Very busy restaurant and therefore a noisy atmosphere from other customers. Lots of choice with a very varied menu including dishes I haven't seen before in an Indian restaurant. Excellent food at reasonable prices with helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Very nice friendly place and lovely, crispy onion bahji. Generous portions of rice and mains. Everything was delicious. We demolished it all. Good value too. Great idea to have a banquet special on certain days. Will suggest to some of the restaurants we frequent up north that they should do something similar!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Everything was great and we felt well looked after. Staff were very professional, attentive and polite, the door was even opened for us upon entry and exit. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. Will Definity be back. Would give 6 stars if i could.

Best indian I've had in Abingdon so far

We recently had dinner at Tiffins in Abingdon, and it was an absolute delight. The food was outstanding, and Rio provided exceptional service. We requested less oily dishes, and the chef delivered exactly what we asked for. If you're in Abingdon, Tiffins is a must-visit.

Generous portions, sag aloo free, very nice . Rice was nice, Podina was nice , but the chicken in all dishes was very chewy.

Situated in quiet corner of town this is a very pleasant restaurant much bigger inside than the frontage would suggest. The staff were helpful and friendly, the evening we visited it was half full with a happy buzz of people having a good time. We ordered some old favorites from the menu whilst enjoying a drink the food came up promptly and true to type, it was hot and tasty and generous we all agreed the food was excellent and this is from folk who have eaten a lot of curry over many years we awarded 10/10. Finally we came to pay and even with a few drinks included the bill was a very reasonable £100 for 4.

I chose the cheapest restaurant. The food arrived on time, was warm and I had one free poppadom included. The naan was the best bit.

Disappointed that for nearly £40 not so much as a complimentary pompadom. Still very nice

I have to admit, we are loyal to another curry restaurant in Abingdon. However, throughout he pandemic we tried more places and we tried Tiffins again, having been some time before. And I have to say, this has shaken our loyalty, especially for takeaway. We had another takeaway delivery from Tiffins tonight (the curse of having a toddler means we can't go to the restaurant that often) and the food was hot, fresh and tasty. And what's more, remarkably good value. My wife loves the duck Korai, which at some places would be much more expensive. The duck is always very tender and tasty. I feel the same about the lamb dishes. Their Dhansak is excellent. Overall, we are converts. We shall be ordering more (and hopefully visiting more) in the future.

Tiffins is great. They are our go to for takeaways and buffet nights, reasonably priced across the board, service is excellent.

They were extra slow with the service and they even served tables that had arrived after us and had ordered more food than us.

I found the prawns in my biryani rather less tender than preferred. Otherwise, all was good.

Tiffins was our favourite restaurant when we lived in Abingdon. We moved away from Abingdon two years ago but decided to drive back to visit Tiffins! We booked a table and we were met by very friendly staff we had a lovely warm welcome. The food and service was excellent as it always was. We have tried several other Indian restaurants in our local area where we have moved to, but nothing is as delicious and tasty as Tiffins food! Thank you to all the staff for their wonderful hospitality.. we will be making the drive again soon! We would highly recommend!

Amazing delivery, food was still showing being prepared on app, but had been delivered. The only thing was my papadums didn't come with my order. Otherwise all good.

The food and the service are exceptional, found this restaurant recently thanks to a friend and would highly recommend anyone dining or getting a take away, you won’t be disappointed.

12 of us went on a whim as it was near the hilton. Free parking nearby in the evening. Service was perfect! All 12 meals were supplied quickly and without error. I had patia, boiled rice and keema nan. Food was superb! Would strongly recommend 👌

Amazing Indian cuisine. Everything was very delicious and flavours.

The meal (2 mains, one side plus rice) was delivered late. This was forgivable given the cold wintery weather but the food was only luke warm as a result. The base sauce of the Anarkali Bahar was very tasty but the addition of huge pieces of onion and green pepper lacked finesse. The Goan Chicken Massala was hot in a 'rusty tin can' sort of way and somewhat unpleasant. The chicken in both dishes was over-cooked and dry. The Sag Bhaji was disappointingly tasteless but the rice was perfect. Overall the meal was not good value.

Tasty and hearty food. Lots to choose from on the menu. Very friendly and smiley waitress. We ate at Tiffins on two opportunities recently, once on a Wednesday and once on Sunday, when they have a delicious food banquet, for £13.95. Beer is fairly priced too. We are definitely recommending, and will be coming back!

First time using Just Eat, great!

We went early on a Friday evening, so I couldn't really score the atmosphere as it was quiet, but that was to our benefit as we hadn't booked. The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

What an amazing experience! We booked a table at Tiffins for 40 people to celebrate my 30th Birthday after being let down by another restaurant in Abingdon. The service we received was exceptional and we felt very welcome by the whole team. The food was brilliant and all of our guests commented on how great the experience was. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend Tiffins.

Food was delivered just before the due time. It was very tasty and great portion sizes, I would definitely recommend them and will definitely eat there again.

We had dinner here. The service was great, food arrived early and the food was average. We had matar paneer, chicken Kadhai and veg jalfrezi. Food was fresh.

Bit pricey, but amazing halal food, haven't tried such yummy food in a restaurant before. V. Few people know how to give flavour to a potato without burning spices. Fabulous.

When it comes to Indian food I am very fussy on taste. Having explored so many different places within Oxford and the surrounding areas, I came upon this hidden gem and it is far the best authentic Indian food you can get that is so close to my mums homemade Indian dishes - I automatically am transported to my Indian heritage through the lovely tasting food here. The staff are always nice and friendly and the service is always fantastic. Highly recommended.
