Went for drinks so can't rate the food. Good atmosphere, friendly staff

The beer takes centre stage. Love the 'flight' that lets you try 4 different beers.

Sunday evening 6.30 ordered a beer like Guinness i got Black Heart which looked great but tasted like Guiness Zero. But was ok to be fair. Ordered their special chicken bacon salad sandwich. After paying i got informed no bacon. I said ok no pro i was starving. 5 mins later no bread!! Can do it on burger buns. Ok no prob. I then received a bag of crisps for free. Which was nice. Just think shpuld have been better stocked for what was on offer. But not a bad experience.

Had a beer school here on Saturday and Jamie and his apprentice Joe were amazing, thanks

Wing Wednesday was fantastic, great wings incredible atmosphere. Our service from Daria and the team were outstanding

Had a very nice pint of pineapple cider. Nice place,shame no one could be bothered to put the toilet rolls into the dispenser in any of the ladies toilets.

Big disappoitment. From BrewDog pub I was expecting at least BIG choice of beers. Meanwhile they had very poor choice and lets be honest most of the beers are available in the supermarkets. On top of that they runned out of 2 draft beers made for pub only... I'm very dissapointed with a beer choice. Food average and I feel like it was full of MSG but I can't confirm for sure also waiting time for my food took 40 minutes. Although service was good and staff were friendly

A friend and I had tge90 minutes bottomless brunch. Both had the chicken burger and fries, very tasty. Good service and great beer.

visited Brew Dog Birmingham city centre 25th August. First time we had been there a birthday voucher. Had a lovely time the staff were great Joel was super helpful and could not have been more helpful. The food was fab so big thank you to Callum who was on duty at short notice. Big thanks Joel and Callum we will be back.

Once found it's a great venue a bit of the main drags where the other bars are. Friendly bar staff as well.

Had a very good Beer school session with Jay, also good tastings and knowledge. Would come again to eat out good branding and nice menu

I brought my 5 year old daughter here for dinner while we were on holiday and had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were brilliant, the bar and waiting staff were so welcoming and put my daughter at ease. The food was great, I had a "Hoppy Meal", and my daughter a "Billy the Grilly" cheese toastie. Both were great value and really enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again very soon.

Had a couple of drinks and food and was served by Emma who was so lovely and helpful in helping me choose my drinks. I also came back to this same bar as last time I visited Birmingham a man named Andy served me and he was also super friendly and made me feel very welcome.

Had a god night in the bar as usual, but we ordered some chips and onion rings to the table, previously, chips have come out in a decent sized bowl, but not now. Its a handful in a little teacup. £17 for two teacups of chips and a handful of onion rings, that was really poor

Always like to visit BrewDog in different places. Birmingham BrewDog does not disappoint. Good selection of beers. Food also available with good vegan choices. Dog friendly as always.

Toilets stink of ammonia, They need a proper deep clean. Front of bar is needing cleaned. 2 staff on that haven’t noticed 3 tables outside needing cleaning, place could be amazing but if staff want to stand around and chat for easy money instead of grafting to help make the place better….. I like the drink but there is zero effort put into the place.

Good beer, horrendous music. Staff not willing to change the "Brewdog playlist". Trying to appeal to the young crowd with the loud heavy metal niche music. In response to the reply: I'm not sure it was a playlist as it sounded like an album from the same band. I was more disappointed by the response to asking to change the music. There are a lot of pubs around the station, and certainly ones selling cheaper brewdog beer. I'm afraid I'll be choosing a different pub next time.

Good beers and selection as always. The service was also fast, although we did have to wait for the food for a while. The burgers were average, the wings were nice. Would recommend for a good atmosphere!

Great beer. Great company. Glad that the band Higher Power (on the Brewdog Playlist apparently), was played at such high volume as I didn't miss my 6pm train on this occasion. Looking forward to coming back to Birmingham.

Great place in a great location. Less than 5 min walk from New Street train station and a few minutes more to Bull Ring Shopping Centre. Parking at Bull Ring is reasonable and ideal if driving. Dog friendly 🐶 great selections of craft beers, ciders, cocktails and more.

The bbq wings were horrible, tasted like burned scrape oil. And the Mac n Cheese was the worst one I’ve had in any bar, it’s just creamy sauce and pasta and tasteless

Had a great time here with my friends. We reserved a table 10 which they had available. Has a wide range of there own and craft beers, ipa’s, ciders, stouts, wines and more. We ordered some wings which were really good and flavoursome. We’ll be going back on Wednesday soon for the all can you eat wings 👌🏼😋🤤 . The place its self us clean, modern and trendy with a good crowd inside its centrally located and very close to new street station so is in a great location for a meeting point or to spend your whole evening

Absolutely amazing beer. Knowledgeable staff, ask for samples if you are unsure. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Visited recently and they are still keeping the standards up.

After hearing of BrewDog firing a member of staff for her protest of EDL activity at a London branch I will no longer be purchasing brewdog products ever again. I hope she sues for unfair dismissal

Good vibe. Staff are a good laugh we were a rowdy stag do and they were really accommodating and friendly.

On reading the reviews me and my family were looking forward coming to BrewDog, Birmingham for my birthday meal. We followed the booking instructions for Wing Wednesday and made our way to BrewDog where we was seated. Was given a menu's (two of which that was already filled in) three of us ordered unlimited wings and three ordered burger & chips. Drinks I paid separately from the bar as we were undecisive of what to have.. I asked our server if there was a record for the number of Wings eaten in Birmingham BrewDog to where the server expressed they "didn't know" and there was "no challenge". I expressed on the website it stated there was a challenge and a leaderboard.. again to a blank expression.. I ordered the Wings in a Buffalo Sauce and the two children ordered Wings in a Korean Sauce. When they arrived they were presented very well with spring onion sprinkled over along with the topping (sauce). There were around 8x Wings on each plate. The three burger and chips meals looked good too.. After getting down to the final wings we asked if we could order some more where we was told we couldn't order until we had finished all wings (that we did..) by this time we waited around 10mins to get service and when ordering the second lot was told "we couldn't order another flavour, we had to have the same flavour.." when eventually ordered some more Wings it then took another 10mins for the Wings to come to our table.. on this occasion there was only 5x Wings on each plate and didn't look appetising (no spring onion) the chicken was hard like it was already cooked then double dipped too much batter and hard. I mentioned this to our server and it took another 10mins for another 5x Wings.. My pregnant daughter couldn't eat the Korean Wings as the taste of salt was too much and again the wings were very poor (overcooked, hard and the sauce was very salted). We mentioned this and the choice was to have plain ones.. the wait was too much between ordering and if you went to have a challenge it would be impossible to order enough wings in your two hour stay.. we had a maximum of 3-4x plates each with roughly 18-21x Wings (having in mind the ones that were not eaten due to the standards of food). Then to top it off we was given our bill of £90+ I do hope I have a reply from management to hopefully sort this very poor experience out..! *An update to follow if contacted*

I usually love Brewdog but had a very negative experience at the Birmingham bar this week. I ordered a Jackpot burger which comes with BBQ sauce and blue cheese. Unfortunately, although it took an hour to prepare, it came without any of these things and was just dry and overcooked. When I emailed to complain, they just apologised and said that it will not happen again. I asked whether any compensation would be offered - after all, I paid almost £20, didn’t get what I paid for and what I did get was of very poor quality. Unfortunately, I have since received an email to say that my complaint had been closed so they will obviously not be compensating me. I am not fussy or unreasonable but I think that this is wrong. The kitchen obviously ran out of ingredients, couldn’t give me what I paid for, didn’t communicate this to me, and I think that their response to my complaint about this has been poor.

Can’t fault this place. Delicious wings on a Wednesday with a good deal to top it off. Staff were welcoming, accommodating and friendly

What a great place to take the kids during half term. The kids ate free too! Brilliant beers (recommend the Wingman if you enjoy a session IPA). A pub for people who don’t like pubs.

Been for wings wednesnday. Booked for 2 adult 1 baby 1 kid. They reserved seat under the stairs for us. First wings not too bad but we wait for top up more then 45 min coz they forget us. Terrible service never and never go again.

I originally put 4 stars, but I've changed this to 5 stars because it's a cracking bar, the only downside, which didn't deserve losing a star, was it was dead when we were in there. Brewdog Bar is brilliant, and I recommend everybody has a go at Beer School if they get a chance. And..... Their chicken wings are unbeatable.

We booked a wings Wednesday experience in Birmingham, initially no table was available; half an hour after placing order I asked the manager when we might expect to see some wings and was assured it would be 5 minutes....we waited a further 20 minutes then said goodbye to the team. The manager's excuse....."the kitchen is only the size of our table ". Beer was good but overall a very disappointing experience.

Love it here, Street side, by the station, beer, burgers, chicken wings, and atmosphere.. Love it

I love this place . Punk IPA is my go to beer 🍺 had the all you can eat wings and they were fantastic! Service is quality and the tunes really make the atmosphere.

Bit dead surprisingly, maybe just the bank holiday but I expected it to be bustling.

Went for bottomless brunch. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Choice of food was limited, there were really only burgers, I was expecting more traditional breakfast choices. But the patriot burger that I had was very good and filling. We were not rushed, our table was available for 2 hours. My husband enjoyed the beers and I the prosecco. A nice atmosphere and plenty of space, not crammed in, like some places.

Cauliflower wings made me nauseous - disgusting sauce and greasy batter 👎 not worth £14. Staff do not understand gluten free.

Tuesday night, fairly busy. Staff friendly and helpful but looked under pressure. Bar was untidy with lots of tables needing emptied of dirty glasses/food and cleaned down, but not enough staff to do so.

Stayed nearby and been to the Brewdog Birmingham zero hand-wash in the men's toilet, the containers are dry and look like they have never been filled!!!!@@

Great selection of drinks, nice cosy atmosphere. The food let it down for us, overpriced and overcooked. Ordered 2 chicken burgers which were unfortunately overcooked and full of gristle.

Beer tasting afternoon with Daria was great, really enjoyed it.

Went for a (small) Craft Enthusiast beer school. An excellent opportunity to try a few beers I maybe wouldn't normally pick. Service was brilliant.

Food could have been brought out a little quicker, first ring rather than second but staff and customers friendly and helpful. Offered key for accessible toilet, although not visibly disabled. I'd go again if I'm in the area .

Popped here for food before a gig. Busy, tables booked up but as long as you vacate before the booking time you can sit. More seating downstairs (this could have been better signposted in a dark bar I won’t lie) Had the vegan burger, was really good, quite expensive though when compared to others. Had one of the alcohol free beers as my friend wasn’t drinking either and they were awful, maybe canned ones are better but the draught was bad. Service was good despite how busy it was.

Amazing service from Charlie and Keith. So knowledgeable about all the beers and really nice guys. Would recommend to anyone living or staying in Birmingham. Absolute legends.

Okeyish, been to better Brewdog pubs, this one looked a tad tired.

I do like brewdog ales but I only got 2/3rds of a pint for elvis juice. Very popular even at 12pm.

I came here last night with my 4 yr old daughter and we had a particularly brilliant experience. I didn’t catch the girl’s name who was providing our service but she was incredibly caring and helpful considering I had a minor with me in a busy pub. Bar service is normally the way to order and pay etc, but she came to our table throughout the evening so I didn’t have to leave my daughter on her own. Things like this go a long way in this day and age where patience and kindness seem to be dying out. 5 star. Great place. Very happy customer. Thank you.

Brewdog on a Saturday afternoon is a nice atmosphere. Not overly busy, but not quiet either. Service is great - the staff are knowledgeable as you’d expect, and the beers are good. Couldn’t ask for more!

Great pub, good selection of BrewDog beers. Toilets clean but they are a bit stinky... probably due to being downstairs.

The kids for came out wrong as the mac and cheese was the adults one and not the gooey one for the children we also had the chicken stripes off the kids menu too and that was dry and unable to eat I totally understand stand it was a Saturday evening when we got the at 5pm but we was unable to flag down staff to sort out the kids food

A great place with amazing food and beer selection. We visited here for food and drinks before a gig. Booked and was given and booth which was very comfortable and large. We all thought the food was incredible and the staff super friendly. Will Definitely return.

Great pub near New Street Station

Had a bad experience previously but we visited again after being invited back, this time we had an exceptional experience. We received really good customer service, perfectly cooked tasty food as well as delicious drinks delivered on time. The buffalo wings and burger were 10/10 and we left feeling satisfied and very full. We'll definitely be visiting again- highly recommend trying out wing Wednesday!!!

It’s been a while since I’ve been to Brewdog. The standard of their beers has really plummeted over the past few years, but they normally have a good selection of guest beers, so I gave it a punt. The beer selection was shocking. Only three guest beers on tap, one of them was a Xmas beer (in February) and another was widely available in supermarkets. Very disappointing. In their favour, the staff were really friendly and pleasant, and keen to talk about the beers on offer, and the surroundings were nice.

Food was great, and great selections of ales. Staff male you feel welcome.

Absolutely fantastic service and food. Ordered 2 burgers with sides and a drink each. Drinks were served quickly and we were even allowed to try some of the different varieties of beers on offer. Food arrived promptly and I have to say that the quality was amazing. The red buns added a nice touch. There was no rush at any point. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Poor online booking service. Reserved a table on-line for the six nations. Received confirmation of booking and planned our day based on that booking, only to be emailed hours later to say it had been cancelled. Will not visit again
