered Wales.

went for the wings Wednesday and had a great time. the food was good, service was fast and there's student discount on the drinks as well! such a great deal and would recommend. there were 3 flavors of wings and vegan options as well

Mi esposa y yo fuimos a Wings Wednesday el 12 de marzo de 2025 y tuvimos una tarde fabulosa. Las alas eran impresionantes, aunque como huéspedes mayores solo pudimos lograr una porción adicional además de las cuatro que pedimos. La cerveza y el vino eran de primera clase y la Hazy Jane en borrador era impresionante. Lo que realmente hizo que nuestra visita fuera tan memorable fue el servicio de la tripulación de Birmingham desde el momento en que pusimos un pie dentro de su bar. Caras de bienvenida sonrientes felices y ayuda y consejos y una respuesta positiva a cada pregunta. Brewdog Birmingham es sin duda un lugar para la gente, incluso una persona de 73 años como yo. Gracias especiales a Jack y Emma que cuidaron de nuestra mesa tan bien y lamento que no hayamos roto ningún récord de comida alar!

We didn't eat, but visited before the theatre. It had a great atmoshphere for a saturday evening and the drinks we great. Will visit again.

Went to wings Wednesday... quality food and service... Go early afternoon my advise.

Great beers as you'd expect, never tried the food but enjoyed having a few drinks.

I dont really like leaving bad reviews as i appreciate places have off days and mistakes are made which is why i chose to reach out to Birmingham Brewdog by email and not just leave a stinky review. However given that i sent my email to them on the evening of 15th Feb (the day of our visit) and they havent so much as acknowkedged or replied at all, i now feel justified in leaving my review here. Had a table booked for 1pm. Arrived a litle early so was seated at 12:50. Great! Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries with a server in person. 45 minutes minutes later - no food yet. Politely asked if they could check on progress. Was told they had an error with the order printing device and they had only just got our order through and that it would be a "few more minutes". No problem! Was also told it would be on the house too - lovely gesture - very much appreciated! 15 more minutes passed - enquired again as we had a train to catch 90 minutes after our booking time. Was told that the original server hadn't put the order through at all and they had no record of our order - this despite what we were told just 15 minutes earlier! They said the best they could do would be to get it to us in around 15 minutes. This would give us 5 minutes max to scoff it down and run for the train. Something my wife couldnt have done! End up eating nothing at all, leaving hungry with no time to grab anything else before making our train so was also hungry for our entire train journey. Big fan of Brewdog in general but this was a major let down - including their inability to respond to emails.

Attended a Spirits tasting with 3 others and really enjoyed it , we had Gins and Vodkas to sample along with a mixer and found it to be a good way to sample different flavours.

If I could give zero stars I would. Slow and poor customer service.

Me and my partner booked for wings Wednesday along side our new baby in tow in a pushchair. We were looked after sooo well, this isn’t our first outting with our little girl, and we are more than aware how difficult it is to get a table with space for a pushchair. We were looked after so well, I didn’t catch the name of our server but she was absolutely fantastic. Half term in hospitality is hard, she made it look easy!

Only had a couple of beers here but both were decent. Mainly just wanted to “shout out” the staff especially the lady bar manager (didn’t catch her name) who was really friendly!

I’m usually looking for beers with bitter flavors and I tried Black Heart 🖤 which was one of the best I’ve ever had!

Popped in while waiting for a train to be told they’ve closed half an hour before their advertised opening hours. I wouldn’t have come in if it hadn’t been advertised as being open. I would’ve understood the glances at watches had I been told when I walked in, but to wait for me to have a look at the selection before telling me they were closed? That was disappointing.

Do not go for food. So disappointing. There was a 40 minute wait and when it came out all 4 burgers were completely burnt. I couldn't eat mine. We were offered replacements but we had to go to a gig so were refunded instead. Atmosphere was good, staff were great, beer selection was ok. Also £3.75 to add fries to the burger is extortionate. Frustrating that we left hungry

Wing Wednesday! Had brilliant beer with some chicken wings. The service was really slow (had to wait 30mins for 6 chicken wings) but the taste and atmosphere was decent.

Popped in for a pint and some food lunch time on a Thursday. Told food was was pre order only and couldn’t order food despite 2 or 3 tables eating on a quiet Thursday afternoon. Had a pint wasn’t bad and left.

It was fine. A lot smaller and less well kept than the Pllymouth one I'm used to. But older, so forgiven. Still good beer.

Wern’t keen on the truffle fries too n the fried cauliflower was not better than cabana in london its a not for me

We didn't eat here, however as with all Brewdog pubs, the atmosphere has a good vibe and the service was excellent 👍🏼

Spent an hour or so here in the early evening as we were peckish and fancied a beer. Quite a lively place at the time we visited. The menu is quite limited in scope but we discovered a positive side to this, which is that what they do offer is brilliant quality. We ate a burger / chips plus a beer (here, you can have fractions of 1 pint, which we liked). Very tasty and great atmosphere. Happy with our visit and would return without hesitation. Thanks :)

The food and drink were great and the service was very good. Its a grim looking bar on the inside and the toilets carry a strong aroma of piss. Nice night out with family.

Disappointed with the latest visit. Beer is still good but not as large a choice. Knowledgeable staff, ask for samples if you are unsure. Not cheap but you get what you pay for but I think prices are starting to become too high.

I booked a table in advance for my dog's birthday. Arrived and received no preparation from the restaurant. No hat whatsoever. Ordered two dog ice cream and was told that these were frozen. We waited for over an hour for the ice cream to be ready, only when we all finished food, my dogs had a bit of their ice cream with still ice on top. Our food was also terrible. I don't recommend this place. Reply: we booked on the 11/17. You indicated that no dog party was booked last month. That's exactly what we were told when we arrived: sorry, we didn't check that it is for a dog party. You said ice cream needs to be frozen. Of course, nobody eats melted ice cream. But I meant deep frozen. The waiters told us that we were sorry we didn't prepare and now we need to put the ice cream out. My dogs only had their ice cream when we were about to leave this place!

Staff when we was there were a little miserable (3pm and looked like they just couldn't be arsed) food took ages and both food and drink were a poor standard, place looked and felt dirty. Glad i payed in tesco vouchers because It felt like i spent nothing. Turtle Bay across the road is a hell of alot better.

Average. Booking wasn't on the system. The food took over 45mins for burger and chips. Overcooked dry chips and burgers. One guy had to get refund to how poor his meal was. Staff drinking while behind the bar. First time visit and was thinking this a great place as I'm a huge fan of brewdog. But this let it down. Wouldn't visit again. Online qr code doesn't work either.

Jack was top notch. Attentive with our service throughout the full bottomless brunch, defo made the day for us 2 mates on a boozer. Cheers again Jack 5* (brewdog make sure you give Jack the recognition and don’t let him leave)

Expensive beer, crowded and loud.

Noisy, straight forward Brewdog Pub. Lost of beers lots of high ABV ! Very close to centre and if you like a drop of Punk Ale, worth a visit !
